As revealed at trial by Lake’s attorneys and Maricopa County’s own data, Maricopa County did not accurately verify tens, if not hundreds, of thousands of mail-in signatures; they couldn’t possibly have.
Judge Peter A. Thompson again ruled in favor of Defendants late last night, claiming that “level one and level two signature review did take place in some fashion.” This is a complete lie and he knows it. But it plays into the Democrat Party’s integrity-free election plans. Anything goes. Everything will be counted.

Kari Lake attorney Kurt Olsen told the Court, “11 of the signature verification workers approved 170k signatures at a rate of less than 0 and 2.99 seconds with a 99.97% approval rating.” Later, in closing argument, Olsen revealed that “there were approximately 274,000 ballot signatures compared and verified in less than three seconds.”
It didn’t matter Thompson ruled that anything goes. Laws are suggestions.
During her press conference on Tuesday far-left reporter Brahm Resnick asked a nasty question about Kari’s attorneys.
That’s when Kari let him have it, telling the crowd Brahm has been wrong on every major story and that he even wanted masks on kids.

Deutsche Bank has agreed to a multimillion-dollar settlement in a federal lawsuit filed by victims of child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein to settle claims that the institution enabled his crimes by doing business with him.
As reported by CNBC, the $75 million “bombshell deal still leaves JPMorgan Chase to defend its own would-be class action lawsuit by Epstein accusers in U.S. District Court in Manhattan, which involves similar allegations.”
JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon, who previously stated that the bank is not responsible for the sex trafficking activities of its former customer, is scheduled to be deposed in the lawsuit filed against the bank. The deposition is in relation to the lawsuit filed by the government of the U.S. Virgin Islands as well as another related suit, both set to take place on May 26, CNBC reported.
Under the deal, victims of Epstein who were affected by his sex trafficking during the time when he was a customer of Deutsche Bank, from 2013 through 2018, would receive at least $75,000 and up to $5 million depending on an evaluation of their claims.
Deutsche Bank spokesman Dylan Riddle would not comment on the deal, but noted that his bank has spent more than 4 billion euros [$4.34 billion] to strengthen internal financial controls.
“In recent years, Deutsche Bank has made considerable progress in remedying a number of past issues,” Riddle said.
He pointed out that in 2020, when JPMorgan agreed to pay a $150 million fine to New York’s financial regulator for its involvement with Epstein and other matters, Deutsche Bank had noted: “We acknowledge our error onboarding Epstein in 2013, and the weaknesses in our processes, and have learnt from our mistakes and our shortcomings.”
The two law firms representing the accusers, Edwards Pottinger and Boies Schiller Flexner, in a joint statement obtained by CNBC, said: “This groundbreaking settlement is the culmination of two law firms conducting more than a decade-long investigation to hold one of Epstein’s financial banking partners responsible for the role it played in facilitating his trafficking organization.”
The lawsuit, filed in November by a woman identified as Jane Doe, sought class-action status. In the suit, Jane Doe alleged that Deutsche Bank had knowingly engaged in and financially profited from Epstein’s sex trafficking activities by providing the necessary financial support to sustain the operation.
“Deutsche Bank also knew that Epstein would use means of force, threats of force, fraud, abuse of legal process, exploitation of power disparity, and a variety of other forms of coercion to cause young women and girls to engage in commercial sex acts,” the suit claimed.
“Knowing that they would earn millions of dollars from facilitating Epstein’s sex trafficking, and from its relationship with Epstein, Deutsche Bank chose profit over following the law,” the suit added. “Specifically, Deutsche Bank chose facilitating a sex trafficking operation in order to churn profits.”
Following the termination of his banking relationship with JPMorgan in 2013, Epstein subsequently became a customer of Deutsche Bank. Prior to that, Epstein had been a customer of JPMorgan from 1998 until 2013.
“Deutsche Bank picked up exactly where JPMorgan left off and became the bank that Epstein needed to fund his sexual abuse and sex-trafficking operation,” the suit says.
Epstein was an American financier and convicted sex offender who was found dead in his cell in 2019 while awaiting trial on charges of sex trafficking minors. He was convicted of soliciting an underage girl for prostitution in 2008 and served 13 months in jail.
He made headlines again in 2019 when he was arrested and charged with sex trafficking minors. He was accused of running a sex trafficking ring that involved underage girls, some as young as 14, and had allegedly been engaging in this behavior for years.
The charges against him were extensive, including conspiracy to commit sex trafficking, sex trafficking of minors, and conspiracy to commit forced labor. He was denied bail and was held in a federal jail until his death.

💭 The World Health Organization (WHO) said on Thursday it was ending a 10-month-long global health emergency for mpox, a viral disease that led to confirmed cases in more than a hundred countries.
The organization declared mpox a public health emergency of international concern in July 2022 and backed its stand in November and February.
The WHO’s director-general, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, declared the end of the emergency status for the disease based on the recommendation of the organization’s emergency committee, which met on Wednesday.
The move signals that the crisis due to mpox, which spreads through direct contact with body fluids and causes flu-like symptoms and pus-filled skin lesions, has come under control.
Nicola Low, vice chair of WHO’s emergency committee on mpox, said there was a need to move to a strategy for managing the long-term public health risks of mpox than to rely on emergency measures.
The transition would mean including mpox response and preparedness under national disease surveillance programs such as those for HIV and other sexually transmitted infections, Low said.
Almost 90% fewer mpox cases were reported in the past three months, compared with cases in the same duration before that, the WHO chief said.
More than 87,000 mpox cases have been confirmed globally from the beginning of 2022 through May 8 this year, according to the WHO’s latest report.
WHO said it was particularly concerned about African countries which have been dealing with mpox long before the global outbreak began, and could continue to deal with it for some time to come.
The WHO recently also declared an end of public health emergency status for COVID-19.
“While the emergencies of mpox and COVID-19 are both over, the threat of resurgent waves remains for both. Both viruses continue to circulate and both continue to kill,” Tedros said.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Wednesday it was working with multiple health departments to investigate new mpox cases around the country, less than a month after officials had hailed the weekly pace of new infections slowing to zero nationwide.
News of the CDC’s investigations come a day after Chicago health officials warned they had tracked a resurgence of infections from mpox, formerly called monkeypox, among fully vaccinated residents.
“Most weeks we didn’t see a single mpox case, maybe one or two in a higher week. But just these last couple of weeks we saw two, then five, now another six coming in,” Dr. Allison Arwady, commissioner of Chicago’s health department, said Tuesday.

💭 A suspect has been arrested after eight people were killed and at least 14 injured in Serbia’s second mass shooting this week.
The gunman fired an automatic weapon from a moving vehicle near a village 60km (37 miles) south of Belgrade.
The interior ministry said the suspect was arrested after “an extensive search”.
It comes after a boy killed nine people at a Belgrade school on Wednesday, Serbia’s worst shooting in years.
Police announced the latest arrest around 08:40 local time (07:40 BST) on Friday. The suspect – who has only been identified by his initials UB – was detained near the city of Kragujevac, the interior ministry said.
The arrest followed an extensive manhunt, which local media reported involved over 600 police officers. Early on Friday morning, Serbian media said that special police forces had arrived at the villages of Mladenovac and Dubona, where the latest shooting occurred.
Photos from the scene showed police officers stopping cars at checkpoints as they tried to find the gunman. A helicopter, drones and multiple police patrols were also used.
Reports on local media say the suspect – who the interior ministry said was born in 2002 – started firing at people with an automatic weapon after having an argument with a police officer in a park in Dubona on Thursday evening.
Milan Prokić, a Dubona resident, told Radio Belgrade 1 he heard shots near his house: “It’s sad, regrettable, we locked ourselves in our home so [the shots] wouldn’t come to us.”
The man is then said to have proceeded to shoot people from a car, killing at least eight people and wounding many more.
All injured people admitted to hospital were born after the year 2000, Serbian broadcaster RTS has reported.
Two people aged 21 and 23 were operated on, but remain in critical condition.
The minister of health, Danica Grujičić, and the head of the Security Intelligence Agency, Aleksandar Vulin, reportedly travelled to the area in the early hours of Friday.
On Wednesday, a thirteen-year-old boy shot dead eight fellow pupils at his school in Belgrade, as well as a security guard. It prompted the Serbian government to propose tighter restrictions of gun ownership.
Mass shootings are extremely rare in Serbia, which has very strict gun laws, but gun ownership in the country is among the highest in Europe.

👩⚖️ A Dutch court on Friday ordered a man who judges said had fathered between 500 and 600 children around the world to stop donating sperm.
The 41-year-old Dutchman, identified by de Telegraaf newspaper as Jonathan Meijer, was forbidden to donate more semen to clinics, the court ruling said. He could be fined 100,000 euros ($110,000) per infraction.
The court also ordered Meijer to write to clinics abroad asking them to destroy any of his semen they have in stock, except doses reserved for parents who already had children by him.
The decision came after a civil case started by a foundation representing the interests of donor children and Dutch parents who had used Meijer as a donor.
They argued that Meijer’s continued donations violated the right to a private life of his donor children, whose ability to form romantic relationships are hampered by fears of accidental incest and inbreeding.
Meijer’s mass donations first came to light in 2017 and he was banned from donating to Dutch fertility clinics, where he had already fathered over 100 children.
However, he continued to donate abroad, including to the Danish sperm bank Cryos which operates internationally. Meijer also continued to offer himself as a donor on sites matching prospective parents with sperm donors, sometimes using a different name, according to the Algemeen Dagblad daily.
What does the Bible say about artificial insemination?
Artificial insemination is the process whereby sperm is artificially placed within a woman so as to make her pregnant. Generally, this process is used when the sperm count is not sufficient to allow pregnancy or there is some physical or psychological problem involved in sexual intercourse. Even though this process is not explicitly described in scripture, we can still derive biblical principles that apply to this subject.
Artificial insemination: A Biblical view
God intended that pregnancy occur within the bond of marriage between a man and a woman — who are married to each other. God commissioned the human race in Genesis by the proclamation that Adam and Eve were to multiply and replenish the earth. Furthermore, according to the Bible, pregnancy is to occur between the man and a woman who are married to each other. Sexual relations outside of the marriage relationship are either rape, adultery, or fornication. God condemns these as being morally wrong and thereby sinful. So, how does artificial insemination fit into this?
If the married couple is having a problem getting pregnant and artificial insemination is recommended by a doctor, then it is acceptable under the following conditions.
Only the sperm and egg of the married couple are involved.
Fertilized eggs are not intentionally lost or destroyed.
As long as both the egg and the sperm are from the same married couple, then I can see no problem with this process. After all, both the egg and the sperm belong to the married couple, and there is no intrusion of seed from outside that marriage bond. If the married couple accepts the sperm from another man (a man outside of the marriage bond with that woman), then she is inviting the intrusion of another man’s seed into herself. The artificial insemination in this case involves an adulterous occurrence.
In addition, if the process of artificial insemination involves the fertilization of many eggs with only one being implanted in the womb of the mother, this is not acceptable since the other fertilized eggs must then be discarded. This is not an acceptable option for a Christian couple since it risks destroying human life.
Christian marriage is a covenant between the husband and wife before God with people as witnesses. This covenant is taken seriously by the Lord. It should also be taken seriously by the couple. God knows all situations and circumstances and is in complete control. If a Christian couple cannot get pregnant and if the only way the wife can get pregnant is through the donation of sperm from a man outside of the marriage bond, then it is best to avoid that pregnancy. Otherwise, the couple is inviting into the woman’s body the seed of another man — which is adultery. If the couple desires to have children, they should adopt. This prevention of pregnancy could be a means by which the Lord arranges for couples to adopt, thereby, taking care of other children.
Objections answered
Some claim that using another man’s sperm to impregnate a woman is not morally wrong because there is no physical act of adultery involved and there is no intention of adultery. Also, if the husband agrees, then how could the impregnation be adulterous?
We must be very careful to not let situational ethics govern biblical principles. God has ordained that husband and wife, a married couple, be the bearers of children within that covenantal bond of marriage. Whether or not the physical act of adultery has occurred or not does not excuse the fact that the sperm of another man has entered the body of a woman to whom he is not married. Artificial insemination involving another man’s sperm violates God’s design for sex and reproduction.
A common method of sperm retrieval (masturbation with the assistance of pornography) involves a violation of the sixth commandment (Matthew 5:28; Colossians 3:5; Exodus 20:14).
Many ethical and practical issues are the same here as with surrogate parenting. A review of surrogate parenting material would be appropriate.
Sperm banks raise valid social and legal concerns re: paternal rights, the rights of children to know their parents, transmission of diseases, and a checkered past of mismanagement resulting in mistaken insemination of sperm.
