Egyptian Journalist Threatens to Send Ethiopia Back to the Stone Age

Posted by addisethiopia / አዲስ ኢትዮጵያ on June 20, 2021

🔥 Egyptian Journalist Threatens to Destroy Ethiopia if Dam Diverted

Al-Ahram Editor-in-Chief Ashraf El-Ashry and Yassin Ahmad, president of the Ethiopian Institute for Public Diplomacy exchanged threats regarding the opening of the Ethiopian Renaissance Dam on a TV debate. The debate was aired on Russia Today TV on June 8, 2021. El-Ashry said that Cairo will never let the Renaissance Dam turn into a spigot that cuts off water from 100 million Egyptians. He added that he hopes that the Ethiopian leadership takes a long look in the mirror.

El-Ashry said that they must know that the extent of the losses and disasters that would befall the Ethiopians would have a calamitous effect on them and could take them back to the Stone Age. In return Ahmad said that if Egypt bombs the Renaissance Dam, Ethiopia will not sit idly by and it might bomb the Aswan Dam. He said: “Either we swim together, or sink together.”

😈 Of course, while evil Abiy Ahmed and his Muslim-Protestant Oromo Jihadists are waging Jihad against Christian Tigrayans, and openly declare to send Christian Tigray back to the stone age, Egyptians are projecting everything their Muslim brother in Addis Ababa thinks of an evil plan.

😈 Traitor in-Chief Abiy Ahmed Ali Already gave Egypt + Sudan a green light to take the dam.Egypt & Sudan are just creating a political campaign on behalf of their agent & Muslim brother in Addis Ababa who organized a sham election for tomorrow, Monday, 21 June 2021. They even hired Muslim social media activists in suits and ties from Ethiopia, like Mohammed Al Arusi & Ustath Jemal Beshir. Are these traitors, who are part of the divisive Abiy Ahmed Ali’s confuse and convince team, twins?

Watch the Tense On-Air Exchange That CNN Edited Out of Christiane Amanpour’s Interview with RT Host

Posted by addisethiopia / አዲስ ኢትዮጵያ on November 25, 2014

CNN censoring interviews and towing the line of the administrations?
Why else would they be called the Communist News Network?

Russia Today, Russia’s state-run cable news channel, is going after CNN after the American outlet seemingly edited out RT host Anissa Naouai’s harsh criticism of CNN and one of its hosts, Christiane Amanpour.

It should first be noted that many news outlets regularly edit pre-taped interviews. Amanpour even told Naouai that some of her personal attacks would be edited out of the final product. However, RT’s claims that many of Naouai’s criticisms of CNN were also removed appear to be rooted in some truth.

RT later published the full transcript of the CNN interview. Mediaite later highlighted some of the most contentious moments.

In one tense segment that was edited out, Naouai slammed CNN for airing a video of a “supposed helicopter being downed by these anti-Kiev fighters” that ended up being from Syria.

We went online; we checked the video. The video was from Syria. We never even saw a retraction from CNN. So it’s a little difficult to judge,” she added, defending RT’s news coverage.

In another exchange, the RT host essentially accuses Amanpour of propagating the “line of the State Department for over 15 years.”

NAOUAI: …[I]t’s an absurd question coming from someone that’s propagated the line of the State Department for over 15 years. I mean, it’s absolutely absurd.

AMANPOUR: Well, are you talking to me?

NAOUAI: Yes. Absolutely I’m talking to you. Who else would I be talking to?

AMANPOUR: Are you talking to me?

NAOUAI: Absolutely.

AMANPOUR: You’ve got to be kidding me.

NAOUAI: You’ve propagated the line of the State Department for over 15 years, starting with Yugoslavia and all the way into Syria. And now you’re doing it for Ukraine, essentially. Absolutely, I’m talking to you.

AMANPOUR: Oh, my goodness. Have you seen any of my reports about Syria? Have you seen any of my reports about Syria?

NAOUAI: I’ve seen lots of your reports and in not one report where you find you questioning the United States government and their policy. And we, with our Russian propaganda, question those arms to the FSA, question those arms to al-Nusra and other leagues. And now today we have ISIS.

Here’s the edited interview that ended up airing on CNN:

Now watch the full, uncut video of Naouai’s side of the interview below:

They All Hate Africa

Posted by addisethiopia / አዲስ ኢትዮጵያ on July 11, 2012

Russia’s global television news network, “RT” – which is the second most-watched foreign news channel in the United States after the BBC – like most of the mainstream media outlets elsewhere — brings seldom Africa-relevant themes in its 24-hour service program. If it brings, it is either to hammer the United States hard or to demonstrate the insignificance of the African continent in world affairs. The station also intoxicated with the craziness of the Middle East.

The current affairs debate program, “Cross-Talk” is hosted by a biased, left-wing, anti-Israel and self-hating American journalist, Peter Lavelle.

This particular program from July 9, 2012 on African matters is supposed to include African guests, but no African was invited. They say, “the African Union” is incapable of doing somethin positive. But, the reality is, with all the means’ that are available to it, with all the existing problems and tough challenges its enemies present, the AU is doing a relatively decent job in tackling the continents diverse problems. African peacekeepers are all over the continent trying to pacify hotspots like Somalia, Sudan, Liberia, Sierra Leone and the Congo.

Whereas, the Muslim world, even with the presence of passionate Western administrators, experts, advisers and babysitters (Iraq, Afghanistan,Egypt), with the flow of trillions of dollars, with the degree of attention they are given by the medias, they are still unable to move forward, in the contrary, they blame and demonize those who give them help, and continue killing each other playing the victimhood card. Even the 67-year old tool of Arab imperialism, the Arab League is not capable of taking the Syrian situation in its own hands. In fact, the league wants the West to do the dirty job for them. And the world community whines with them why the West is not helping while they are killing each other. Isn’t it ironic, the African, Mr. Kofi Annan, a former U.N. Chief, who let the Tutsis of Rwanda genocidally murdered back in 1994, is serving tirelessly as a special envoy to Syria for the United Nations and the Arab League.

Look how they all show their contempt for Africa, ignorance and disinterest towards its people. “Why should America care for Africa?”, they ask, rhetorically. Compare how emotional and passionate they get, including the moderator, whenever they discuss matters on Syria, Iraq, Egypt or on the so-called Palestinians.
