“ለእግዚአብሔር የምስጋናን መሥዋዕት ሠዋ፥ ለልዑልም ስእለትህን ስጥ፤ በመከራ ቀን ጥራኝ፥ አድንህማለሁ አንተም ታከብረኛለህ።

ኃጢአተኛውን ግን እግዚአብሔር አለው። ለምን አንተ ሕጌን ትናገራለህ? ኪዳኔንም በአፍህ ለምን ትወስዳለህ? አንተስ ተግሣጼን ጠላህ፥ ቃሎቼንም ወደ ኋላህ ጣልህ።”

😇 እግዚአብሔር አምላካችን፣ ቅድስት እናቱ ጽዮን ማርያም እና ቅዱሳኑ ከእናንተ ከአክሱም ጽዮናውያን ጋር ናቸው ዛሬ፤ ነፍሶቼ! ሕፃናቱ፣ ሕፃናቱ፣ ሕፃናቱ። 😢😢😢

ያን ሁሉ ግፍ፣ መካራና ስቃይ እያሳላፈችሁ አምላካችሁ፣ መታመኛችሁና አጽናኛችሁ ቅዱስ ሥሉል ሥላሴና ቅዱሳኑ ብቻ መሆናቸውን በድጋሚ አሳይታችሁናል፣ አረጋግጣችሁልናል። ከእንግዲህ ከምድራዊ ኃይል ሆነ፣ ‘ቤተ ክህነት’ ከተሰኘው የፈሪሳውያን ጎጆ ምንም አንጠብቅም።

እንባዬ ደስታና ሃዘንና ቁጣ የተቀላቀለበት እንባ ነው። ለጊዜው ያን አስቀያሚና የሕዝቤን ደም ያስፈሰሰ ቀይ ቢጫ ኮከብ ሉሲፈራዊ ባንዲራ በአክሱም ጽዮን ባለማየቴ አስደስቶኛል። ለሕዝባችን መጥፎ ዕድል ይዞ የመጣውን ይህን ሉሲፈራዊ የሕወሓት/ቻይና ባንዲራን አቃጥሎ ማስወገድ በተለይ የዲያስፐራው ኃላፊነት መሆን አለበት። እኔ በተቻለኝ አቅምና አጋጣሚ ሁሉ ይህን ከማድረግ አልተቆጠብኩም። ይህ ቀላሉ የቤት ሥራ ነው!

‘ካህናቱ፣ ቀሳውስቱና መምህራኑ’ ከእግዚአብሔር ቢሆኑ ኖሮ ጊዜ ሳይወስዱ ወዲያው፤ “አለንላችሁ!” ብለው በጸሎት፣ በስብከትና በትምህርታቸው በተደጋጋሚ ባወሱና ሕዝቡን ባነቁ ነበር። እውነት የቤተ ክርስቲያን አገልጋይ ቢሆኑ ኖሮ እናት ቤተ ክርስቲያን አክሱም ጽዮን በጽንፈኛው የጋላ-ኦሮሞ አገዛዝ ሰአራዊት፣ በኤርትራ ቤን አሚርና በሶማሌ አህዛብ ታጣቂዎች ስትጨፈጨፍ፣ ስትራብና ስትዘረፍ ሚሊየን ተዋሕዷውያን ‘ሆ!! ብለው ወደ አደባባይ እንዲወጡና አራት ኪሎን ከብበው እነ ግራኝን ለማነቅ ይችሉ ዘንድ ባነሳሷቸው ነበር። ይህ እኮ ሃይማኖታዊ፣ ሃገራዊና ማሕበረሰባዊ ግዴታቸው ነው። አሁንማ ገባን፤ በአህዛብ የዋቄዮ-አላህ መንፈስ ሥር ወድቀዋል፤ ስለዚህ እነርሱ ናቸው ከአህዛብ ጎን ሆነው ሕዝቡን እያስተኙ ወኔ ቢስ እንዲሆን እያደረጉት ያሉት።

አሁን በኅዳር ጽዮን ለሰማዕትነት የበቁትን አባቶቻችንና እናቶቻችንን፣ ወንድሞቻችንና እኅቶቻችንን ሙሉ ስም ዝርዝር ማወቅ እንፈልጋለን፤ እስካሁን መቆየቱ የከሃዲዎቹ ሕወሓቶች ተንኮል ሊኖርበት ስለሚችል አንድ በአንድ እስከ መጨረሻው ልንታገላቸው ዘንድ ግድ ነው። እነዚህ ከሃዲዎች የሚያገለግሉት ዋቄዮ-አላህ-ሉሲፈርን ነው፤ ስለዚህ እያንዳንዷ ‘ተግባራቸው’ ለእነርሱ ከተሰጣቸው ዲያብሎሳዊ አጀንዳ ጋር የተቆራኘ ነው። “ወልቃይትንና ራያን አስመልሰናል፤ እልልል! በሉ!” ካሉ በኋላ በሕዝባችን ላይ የተፈጸመውን ግፍ፣ መከራና ዕልቂት ገና የዘር ማጥፋት ጦርነቱን ከጋላ-ኦሮሞዎች፣ ከኤሳያስ አብደላ-ሃሰንና ከበአዴኖችና ወዘተ ቡድኖች ጋር ሆነው ሳይጀምሩ ለነደፉት እባባዊ የ’ሬፈረንድም’ ጽንሰ ሃሳባቸው መተገበሪያ ለማደግ አቅደዋል።

አዎ! ወንጀለኞቹ ሕወሓቶች ከሉሲፈራውያኑ የዓለማችን ፈላጭ ቆራጮች የተሰጣቸው ዓላማና ተልዕኮ፤ ከቆሻሻው ግራኝ አብዮት አህመድና ጂኒ ጁላ ጋር ‘ሰላም አመጣን!’ ካሉ በኋላ፤ በስክሪፕታቸው መሰረት ቀጣዩ እርምጃቸው ደግሞ ከኤርትራው ኢሳያስ አብዱላ-ሃሰን ጋር ቀጣዩን ‘የሰላም ድርድር አደረግን፤ እልልል! ትግራይ ትስዕር፤ በሉ! ‘ በማለት ‘ታላቂቷን ኢ-አማኒ እንዲሁም የአህዛብና የአረብ ሊግ አባል የምትሆን ኤርትራን’ መመስረት፣ የተቀረውን የአክሱም ጽዮናውያን ክፍለ ሃገራት ደግሞ ለአረመኔው ጋላ-ኦሮሞ ማስረከብ ነው። ዝም ጭጭ ብለው ጭፍጨፋውን በመደገፍ ላይ ያሉት ጋላ-ኦሮሞዎች በጣም ቋምጠዋል።

የፀረ-ኦርቶዶክስ ክርስቲያን፣ የፀረ-ኢትዮጵያና የፀረ-ግዕዝ ጦርነቱን የጀመሩትና የሚችሉትን ያህል ክርስቲያን ሕዝቤን ለመጨረስ የደፈሩትም ይህን ዓላማቸውን ለማሳካት ሲሉ ነው። በትግራዩ ጦርነት ‘ክርስቲያን፣ ኢትዮጵያዊ፣ አግዓዚ ወይንም ጽዮናዊ’ የሆነው የህብረተሰብ አካል ነው በዋናነት የተጠቃው። የቅዱስ ያሬድ፣ የእነ ነገሥታት ካሌብና አፄ ዮሐንስ ልጆች የሆኑትን ነው እየፈለጉ ሲያጠቋቸው የከረሙት፣ በጽዮናዊው የአፄ ዮሐንስ ሰንደቅ ቀለማት ያሸበረቁትን ዓብያተ ክርስቲያናትና ገዳማት (አክሱም ጽዮን፣ ደብረ ዳሞ፣ ደብረ ዓባይ፣ ማርያም ደንገላት፣ ውቅሮ ጨርቆስ፣ ዛላምበሳ አማኑኤል)ነው በመድፍና በድሮን እንዲመቱ ያደረጓቸው። እግዚኦ!

ስጋታዊው ትንቢቴ ያው እውን እየሆነ ነው፤ ሕወሓቶችን ጨምሮ የምንሊክ ፬ኛ ትውልድ መርዛማ ፍሬ የሆኑት ሁሉ ጽዮናውያንን በጣም ነው የሚንቋቸውና የሚጠሏቸው፤ ሁሉም ዋቄዮ-አላህ-ሉሲፈርን ለማንገስ እየሠሩ ነው። ግን ይህ ዲያብሎሳዊ ተልዕኳቸው በጭራሽ አይሳካላቸውም። ኤርትራን፣ ጂቡቲንና በርበራን ጨምሮ ሙሉ ግዛቶቿን ያስመለሰች፣ ታላቋና አክሱም ጽዮናዊቷ ኢትዮጵያ ትመሠረት ዘንድ ግድ ነውና።

የሚያሳዝነውና የሚያስቆጣው እኮ ረሪሃ እግዚአብሔር ያለውን ጽዮናዊ ወጣት በጦርነት ለመፍጀት ከመንደር ወደ መንደር እያዘዋወሩ በአፋርና በአማራ ክልል በድሮን አስጨፈጨፉት፣ የተረፈውን ደግሞ ትግራይን 360 ዲግሪ በመዝጋት በረሃብና በሽታ እንዲያልቅ ማድረጋቸው ነው። ለኢሳያስ አብደላ-ሃሰን ሰላሳ ዓመታት ያህል የፈጀበትን ኤርትራን ከጽዮናውያን “የማጽዳት” ተግባር አረመኔው ግራኝ አብዮት አህመድና ደብረጽዮን በአንድ ዓመት ውስጥ ብቻ ሊፈጽሙት በቅተዋል። “ችግር – ምላሽ – መፍትሔ / “Problem – Reaction – Solution”+ Thesis-Antithesis-Synthesis(ተሲስ ፣ ፀረ-ፀረስታ እና ውህደት/መደመር)

💭 በአክሱም ጽዮን ላይ የዘር ማጥፋት ጦርነቱ እንደጀመረ ይህን ጥያቄና መልስ አቅርቤ ነበር፤

👉 ለመሆኑ ይህ ጦርነት ማንን ነው “የሚጠቅመው”?

ግራኝ በቅዱስ ያሬድ ልጆች ላይ ጦርነት መክፈቱን የሚደግፉት ‘አባቶች’ እነማን ናቸው?

☆ ፩ኛ. የምዕራቡን ኤዶማውያንን እና የምስራቁን እስማኤላውያንን(ካቶሊክ፣ ፕሮቴስታንት፣ እስላም፣ ኢ–አማኒ፣ ግብረ–ሰዶም)

👉 ምክኒያቱ፦ ሁለቱም ኢትዮጵያን፣ ኢትዮጵያዊነትንና ተዋሕዶ ክርስትናን አጥፍተው የራሳቸውን ዲያብሎሳዊ ርዕዮተ ዓለማት ማስፋፋትና በኢትዮጵያ የሚገኘውን የሕይወት ዛፍም ለሳጥናኤል ስም፣ ክብርና ዝና ሲሉ መውረስ ይሻሉና ነው።

☆ ፪ኛ. ዋቀፌታን/ኦሮሙማን

👉 ምክኒያቱ፦ ከኤዶማውያኑ እና እስማኤላውያኑ ጋር በማበር ኢትዮጵያን፣ ኢትዮጵያዊነትንና ተዋሕዶ ክርስትናን አጥፍተው የራሳቸውን ርዕዮተ ዓለማት ማስፋፋት ይሻሉና ነው። የፕሮቴስታንቲዝም አባት ማርቲን ሉተር ወደ ጀርመንኛ በተረጎመው መጽሐፍ ቅዱስ ‘ኢትዮጵያን‘ ‘ኩሽ‘ ብሎ ነው የጻፋት። ይህ ቀላል ነገር እንዳይመስለን። እ.አ.አ ከ 1837 እስከ 1843 ዓ.ም ባለው ጊዜ ፕሮቴስታንቱ ጀርመናዊ ዮኻን ክራፕፍ ኦሮሚያ የተባለውን ግዛት ለመመሥረት የተነሳሳው ክርስትናን ለማስፋፋት ሳይሆን፡ እንደ አንድ ፕሮቴስታንት የኢትዮጵያ ቀጥተኛ ተዋሕዶ ቤተክርስቲያንን ለመዋጋት ነው። ለዚህም በወራሪነት ባሕርይ ከጀርመኖች ጋር ይስማማሉ በሚል ሃሳብ “ጋላ” ተብለው ሲጠሩ የነበሩትን ጎሳዎች ለማደራጀት በመነሳሳት በ ‘ኢትዮጵያ‘ ፋንታ ‘ኩሽ‘ የሚለው ትርጉም ያለበትን መጽሐፍ ቅዱስ ይዞ ወደ ምስራቅ አፍሪቃ/ኢትዮጵያ ተጓዝ፤ በዚህም የኦሮሙማ እንቅስቃሴን ጀመረው። ተልዕኮው ፀረ–ኢትዮጵያ፣ ፀረ–ተዋሕዶ እና የክርስቶስ ተቃዋሚ ተልዕኮ መሆኑን ዛሬ እያየነው ነው። ዋናው ዲያብሎሳዊ ዓላማቸው፤ ኢትዮጵያን አፍርሰው ኢትዮጵያ እና ኢትዮጵያዊነትንም በተለይ ከአማራና ትግሬ በመንጠቅ “መጽሐፍ ቅዱስ ውስጥ የተጠቀሰችው ኩሽ እኛ ነን” የሚለው ነው።

👉 ምክኒያቱ፦ ከኦሮሙማዎች፣ ከኤዶማውያኑ እና እስማኤላውያኑ ጋር በማበር ትግሬዎችንና ትግርኛን አጥፍተው ኢትዮጵያን፣ ኢትዮጵያዊነትንና ተዋሕዶ ክርስትናን፣ ግዕዝን፣ ሰንደቁን፣ አክሱም ጽዮንን፣ ቅዱስ ያሬድና አቡነ አረጋዊን ከተቻለም መላው ትግራይንና ኤርትራን ወርሰው ለራሳቸው ብቻ ለማድረግ ይሻሉና ነው። በነገራችን ላይ፤ ኦሮሞዎች በኬኛ ቅዠታቸው ሙጭጭ ያሉበትንና “ፊንፊኔ/ ፊልፊሌ” የሚለውን ስያሜ ለአዲስ አበባ ፍልወሃ ክፍለ ከተማ እቴጌ ጣይቱ እንደሰጡት፤ “አማራ” የተባለውን የአማራ ከንቱ ብሔርተኞች ክልልን መጠሪያ ስም የሰጡት ደግሞ‘ትግሬው‘ ጠ/ሚ መለስ ዜናዊ ነበሩ። የሕይወት ምፀት!

☆ ፬ኛ. የትግሬ ብሔርተኝነትን

👉 ምክኒያቱ፦ ኢ–አማንያኑ ሻእቢያ እና ህዋሀት ቡድኖች ከኦሮሙማዎች፣ ከኤዶማውያኑ እና እስማኤላውያኑ ጋር በማበር ኢትዮጵያን፣ ኢትዮጵያዊነትንና ተዋሕዶ ክርስትናን፣ ቅዱስ ያሬድን፣ አቡነ አረጋዊን፣አባ ዓቢየ እግዚእን፣ነገሥታቱን ኢዛናን፣ ዮሐንስን፣ ሰንደቁን፣ ግዕዝን፣ አክሱምን አጥፍተው በሃምሳ ዓመታት ውስጥ በተገኘ ጣዖታዊ ማንነት “ኢ–አማኒ የትግራይ ሶሻሊምዝ–ብልጽግና” ርዕዮተ ዓለምን በመከተልና የሉሲፈር ኮከብ ያረፈበትን የቻይና ባንዲራም በማውለብለብ ከኤርትራ ጋር ለብቻቸው መኖር ይሻሉና ነው። በትግራይ እየተካሄደ ያለው ጦርነት የግራኝ አብዮት አህመድ እና የስብሃት ነጋ ጦርነት ነው። መንግስቱን ለኦሮሙማዎች እንዳስረከቡት፣ ቤተ ክህነትንም ለእነ ኤሬቻ በላይ በማስረክብ ላይ ያሉ ይመስላሉ። በትግራይ ላይ የተከፈተውን ጦርነት የደገፉበት አንዱ ምክኒያትም ይህ ሊሆን ይችላል፤ ዋናው ፍላጎታቸው ግን የትግርኛ ተናጋሪ ተዋሕዶ ኢትዮጵያውያንን ልብ በመስበርና ተስፋ በማስቆረጥ፡ ተዋሕዶ ክርስትናን እና ኢትዮጵያን እንዲተው ማድረግ ነው። በነገራችን ላይ፤ ዛሬ የትግራይ ከንቱ “ትግራይ! ትግራይ!” ብሔርተኞች ለሚጮሁለት ክፍለሃገር “ትግራይ” የሚለውን መጠሪያ የሰጡት ድንቁ ‘አማርኛ ተናጋሪ ጽዮናዊ‘ ኢትዮጵያዊ ንጉሥ አፄ አምደ ጽዮን ናቸው። የሕይወት ምፀት!

☆ ሉሲፈራውያኑ እና ቆሻሻው ወኪላቸው አብዮት አህመድ አሊ ትግራይን ከኢትዮጵያ ገንጥለው የስጋ ማንነትና ምንነት ባላቸው ጠላቶቿ የምትመራዋን የዛሬዋን ኢትዮጵያን አፈራርሰው ከሞያሌ እስከ መተከልና ጎንደር ያለውን ግዛት ለኦሮሞዎች ለማስረከብ ተግተው በመሥራት ላይ ናቸው። አማራው የስጋ ማንነትና ምንነት ካላቸው ኦሮሞዎቹ ጎን ተሰልፎ የመንፈስ ማንነትና ምንነት ባላቸው ትግሬ ወንድሞቹ ላይ በመቶ ዓመት ውስጥ ለሦስተኛ ጊዜ ጦርነት በማወጁ አብቅቶለታል! አክሱም ጽዮንን ክዷልና የሆነ ተዓምር ካልመጣ በቀር ምንም ተስፋ የለውም፤ በቅርቡ ሃገር አልባ ነው የሚሆነው። እነ ግራኝ እየሠሩ ያሉት ትግርኛ ተናጋሪ ኢትዮጵያውያን ከኢትዮጵያዊነታቸው፣ ከአረንጓዴ፣ ቢጫና ቀይ ሰንደቃቸው እና ከተዋሕዶ ክርስትናቸው እንዲላቀቁ ብሎም አእምሯቸውን ተቆጣጥረው፣ መንፈሳቸውን አድክመውና ሞራላቸውን ሰብረው ልክ እንደ “ኤርትራውያን” ለአውሮፓውያን አረጋውያን የኩላሊትና መቅኒ መለዋወጫ እንዲሆኑ ማድረግ ነው። ሰሞኑን “አማራ” የተባለው ክልል ባንዲራውን ለመቀየር መወሰኑ ከዚህ ሤራ ጋር የተያያዘ ነው። ከኦሮሞዎቹ ከእነ አብዮት አህመድ ጋር ተናበው በመስራት ላይ ያሉት ሀወሃቶች የዚህ ዲያብሎሳዊ ሤራ አካል ቢሆኑ አይገርመንም። ዋ! ዋ! ዋ!

በዓለማችን ያሉ ብዙ ሕዝቦች በተቻለ መጠን በሃይማኖት፣ በቋንቋ፣ በባህልና በመልክ የሚመስሏቸውንና የሚቀርቧቸውን ሕዝቦች እየፈለጉ ማስጠጋትና መውደድ በጀመሩበት በዚህ ዘመን ትንሿ ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ ያሉ ብሔሮች ግን ጥላቻን አንግሦ አንዱ ከሌላው የሚለይበትንና የሚረቅበትን፣ አንዱ ሌላውን የሚጠላበትንና የሚያርቅበትን ሰበባ ሰበብ እየፈላለገ እርስበርስ መባላቱንና ውድቀቱን መርጧል። ሞቃዲሾን አልፎ ኪጋሊንና ካምፓላን፣ ቀይ ባሕርን ተሻግሮ ኤደንና ሙስካትን “ የኛ ነበሩ! የኛ ይሆናሉ!” በሚል ወኔ ታላቅነትንና አርቆ አሳቢነትን እንደ ቀደሙት አያቶቹ ይዞ “ኢትዮጵያ እርስቴ” በማለት ፈንታ እራሱን አጥብቦና በጣም አውርዶ በወልቃይትና ራያ ሚጢጢ“እርስቶች” ላንቅው እስኪበጠስ ይነታረካል። ዛሬማ ሰው ከ“አዲስ አበባ የማን ናት?” አሰልቺና አላስፈላጊ ንትርክ ወርዶ ጉልበቱንና ጊዜውን በመስቀል አደባባይና ጃን ሜዳ ላይ ብቻ እንዲያጠፋ ተደርጓል። ጃን ሜዳን እና መስቀል አደባባይን ያረከሱትን ግራኝ አብዮት አህመድን እና ታከል ዑማን አድኖ እንደመድፋት፤ “ጮኸን ጮኸን ጃን ሜዳ ተፈቀደልን!” ይልና ሆያሆየን ጨፍሮ ለቀጣዩ እንቅልፉ ወደ አልጋው ይመለሳል። በከሃዲዎቹ የሉሲፈራውያኑ ባሪያ ልሂቃኖቹ አዕምሮው እስኪጠብብ ድረስ መታጠቡ ከዚህ የበለጠ ማስረጃ የለም።

የሕዝቡን ስነ–ልቦና በልተውታል፤ ስለዚህ “አዲስ አበባ ኬኝ” ይሉና መስቀል አደባባይን እና ጃን ሜዳን በመቆፈር የተዋሕዷውያኑን ሃሳብ በነዚህ ትንንሽ ቦታዎች ላይ ብቻ እንዲቀር ያስሩታል፣ ወደ ወልቃይት፣ ራያና ሁመራ ልጆቹን እየላከ ትግሬዎች ወገኖቹን እንዲገድል፣ የራሱንም ደም እንዲያፈስ፣ የአክቲቪስቱ ሃሳብም በእነዚህ ትንንሽ ቦታዎች ብቻ ተወስኖና ታስሮ እንዲቀር፣ የቀረውም እንዲኮላሽና ሰፊዋን ኢትዮጵያን ከጠላቶቿ ነፃ ለማውጣት አቅም እንዳይኖረው፤ ብዙም እንዳይጠይቅ፣ በጥቃቅን ነገሮች ላይ ብቻ ጊዜና ጉልበቱን እያባከነ ለባርነት እንዲዘጋጅ አድርገውታል። ትልቅ ቅሌት! ወዮላችሁ!

The Battle of Adwa (29 February-1 March 1896) is of huge significance for Africa in that the decimation of the continent could not be completed. Ethiopia turned out to be the last man standing.

In the early morning hours, as Jesus’ trial was getting underway, Peter denied knowing his Master three times before the rooster crowed.

Good Friday is the most difficult day of Passion Week. Christ’s journey turned treacherous and acutely painful in these final hours leading to his death.

According to Scripture, Judas Iscariot, the disciple who had betrayed Jesus, was overcome with remorse and hanged himself early Friday morning.

Meanwhile, before the third hour (9 a.m.), Jesus endured the shame of false accusations, condemnation, mockery, beatings, and abandonment. After multiple unlawful trials, He was sentenced to death by crucifixion, one of the most horrible and disgraceful methods of capital punishment known at the time.

Before Christ was led away, soldiers spit on him, tormented and mocked him, and pierced him with a crown of thorns. Then Jesus carried His cross part of the way to Calvary and then a man named Simon was compelled to carry it the rest of the way. At Calvary, Jesus was again mocked and insulted as Roman soldiers nailed Him to the wooden cross.

Jesus spoke seven powerful statements from the cross, including “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing” (Luke 23:34, NIV), “Father, into your hands I commit my spirit” (Luke 23:46, NIV), and His last words were, “It is finished” (John 19:30).

Then, about the ninth hour (3 p.m.), Jesus breathed his last breath and died.

By 6 p.m. Friday evening, Nicodemus and Joseph of Arimathea took Jesus’ body down from the cross and lay it in a tomb.

Why Hast Thou Forsaken Me? Holy And Great Friday

✞ My God, my God, why hast Thou forsaken me? ✞ (Matthew 27:46)

Thus cried out the Lamb of God, the Lord Jesus, who was nailed to the cross for the sins of the world, and therefore for you and me, brothers and sisters. My God, My God! Why have You abandoned Me? He cried out according to His human nature, which has infirmities, not sins. But how could God the Father, who sent Him into the world to save the world, forsake His only begotten, His beloved Son? Divinity was inalienable and will forever remain inalienable from the human nature of Jesus Christ. This abandonment means, beloved brethren, that human nature in Jesus Christ was left to all the torment, to all the horror of the sufferings of the cross, to all the terrible, deadly sorrow that He experienced back in the garden of Gethsemane before His capture by a gang of villains led by Judas Iscariot.

He then began to be horrified, to grieve, and He said to the disciples: My soul is exceedingly sorrowful . . . tarry ye here and watch with me (Mt. 26:38).

Imagine, then, what were the torments of the body, what was the sorrow of the all-righteous and all-loving sensitive soul of the God-Man, who underwent execution for all human sins, for the sins of Adam and Eve and all their descendants without exception, and therefore for yours and mine! And you and I, brethren, are great sinners and are deserving of countless punishments for our innumerable iniquities. Judge, I say, judge, what was the sharpness, bitterness and burning of the sufferings of the cross, what was the spiritual sorrow of the Lamb of God, who took upon Himself the sins of the world; how hard it was for God to abandon Him, that is, to give His humanity all the burning suffering, to give His soul overwhelming, boundless, terrible sorrow. After that, you will understand in what state the soul of the God-Man was as He hung upon the cross, when He cried out: My God, why did You leave Me? Yes, the soul was together with His most pure body in a state of terrible, inconceivable and unimaginable suffering.

Know from here, O man, whoever you are, the bitterness, absurdity, ugliness, abomination, madness, hideousness, torment, and lethality of sin; know how it is unnatural to us, uncharacteristic of our divine nature, which was created in the image of God; and how the all-holy, all-perfect, all-good Deity abhors it. Imagine, imagine what would have happened to us if the only begotten Son of God had not suffered for our sins and had not satisfied the righteousness of God, and if God had withdrawn His grace from us forever? Oh, the mere imagination, the slightest idea of that chills the blood and terrifies the soul. Oh, if only I and all sinners would always remember this abandonment by God of unrepentant sinners, especially when sin tempts us. Then everyone would flee from sin more than from a snake or a bloodthirsty beast, more than from a cruel enemy! Oh, then there would be many more who would be saved. Then the earth would not be afflicted with terrible disasters for the sins of man: crop failures, floods, devastating earthquakes affecting thousands of human lives, widespread diseases, fruit damage, destructive fires. Then it would be the paradise of God, abounding in truth and all kinds of natural gifts of God. Then there would have been peace and security on earth; there would not have been these terrible atrocities, among which we have recently seen the most terrible of the terrible—the brazen and vicious murder of a peaceful and loving, meek tsar in broad daylight.1

Oh, how the world is now overflowing with lawless and iniquitous people! But how long will it still exist—this sinful world, this earth, the dwelling of sin, stained with the blood of guiltless and innocent victims, this accumulation of all kinds of abominations? Isn’t the time of the universal fiery purification already coming? Yes, it is of course already near at hand. If the apostles at one time spoke of its nearness, then we can speak all the more strongly about the nearness of the end of the age.

Brothers and sisters! As long as we still have time, let us approach the Savior of the world with fervent repentance and with love and tears kiss His wounds that He suffered for us. Let us love the truth, let us love mercy, so that we may have mercy. Amen.

Friday’s events are recorded in Matthew 27:1-62, Mark 15:1-47, Luke 22:63, Luke 23:56, and John 18:28, John 19:37.

In the early morning hours, as Jesus’ trial was getting underway, Peter denied knowing his Master three times before the rooster crowed.

Good Friday is the most difficult day of Passion Week. Christ’s journey turned treacherous and acutely painful in these final hours leading to his death.

According to Scripture, Judas Iscariot, the disciple who had betrayed Jesus, was overcome with remorse and hanged himself early Friday morning.

Meanwhile, before the third hour (9 a.m.), Jesus endured the shame of false accusations, condemnation, mockery, beatings, and abandonment. After multiple unlawful trials, He was sentenced to death by crucifixion, one of the most horrible and disgraceful methods of capital punishment known at the time.

Before Christ was led away, soldiers spit on him, tormented and mocked him, and pierced him with a crown of thorns. Then Jesus carried His cross part of the way to Calvary and then a man named Simon was compelled to carry it the rest of the way. At Calvary, Jesus was again mocked and insulted as Roman soldiers nailed Him to the wooden cross.

Jesus spoke seven powerful statements from the cross, including “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing” (Luke 23:34, NIV), “Father, into your hands I commit my spirit” (Luke 23:46, NIV), and His last words were, “It is finished” (John 19:30).

Then, about the ninth hour (3 p.m.), Jesus breathed his last breath and died.

By 6 p.m. Friday evening, Nicodemus and Joseph of Arimathea took Jesus’ body down from the cross and lay it in a tomb.

“ክፉ የሠራ ባይኾንስ ወደ አንተ ባላመጣነውም ነበር” በሚል የሸፍጥ ቃል ሲያጕረመርሙ ጲላጦስ መልሶ “እኔ ምንም ጥፋት አላገኘሁበትም፤ እናንተወስዳችሁ እንደ ሕጋችሁ ፍረዱበት፤” አላቸው፡፡ አይሁድም ኦሪት “ኢትቅትል ብእሴ ጻድቀ ወኀጥአ ኢታኅዩ፤ ጻድቅን ሰው አትግደል፤ ኀጥኡንምከፍርድአታድን፤” ትላለችና “እኛስ ማንንም ልንገድል አልተፈቀደልንም፤” ብለዋል (ዮሐ. ፲፰፥፳፰-፴፩)፡፡ ይኸውም መንፈስ ቅዱስ “በሕጋችን ጻድቀ ባሕርይ ክርስቶስን መግደል አይገባንም ሙሉ በሙሉ ጥፋተኞችነን፤” ሲያሰኛቸው ነው፡፡ በኋላም እርሱ ሞቶ ዓለም ይድን ዘንድዳ ምድር መጥቷልና ጌታችን መድኃኒታችን ኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ ያለ ጥፋቱ ሞት ተፈረደበት፡፡ ስለዚህም ገርፈው ሰቀሉት፡፡

Blasphemous Erdogan To Pray Inside The Famous Orthodox Christian Church On Good Friday

Turkey’s President Recep Erdogan has announced his intention to pray at the Hagia Sophia on April 14, delighting Muslim activists who argue that the building remains a mosque.

In 1934, Turkish leader Kemal Ataturk decreed that the Hagia Sophia should be a museum, as part of his drive for secularization. But some Turkish Muslims question the validity of that decree.

Erdogan, who has favored Islamic claims in Turkey, will visit the Hagia Sophia—a building that was originally a Christian church—on the day when the Christian world observes Good Friday.

The President will pray together with members of his party and the religious leaders in Istanbul. The event falls two days before the referendum, to garner the Muslim vote. Transformation of the ancient Christian basilica into a museum rejected. Erdogan: Kemalism is dead.

Thus Erdogan, nicknamed the “new sultan” for his political extremism, will seek to channel Muslim faithful in favor of a Yes ( “Evet”) vote. According to the Muslim calendar the month to April (Nisan) is the month of the birth of Mohammed.

The news is carried in pro-government newspapers, presenting the latest book by Turk historian Mustafa Armagan – titled “The Saint Sophia intrigue” (Aya Sofia Entrikalari). In doing so they seek to create and prepare the climate for the prayer, as the will of the Turkish president. The book argues that the decree signed by Kemal Ataturk in 1934 which turned the Hagia Sophia from mosque into a museum, is not authentic. According to Armagan, the Kemal Ataturk signature on the decree is false. Therefore the act has no legal value and therefore Santa Sofia can in fact be used as a mosque, as was the case after the Turkish conquest of Constantinople in 1453.

Hagia Sophia it was built in 537 by Emperor Justinian and dedicated to God’s Wisdom. To justify his remarks, the Turkish historian reports that the Kemal Aturk signature on the 1934 Decree is unlike any other signature penned by the Father of Republic in prori acts.

Various sources are cited in the book which claims, according to the author, that the transformation of Hagia Sophia into a museum, was the result of pressure from various Western international forces, headed by the then US Ambassador Joseph Grew.

Mustafa Armagan also notes the news that Kemal Ataturk had visited St. Sophia in 1935, three months after its proclamation as a museum, was not reported in any Turkish newspaper of the period, but only by the Greek language journal, Apogevmatini, published on February 7, 1935, in Istanbul. The author recalls, in that same period, the strong reaction of the Egyptian newspaper “El Risale “, strongly opposed to the transformation of Hagia Sophia into a museum.

In this way the pre-referendum climate is becoming increasingly tense and polarized. On the other hand, the climate has been fostered and created by Erdogan himself with his recent statements against the Kemalist period, when he proclaimed: “That period, which began in 1923, is about to end. And that’s that”. And that is, woe to the vanquished.
