ኢትዮ-እስራኤላዊቷ ኤደን አለነ ለዚህ ጽሑፍ ምስክርነት ትሰጠናለች ፤ በተለይ ካሸነፈች

ሰሞኑን ከኢትዮጵያ እና ከእስራኤል ጋር የተያያዙ ጦርነቶች እየተካሄዱ ነው፤ በመጭው ቅዳሜ በአውሮፓ ታዋቂ በሆነው Eurovision የዘፈን ውድድር በኔዘርላንዷ አሆይ/ሮተርዳም ከተማ እስራኤልን ወክላ የምትሳተፈዋ ትውልደ ኢትዮጵያዊቷ ኤደን አለነ በእብራይስጥ፣ በአማርኛ፣ በእንግሊዝኛ፣ በአረብኛና “ነጻ አውጣኝ” የሚለውን ዘፈን ይዛ ቀርባለች። መልካም ዕድል! ግን፤ ጉዳያችን ከዘፈኑ አይደለም፤ ከነገሮች መገጣጠም እንጂ።

“አብራምንም አለው። ዘርህ ለእርሱ ባልሆነች ምድር ስደተኞች እንዲሆኑ በእርግጥ እወቅ፤ ባሪያዎች አድርገውም አራት መቶ ዓመት ያስጨንቋቸዋል። ደግሞም በባርነት በሚገዙአቸው ሕዝብ ላይ እኔ እፈርዳለሁ፤ ከዚያም በኋላ በብዙ ከብት ይወጣሉ። አንተ ግን ወደ አባቶችህ በሰላም ትሄዳለህ፤ በመልካም ሽምግልና ትቀበራለህ። በአራተኛው ትውልድ ግን ወደዚህ ይመለሳሉ፤ የአሞራውያን ኃጢአት ገና አልተፈጸመምና።”

የጥፋት ርኩሰት እንደ እስራኤላውያን እና ኢትዮጵያውያን ለእግዚአብሔር በተመረጡና ቃሉን ባልጠበቁ ሐዝቦች መሐል በተወሰነ የጊዜ ገደብ ይቆያል።

እግዚአብሔር ለእስራኤል ልጆች አስቀድሞ ይህን የጥፋት ርኩሰት ያመጣባችኋል ያላቸው በዙሪያቸው ምድሪቱን ሁሉ ከበው የሚኖሩትን አህዛብን ነው። ስለዚህም ደግሞ ከአህዛብ ጋር ምንም ዓይነት ህብረትና አንድነት እንዳይመሰርቱ ይህ ርኩሰት ከመፈጸሙ በፊት አስቀድሞ አስጠንቅቋቸዋል። ከዚህም በተጨማሪ ለእስራኤል ልጆች የተስፋይቱን ምድር ከማውረሱ በፊት በምድሪቱ ይኖሩ የነበሩት አህዛብ ስለምን ከምድሪቱ እንደሚባረሩም አስረድቷቸዋል። አህዛብ በድሪቱ ውስጥ ያደርጉት ስለነበረውና ጥፋትና ሞት ስላመጣባቸውም ርኩሰት በግልጽና በዝርዝር ነግሯቸዋል። ደግሞም ይህ ርኩሰትና ኃጢአት ወደ እነርሱ ይመጣበት ዘንድ ስላለው መንገድም አሳውቋቸዋል። ልክ እንደ ከነዓን ምድር እንደ እስራኤል ሁሉ ኢትዮጵያም እግዚአብሔርን በማያውቁና በእግዚአብሔር ህግ በማይኖሩ የዋቄዮ–አላህ አህዛብ ዙሪያዋን የተከበበች ብቸኛዋ የክርስትና ምድር ናት።

የኢትዮጵያ የጥፋትና የውድቀት ምስጢር የተገለጠበት የእግዚአብሔር ቃል በሁላችንም ፊት ምስከር በሆነበት በዚህ በእኛ ዘመን የእግዚአብሔር የመጨረሻው ፍርድ በዚህ የጥፋት ዙፋን ላይ ይሆናል ማለት ነው። በሌላም አገላለጽ የሞትና ባርነት አምልኮ የአራት ትውልድ ዕድሜ ያህል በተቀደሰችው ምድር ላይ ቆይቷል ማለትም ይሆናል። ይህም ማለት አሁን ያለውን የእኛን ትውልድ ፩/1 ብለን ወደኋላ ፪/2፣ ፫/3 እና ፬/4 ትውልድ ስንቆጥር ባለው ጊዜ ውስጥ ይህ የጥፋት አምልኮ ወደ ምድሪቱ ገብቷል ማለት ነው። ከሶስትና አራት ትውልዶች በፊት ነው የሉሲፈር ዙፋን በኢትዮጵያ የቆመው። አሁን ያለንበትን ትውልድ አንድ ብለን ተነስተን ወደኋላ ሶስትና አራት ትውልዶች ስንቆጥር ይህ የዲያብሎስ አምልኮ በኢትዮጵያ ምድር የተተከለበትንና ይህ ርኩሰት ወደ ምድሪቱ የገባበትን ጊዜ/ዘመን እንደርስበታለን። እዚህ ጋር መጽሐፍ ቅዱስ የአንድን ትውልድ ዘመን/እድሜ የሚገልጸው በጊዜው ያን ትውልድ ይመራ በነበረው መንግስት የጊዜ ቆይታ (ዘመነ መንግስት) ነው። የትውልዱ ዕድሜ የሚወሰነው በዘመነ መንግስቱ ነው ማለት ነው።

👉 ከዚህም በመነሳት ከባዕድ አምልኮ ጋር በቀጥታ የተያያዙትና ለዚህም ተጠያቂ የሆኑት አራቱ ትውልዶች እነዚህ ናቸው፦

ናቸው።

😈 እንግዲህ ይህ የጥፋትና የሞት ሥርዓተ አምልኮ ወደ ኢትዮጵያ የገባውና የዲያብሎስ ዙፋን በምድሪቱ ላይ የተተከለው በአፄ ምኒልክ ትውልድ ነው ማለት ነው።

፲እግዚአብሔር እንዲህ ይላልና። ሰባው ዓመት በባቢሎን በተፈጸመ ጊዜ እጐበኛችኋለሁ፥ ወደዚህም ስፍራ እመልሳችሁ ዘንድ መልካሚቱን ቃሌን እፈጽምላችኋለሁ።

፲፩ለእናንተ የማስባትን አሳብ እኔ አውቃለሁ፤ ፍጻሜና ተስፋ እሰጣችሁ ዘንድ የሰላም አሳብ ነው እንጂ የክፉ ነገር አይደለም።

፲፪እናንተም ትጠሩኛለችሁ፥ ሄዳችሁም ወደ እኔ ትጸልያላችሁ፥ እኔም እሰማችኋለሁ።

፲፫እናንተ ትሹኛላችሁ፥ በፍጹም ልባችሁም ከሻችሁኝ ታገኙኛላችሁ።

፲፬ ከእናንተም ዘንድ እገኛለሁ፥ ይላል እግዚአብሔር፥ ምርኮአችሁንም እመልሳለሁ፥ ከአሕዛብም ሁሉ ዘንድ እናንተንም ካሳደድሁበት ስፍራ ሁሉ እሰበስባችኋለሁ፥ ይላል እግዚአብሔር፤ እናንተንም ለምርኮ ወዳፈለስሁበት ስፍራ እመልሳችኋለሁ።

ታይቶ የማይታወቅ የአህዛብ ወረራ በስፔይን ግዛት ‘ሴውታ’ | ከዋቄዮ-አላህ ወራሪዎች ጂሃድ ጋር የተቆራኘ ክስተት

ሞሮኮ ውስጥ ወደምትገኘዋ ሴውታ አህዛብ ወራሪዎች በመጉረፍ ላያ ናቸው። ስፔይን ጦር ሠራዊቷን በማላክ ላይ ናት። በሰሜን አፍሪቃ በሜዲተራኒያን ጠርፍ ላይና በሞሮኮ የመልክዓ ምድር ድንበር ውስጥ የሚገኙት “ሴውታ” እና “ሜሊያ” የተባሉት ከተሞች ከአስራ አምስተኛው ክፍለ ዘመን ጀምሮ በስፔይን ቁጥጥር ሥር የቆዩ ዛሬ አውቶኒሚ ያላቸው ቦታዎች ናቸው። ቀደም ሲል ያህል ከመካከለኛ ምስራቅ እና ከሰሚነ አሜሪካ ወደ አይቤሪያው ባሕረ ገብ መሬት በመግባት ስፔይንን እና ፖርቱጋልን ለሰባት መቶ ዓመታት ያህል ተቆጣጥረዋቸው የነበሩት መሀመዳውያኑ በክርስቲያኖች አማካኝነት እንዲባረሩ(የኢትዮጵያን ቅዱሳንም ተሳትፈዋል) ከተደረጉ በኋላ ነበር ተመልሰው እንዳይመጡና የሉሲፈር አምልኮታቸውን እስልምናን በድጋሚ እንዳያስፋፉ ወደእነዚህ ቦታዎች እና ወደ ምዕራብ ሰሃራ ሄዳ የሰፈረችው። አገሩን እና ሕዝቡን የሚጠብቅ አገዛዝ ይህን ትክክለኛ ተግባር ይፈጽማል። ሆኖም ላለፉት መቶ ዓመታት ስፔይን ከመሀመዳውያኑ ነፃ ያወጣትን የክርስትና አምላክ በመርሳት እንደተቀረው የኤዶማውያኑ ዓለም ወደ ዓለማዊው እና ከንቱው የኑሮ ፍልስፍና እየተመለሰች የሕዝቧን ውስጣዊ/መንፈሳዊ ማንነትና ምንነት በማዳከሟ፤ የትንቢት መፈጸሚያዎቹን መሀመዳውያንን በድጋሚ እያስነሳባት ነው። ይህ የፍጻሜ ዘመን ስለሆነ ሰይጣን አምላኪዎቹ ብዙኃኑ መሀመዳውያን በእኛ ዘመን በእሳት እንደሚጠረጉ ልክ እባብ በንዝረት እየተመራ እንደሚናደፍ እነርሱም በውስጣቸው ይህን የጠረጋ ንዝረት በደንብ ያውቁታል። ስለዚህ የተሰጣቸውን የወረራ፣ የዘረፋ፣ ሴቶችን የመድፈሪያና፣ ሕዝቦችን የመጨፍጨፊያ ጂሃዳቸውን በመላው ዓለም ይተገብራሉ። በኢትዮጵያ የምናየው ነው፤ እስከ ንዝረቱ እስከ መስቀል አደባባይ አድርሷቸዋል፣ ፍልስጤማውያኑም የተለመደውን የሮኬት ችቧቸውን በእስራኤል እየለኮሱ ነው።

በነገራችን ላይ እንደ ጋዛ ገላጣማ ከሆኑና እስራኤል ለሃያ አራት ሰዓታት ዓይኖቿን ከምትተክለበት ትንሽ ቦታዎች ለዓመታት ፍልስጤማውያኑ አሸባሪዎች ሮኬቶች መላክ ችለዋል፣ እንዲሁም እነ ሳውዲና ኤሚራቶች እንዲሁ ለሃያራት ሰዓታት ክትትል ከሚያደርጉባት ከገላጣማዋ የመንም እንደ አንድ ቡድን የአሥር ዓመት ዕድሜ የማይሞላቸው ‘ሁቲ’ ነፃ አውጪዎች እስከ ጂዳና ሪያድ ድረስ የሚደርሱ ሮኬቶችና ድሮኖችን በመላክ የበቀል እርምጃዎችን በመውሰድ ላይ ናቸው፤ ታዲያ የኔ ጥያቄ፤ ለሃያ ሰባት ዓመታት ኢትዮጵያን ሲያስተዳድሩ የነበሩት ህወሃቶች ተመሳሳይ ተግባር ለመፈጸም እንዴት ተሳናቸው?

ወደ ዋናው ነጥቤ ስመለስ፤ በኢትዮጵያም ላለፉት ሺህ አራት መቶ፣ በኋላም ላለፉት አምስት መቶ ከዚያም በዛሬዎቹ የዘመን ፍጻሜ በሆኑት ላለፉት መቶ ሰላሳ ዓመታት እየተደረገ ያለውም ይህ ነው። አዎ! የጥፋት ርኩሰት እንደ እስራኤላውያን እና ኢትዮጵያውያን ለእግዚአብሔር በተመረጡና ቃሉን ባልጠበቁ ሐዝቦች መሐል በተወሰነ የጊዜ ገደብ ይቆያል።

እግዚአብሔር ለእስራኤል ልጆች አስቀድሞ ይህን የጥፋት ርኩሰት ያመጣባችኋል ያላቸው በዙሪያቸው ምድሪቱን ሁሉ ከበው የሚኖሩትን አህዛብን ነው። ስለዚህም ደግሞ ከአህዛብ ጋር ምንም ዓይነት ህብረትና አንድነት እንዳይመሰርቱ ይህ ርኩሰት ከመፈጸሙ በፊት አስቀድሞ አስጠንቅቋቸዋል። ከዚህም በተጨማሪ ለእስራኤል ልጆች የተስፋይቱን ምድር ከማውረሱ በፊት በምድሪቱ ይኖሩ የነበሩት አህዛብ ስለምን ከምድሪቱ እንደሚባረሩም አስረድቷቸዋል። አህዛብ በድሪቱ ውስጥ ያደርጉት ስለነበረውና ጥፋትና ሞት ስላመጣባቸውም ርኩሰት በግልጽና በዝርዝር ነግሯቸዋል። ደግሞም ይህ ርኩሰትና ኃጢአት ወደ እነርሱ ይመጣበት ዘንድ ስላለው መንገድም አሳውቋቸዋል። ልክ እንደ ከነዓን ምድር እንደ እስራኤል ሁሉ ኢትዮጵያም እግዚአብሔርን በማያውቁና በእግዚአብሔር ህግ በማይኖሩ የዋቄዮ-አላህ አህዛብ ዙሪያዋን የተከበበች ብቸኛዋ የክርስትና ምድር ናት።

ኢትዮጵያውያን የተሰጣቸውንና ለእግዚአብሔር ልጆች የሆኑበትን ኪዳን አፍርሰው በዙሪያቸው ካሉትንና በወራሪ መልክ እንዲገቡ ከፈቀዱላቸው የዋቄዮ-አላህ የጥፋት ህዝቦች ጋር በመዳቀል፣ አንድነትና ህብረት መፍጠራቸውንና እነዚያ የጥፋት ህዝቦች የሚያደርጉትን የምኞት ርኩሰት በተቀደሰችው ምድር ውስጥ መፈጸማቸውን ነው። ስለዚህም ርኩስታቸውና ዓመጻቸው ደግሞ እንደ እስራኤል ልጆች ሁሉ ኢትዮጵያውያንም “ምናለበት? ይሁንብን፣ አሜን!” ብለው የገቡት የመርገም ኪዳን (ህግ) በተለይ ላለፉት መቶ ሰላሳ ዓመታት ተፈጻሚ ሆኖባቸዋል። ቅጣቱም እግዚአብሔር አምላክ “ከእኔ በቀር ሌሎች አማልክት ላንተ አይሁኑልህ።” በማለት የሰጣቸውን ህግና ሥርዓት ስለጣሱ ነው። ምክኒያቱም ይህ ህግ ዋናው የሐይማኖቱ መሠረት ነውና። ሌሎች ኃጢአቶች ይቅር ሊባሉ የሚችሉ ቢሆንም አህዛብና ሌሎች ብዙዎች የሚያመልኳቸውን አማልክት በማምለክ የሚሆነው ኃጢአት ግን ይቅር የማይባልና እጅግ ከባድ ቅጣት የሚያስከትል ጥፋት ነው።

💭 ከወር በፊት ይህን ጽፌ ነበር፦

“እንኳን ለረመዳን አደረሳችሁ!” ለማለት ሲሽቀዳደሙ ይታያሉ። ካህን ከተባሉት እስከ ምዕመኑ ሁሉም ፀረ–አክሱም ጽዮን ግብዞች ዛሬ “ፈሪሳውያን አህዛብ ናቸው” የምለው በምክኒያት ነው። ክርስቲያን የሆነ ሰው ለክርስቶስ ተቃዋሚዎቹ ለመሀመዳውያን እንኳን ለረመዳን ወይም ለኢድ አልፈጥር ወዘተ አደረሳችሁ!” በጭራሽ ማለት የለበትም፤ “ወደ ሲዖል ልትገቡ ስለሆነ እንኳን ደስ አላችሁ!”። ማለት ነው። የምትወዷቸው ከሆነ ከእስልምና ድቅድቅ ጨለማ ወጥተው በክርስቶስ ብርሃን እንዲድኑ እርዷቸው።”

“አብራምንም አለው። ዘርህ ለእርሱ ባልሆነች ምድር ስደተኞች እንዲሆኑ በእርግጥ እወቅ፤ ባሪያዎች አድርገውም አራት መቶ ዓመት ያስጨንቋቸዋል። ደግሞም በባርነት በሚገዙአቸው ሕዝብ ላይ እኔ እፈርዳለሁ፤ ከዚያም በኋላ በብዙ ከብት ይወጣሉ። አንተ ግን ወደ አባቶችህ በሰላም ትሄዳለህ፤ በመልካም ሽምግልና ትቀበራለህ። በአራተኛው ትውልድ ግን ወደዚህ ይመለሳሉ፤ የአሞራውያን ኃጢአት ገና አልተፈጸመምና።”

“በላይ በሰማይ ካለው፥ በታችም በምድር ካለው፥ ከምድርም በታች በውኃ ካለው ነገር የማናቸውንም ምሳሌ የተቀረጸውንም ምስል ለአንተ አታድርግ፤በሚጠሉኝ እስከ ሦስተኛና እስከ አራተኛ ትውልድ ድረስ የአባቶችን ኃጢአት በልጆች ላይ የማመጣ፤ ለሚወድዱኝ ትእዛዜንም ለሚጠብቁ እስከ ሺህ ትውልድ ድረስ ምሕረትን የማደርግ እኔ እግዚአብሔር አምላክህ ቀናተኛ አምላክ ነኛና አትስገድላቸው፥ አታምልካቸውም።”

በዚህ መለኮታዊ ቃል ውስጥ እንደተገለጸው የእግዚአብሔር ሐሳብ አንድ ለእግዚአብሔር የተለየ ሕዝብ የተሰጠውን የሕይወት ኪዳን አፍርሶ በእንደዚህ ዓይነት ኃጢአት በተጠመደና በተያዘ ጊዜ ይህ የጥፋት ርኩሰት ከሶስት እስከ አራት ትውልቾ ድረስ ከትውልድ ወደ ትውልድ እየተላለፈ በዚያ ህዝብ ላይ የሚነግስ የሞት መንግስት (ህግ)ይሆናል ማለት ነው። ከዚህም ርኩሰት የተነሳ ደግሞ በእነዚህ ሶስታን አራት ትውልዶች ላይ የእግዚአብሔር ፍርድ ማለትም ፅኑ ቁጣው ሙሉ በሙሉ ተፈጻሚ እንደሚሆንባቸው ጨምሮ ይገልጻል። ይህም ማለት በሌላ አባባል የአህዛብ አምልኮተ ሰይጣን ዙፋንና የዲያብሎስ የሞትና የባርነት መንግስታዊ አገዛዝ በምድሪቱ ውስጥ የሚቆየው ከሶስት እስከ አራት ትውልዶች ባለው ጊዜ ውስጥ ብቻ ይሆናል ማለት ነው። ከዚህ በኋላ አንድ ምስክር ስለሆነው ጥፋት ሁሉ በዛ ህዝብ ላይ በሰማይና በምድር ሁሉ ፊት በመሰከረ ጊዜ በዚህ የጥፋትና የሞት አገዛዝ ሥርዓት ላይ የእግዚአብሔር ፍርድ ይሆናል ማለት ነው።

ከሺህ አራት መቶ ዓመታት በፊት ዲያብሎስን አምላኪዎቹ መሀመዳውያን በስደት መልክ ወደ አክሱም-ኢትዮጵያ ግዛት ወደ ዛሬዋ ትግራይ ውቅሮ ገብተው በሰፈሩበት ወቅት መሀመዳውያኑ በአጋንንት አጠራር “አል-ነጃሺ” በተባለው የያኔው የኢትዮጵያ ንጉሥ አቀባበል ሲደረግላቸው ከናግራን ደቡብ አረቢያ ግፍ ሲሰራባቸው የነበሩ ክርስቲያኖች መስለውት ነበር። (የክርስቶስን እና የእናቱን የእመቤታችንን ስም እየጠሩ ‘ሲያስለቅሱት’)። መሀመዳውያን ለእራሳቸው ዲያብሎሳዊ አምልኮ አመቺ በሚሆን መልክ ብዙ ያልተፈጸሙና የተሳሳቱ የታሪክ ትረካዎች ለመላው ዓለም እንዳሰራጩት ሁሉ ወደ ኢትዮጵያ ሲገቡም አል-ነጃሺ ቅብርጥሴ የሚሏቸው ነገሮችን ሁሉ አባቶች ከደበቋቸው የታሪክ መረጃዎች ከልሶ ማሳወቅ ግድ ይላል። በቱርኮች ከተመራው ከመጀመሪያው የግራኝ አህመድ ወረራ እስከ ዛሬው በአህዛብና መናፍቃን በሚመራው የግራኝ አህመድ ዳግማዊ ወረራ ድረስ ሁሉም ጂሃዳዊ ተልዕኮ ያላቸው፤ ሕዝበ ክርስቲያኑን ለማጥፋት፣ የእስልምናን ምስጢር ሊያጋላጡ የሚችሉትን ቅርሶች እየፈለጉ ለማጥፋት ወዘተ ነው።

እስከ ታላቁ ክርስቲያን ንጉሥ አፄ ዮሐንስ ፬ተኛ(እንደ ንጉሥ አርማህ በአህዛብ ተታለው ክርስትናን የተቀበለች ሴት በስህተት እስከ አገቡ ድረስ)በአክሱም ጽዮን ሲነግሡ የነበሩት ነገሥታት ሁሉ ፈሪሃ እግዚአብሔር የነበራቸው የአህዛብን ዲያብሎሳዊ ምስጢር የነቁበትና አህዛብን ከቅድስት ሃገራቸው ከኢትዮጵያ ለማስወገድ መለኮታዊ ፈቃድና ፍላጎት የነበራቸው በመሆኑ በበተለይ ዛሬ ትግራይ በምንላት ክፍለ ሃገር የሚኖሩ ኢትዮጵያውያን ሁልጊዜ በጠላቶቻቸው ላይ ድል እየተቀዳጁ እስከ ዛሬው የአራተኛው ትውልድና የአህዛብ መገርሰሻ እስከሆነው ዘመን ድረስ ሊዘልቁ በቅተዋል። እግዚአብሔር የተመሰገነ ይሁን።

የኢትዮጵያ የጥፋትና የውድቀት ምስጢር የተገለጠበት የእግዚአብሔር ቃል በሁላችንም ፊት ምስከር በሆነበት በዚህ በእኛ ዘመን የእግዚአብሔር የመጨረሻው ፍርድ በዚህ የጥፋት ዙፋን ላይ ይሆናል ማለት ነው። በሌላም አገላለጽ የሞትና ባርነት አምልኮ የአራት ትውልድ ዕድሜ ያህል በተቀደሰችው ምድር ላይ ቆይቷል ማለትም ይሆናል። ይህም ማለት አሁን ያለውን የእኛን ትውልድ ፩/1 ብለን ወደኋላ ፪/2፣ ፫/3 እና ፬/4 ትውልድ ስንቆጥር ባለው ጊዜ ውስጥ ይህ የጥፋት አምልኮ ወደ ምድሪቱ ገብቷል ማለት ነው። ከሶስትና አራት ትውልዶች በፊት ነው የሉሲፈር ዙፋን በኢትዮጵያ የቆመው። አሁን ያለንበትን ትውልድ አንድ ብለን ተነስተን ወደኋላ ሶስትና አራት ትውልዶች ስንቆጥር ይህ የዲያብሎስ አምልኮ በኢትዮጵያ ምድር የተተከለበትንና ይህ ርኩሰት ወደ ምድሪቱ የገባበትን ጊዜ/ዘመን እንደርስበታለን። እዚህ ጋር መጽሐፍ ቅዱስ የአንድን ትውልድ ዘመን/እድሜ የሚገልጸው በጊዜው ያን ትውልድ ይመራ በነበረው መንግስት የጊዜ ቆይታ (ዘመነ መንግስት) ነው። የትውልዱ ዕድሜ የሚወሰነው በዘመነ መንግስቱ ነው ማለት ነው።

More than 250 African Migrants Are Feared Drowned in the Mediterranean

A charity rescue boat’s discovery of five corpses and two sinking rubber dinghies 15 miles from the Libyan coast has raised fears that more than 250 African migrants may have drowned in the Mediterranean, Thursday.

Spanish NGO Proactiva Open Arms, who operated the rescue boat, said that the two partially submerged dinghies it discovered near the corpses were the kind usually used by people traffickers, Agence France-Press reports. They would typically carry 120-140 migrants each a spokeswoman for the organization said.

“We don’t think there can be any other explanation than that these dinghies would have been full of people,” Proactiva spokeswoman Laura Lanuza told AFP. “It seems clear that they sunk.”

“In over a year we have never seen any of these dinghies that were anything other than packed,” Lanuza added.

Migrant Boat Sinks Off Turkish Coast, 11 Dead

Eleven people drowned and four remained missing in a migrant boat sinking off Turkey’s Aegean coast on Friday, local media reported.

The bodies of the dead were found on the shore in the western province of Aydin, seven others on board the inflatable dinghy were found alive, the agency added.

25,170 Muslim Migrants and Refugees Entered Europe by sea in 2017

More than 6,000 migrants have been rescued on the central Mediterranean route from Libya to Italy in the last few days, as greater numbers take to the sea in warmer weather, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) said on Tuesday.

IOM reports that 25,170 migrants and refugees entered Europe by sea in 2017 through 22 March, with over 80 percent arriving in Italy and the rest in Spain and Greece. This compares with 163,273 through the first 82 days of 2016. IOM Rome spokesman Flavio Di Giacomo said Thursday between 20 and 22 March, 4,380 migrants arrived in Italy by sea. On 23 March another 1,200 migrants who were rescued in recent days also were brought to land. They are not yet included in the 20,674 total arrivals figure compiled by Italy’s Ministry of Interior to date. The main nationalities included with these 1,200 additional arrivals are Nigerian, Gambian, Ivorian, Ghanaian, Malian, Senegalese and Guinean (both Guinea-Bissau and Conakry). Di Giacomo further reported that on Thursday the NGO Proactiva Open Arms retrieved the remains of five migrants from a capsized dinghy. These five deaths are not included in the 559 Mediterranean migrant and refugee fatalities recorded by IOM’s Missing Migrants Project through March 22. Also, IOM Libya’s Christine Petré reported Thursday that on Tuesday (21 March) local fishermen rescued 54 migrants – 50 men, four women) off Zuwarah. An estimated 120 people were on board a rubber boat, she reported, and that the remains of two male migrants were retrieved on shore. IOM Libya reports the total number of migrants rescued in Libyan water in 2017 is 3,457. Total known fatalities: 163 Last year at this time IOM recorded 554 Mediterranean fatalities, two thirds of those occurring off Greece in the Eastern Mediterranean. In 2017 so far only two fatalities have been recorded on this route. By contrast, nearly 560 of this year’s reported deaths have occurred on the routes to Italy and Spain – or about three times the combined 188 fatalities recorded on these two routes in 2016. Worldwide, Missing Migrants reports fatalities on this date top 1,050 (see chart, below), with the Mediterranean region accounting for the largest proportion of deaths – over half of the global total. As of March 23, Missing Migrants Project has recorded 20,157 migrant deaths since the start of 2014 – or over 20,000 migrant deaths recorded in just over three years.

As Europe Begins to Welcome Syrians, African Refugees Fear Being Left Behind

There is growing concern that Europe may unwittingly divide migrants into two distinct classes.

With E.U. leaders finally working on a Europe-wide refugee policy, there is growing concern among some migrants and aid officials that the new policies might unwittingly divide the migrants into two distinct classes—with two different kinds of welcomes.

First, the hundreds of thousands of Syrians fleeing the war back home, whose stunning flight into Europe has seized world attention; and second, the hundreds of thousands of much poorer, less educated newcomers who have also fled dire circumstances in Africa.

As EU officials prepare to meet in Brussels on Monday to hash out an emergency plan, the details are sketchy as to how the continent will integrate the massive influx of migrants who have crossed into Europe from Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. On Wednesday the European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker made it clear to the EU Parliament that the union’s 28 countries were duty-bound to help host the 160,000 asylum-seekers currently stuck in Greece, Italy, and Hungary, and emphasized that all would be treated equally. “Europe has made the mistake in the past of distinguishing between Jews, Christians, Muslims,” he said. “There is no religion, no belief, no philosophy when it comes to refugees.”

Yet, for some of the 80,000 or so who have landed in Sicily this year—the vast majority African—the promise of fairness for all sounds unconvincing.

Africans who have fled deadly, often forgotten conflicts, or various kinds of persecution—including religious and anti-gay violence—say they believe it could take years to win refugee status or residence in Europe, if they ever receive it at all. Those simply fleeing poverty, and there are many, are not eligible for asylum.

Instead, many predict a long, tough road towards acceptance and employment somewhere on the continent. Several African asylum-seekers in Sicily described overwhelming bureaucratic hurdles towards those goals — a far different picture than the tens of thousands of Syrians whom the E.U. and U.S. now appear willing to host.

Yet both sets of newcomers share one experience: life-threatening journeys to Europe. “”We risked everything to cross the Mediterranean,” says Samate, a tall 17-year-old from Senegal, sitting in a detention center in the Sicilian town of Messina on Wednesday. He said he fled his home last February after separatist rebels in the disputed Casamance region where he comes from tried to draft him into battle. The Italian Coast Guard rescued him and other migrants as they tried to cross the Mediterranean on in late July, and brought them to Sicily.

About half of those who have landed on Europe’s shores this year have been Syrian, according to the U.N. refugee agency, most crossing from Turkey to Greece, before moving quickly on to Austria, Germany and Sweden. But a large portion of the rest are Africans who have crossed from Libya to Italy—a more lethal sea route that has so far killed more than 2,200 migrants this year. Most have arrived after hair-raising treks across the vast, searing Sahara, and then weeks in Libya’s migrant jails. Samate’s five-month journey included working for traffickers in Niger and Libya at meager wages.

Far different from the Syrians clambering off boats in Greece, the Africans land in Sicily penniless and empty-handed. When I ask to see what they carried with them, most look puzzled, then point to the clothes on their back. “I arrived with nothing, not even my documents,” said Mandjo, 16, from Guinea, who fled when religious violence destroyed his village. What little he grabbed as he fled was lost to bandits along the way.

Now, the plight of African refugees like Mandjo risks getting lost amid the Syrian refugee crisis in Europe, aid officials say. “It’s important to us that Europe is now beginning to talk about opening their borders and welcoming refugees,” says Giovanna Di Benedetto of Save the Children in Sicily. “But it is not only Syrians who have to be welcomed.”

To underscore her point, Di Benedetto whips out her iPhone to show me photos of dead African infants whose bodies washed ashore on a beach off Zuwara, Libya on August 28, when their smugglers’ boat capsized. About 200 people drowned when the ship overturned.

Five days later, a photo on a beach off Bodrum, Turkey showed another dead toddler: Aylan Kurdi, a three-year-old Syrian boy. That image finally jolted EU leaders into action. “Syrians of course need help, but they are not the only ones,” Di Benedetto says. Shaking her head at the photos of dead African children on her phone, she says she wonders whether Aylan’s “white skin” made the difference.

On Wednesday, Juncker, the European Commission President, announced a new €1.8-billion fund for Africa that will be financed from the EU’s operating budget. The fund is meant to address “root causes of illegal migration in Africa,” and Juncker expects individual European countries to “pitch in” with more money to effectively persuade Africans to stay at home, rather than move to Europe. He said the money would help generate jobs in Africa, thus reducing “destabilization, forced displacement and illegal migration.”

Such programs, sorely needed, could take generations to work, however. In the meantime, thousands of African migrants await settlement inside Europe’s borders.

How the EU will address this more immediate problem that problem is less clear than the issue of the new Syrian arrivals. “The EU is talking about the Syrians,” says Valeria Morace, an Italian working in the Messina center for unaccompanied minors. “But politicians don’t talk about Africans in general, because they are not really doing anything for them.”
