Millions of African United Methodists Quit Church Overnight Over Sex Rule Change

✞ በሚሊዮን የሚቆጠሩ የአፍሪካ ዩናይትድ ሜቶዲስቶች በጾታዊ አገዛዝ ለውጥ ምክንያት በአንድ ጀምበር ከፕሮቴስታንት ቤተክርስቲያንን ወጥተው የራሳቸውን ቤተ ክርስቲያን መሠረቱ።

በግንቦት ወር መጀመሪያ ላይ በአሜሪካዋ ግዛት በሰሜን ካሮላይና በተካሄደው ጉባኤ የተባበሩት ሜቶዲስት ቤተክርስቲያን – በዩኤስ አሜሪካ የተመሰረተ ዓለም አቀፍ የፕሮቴስታንት እምነት ነው – የግብረ ሰዶማውያን ፓስተሮች እና የተመሳሳይ ጾታ ጋብቻን ለመፍቀድ አንዳንድ ደንቦችን ቀይሯል።

ወደ 1.2 ሚሊዮን የሚገመቱ ተከታዮች ያሉት የአይቮሪ ኮስት ክፍል – የዓለም መሪዎችን ‘ከቅዱሳት መጻሕፍት ያፈነግጡ‘ እና ‘የ ግበረ–ሰዶማዊውን/LGBTQ ማህበረሰብን ለማክበር ክብሩን እና ታማኝነቱን መስዋዕት አድርጎታል‘ በማለት በመወንጀል ምላሽ ሰጥቷል።

የ የአይቮሪ ኮስት ክፍል ፕሬዝዳንት የሆኑት ጳጳስ ቤንጃሚን ቦኒ በምዕራብ አፍሪካ ሀገር ደቡባዊ የባህር ጠረፍ ላይ በሚገኘው ኮኮዲ ፣ አቢጃን በሚገኘው የኢዮቤልዩ ቤተመቅደስ ውስጥ በግንቦት 28 በተካሄደው ጉባኤ ላይ ከጃንጥላ ቤተክርስትያን ለመለየት ድምጽ መስጠቱን ተናግረዋል።

💭 እንግዲህ ኤዶማውያኑ እና እስማኤላውያኑ ክርስቲያን አፍሪካውያንን የሚጠሉበት፣ የሚቆጣጠሩበት፣ የሚጨብጡበት፣ በዘመናዊ ባርነት የሚገዙበት እና የሚጨፈጨፉበት አንዱ ምክንያት ይህ ነው።

ለእውነተኛ ክርስቲያን አሁን ከሰዶም መራቅ ማለት ነው። ምክንያቱም በስንዴውና በእንክርዳዱ ምሳሌ እስከ መከር ጊዜ ድረስ እንክርዳዱን ለመንቀል ስንዴውን ሊጎዱ ይችላሉና ነው። እግዚአብሔር ክፉውን ይበቀለዋል። ክርስቲያኖች ከክፉ ጋር መገናኘት የለባቸውም፣ ነገር ግን ለመናገር በስራ ቦታው መገናኘት አለባቸው። የራሳችንን ኃጢአት መገሠጽ እና ሌሎች ሲበድሉ ሲያዩ እውነትን በመንገር እርዳታ መስጠት አለባቸው።

የቤተክርስቲያን ጠላቶች ቤተክርስቲያንን ከውጭ ሆነው በተሳካ ሁኔታ ማጥቃት እንደማይችሉ ለመገንዘብ ወደ ሁለት ሺህ ዓመታት ፈጅቷል።

ይህ ሁሉ በ፲፱/19ኛው ክፍለ ዘመን አጋማሽ ላይ፣ በግራኝ፣ በለዘብተኞች/ሊበራሎች፣ በዘመናዊነት አቀንቃኞች እና በኮሙኒስት ማርክሳውያን የተሞሉ ስውር ማህበረሰቦች ቤተክርስቲያንን ከውስጥ የመገልበጥ እቅድ ሲነድፉ ሁሉም ነገር ተለወጠ። ግባቸው፡ ትምህርቷን፣ ቀኖናዋን፣ ሥርዓተ ቅዳሴዋን እና ተልእኮዋን መለወጥ ፥ ቤተክርስቲያንን ለማጥፋት የተቀነባበረ የአጋንንት ሴራ ነው።

በኢትዮጵያ ኦርቶዶክስ ተዋሕዶ ቤተክርስቲያንም እየታየ ያለው ይህ ነው። ከላይ እስከታች የቤተ ክርስቲያን ጠላት የሆኑ የሉሲፈራውያኑ ጭፍሮች ተሰግስገው ገብተዋል። የዋቄዮ–በኣል–አላህ–ባፎሜት–ሉሲፈር ባሪያዎች በቤተ ክርስቲያናችን ላይ ምን እየሠሩ እንደሆነ እያየነው ነው። አስቀድሞ በስንዴው መካከል የተዘሩት እንክርዳዶች እነማን እንደሆኑ ሁላችንም እናውቃለን።

✞ More than one million United Methodists have quit the church overnight over new rules about homosexuality.

During a North Carolina conference in early May, the United Methodist Church – a global denomination of Protestantism based in the US – changed some regulations to allow gay pastors and same-sex marriage.

The Ivory Coast division – which has an estimated 1.2 million followers – responded by accusing the international leaders of ‘deviating from the Holy Scriptures’ and ‘sacrificing its honor and integrity to honor the LGBTQ community’.

Bishop Benjamin Boni, who is president of the division, said it voted to separate from the umbrella church during a May 28 gathering in the Jubilee Temple of Cocody, Abidjan, on the southern coast of the West African country.

He said in a statement that the decision to separate after more than 20 years was made ‘for reasons of conscience’.

The Alabama Supreme Court has ruled against a number of local churches trying to leave the United Methodist Church.

12% of the United Methodists quit overnight over a change in the rules of the United Methodist Church that now allows for gay marriage and gay pastors. There are probably lots more who will quit, but this 12% all at once in one lump comes from the African part of the United Methodists who did it all together officially.

The United Methodists are (were?) a bible based church. The bible strictly forbids homosexual sex and homosexual unions. The United Methodist Church had it’s annual conference and at that conference it made the decision to change the rules for everyone. They are now no longer a bible based church.

Other United Methodists will probably leave as well. On the flip side, changing may bring people in. However, it is no longer a bible based church. So it’s not really the same church at all.

Because in the parable of the wheat and the tare, you may harm the wheat to pull up the tare until after the harvest. God will take care of the evil. Christians have to not associate with evil, but they have to meet it at it’s place of work so to speak. They have to rebuke sin of ourselves and help others with telling them the truth when they see them sin.

It took nearly two millennia for the enemies of the Church to realize they could not successfully attack the Church from the outside.

በኮንጎ ህጻናትን በጆንያ የያዙ ሴቶች እንዲቆሙ ተደርገዋል። ህፃናቱ በከረጢቱ ውስጥ የገቡት በሆነ ምክንያት እየተቀጡ ነው ሲሉ፤ ጆንያዎቹን የሚከፍቷቸው ሰዎች ግን መሸጥ እንደሚፈልጉ ያምናሉ።

ስለ ኬኒያው ዶ/ር ብዙም የማውቀው ነገር የለም፤ ይህ እርምጃው ግን ትክክል እና እያንዳንዱ አፍሪካዊ የሆነ ዶ/ር መውሰድ የሚገባው ነው። የኛ ዶ/ሮች የት ናቸው? ገንዘባቸውን እያሳደዱ? ምርጥ ከሆኑ የአሜሪካ እና አውሮፓ ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች የተመረቁና ብዙ ምስጢር የሚያውቁ ትውልደ ኢትዮጵያውያን ዶክተሮች አሉ፤ ግን በአፍሪካውያን ላይ በተለይ በኢትዮጵያውያን ላይ እየተሤረ ስላለው ዲያብሎሳዊ ሤራ አንዴም በድብቅ እንኳን ሲተንፈሱ ሰምተናቸው አናውቅም። እኔ በሕክምናው ዓለም ጉዳይ ብዙ እውቀቱ የሌለኝ ግለሰብ እንኳን ገና ከሃያ ዓመታት በፊት እንደ ጥቁር አንበሳ እና ያሉ ሆስፒታሎች የኢትዮጵያውያኑን የምርመራ ውጤቶች ለአውሮፓ እና አሜሪካ ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች እንደሚልኩ ባገኘሁት አጋጣሚ ሁሉ ሳጋልጥ ነበር። እነዚህ ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች የዲ.ኤን.ኤ ምርመራዎችን በነገድ ደረጃ በተለይ አማራን፣ ትግሬን እና ኦሮሞዎችን መርጠው እንደሚያደርጉ ዩኒቨርሲቲዎቹ ራሳቸው መረጃዎችን ያወጡ ነበር። ዛሬም ከዚህ የከፋ ሥራ እንደሚሠሩ እርግጠኛ ነኝ። በትግራይ ላይ የዘር ማጥፋት ጦርነቱ የተከፈተበት አንዱ ምክኒያት የእነዚህ ምርመራዎች ውጤት የታቦተ ጽዮንን ፈለግ ስላሳያቸው ነው። ዶ/ር ቴዎድሮስ አድሃኖምንም የዓለም ጤና ድርጅት ዋና ሃላፊ ያደረጓቸው ከዚህ ጋር የሚያያዝ ዲያብሎሳዊ ሤራ ስላለ ነው። ለማንኛውም፤ የእኛዎቹን አረመኔ ከሃዲ ፖለቲከኞች ጨምሮ የኬኒያ፣ የዩጋንዳ፣ የሩዋንዳ፣ የታንዛኒያ፣ የደቡብ አፍሪካ፣ የናይጄሪያ፣ የግብጽ ወዘተ ሁሉ የኤዶማውያኑ ሉሲፈራውያን አሻንጉሊቶች መሆናቸውን አንርሳ።

A Kenyan doctor denounced the World Health Organization (WHO) before Uganda’s president for being untrustworthy as shown by its African vaccination campaigns, including a Tetanus shot push that caused infertility in women.

Dr. Wahome Ngare, the director of Kenya Christian Professionals Forum (KCPF), warned President Yoweri Museveni in a speech posted online Tuesday, as the WHO was negotiating amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR), that the massively influential global health body has a recent history of working against the best interests of Africans.

As a glaring example of this, he told how in 2014 and 2015, the WHO campaigned for the eradication of Tetanus in Africa, pushing a vaccine that, according to Dr. Ngare, made women “sterile.” He explained that the vaccine combined the Tetanus virus with a substance that produces antibodies against a hormone needed to maintain pregnancy, called human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG).

“When we inject a woman with that vaccine, she produces antibodies against that hormone and therefore is rendered sterile,” Dr. Ngare noted. A paper has been published in the journal Vaccine Weekly echoing the Kenyan doctor’s claim, asserting that “similar tetanus vaccines laced with hCG” (to produce antibodies against the natural hormone) “have been uncovered in the Philippines and in Nicaragua.”

The article’s abstract pointed out that a former president of Human Life International (HLI) “asked Congress to investigate reports of women in some developing countries unknowingly receiving a tetanus vaccine laced with the anti-fertility drug.”

Dr. Ngare said he and other doctors in Africa have noticed increasing cases of young couples who appear medically “normal” but cannot conceive children, as well as couples who are losing as many as “three, four, or five” children before the mother can carry a child to term.

He went on to argue that another reason the WHO cannot be trusted is that it has proposed the vaccination of African children against malaria despite the fact that it is a “treatable disease.”

He pointed out that the U.K. “was able to eradicate malaria in 1921,” and the U.S. eliminated the disease in 1951, but the WHO has seemingly not yet worked out how to rid the African continent of malaria. Dr. Ngare argued that in fact, there is a natural treatment for malaria, found in the trees used to create quinine, which is known to treat malaria. There is further a plant, known as Artemisia annua or sweet wormwood plant, grown in Africa, that also treats malaria.

“One of our doctors in Congo wrote a paper that demonstrated how well the Artemisia tea worked and compared it to conventional medicine and even demonstrated it works better than conventional medicine. And two years later, his paper was pulled out. It was retracted. We do not need a vaccine for our children to treat malaria,” Dr. Ngare told Museveni.

The WHO continues to push novel, untested biological interventions in Africa, such as genetically modified (GMO) mosquitoes, which Dr. Ngare noted “sterilize” natural mosquitoes, and have an unknown potential for damage to humans — as if it’s “not enough” to cause poverty by introducing patented GMO seeds, the doctor lamented.

Dr. Ngare has previously advised African countries to “collectively treat all vaccination programs as a national security risk,” stating, “If you cannot determine what is in the vaccine that is being given to your people, you may be opening a door to destroy the African population.”

The WHO has been under heavy fire recently from politicians and activists around the world for its proposed “pandemic agreement” and amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR), on which the WHO failed to gain consensus from its member states this week. A more modest “consensus package of (IHR) amendments” will be presented this week, and The New York Times reported that negotiators plan to ask for more time to come to an agreement.

WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus has also suggested that efforts to come to an agreement on the proposals will continue.

“We all wish that we had been able to reach a consensus on the agreement in time for this health assembly and crossed the finish line,” Tedros said, reported The Straits Times. “But I remain confident that you still will, because where there is a will, there is a way.”

💭 Melinda French Gates will step down as co-chair of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the nonprofit she and her ex-husband Bill Gates founded and built into one of the world’s largest philanthropic organizations over the past 20 years.

“This is not a decision I came to lightly,” French Gates posted on the X platform on Monday. “I am immensely proud of the foundation that Bill and I built together and of the extraordinary work it is doing to address inequities around the world.”

She praised the foundation’s CEO, Mark Suzman, and the foundation’s board of trustees, which was significantly expanded after the couple announced their divorce in May 2021.

“The time is right for me to move forward into the next chapter of my philanthropy,” French Gates wrote in her statement. She already organizes some of her investments and philanthropic gifts through her organization, Pivotal Ventures, which is not a nonprofit.

Bill Gates thanked French Gates for her “critical” contributions to the foundation in a statement, saying, “I am sorry to see her leave, but I am sure she will have a huge impact in her future philanthropic work.”

The foundation will change its name to the Gates Foundation, a spokesperson said.
