Media Silence Surrounds Muslim Massacre of Christians

Political leaders and public figures were falling over themselves this weekend to condemn the mosque attacks in New Zealand, while dozens of Christians were slaughtered by Muslims in Nigeria to the sound of crickets.

The mosque attacks were indeed a horrific affair and worthy of universal condemnation. Presidents, prime ministers, royalty, and religious leaders rushed to extend their condolences to victims and their families — as well they should — while decrying the hate that purportedly motivated the shootings.

Without exception, the mainstream media gave top billing to the shootings, with newspapers carrying the story on their front pages and television news channels leading off their broadcasts with the story.

The bizarre aspect of the coverage was not, in fact, the attention paid to a heinous crime committed in New Zealand, but the absolute silence surrounding the simultaneous massacre of scores of Christians by Muslim militants in Africa.

As Breitbart News alone reported among major news outlets, Fulani jihadists racked up a death toll of over 120 Christians over the past three weeks in central Nigeria, employing machetes and gunfire to slaughter men, women, and children, burning down over 140 houses, destroying property, and spreading terror.

The New York Times did not place this story on the front page; in fact, they did not cover it at all. Apparently, when assessing “all the news that’s fit to print,” the massacre of African Christians did not measure up. The same can be said for the Washington Post, the Chicago Tribune, the Detroit Free Press, the LA Times, and every other major paper in the United States.

The news shows from the three major television channels did not mention the story, and nor did CNN or MSNBC.

There are several possible explanations for this remarkable silence, and none of them is good.

Since, in point of fact, Muslim radicals kill Christians around the world with alarming frequency, it is probable that one more slaughter did not seem particularly newsworthy to the decision-makers at major news outlets. Muslims being killed, on the other hand, may strike many as newsworthy precisely because it is so rare.

A second motive for the media silence around the massacre of Christians in Nigeria may be geo-political and racial. New Zealand is a first-world country where such things are not supposed to happen, whereas many people still consider Africa to be a backwards place where brutal killings are par for the course.

Moreover, the slaughter of black Christians in Africa may not enkindle rage among westerners the way that the murder of white and brown Muslims in New Zealand would.

Finally, the story simply does not play to the political agenda that many mainstream media would like to advance. How much mileage can be gained from Muslims murdering Christians, when Christians in America are often seen as an obstacle to the “progress” desired by liberals? The left sees Christians in the United States as part of the problem and seeks to undermine their credibility and influence at every turn rather than emboldening them.

Anti-Christian bias has been rightly called “the last acceptable prejudice,” one that few bother condemning.

“No one much cares about offending Christians,” wrote the coalition of African-American pastors in an essay last Tuesday. “In fact, mocking, belittling, and blaspheming Christianity is becoming a bit of a trend in our culture. Anti-Christian bigotry truly is the last acceptable prejudice.”

“The hypocrisy on display is astounding,” the pastors continued. “Christianity is the dominant religion of our country. It is the foundation of our government and morality. And yet, Christians are treated as fair game for mockery and insult.”

Christians are by far the most persecuted religious group in the world, but the mainstream media routinely ignore this fact as if it were unimportant or uninteresting. As a result, many people do not even realize how widespread the persecution is or that 75 percent of the victims of religious persecution around the world are Christians.

Whatever the reason — or reasons — for the media silence surrounding the most recent massacres of Christians in Nigeria as well as numerous other such events, it should give right-thinking people pause.

By all means, the lethal shootings of dozens of Muslims in New Zealand is a massive story and merits extensive coverage. But it only stands to reason that similar coverage should be devoted to the slaughter of Christians.

For the moment, it serves as a poignant reminder that a double standard is at work when it comes to news coverage, and that it is Christians who inevitably draw the short straw.

Finsbury Park: When ‘Terrorism’ Becomes A Useful Word

We don’t even have the name of the attacker of the London Finsbury Park mosque attack, and already the mainstream press and Britain’s politically correct politicians are busy advising us the attack was an act of “terrorism” not at all different from the wave of Islamist terror attacks currently plaguing London. They are even calling it terrorism this time, contrary to their normal practice:

From the Telegraph: “Finsbury Park mosque: One dead and 10 injured in London terror attack.”

No, there is no question that what happened was a horrific act, and the perpetrator of it must be punished in the harshest possible terms. Try not to release the sentenced creep to the tender mercies of the Libyan government when he claims he’s sick. Can you manage that much, Britain?

But to define what happened as an actual terror attack? That seems to be a rush to judgment.

So what was the terror cause, the grand vision, the paradise he was achieving, the political aim of creating the terror? Whom was he being a martyr for? These are all essential elements of an event being terrorism as opposed to ordinary crime.

And in this rush to call it “terror,” explain to us: how did the authorities not rule out that it was the act of an unhinged, mentally unstable person (they’re certainly holding the perp in a mental health cell for it), or a vigilante counterattack such as are seen on the European continent? How we know that it was not the act of an unbalanced Chechen or Bosnian, engaging in Muslim internecine warfare, which is not unknown? Or something Iran’s Shiite mullahs cooked up to stir up trouble among the Sunnis? Was the punk known to them?

We don’t know – all we know is that they don’t want people like us to know who it is and what his motivation was. All we are supposed to know, at this point, is that know is that it was “terrorism” no matter what the other facts say. And in an era when authorities constantly call real terrorist attacks “lone wolf” attacks, or declare no connection to ISIS before any of the facts is in, it sounds kind of strange that they are all jumping on the bandwagon to declare “terrorism” this time in a bid to please the Muslim lobby. They sure as heck haven’t when the real terror attacks are going on.

It’s not just the leftist press that propounds this line, either, though J.K. Rowling seems to be taking the lead:

Britain’s pols and bureaucrats seem to be lining up for it as well:

Finsbury Park attack: Theresa May condemns ‘sickening’ terror attack

She said the driver of the van acted alone, adding: “Hatred and evil of this kind will never succeed.”

She also said that police declared it a terrorist incident within eight minutes, and that it was “an attack on Muslims near their place of worship”.

Mrs May added that “there has been far too much tolerance of extremism over many years”.

“It is a reminder that terrorism, extremism and hatred take many forms; and our determination to tackle them must be the same whoever is responsible.

The cops are in on the game, too:

Metropolitan Police deputy assistant commissioner Neil Basu thanked members of the public for restraining the suspect as he said the attack had “all the hallmarks of terrorism”.

Does this come across as protesting too much? Or a rush to moral equivalence?

The mentality seems to be: They do it. We do it. Well since, everyone does it, why should anyone get upset about it? Or morally indignant? Or cast a closer eye on Islamism and its hate preachers? Everybody does it. London Mayor Sadiq Khan’s vision of “terrorism being part and parcel” of life in the big city is pretty much achieved.

The whole aim of it is to shut down any thinking or action on the root cause of all of these terror attacks: Islamic radical terrorism and the Petri dish it grows in. Having known many Muslims from London, it’s unfair to paint them all with the same brush – the Muslim people I have known want nothing to do with this plague on society. But the ideas are not absent, either, and they infect not only the minds of unhinged individuals, but also the society they move around in.

That’s not the issue, apparently, with this lone wolf attacker, at least until the facts are known. The authorities don’t want you to have the facts, however. They want you to have the “everybody does it” narrative. That way, you can fall asleep next time an Islamist terror attack takes out another dozen people.

I just read the story about Syrian & Palestinian Arabs Clashing with locals, police in Germany

I thought, even BreitbartNews is using titles in general terms – the latest headline to this story below: Migrant Groups Cry ‘Allahu Akhbar’, Clash With Locals, Police”.

That was exactly what I was talking about a few days ago. When it comes to Arab and Turkish horrendous crimes, no widespread report on mainstream national media to be found. If the local papers mention anything, they often formulate the title in a cynically cowardice manner, like:

“Refugees Involved In Mass Brawl” or “Mass Brawl because of broken cars”,while these Jihadists are attacking the police by shouting,“Alla Snack Bar!”, FOCUS just calls them, “Crawler or Chaotic folks”

Compare that with the way they write about Africans: “Up To 100 Black Africans Threaten Policemen In Hamburg” or “Eritrean Refugees Attack Police Dogs”

The vast majority of criminal acts is done by Arabs, Pakistanis, Albanians and Chechens – Syrians topping the list of migrant crimes that are not related to border controls, with a total of 10,348 individual offenses in 2015. They also led assault cases among migrants, with 3,186 offenses in 2015, yet, the authorities and media barely mention country or religion of origin if the crime is done by these group.

Are They Serious?!

Many in Germany lately are very much amused how the media is applying primitive tactics to brainwash the gullible populace by presenting Syrians as Angela’s angels to must be welcomed.

Recently, in the course of just a year “refugees”, particularly Syrians, apparently found, according to the state, at least 91,845 euros in Germany and handed them over to the police. The money were apparently found on park benches, in wardrobe walls or simply on the street. The apparent honesty of the “refugee” finders is from another world. Similar stories are not known about German finders. As you see below, the way how they attempt to manipulate the welcoming native population is unbelievably childish and cheap.

Migrant Groups Cry ‘Allahu Akhbar’, Clash With Locals, Police

A large group of migrants fought with locals in the German town of Peine, Lower Saxony, throwing stones, damaging cars, and shouting “Allahu Akbar”.

The clash began at around 9 p.m. Wednesday when a group of 10 migrants, some Syrian and some Palestinian, got into a fight. Shortly after the violence began, the police arrived on the scene and most of the perpetrators fled leaving one individual with a head injury who was taken to a nearby hospital.

At around 11 p.m., however, the violence erupted in the area once more when the migrants returned and began to smash the cars of local residents, many of whom are of a foreign background themselves. Around 40 to 50 locals left their houses to confront the mob, who threw rocks at the residents, as cries of “Allahu Akbar” were heard, Hannoversche Allgemeine Zeitung reports.

Police say the majority of the residents involved had Lebanese, Turkish, or Kurdish origins.

During the chaos, a police car was also hit by rocks thrown by one of the rioters. Police managed to eventually separate the two groups after a large deployment of officers arrived on the scene called in from other departments.

Police say that only one man was arrested for resisting officers’ commands, and authorities have launched an investigation into several cases of bodily harm and property damage.

The case is similar to what happened in the town of Bautzen last year when migrants rampaged through the city only to be confronted by locals. The fight involved around 20 migrants and 80 right wing supporters who shouted slogans at the migrants.

Another fight broke out in Bautzen later in December at a Christmas market, once again between locals and asylum seekers. Police said the two groups came to blows after a heated argument. After they were finished fighting, the migrants caused hundreds of euros of damage to a car.

Mass brawls between migrants have occurred in asylum homes as well, some of which have also been caught on film. One such brawl in Dortmund saw over a dozen migrants attack each other with chairs and other weapons leading to the hospitalization of several people.

Whether it’s the Western press, Asian or Russian, they all seem to have been united in creating an atmosphere of fear among the “racially Caucasian” populations across Eurasia by repeatedly using the words Africa or Africans. Africa is a country! The vast majority of those migrants invading Europe are Arab and Asian Muslims – see the graphic – yet, Africans remain the boogieman. 146 African Migrants Feared Missing After Boat Capsizes in Med

About 146 migrants are feared missing after their boat capsized after leaving Libya, according to a Gambian man who was rescued following the disaster, the United Nations’ refugee agency said Wednesday.

The man was rescued by a Spanish military ship participating in the EU’s “Operation Sophia” to crack down on smugglers, and then brought to the Italian island of Lampedusa.

The vessel left on Sunday or Monday from Sabratha, northwestern Libya, with five children and several pregnant women among those on board, the Gambian told a member of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees who met him at a hospital in Lampedusa.

Most of the passengers were from Nigeria, Mali and The Gambia, he said.

Last month a Ghanaian man was shot 3 times by Hamburg police. Der Spiegel had the full story here:

According to eye witnesses, the victim, Augustine Akwesi Obeng, a Hamburg civilian, who hails from Boukrom-Kumasi, Ghana, was drunk at that particular moment and highly disorderly.

A Hamburg police officer in civilian clothes approached him and that was when all hell broke loose.

The eye witness stated that he saw the police officer spray what looked like a pepper spray in the direction of the victim which had no major effect on the intoxicated victim.

Then the eye witness said he saw Akwesi Obeng lunge towards the plain clothed police officer with what appeared to look like a knife.

But the officer was able to kick the object out of the hands of Mr Augustine Akwesi. Immediately then after the officer pulled out a gun and shot Mr Augustine Akwesi in the leg.

The eye witness then said even though Mr Augustine Akwesi went down on his knees after the first shot, the officer proceeded to shot him two more times.

Eye witness said the officer shot him twice around his mid and upper body sections.

Later, the nearby shop owners (Casinos, Betting Shops & Night clubs – as a usual practice, frequently ‘gifted’ by German authorities to Albanian, Turkish, Iranian, and Arab owners) begun sharing their hateful thoughts about Africans with local reporters. Here are some of them from this Der Spiegel report:

A Pakistani shopkeeper complains that from 7 pm, hardly any customers dared to enter his business, because Somalian drug dealers were selling their goods directly in front of the entrance. “In public,” he says. “As if they were on the bazaar.” The police are often powerless against the dealers. If someone is arrested, he would be free again after a few hours – for lack of evidence. Although the exact circumstances of the shots are not yet clear, one Arab said: “These are people who do not accept the basic law of Germany,”. “If I were the policeman, I would not have shot him in the legs, but in the head.”

Yet, Arab terrorists who murdered innocent Germans are alive, unharmed, well and relaxing inside lavish German prisons. You wouldn’t believe if you learn how much support and help authoriies and medias in Germany give to Muslim Turks, Iranians and Arabs of the course of the past three decades. Neverthless this ungrateful group of people are abusing the German society in an increidable fashon that many native Germans are forced to migrate. 

Just last month, even UN experts accused Germany of ‘structural racism’ against people of African descent. The findings and recommendations will be formally presented to the UN Human Rights Council in September. These findings prove what’s presented above. The established system even permits or uses Turks, Arabs and co. to discriminate against Africans. Mind you, there are only 800,000 Africans (including  majority North ‘African’ Arabs) living in Germany. Only last year, 1 million Syrians came to Germany, in addition to the millions of Turks, Arabs, Albanians and Iranians.

People of African descent are at the “lowest rungs of Germany society”, the working group found, having their opportunities limited from school onwards and ending up with “the jobs which nobody else wants” such as cleaning, on low wages.

Because Germany does not gather official statistics on the basis of ethnicity, equality data cannot be used to identify and combat issues, while people of African descent are not recognized as “a significant minority” deserving specific action, according to the report.

Mainstream Media Fake News Feeding Frenzy To Take Down Trump

How serious has the war gotten between Donald Trump’s White House and the government he supposedly runs?

Gizmodo – a website that deals with science and technology as well as politics – has launched a new site to encourage government employees to leak damning information about the Trump administration. TellonTrump.com is the subject of a massive advertising campaign on Facebook and will give government turncoats a safe and secure means of passing along damaging documents.

Wall Street Journal:

“One thing we know about Donald Trump is that there are a lot of things Donald Trump doesn’t want people to know about. If you’ve reached this page, you might have information about the conduct of Donald Trump or his administration that you’d like people to know about. Here’s how you can tell us,” the site explains.

The Univision Communications Inc.-owned media group, which operates sites like Fusion and the former Gawker Media sites like Gizmodo, Deadspin and Jezebel, started running ads on the social media platform within the last week that specifically target people who list certain government agencies as their employers. The ads don’t specify which news outlet is running the campaign, but the site which the ads point to clearly identifies the Gizmodo special projects desk.

“We are targeting people who are employed by federal agencies because we want them to know that if they see or know about something they think is newsworthy, we are here for them,” said John Cook, Gizmodo’s head of investigations.

Mr. Cook said Gizmodo is also working to purchase bus shelter ads near certain government agencies in Washington, D.C., encouraging people to contact them with information about the Trump administration.

Amazing, incredible – frightening. The German word that describes what’s going on is Götterdämmerung – a “cataclysmic downfall or momentous, apocalyptic event, especially of a regime or an institution.” Trump’s enemies are willing to tear the entire country down in order to destroy the president. The fact that they will destroy the presidency and the country in the process is regrettable but worth it because Trump is…well, evil.

John Podhoretz:

I am myself unnerved by the evidence of high-level lawlessness in the Flynn matter, but a “coup d’etat” refers specifically to a military ouster of a leader, not a leak-driven campaign using the press to nail someone. This is sure to persist, though, if the Flynn-Russia matter accelerates—and if the reluctant House and Senate do begin investigating the matter in earnest. If the language surrounding the investigation remains florid and purple, if Democrats try to please their Trump-hating constituents by screaming impeachment and liberal media tries to garner audience by jumping openly and vociferously on the bandwagon, the Trumpians will respond in kind by stirring the pot through their media and their argumentation.

The result might well be violence. Not rhetorical violence. Actual violence. Actual political violence. Actual conflicts between anti-Trumpers and Trumpers. At demonstrations. In the streets. Of our cities. Political violence of a sort we haven’t seen in 50 years, and maybe haven’t really seen in this country in the modern era. Those who believe Trump is a unique menace whose threat to our democratic way of life will be met with those who believe the elites are using illicit means to oust the legitimately elected president of the United States.

This is not a fantasy. This is one possible future. And every rational person who cares about the future of the country should be mindful of it, and should work to forestall it.

The media feeding frenzy is unprecedented – and that’s saying a lot. To read most of the media stories the last 48 hours, you would think Trump is a heartbeat away from impeachment, resignation, or an internal revolution. Hysterical hit pieces like this N.Y. Times anonymously sourced, non-specific story about Trump campaign aides talking with senior Russian intelligence officials “around the same time they were discovering evidence that Russia was trying to disrupt the presidential election by hacking into the Democratic National Committee” are fueling an innuendo-driven storyline that Trump aides – and possibly Trump himself – committed treason by colluding with Russians to elect Trump president.

Except the Times story also states flatly, “The officials interviewed in recent weeks said that, so far, they had seen no evidence of such cooperation.” In other words, there is no story. In fact, the “evidence” in the story comes to the Times as hearsay – the reporter talked to someone who knows something about intercepts and communications between Trump’s people and the Russians.

Why weren’t the Times reporters given access to the actual intercepts? Why didn’t the Times report which campaign aides were in contact with the Russians? If no evidence exists of collusion, just what the hell was the Times doing publishing this blatant innuendo and smear?

This is what passes for “journalism” in the age of Trump. Evidence is not necessary. An active imagination is.

And now we learn that the intel agencies are withholding information from the president of the United States because they don’t trust him.

U.S. intelligence officials have withheld sensitive intelligence from President Donald Trump because they are concerned it could be leaked or compromised, according to current and former officials familiar with the matter.

The officials’ decision to keep information from Mr. Trump underscores the deep mistrust that has developed between the intelligence community and the president over his team’s contacts with the Russian government, as well as the enmity he has shown toward U.S. spy agencies. On Wednesday, Mr. Trump accused the agencies of leaking information to undermine him.

In some of these cases of withheld information, officials have decided not to show Mr. Trump the sources and methods that the intelligence agencies use to collect information, the current and former officials said. Those sources and methods could include, for instance, the means that an agency uses to spy on a foreign government.

A White House official said: “There is nothing that leads us to believe that this is an accurate account of what is actually happening.”

A spokesman for the Office of Director of National Intelligence said: “Any suggestion that the U.S. intelligence community is withholding information and not providing the best possible intelligence to the president and his national security team is not true.”

Intelligence officials have in the past not told a president or members of Congress about the ins and outs of how they ply their trade. At times, they have decided that secrecy is essential for protecting a source, and that all a president needs to know is what that source revealed and what the intelligence community thinks is important about it.

Are you getting this? Intelligence officials are withholding information from the president – just as they have with other presidents. In short, once again, there is no story. This is what is known in the business as “stirring the pot” – generating what appears to be “news” that, in fact, is business as usual.

The catalyst for this feeding frenzy was Michael Flynn’s incredible lapse in judgment in speaking to the Russian government and then lying about it. But the Flynn resignation has taken on a larger symbolism – it is a metaphor for the “chaos” that exists in the White House.

How much of this is true and how much is invention?

CNN:

The head of US Special Operations Command said Tuesday that the US government is in “unbelievable turmoil,” a situation that he suggested could undermine US efforts to fight adversaries such as ISIS.

“Our government continues to be in unbelievable turmoil. I hope they sort it out soon because we’re a nation at war,” Army Gen. Raymond “Tony” Thomas told a symposium in Maryland.

While it wasn’t exactly clear what Thomas was referring to, his remarks come less than 24 hours after retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn was forced to step down as national security adviser, becoming by far the shortest tenured adviser in history.

Thomas oversees America’s elite Special Operations troops, including Navy SEALs and Army Green Berets, which have played a large role in carrying out the nation’s conflicts since 9/11.

Asked later about his comments, Thomas, a veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan, said: “As a commander, I’m concerned our government be as stable as possible.

This is extraordinary, considering that CNN admits “it wasn’t exactly clear what Thomas was referring to.” If it’s “not exactly clear” why report the damn story in the first place?!

Thomas should be at least disciplined and perhaps fired for commenting on politics while on active duty. What does he know about Washington politics sitting in his office at SOCOM headquarters in Florida? His indiscretion has given ammunition to the political enemies of his commander in chief. As a senior military commander, he should have known better.

These are just a sampling of the over-the-top, exaggerated, hysterical reporting done that is deliberately, consciously being created to undermine and eventually destroy a legitimately elected president. Islamic State (ISIS) Crushes Hundreds of CHRISTIAN CHILDREN to Death in Dough Kneading Machine

The sick jihadis killed children, the eldest was just four years old, in an industrial dough kneader in the Syrian town of Duma.

In a chilling testimony, one Syrian woman spoke of “Christians being killed and tortured, and of children being beheaded in front of their parents.”

Speaking to Dr Yvette Isaac, from advocacy charity Roads to Success, Alice Assaf said: “Our neighbor came in and said: ‘Umm Issa, they have taken many girls about 300 girls. They were taken to Duma. Many of them were Christians and few were Alawites.

“At the bakery, there were six young people who were working there. We knew them. They were burned in the oven, six well-framed men.

“Then there were 250 children. They were put in the dough mixer, they were kneaded. The oldest one of them was four-years-old.”

As well as dealing with ISIS, Duma has been the site of bloodshed and violence as the city has found itself at the heart of the Syrian civil war.

The horrific killings comes as ISIS continues to wipe out Christians in the Middle East, targeting believers in Iraq and Syria.

The report, by charity Open Doors UK, found Christians in the region have been taken hostage, church leaders assassinated, homes and businesses destroyed and women and girls raped and forced into sexual slavery.

Is poll-leading Hillary Clinton the Ghost Candidate?

Hillary Clinton is all but measuring the drapes for the Oval Office, but some things in this campaign don’t add up:

Trump supporter Wayne Allen Root paints Hillary Clinton as the political equivalent of the “ghost cities” of China that no one lives in:

This reminds me of Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign. She exists, but are there any real people behind her? Are you certain anyone is voting for her?

While Trump rallies are “once-in-a-lifetime experiences … like Woodstock for working-class conservatives,” Hillary is lucky to draw 200 people.

No one buys Hillary’s books or campaign gear, either. Root tells of a friend who found only Hillary gear at the airport gift shop and, on inquiring, was told that the Trump hats and shirts that come in twice a week are sold out “within hours.”

Hillary’s gear? They can’t give it away.

… This doesn’t appear odd to you? Hillary is leading in the polls, but no one attends her rallies, no one buys her books and no one buys her merchandise[.] … She is a candidate whose own supporters don’t like her.

… Hillary is the “Ghost Candidate.”

V.P. candidate Tim Kaine is equally uninspiring, drawing just fifty people to a rally last Friday in Miami. Mr. Kaine spoke from the back of a pickup truck with a street-art poster for a back drop, and the estimate of fifty attendees appears to include organizers, a few photographers, and at least two children well under voting age.

Yet Mr. Kaine may be one dizzy spell from the Oval Office.

Ed Klein, author of several books on the Obamas and the Clintons, has a column out on Mrs. Clinton’s maladies.

Mr. Klein reveals that President Obama and his senior adviser, Valerie Jarrett, “have been so worried about Hillary’s health that they recently offered to arrange a secret medical checkup for her.” Mrs. Clinton refused the offer, fearing that “a leak to the media would prove fatal to her presidential campaign.”

According to Mr. Klein:

[H]er doctors have discovered she suffers from arrhythmia (an abnormal heart beat) and a leaking heart valve. They have recommended that she consider having valve replacement surgery, but Hillary has refused because she does not want to risk the negative political fallout from stories about such a serious operation.

… Hillary suffers from chronic low blood pressure, insufficient blood flow, a tendency to form life-threatening blood clots, and troubling side effects from her medications.

Not to mention a predilection for deception. Klein continues:

Among Hillary’s friends, it is common knowledge that she suffers from tension headaches, sits with her feet elevated, nods off to sleep while studying her speeches, gets dizzy and has frequently stumbled and fallen at her home in Chappaqua. She asks her closest aide, Huma Abedin, to rub her shoulders and bring her cold compresses for her neck and forehead.

So to recap, Hillary is leading in the polls but doesn’t draw crowds, can’t give away her merchandise, and is not liked by her own supporters. Her running mate is equally uninspiring and acted like an irritating jerk in his one moment under the lights. Mrs. Clinton is in failing health and is unlikely to be able to withstand the rigors of the presidency.

Makes perfect sense to me.

Meanwhile, New York Times reporter Stephen Hiltner filed this report on a recent cross-country trip:

Over the course of eight days, while traveling some 3,000 miles by motorcycle across the northern United States, I was steadily confronted by presidential yard signs.

I idly recorded those in support of Donald J. Trump until, after the first few days, the number approached 100. I eventually lost count.

Those in support of Hillary Clinton were comparatively easy to keep track of: I traveled nearly 2,500 miles before I saw a single one.

While Mr. Hiltner’s route took him through states that lean Republican, he says of Trump:

Still, the route alone would not fully explain his utter dominance of the pastures, lawns and embankments that formed the margins of my field of vision.

The Times reporter observes that yard signs are “an outdated form of political advertising” that seems “quaint, almost historical.” Left unsaid is the implication that only rubes would use such archaic means of expression in the digital age.

Hiltner interviewed the owner of the first Hillary sign he encountered, in Thorntown, Indiana, and that individual recommended a visit to a nearby fall festival (emphasis in original):

But by the time I reached the crowds who were gathered there, just a few blocks to the east, a different kind of music had once again caught my attention.

It was the continuing chorus of America’s roadways, as sung by the yard signs of Thorntown: TRUMP, TRUMP, TRUMP.

So poll-leading Hillary has no crowds, no sales, and no signs. Her inept running mate may be one dizzy spell away from the Oval Office, and she has an opponent generating historic levels of enthusiasm. Despite what her media supporters would have us believe, it just doesn’t add up.

Standing Up For Truth In Babylon

As a British Christian I have over the years watched world and cultural events mainly through the various media outlets that were available to me at the time. Certainly in Britain one of the most famous and most watched news networks was and is the British Broadcasting Corporation or the BBC. As time passed I came to the personal conclusion that journalism from the BBC was biased. It was in my opinion anti-Christian but pro-Islam, anti-Israel but pro-Arab, pro-choice concerning abortion, left-leaning politically and so on. In particular I observed over time Christians and Jews viewed with suspicion and distaste by reporters and treated unfairly and often not given enough time to respond to complex questions or interrupted before they could finish.

I must interject here that there was one glorious occasion, one moment I remember when the light broke through the dark recesses of the studio. I will never forget an interview with two American singers on “BBC Breakfast”. These ladies were clearly full on and passionate about their faith. They talked openly about God and Jesus and faith and I watched in delight as the two BBC journalists sat on the couch with frozen faces probably having never experienced such a thing before. Sadly that was a rare event.

It was only at the advent of the internet and the availability of more foreign news networks that I realized that not all journalists thought like the BBC. During this time, I came across the Fox News Channel. The news report I watched was about Israel and Hamas. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. A journalist defending Israel! I watched more. God was mentioned and not in a derogatory manner. In another segment prayer in the public arena was discussed. What? It was like entering a new and beautiful land where they spoke a wonderfully and refreshing language. The Internet has been even more enlightening. I have discovered your very own American Thinker and many other websites and blogs which promote basically the Judeo-Christian Philosophy.

Now please don’t misunderstand me at this point because there are many fine journalists in Britain who stand up for conservative and Christian values. One in particular comes to mind, a lady by the name of Melanie Phillips. Unfortunately we do not see enough of her and people of similar integrity on our screens in Britain.

I felt led to write this piece today because I have been following closely the continued attack on your rights as Americans to declare your faith in the public arena and I realized something very sad that as British Christians we have to a large degree been silenced in the public arena. Oh yes, we still have freedom of speech but through a process of intimidation and political correctness our faith has been relegated to only being discussed in a religious setting or in the privacy of our own homes.

It was with this in mind that I recently came across Professor John Lennox. He has written a book about the Prophet Daniel called Against the Flow: The Inspiration of Daniel in an age of relativism. I haven’t read the book yet but the synopsis alone was so revealing and relevant at this moment in history. It reads:

Daniel and his friends did not simply maintain their private devotion to God; they maintained a high-profile witness in a pluralistic society antagonistic to their faith. That is why their story has such a powerful message for us. Society tolerates the practice of Christianity in private and in church services, but it increasingly deprecates public witness. If Daniel and his compatriots were with us today they would be in the vanguard of the public debate. What it was that gave that ancient foursome, Daniel and his three friends, the strength and conviction to be prepared, often at great risk, to swim against the flow?

In closing I still have hope for my country although we have a long way to go if we are to take back the ground which the secularists have won. You, my dear American friends, have a great opportunity to stand up for truth and religious freedom like Daniel the Prophet and prevent your nation from becoming another Babylon. God will be with you.

Ethiophobia: British Media + Ex-Athletes Try to Undermine Athletes Who Are Not Theirs

Only theirs are honest, clean and superior – and the whole world belongs only to them and to the Arabs.

As if Ethiopians begun dominating long-distance running just yesterday. I wish I was there, back then to witness the anger and dismay of those Olympia-unspirited jerks when the great Abebe Bikila became the first Ethiopian / African to win Gold in the Olympics Marathon. Imagine westerners being petty over Almaz’s amazing strength and endurance — Ethiophobia; negative comments about her come from deep bias and reluctance from the Western press to see Ethiopians, in particular, making breakthroughs. It’s exactly for this reason the British laboratory fabricated the likes of Somali-born Mo Farah. (Christian Ethiopians and Muslim Somalis are historical enemies) If Almaz were a British, an Australian, a Canadian or an American, the tone would be different among the producers of BBC and co.
