💭 I’d make it easier. The people involved in the operation saw that the president wanted Germany to freeze for its short-term political goals, and that appalled them. I am talking here about Americans who are very loyal to the United States. At the CIA it is the case that, as I put it in my article, people work for power and not for the Constitution.
The political advantage of the CIA is that a president who does not get through his plans in Congress can walk with the CIA director in the Rose Garden of the White House to plan something secret that can meet many people on the other side of the Atlantic – or wherever in the world. That was always the unique selling point of the CIA – with which I have my problems. But even this community is appalled that Biden decided to expose Europe to the cold to support a war he will not win. This is nefarious to me.

Journalist and Pulitzer Prize winner Seymour Hersh has accused the U.S. Navy on Wednesday of being behind the explosions recorded in the Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2 pipelines in September 2022.
Hersh has explained on his website that those responsible for the alleged sabotage are U.S. Navy divers, who would have placed explosives during NATO’s’ Baltops 22 ‘maneuvers.
Specialized U.S. Navy diving teams carried out the bombing attack against the underwater Nord Stream pipelines which supply Russian gas to western Europe during a top secret mission overseen by President Joe Biden, a bombshell report claims.
Divers planted C4 explosives on three Nord Stream pipelines in June 2022 which were detonated three months later using a sonar buoy which broadcast a signal that triggered the bombs, according to the report.
The attack was carried out in response to Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine and designed to force Germany and other European nations to end their reliance on Russian gas, it is claimed. The move would also disrupt Moscow’s income from gas sales – which have contributed billions of dollars to its war effort.
The sensational report by Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Seymour Hersh, published to his Substack, cites a source ‘with direct knowledge of the operational planning’ behind the alleged plot. The White House and the CIA flatly rejected the report on Wednesday, branding it ‘complete fiction’.
Nord Stream 1 and 2 pipelines were sabotaged by bomb blasts on September 26 2022 in an attack that, ostensibly, continues to baffle investigators. While analysts say the immediate impact of the attack was ‘limited’ – because the pipelines were not fully operational – the geopolitical consequences were huge.
op-rated Fox News host Tucker Carlson, during his Tuesday monologue, made no bones about his suspicions that the Biden regime’s deep state was behind the move to sabotage a pair of Russian pipelines that pump natural gas to the European continent.
Carlson opened his program by mentioning that a major new environmental “catastrophe” was unfolding after the Nordstream pipelines began leaking huge amounts of natural gas into the air from an undersea break that officials said was caused by explosions. Carlson said that such an act of sabotage if in fact, that’s what happened, would almost certainly have to have been sanctioned by the U.S. government.

“Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2 are pouring millions of cubic meters of natural gas into the Baltic Sea,” Carlson began, noting the environmental damage the leak was likely to cause.
The host then noted that due to the nature of the pipeline breaks, they could not have happened naturally and said that European officials quickly declared it an act of sabotage. He also said it is highly doubtful that Russian President Vladimir Putin would have approved of taking out his own pipelines.
“Natural gas is comprised of up to 90% methane. Methane, as Joe Biden has often told you, is the key driver of global warming, which is, of course, an existential threat to humanity and the planet,” he added. “So if you’re worried about climate change, what just happened to the Nord Stream pipelines is as close to the apocalypse as we have ever come. So, the question is, how did this happen? And it turns out it was not an accident.”
“Natural gas pipelines are the main source of your power and your wealth and, most critically, your leverage over other countries. Europe needs your energy now more than ever with winter approaching. If you can’t deliver that energy, then countries like Germany have no need to pay attention to what you want,” he said. “You’re in the middle of a war, an all-hands-on-deck war, so you need all the leverage you can get. Under these circumstances, there is no chance you would blow up Nord Stream 1 or 2.”
At that, Carlson played a clip of President Biden saying that he would “bring an end to” the Nordstream 2 pipeline.
“This is the president who has declared climate change the most pressing emergency in the history of the world. This is the man who lectures you about using a woodstove or driving an SUV because of its emissions,” the host continued. “This is the guy who spent billions trying to mitigate cow flatulence because methane. Would that guy really blow up a methane pipeline in the middle of the Baltic Sea? It was hard to imagine.”
“That would be an unimaginably reckless act. That would be the kind of thing you would do if you wanted to start a nuclear war. It would be insane. And yet in retrospect, it’s obvious they were thinking about this because Joe Biden wasn’t the only person to suggest it,” Carlson said before adding that neocon Victoria Nuland, the Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs, also pledged that the U.S. would stop the pipeline.
“So once again, did the Biden administration really do this? It’s hard to believe,” Carlson said before mentioning the curious timing of a new pipeline under construction that would cut out the need for Europe to import Russian energy supplies.
If the Biden administration “did this, this will be one of the craziest, most destructive things any American administration has ever done. But it would also be totally consistent with what they do. What do they do?” Carlson said. “They destroy. These people built nothing, not one thing. Instead, they tear down and they desecrate from historic statues to the Constitution to energy infrastructure and no one in Congress is trying to stop any of it.”
“What would be the effect of this? Every action has a reaction, equal and opposite. Blow up the Nord Stream pipelines? Okay, we’ve entered a new phase, one in which the United States is directly at war with the largest nuclear power in the world,” he added.

When former President Barack Obama said he was “heartened” by anti-Trump protests, he was sending a message of approval to his troops. Troops? Yes, Obama has an army of agitators — numbering more than 30,000 — who will fight his Republican successor at every turn of his historic presidency. And Obama will command them from a bunker less than two miles from the White House.
In what’s shaping up to be a highly unusual post-presidency, Obama isn’t just staying behind in Washington. He’s working behind the scenes to set up what will effectively be a shadow government to not only protect his threatened legacy, but to sabotage the incoming administration and its popular “America First” agenda.
He’s doing it through a network of leftist nonprofits led by Organizing for Action. Normally you’d expect an organization set up to support a politician and his agenda to close up shop after that candidate leaves office, but not Obama’s OFA. Rather, it’s gearing up for battle, with a growing war chest and more than 250 offices across the country.
Since Donald Trump’s election, this little-known but well-funded protesting arm has beefed up staff and ramped up recruitment of young liberal activists, declaring on its website, “We’re not backing down.” Determined to salvage Obama’s legacy, it’s drawing battle lines on immigration, ObamaCare, race relations and climate change.
Obama is intimately involved in OFA operations and even tweets from the group’s account. In fact, he gave marching orders to OFA foot soldiers following Trump’s upset victory.
“It is fine for everybody to feel stressed, sad, discouraged,” he said in a conference call from the White House. “But get over it.” He demanded they “move forward to protect what we’ve accomplished.”
“Now is the time for some organizing,” he said. “So don’t mope.”
Run by old Obama aides and campaign workers, federal tax records show “nonpartisan” OFA marshals 32,525 volunteers nationwide. Registered as a 501(c)(4), it doesn’t have to disclose its donors, but they’ve been generous. OFA has raised more than $40 million in contributions and grants since evolving from Obama’s campaign organization Obama for America in 2013.
OFA, in IRS filings, says it trains young activists to develop “organizing skills.” Armed with Obama’s 2012 campaign database, OFA plans to get out the vote for Democratic candidates it’s grooming to win back Congress and erect a wall of resistance to Trump at the other end of Pennsylvania Avenue.
It will be aided in that effort by the Obama Foundation, run by Obama’s former political director, and the National Democratic Redistricting Committee, launched last month by Obama pal Eric Holder to end what he and Obama call GOP “gerrymandering” of congressional districts.
Obama will be overseeing it all from a shadow White House located within two miles of Trump. It features a mansion, which he’s fortifying with construction of a tall brick perimeter, and a nearby taxpayer-funded office with his own chief of staff and press secretary. Michelle Obama will also open an office there, along with the Obama Foundation.
Critical to the fight is rebuilding the ravaged Democratic Party. Obama hopes to install his former civil rights chief Tom Perez at the helm of the Democratic National Committee.
Perez is running for the vacant DNC chairmanship, vowing, “It’s time to organize and fight . . . We must stand up to protect President Obama’s accomplishments,” while also promising, “We’re going to build the strongest grassroots organizing force this country has ever seen.”
The 55-year-old Obama is not content to go quietly into the night like other ex-presidents.
“You’re going to see me early next year,” he told his OFA troops after the election, “and we’re going to be in a position where we can start cooking up all kinds of great stuff.”
Added the ex-president: “Point is, I’m still fired up and ready to go.”
