The Teff: a gluten-free cereal
Teff is a cereal first grown in Ethiopia 5.000 years ago. It is rich in fiber, carbohydrates and minerals (calcium, iron and magnesium). It is highly appreciated by sports practitioners for its properties in helping to restore energy levels. This drink has no added sugars. It only contains naturally occurring sugars.
