7 Years Later U.S. Begins Ebola Screenings at Airports for Uganda Travelers

ከዚህ በተጨማሪ የኢቦላ ወረርሽኝ በኡጋንዳ በከፍተኛ ፍጥነት በመሰራጨት ላይ ነው።

💭 The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Customs and Border Protection (CBP) on Thursday implemented Ebola testing for travelers who have visited Uganda within the past 21 days.

Uganda is currently battling an Ebola outbreak that killed at least nine people over the past two weeks.

The U.S. Embassy in Uganda advised travelers that flights from Uganda to the United States must arrive at five selected airports — JFK, Newark, Atlanta, Chicago O’Hare, or Dulles — so they can be screened. The embassy reassured travelers that the risk of contracting Ebola is “currently low.”

The United States normally receives about 140 passengers per day who have visited Uganda recently, and more than half of them already pass through those five airports.

Similar steps were taken in March 2021, when travelers from the Democratic Republic of Congo and Guinea were routed through six U.S. airports for Ebola screening.

The Ugandan Ebola outbreak is troubling to international health officials because it managed to spread for three weeks before the first case was formally noted on September 20. It also seems to be spreading with unusual speed, although the total number of cases remains low. Ebola can remain undetected inside a human carrier for long periods of time and can be spread by animals.

As of Thursday, there have been 43 confirmed cases and nine fatalities from the outbreak, most of them in Uganda’s central administrative and commercial hub of Mubende. Six of the infections, and four of the fatalities, occurred among healthcare workers. To date, no infections have been reported outside of Uganda.

Uganda’s health ministry believes at least 18 other people may have died from Ebola before the outbreak was declared but the bodies were buried before they could be tested.

Uganda is suffering from the relatively uncommon Sudan strain of Ebola, for which there is currently no approved vaccine. Six possible vaccines are under development, with the most promising candidate developed by the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) in Bethesda, Maryland. NIAID is reportedly considering a small shipment of its vaccine to Uganda within the next week for emergency use.

The outbreak is already the largest faced by Uganda in over 20 years and World Health Organization (W.H.O.) emergency operations manager Dr. Fiona Braka warned on Thursday that “we still haven’t reached the peak.”

Braka noted that contact tracing has been completed for only about three-quarters of the people exposed to Ebola, since it was circulating for some days before the outbreak was officially declared, so people carrying the highly infectious disease might have moved outside the controlled area in Uganda.

When Do They Stop Hating Africans?

Rewriting History: The Rwandan Genocide Story That the BBC Didn’t Tell

“Propaganda is what the left wing BBC do best these days.”

On Saturday 200 UK-based Rwandans, including many genocide survivors, protested outside the BBC offices in response to the documentary ‘Rwanda’s Untold Story’, which aired earlier in October. The demonstration followed a letter of complaint sent to the BBC’s director general, written by the survivors’ organisation Ibuka.

They point out that despite the BBC’s commitment to upholding truth and objectivity, the programme contained factual inaccuracies and seemed intent on reopening wounds in Rwanda. They expressed disbelief and disappointment that:

‘[A] few people who have their differences with the current government or the country were given a platform to politicise the Genocide and deny the planned and systematic killing of over one million people.’

My organisation, the Aegis Trust, manages the Kigali Genocide Memorial in Rwanda for the government of Rwanda. From here, documentation about the genocide is preserved, and peace and reconciliation programmes are run. For 12 years I have shied away from commenting publicly on growing genocide revision, concerned I might be interpreted as an apologist for the Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF), the country’s ruling party.

Now that this tide of denial has swollen into the mainstream media, I break my silence. I don’t argue with the BBC’s investigative role, nor do I defend the government of Rwanda against any allegations. However, the beloved and trusted BBC owe licence-fee payers an explanation as to how they could produce such specious content on the history of the genocide.

The BBC also presented the notion that Paul Kagame’s RPF did not stop the genocide, implying instead that the massacres against Tutsis were somehow all over by the time the RPF liberated the country. No other explanation is offered by the BBC as to how the genocide ended – perhaps because there is only one answer: the genocide ended when the RPF defeated the Hutu Power government, which was intent on exterminating every last Tutsi.

The programme also appears to blame Kagame for the death of Rwanda’s former president, whose plane was shot down on the eve of the genocide. While there remains no decisive evidence of who was responsible for the assassination, the BBC producers relied on the thinly sourced 2006 Bruguière report that blamed Kagame, without mentioning the more robust Trévidic report in 2012 that implicated Hutu extremists. Viewers are owed an explanation as to why they were given such a biased, partial view of the evidence.

The programme also puts the number of murdered Tutsi at 200,000, though most other estimates put the Tutsi death toll at four times that. One would expect the BBC to secure strong evidence before allowing such a divisive, inflammatory and offensive claim to be made. Again, however, the programme relied on academics who have been deeply criticised by other scholars for flawed calculations and extrapolations from unreliable data.

It is hard to lecture countries like Rwanda to raise media standards when the BBC airs documentaries with such shocking lack of balance. This week, as part of a group of scholars, journalists and lawyers, I added my voice to the protest in this open letter.

Rwanda Hits Back at America’s Ebola Paranoia

“Good for Rwanda! Protecting its people! Maybe we could learn from them and protect our own!”

Rwanda will be begin screening all Americans entering the country for Ebola, regardless if they’re exhibiting symptoms or not, government officials in the East African nation announced Tuesday. Coincidence? The new measure comes just days after two Rwandan students were denied enrollment at a New Jersey school over Ebola fears, even though Rwanda has had zero cases of Ebola. The United States, on the other hand, has had three confirmed cases. Rwanda is also more than 2,500 miles from the closest Ebola outbreak in West Africa.

The US Embassy in Rwanda explains the situation:

On October 19, the Rwandan Ministry of Health introduced new Ebola Virus Disease screening requirements. Visitors who have been in the United States or Spain during the last 22 days are now required to report their medical condition—regardless of whether they are experiencing symptoms of Ebola—by telephone by dialing 114 between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. for the duration of their visit to Rwanda (if less than 21 days), or for the first 21 days of their visit to Rwanda. Rwandan authorities continue to deny entry to visitors who traveled to Guinea, Liberia, Senegal, or Sierra Leone within the past 22 days.

Although there’s no way to tell if the screenings are indeed motivated by retaliation for the ignorant panic displayed by the New Jersey school, this sure is an interesting turn of events.

Ebola Scares Prevent Oklahoma Students From Attending School

“This is a perfect teachable moment. Perhaps the school can dedicate an hour in the schoolday and show kids that the Ebola zone is closer to the U.S”

Three students who just returned from a mission trip to East Africa caused Ebola scares at one Oklahoma high school.

Reports circulated on social media about the students returning to school and that raised fears of classmates coming into contact with people who might have been exposed to the virus; but there is currently no cause for alarm.

Inola School Superintendent, Dr. Kent Holbrook, said 18 students didn’t show up for class Monday because of the rumors

He said to ease fears school nurses are monitoring the three students who just returned from Ethiopia, but stresses they have never come into contact with anyone or anything associated with the deadly virus.

“You have to respond with facts rather than just the fear and I think that’s what’s happening,” Holbrook said.

Rumors started circulating through social media when parents in the Inola School District learned three students would be returning from a mission trip to Ethiopia last week.

Holbrook said rumors the students were exposed to the Ebola virus are just false.

“Our students were not exposed to Ebola. There was no person that was sick on the trip. There was no person sick Ethiopia while they were there. There was no person on the plane,” Holbrook said.

Ethiopia isn’t anywhere near the countries in Western Africa where people have contracted the deadly virus.

Holbrook said the three students were screened by officials when they re-entered the United States and were cleared to come to school.

“They just said, ‘where’ve you been?’ They told them, ‘Africa.’ ‘What part?’ They say said, ‘Ethiopia’ and said, ‘you’re clear, there’s never been a case out of there,'” said Holbrook.

T.J. Helling is the youth pastor who helped organize the mission trip for the students.

“Amazing students, amazing students willing to give up their time and energy, their money, their fall break to go and serve others,” he said.

Helling’s heart is broken over the students being singled out because they went to Africa.

OBAMA’S EBOLA CZAR THINKS THERE’S TOO MANY PEOPLE IN AFRICA

“Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? or who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity?” ―[Psalm 94:16]

Klain’s role in overseeing the United States’ response to a virus that has killed thousands of Africans and threatens to infect up to 10,000 a week by December 1st is somewhat disconcerting given his views on overpopulation.

In a recent interview, Klain said the top leadership issue challenging the world today was “how to deal with the continuing growing population in the world” including “burgeoning populations in Africa and Asia.”

Critics have attacked Obama’s decision to appoint Klain as a political smokescreen, pointing out that the former Chief of Staff to Al Gore has no medical experience or expertise.

Although Klain is by no means championing Ebola as a means of reducing world population, other prominent individuals have done precisely that – most notably award-winning Texas scientist Dr. Erik Pianka, the UT professor who in 2006 advocated the use of weaponized airborne Ebola as a means of wiping out nine tenths of the earth’s population to save the planet from humanity’s wrath.

The Obama administration’s link to authoritarian ideas about population control was firmly established back in 2009 when it was revealed that White House science czar John P. Holdren had co-authored a 1977 book in which he advocated the formation of a “planetary regime” that would use a “global police force” to enforce totalitarian measures of population control, including forced abortions, mass sterilization programs conducted via the food and water supply, as well as mandatory bodily implants that would prevent couples from having children.

Many on the left continue to embrace hysteria about overpopulation, but the figures just don’t back up the hype.

The UN Population Division’s own figures show that by 2020, population is set to stabilize and then drop dramatically after 2050. In reality, underpopulation is going to be the real long term issue.

As the Economist reported, “Fertility is falling and families are shrinking in places— such as Brazil, Indonesia, and even parts of India—that people think of as teeming with children. As our briefing shows, the fertility rate of half the world is now 2.1 or less—the magic number that is consistent with a stable population and is usually called “the replacement rate of fertility”. Sometime between 2020 and 2050 the world’s fertility rate will fall below the global replacement rate.”

Kenyan Bishops Fear Tetanus Vaccine Campaign is Aimed to Sterilize Women

The Kenya Conference of Catholic Bishops is demanding answers about a national tetanus vaccine campaign that they say is suspiciously like campaigns run in other countries where a birth control agent was covertly mixed in.

Run by the World Health Organization and UNICEF, the Kenya campaign exclusively targets Kenyan women of childbearing age (14-49), and excludes boys and men and younger girls who are also at risk from tetanus infection.

The bishops’ statement notes that in the Philippines, Nicaragua, and Mexico, the tetanus vaccine was “laced with Beta human chorionic gonadotropin (b-HCG) sub unit … to vaccinate women against future pregnancy.”

When injected as a vaccine to a non-pregnant woman, this Beta HCG sub unit combined with tetanus toxoid develops antibodies against tetanus and HCG so that if a woman’s egg becomes fertilized, her own natural HCG will be destroyed rendering her permanently infertile, the bishops explain. In this situation tetanus vaccination has been used as a birth control method.

“The ongoing tetanus vaccination campaign bears the hallmarks of the programmes that were carried out in Philippines, Mexico and Nicaragua. We are not certain that the vaccines being administered in Kenya are free of this hormone,” the bishops state.

Ebola: Africa’s Image Takes a Hit

In the United States, some parents fearful of deadly Ebola pulled children out of a school after the principal returned from Zambia, an African nation far from the area hit by the disease. In Geneva, a top U.N. official warned against anti-African discrimination fueled by fears of Ebola. The disease has ravaged a small part of Africa, but the international image of the whole continent is increasingly under siege, reinforcing some old stereotypes.

Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone — the African countries afflicted by the Ebola outbreak — have a combined population of about 22 million on a continent with more than 1 billion people. Their corner of West Africa encompasses an area the size of California, or almost as big as Morocco. Yet the epidemic feeds into a narrative of disaster on a continent of 54 countries that has seen some progress in past years, and false perceptions of Ebola’s reach are hurting African business distant from the affected areas.

“It speaks to a whole discourse about the danger of Africa,” said Michael Jennings, a senior lecturer in international development at the School of Oriental and African Studies in London.

He cited the recent decision of a British school to postpone a visit by a teacher from the West African country of Ghana after parents expressed concern about the Ebola virus. Ghana does not border the hard-hit nations and has not reported any cases of the disease.

Jennings said fearful people don’t necessarily react in a rational way and the message of some comments on social media in Britain is: “Why don’t we just stop everyone in West Africa from coming?”

Africa has had a troubled image. Famine in Ethiopia, chaos in Somalia and genocide in Rwanda drove the idea of a continent in perpetual crisis. In recent years, though, an end to a number of wars and ensuing stability and growth pointed to a turnaround that some enthusiasts dubbed “Africa Rising.”

Now the economic impact of Ebola fears is being felt in many parts of Africa. Hotels, tourism operators and conference organizers are recording increasing cancellations.

Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Vaccine Empire on Trial in India

While fraud and corruption are revealed on almost a daily basis now in the vaccine industry, the U.S. mainstream media continues to largely ignore such stories. Kumar starts out his 4 page article by focusing on the current case before the India Supreme Court regarding deaths and injuries occurring during drug trials carried out over Merck’s HPV vaccine Gardasil. Vaccine trials were conducted on thousands of girls between the ages of 9 and 15. Many of the girls fell ill, and at least 7 died, and the lawsuit is alleging that in most of these cases, the girls and their parents did not even know what kind of vaccine trial they were participating in.

Most of the girls were students, and an investigation showed that as many as 120 girls who participated in the HPV vaccine trials “experienced adverse reactions such as epileptic seizures, severe stomach ache, headaches and mood swings. The Sama report also said there had been cases of early onset of menstruation following the vaccination, heavy bleeding and severe menstrual cramps among many students.”

Kumar points out that after these adverse reactions, a report was conducted to explain them all away as not related to the vaccines, so that the approval process could move forward to market the HPV vaccine in India. Scientist Alleges Ebola is Western Bioweapon Tested on Africans

Liberian-born professor of plant pathology at the University of Liberia’s College of Agriculture and Forestry, Dr Cyril Broderick, has suggested that Ebola, just like AIDS, is a biological weapon of mass destruction manufactured by Western pharmaceutical firms and the US Department of Defence (DoD), which was tested on Africans as guinea pigs.

In a controversial article first published by Liberia’s Daily Observer, Prof Broderick, a scientist, who has taught for many years at the Agricultural College of the University of Delaware, described Ebola as a genetically modified organism (GMO), which transnational pharmaceutical firms, secret military bio-warfare bases of the US, as well as some Universities, conspired and collaborated to invent and test on Africans.

Dr Broderick also imputed that the UN and the WHO have been tacitly complicit in the testing of Ebola and other viruses on human guinea pigs in Africa–a situation he blames for the sprawling haemorrhagic virus–which has killed close to 3,000 and infected close to 6,000 West Africans in Liberia, Sierra Leone, Guinea, Nigeria, DR Congo and Senegal, since March this year.

Among the culprits named by Dr Broderick are: The US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID), a well-known centre for bio-war research, located at Fort Detrick, Maryland; Tulane University, in New Orleans, USA, winner of research grants, including a grant of more than $7 million from the National Institute of Health (NIH) to fund research into the Lassa viral haemorrhagic fever; the US Center for Disease Control (CDC); Doctors Without Borders (also known by its French name, Medicins Sans Frontiers); Tekmira, a Canadian pharmaceutical company; the UK’s GlaxoSmithKline; and the Kenema Government Hospital in Kenema, Sierra Leone.

In the article, which imputed a conspiratorial agenda on the part of the US government, the agencies and pharmaceutical firms involved, Broderick adduced, what to him, was evidence, to prove that Ebola has been undergoing testing on ‘African human guinea pigs’ for decades on the Continent.

He, therefore, charged the Continent’s leaders to rise up and protect Africans while urging legal action against those involved for compensation.

Dear World Citizens:

I have read a number of articles from your Internet outreach as well as articles from other sources about the casualties in Liberia and other West African countries about the human devastation caused by the Ebola virus. About a week ago, I read an article published in the Internet news summary publication of the Friends of Liberia that said that there was an agreement that the initiation of the Ebola outbreak in West Africa was due to the contact of a two-year old child with bats that had flown in from the Congo. That report made me disconcerted with the reporting about Ebola, and it stimulated a response to the “Friends of Liberia,” saying that African people are not ignorant and gullible, as is being implicated. A response from Dr. Verlon Stone said that the article was not theirs, and that “Friends of Liberia” was simply providing a service. He then asked if he could publish my letter in their Internet forum. I gave my permission, but I have not seen it published. Because of the widespread loss of life, fear, physiological trauma, and despair among Liberians and other West African citizens, it is incumbent that I make a contribution to the resolution of this devastating situation, which may continue to recur, if it is not properly and adequately confronted. I will address the situation in five (5) points:

1. EBOLA IS A GENETICALLY MODIFIED ORGANISM (GMO)

Horowitz (1998) was deliberate and unambiguous when he explained the threat of new diseases in his text, Emerging Viruses: AIDS and Ebola – Nature, Accident or Intentional. In his interview with Dr. Robert Strecker in Chapter 7, the discussion, in the early 1970s, made it obvious that the war was between countries that hosted the KGB and the CIA, and the ‘manufacture’ of ‘AIDS-Like Viruses’ was clearly directed at the other. In passing during the Interview, mention was made of Fort Detrick, “the Ebola Building,” and ‘a lot of problems with strange illnesses’ in “Frederick [Maryland].” By Chapter 12 in his text, he had confirmed the existence of an American Military-Medical-Industry that conducts biological weapons tests under the guise of administering vaccinations to control diseases and improve the health of “black Africans overseas.” The book is an excellent text, and all leaders plus anyone who has interest in science, health, people, and intrigue should study it. I am amazed that African leaders are making no acknowledgements or reference to these documents.

2. EBOLA HAS A TERRIBLE HISTORY, AND TESTING HAS BEEN SECRETLY TAKING PLACE IN AFRICA

I am now reading The Hot Zone, a novel, by Richard Preston (copyrighted 1989 and 1994); it is heart-rending. The prolific and prominent writer, Steven King, is quoted as saying that the book is “One of the most horrifying things I have ever read. What a remarkable piece of work.” As a New York Times bestseller, The Hot Zone is presented as “A terrifying true story.” Terrifying, yes, because the pathological description of what was found in animals killed by the Ebola virus is what the virus has been doing to citizens of Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia in its most recent outbreak: Ebola virus destroys peoples’ internal organs and the body deteriorates rapidly after death. It softens and the tissues turn into jelly, even if it is refrigerated to keep it cold. Spontaneous liquefaction is what happens to the body of people killed by the Ebola virus! The author noted in Point 1, Dr. Horowitz, chides The Hot Zone for writing to be politically correct; I understand because his book makes every effort to be very factual. The 1976 Ebola incident in Zaire, during President Mobutu Sese Seko, was the introduction of the GMO Ebola to Africa.

3. SITES AROUND AFRICA, AND IN WEST AFRICA, HAVE OVER THE YEARS BEEN SET UP FOR TESTING EMERGING DISEASES, ESPECIALLY EBOLA

The World Health Organization (WHO) and several other UN Agencies have been implicated in selecting and enticing African countries to participate in the testing events, promoting vaccinations, but pursuing various testing regiments. The August 2, 2014 article, West Africa: What are US Biological Warfare Researchers Doing in the Ebola Zone? by Jon Rappoport of Global Research pinpoints the problem that is facing African governments.

Obvious in this and other reports are, among others:

(a) The US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID), a well-known centre for bio-war research, located at Fort Detrick, Maryland;

(b) Tulane University, in New Orleans, USA, winner of research grants, including a grant of more than $7 million from the National Institute of Health (NIH) to fund research with the Lassa viral hemorrhagic fever;

(c) the US Center for Disease Control (CDC);

(d) Doctors Without Borders (also known by its French name, Medicins Sans Frontiers);

(e) Tekmira, a Canadian pharmaceutical company;

(f) The UK’s GlaxoSmithKline; and

(g) the Kenema Government Hospital in Kenema, Sierra Leone.

Reports narrate stories of the US Department of Defense (DoD) funding Ebola trials on humans, trials which started just weeks before the Ebola outbreak in Guinea and Sierra Leone. The reports continue and state that the DoD gave a contract worth $140 million dollars to Tekmira, a Canadian pharmaceutical company, to conduct Ebola research. This research work involved injecting and infusing healthy humans with the deadly Ebola virus. Hence, the DoD is listed as a collaborator in a “First in Human” Ebola clinical trial (NCT02041715, which started in January 2014 shortly before an Ebola epidemic was declared in West Africa in March. Disturbingly, many reports also conclude that the US government has a viral fever bioterrorism research laboratory in Kenema, a town at the epicentre of the Ebola outbreak in West Africa. The only relevant positive and ethical olive-branch seen in all of my reading is that Theguardian.com reported, “The US government funding of Ebola trials on healthy humans comes amid warnings by top scientists in Harvard and Yale that such virus experiments risk triggering a worldwide pandemic.” That threat still persists.

4. THE NEED FOR LEGAL ACTION TO OBTAIN REDRESS FOR DAMAGES INCURRED DUE TO THE PERPETUATION OF INJUSTICE IN THE DEATH, INJURY AND TRAUMA IMPOSED ON LIBERIANS AND OTHER AFRICANS BY THE EBOLA AND OTHER DISEASE AGENTS.

The U. S., Canada, France, and the U. K. are all implicated in the detestable and devilish deeds that these Ebola tests are. There is the need to pursue criminal and civil redress for damages, and African countries and people should secure legal representation to seek damages from these countries, some corporations, and the United Nations. Evidence seems abundant against Tulane University, and suits should start there. 5. AFRICAN LEADERS AND AFRICAN COUNTRIES NEED TO TAKE THE LEAD IN DEFENDING BABIES, CHILDREN, AFRICAN WOMEN, AFRICAN MEN, AND THE ELDERLY. THESE CITIZENS DO NOT DESERVE TO BE USED AS GUINEA PIGS!

Africa must not relegate the Continent to become the locality for disposal and the deposition of hazardous chemicals, dangerous drugs, and chemical or biological agents of emerging diseases. There is urgent need for affirmative action in protecting the less affluent of poorer countries, especially African citizens, whose countries are not as scientifically and industrially endowed as the United States and most Western countries, sources of most viral or bacterial GMOs that are strategically designed as biological weapons. It is most disturbing that the U. S. Government has been operating a viral hemorrhagic fever bioterrorism research laboratory in Sierra Leone. Are there others? Wherever they exist, it is time to terminate them. If any other sites exist, it is advisable to follow the delayed but essential step: Sierra Leone closed the US bioweapons lab and stopped Tulane University for further testing.

The world must be alarmed. All Africans, Americans, Europeans, Middle Easterners, Asians, and people from every conclave on Earth should be astonished. African people, notably citizens more particularly of Liberia, Guinea and Sierra Leone are victimized and are dying every day. Listen to the people who distrust the hospitals, who cannot shake hands, hug their relatives and friends. Innocent people are dying, and they need our help. The countries are poor and cannot afford the whole lot of personal protection equipment (PPE) that the situation requires. The threat is real, and it is larger than a few African countries. The challenge is global, and we request assistance from everywhere, including China, Japan, Australia, India, Germany, Italy, and even kind-hearted people in the U.S., France, the U.K., Russia, Korea, Saudi Arabia, and anywhere else whose desire is to help. The situation is bleaker than we on the outside can imagine, and we must provide assistance however we can. To ensure a future that has less of this kind of drama, it is important that we now demand that our leaders and governments be honest, transparent, fair, and productively engaged. They must answer to the people. Please stand up to stop Ebola testing and the spread of this dastardly disease.

Mystery Babylon: Saudi Ebola Martyrs in USA?

“But the LORD saw that the wickedness of humankind had become great on the earth. Every inclination of the thoughts of their minds was only evil all the time” [Genesis 6:5]

A new report released in the Kremlin today by the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) is stating that the reason(s) for President Obama’s “mysterious and unscheduled” return to the White House this weekend is due the United States facing an “apocalyptic attack” from an estimated 3,000 “Ebola Martyrs” who are already in America and warned are “ready to strike”.

According to this report, SVR intelligence analysts became aware of the attack planned by these “Ebola Martyrs” against the US from their “monitoring” of a Islamic State (IS) [also known as the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) and the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS)] terror cell operating out of the Embassy of Saudi Arabia located in Washington D.C.

In the past few weeks, this report continues, this IS terror cell has had “total freedom of movement” around Washington D.C. with no US intelligence service monitoring of them and have brazenly taken and posted photos of their: 1.) flag pinned to the White House fence [top photo left] and 2.) One of their operatives holding a letter against the backdrop of a US government building [photo 2nd left] that reads:

“Soldiers of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria will pass from here soon,” followed by a Koran verse that reads, “and Allah is perfecting His Light even though the disbelievers hate (that).”

The underlying tweet posted with these photos further warned America: “We are in your state. We are in your cities. We are in your streets.”

Important to note, the SVR in this report says, is that like this new attack planned upon America, the Saudis were, likewise, “deeply responsible” for the 11 September 2001 attacks upon the US, and as recently verified by US Democratic Representative Stephen Lynch and Republican Representative Walter Jones who publicly warned the American people last December that two administrations have kept 28 pages of a 2002 report on the 9/11 so highly classified that they don’t contain redactions — just an ellipsis noting their absence.

Lynch and Jones claim that the 2002 report from Congress after the 9/11 attacks that left 3,000 Americans dead contains material that “absolutely shocked” them — and that pins the blame on Saudi Arabia for state support of the attack.

Though the Saudis deny any role in 9/11, the SVR says, the CIA in one memo reportedly found “incontrovertible evidence” that Saudi government officials — not just wealthy Saudi hardliners, but high-level diplomats and intelligence officers employed by the kingdom — helped the hijackers both financially and logistically.

The intelligence files cited in the 2002 report, it’s critical to note, directly implicate the Saudi embassy in Washington and consulate in Los Angeles in the attacks, making 9/11 not just an act of terrorism, but an act of war.

Not understandable about Obama, this SVR report further states that upon taking office in 2009, and becoming fully aware of Saudi Arabia’s act of war against the US on 9/11, he traveled to their kingdom and “bowed before their king”. [Photo 3rd left]

Even worse, this report continues, where the Bush regime had capped the number of Saudi students allowed into the US to just 10,000 a year, Obama has, since he took office, “opened the flood gates” to them to such an extent that now there are over 110,000 of them in America today.

The danger of allowing so many Saudi students into America, SVR analysts in this report say, is not only due to their involvement in 9/11 (where 15 of the alleged 19 hijackers were Saudi students), but by their sheer numbers as they are not able to be adequately monitored by any US intelligence agency.

Of these over 110,000 Saudi students now in the US, this report warns, around 8,000 of them are devout IS followers financed by the richest terror organization the world has ever known having assests of over US$2 billion…all of which was financed by Saudi Arabia.

And of these 8,000 IS terror members in the US posing as Saudi students, the SVR states, nearly 3,000 have become “Ebola Martyrs” willing to die in their “mission” of infecting as many Americans as they can before their stated deadline of October.

To how these “Ebola Martyrs” were “created”, this report continues (and as we had previously reported on), was contained in the Federal Medical-Biological Agency (FMBA) report for the Ministry of Defense (MoD) this week on the ever growing Ebola virus apocalypse currently devastating a number of Western African nations and that no one has been able to explain its rapid and unprecedented dissemination.

While the World Health Organization (WHO) has today stated that official death toll from the deadly Ebola outbreak in West Africa is currently standing at 1,069 deaths out of 1,975 cases, it also admits that this number “could be vastly underestimated” and that beds in treatment centers are “filling up faster than they can be provided”.

Also, even though the experts at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) [aka Doctors Without Borders] stated earlier today that this current Ebola crisis will “take six months to control”, this SVR report notes that they stated that same thing back in April when they said “we will manage to contain this outbreak in a short amount of time…” when the death toll was only 78.

As to why this Ebola outbreak has spread so fast and widely, this report chillingly states, is due to an “alliance from hell” between the IS and the West African Islamic terror group Boko Haram whose leader, Abubakar Shekau, recently praised IS for having taken over large swathes of Iraq and Syria.

Shekau, likewise, SVR analysts in this report say, is the “mastermind” for the creation of these “Ebola Martyrs” who are directly responsible for the spread of this disease in their attempts to perfect it as a biowarfare weapon against the US and EU.

And due to the “experiments” conducted by both Boko Haram and IS operatives in how best to transmit this disease, the SVR says, is what has allowed the unprecedented spread of Ebola these past months.

In just one example of these “experiments” conducted by Boko Haram and IS, this report outlines, their operatives were directly infected with the Ebola virus and then sent on “martyr missions” to other West African nations and villages where they would then withdrawal their own blood and disperse it to their “targets” at roadside cafes/restaurants by adding it to the water or other beverages people would purchase.

Specifically to be “targeted” by these Boko Haram “martyr missions”, the SVR grimly notes, were health care professionals who dressed head to toe in suits that are specifically designed to prevent the spread of the virus (especially Westerners) and whose death toll to date numbers over 170 that as yet no one is able to explain.

As to why Saudi Arabia is using IS and Boko Haram to target the United States with these “Ebola Martyrs”, SVR intelligence experts in this report say, is due to the US$100 million15-acre mega-mosque due to be opened in October outside of Washington D.C. in October, and at which time it will become the largest and most striking example of Islamic architecture in the Western hemisphere.

Financed by Turkey, this report says, the ceremonial stone dedicating this mega-mosque was laid by Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan in May 2013, who was once jailed in his own country for inciting Muslims when he stated about mosques: “The minarets are our bayonets; the domes are our helmets. Mosques are our barracks, the believers are soldiers. This holy army guards my religion. Almighty, Our journey is our destiny, the end is martyrdom.”

Even worse this report warns, the current “cold war” in the Middle East has now taken two forms as it involves the Shiite-Sunni war being fought in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon and the Gulf, as well as a parallel Sunni-Sunni conflict involving Turkey, Saudi Arabia and political Islamic forces to control and dominate the politics of Sunni Islam.

Dominating the Sunni sphere requires controlling religious interpretation, especially that relating to political systems. In this regard, the model of Islamic democracy practiced in Turkey is considered a challenge to the political realm of Saudi religious theory…and with the October opening of the mega-mosque outside of Washington D.C., this report says, the Obama regime has now completely aligned itself with Turkey against Saudi Arabia.

This report concludes by noting that even though the US didn’t retaliate against Saudi Arabia attacking them on 9/11, the same cannot be said now due to the simple fact that the Obama regime is filled with inexperienced and young political operatives (defined by one SVR operative as “Kidiots”) who are continuing to fail to realize how close they are to causing World War III…and when thousands of Americans start dying after dining in restaurants that have hired these Saudi student “Ebola Martyrs”, without a doubt, atomic bombs will begin to fall.

Obama Oversees Brazen Paris Convoy Attack Against Saudi Prince

 

A new report by the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) circulating in the Kremlin today states that President Barack Obama “ordered and personally oversaw” from the White House a brazen attack conducted by US Special Warfare Development Group (DEVGRU) commandos against an 11 vehicle Saudi Arabian convoy last night nearing Porte de la Chapelle in northern Paris as it was heading for Le Bourget airport after leaving the Saudi Embassy. 

According to this report, and as confirmed by various media sources, the attacked convoy was protecting an as yet unnamed Saudi prince who was briefly detained by these highly-trained DEVGRU commandos, and who were able to not only conduct their mission without firing a shot, but were also able to secure the “sensitive documents” they were after.

A French police source talking to the AFP news agency about this US commando attack further stated “It’s quite an unusual attack. They were obviously well-informed. It’s true that it’s quite a rare way of operating,” and said that “If they were looking for sensitive documents, that changes the nature of the crime. It will no longer be an armed robbery, but something more complicated.”

To how “complicated” this attack really was in fact, this report notes, SVR intelligence operatives in the US had previously warned that Obama was mysteriously returning to the White House this past weekend from his scheduled vacation due the United States facing an “apocalyptic attack” from an estimated 3,000 “Ebola Martyrs” who are already in America and warned are “ready to strike”.

As we had, likewise, reported on after the issuance of last weeks SVR report, of the estimated 111,000 Saudi Arabian students currently in the United States, 8,000 have been identified as being Islamic State (IS) [also known as the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) and the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS)] terror members, of which nearly 3,000 of them have become “Ebola Martyrs” willing to die in their “mission” of infecting as many Americans as they can before their stated deadline of October.

The “sensitive documents” obtained by these DEVGRU commandos, this report continues, were related to these “Ebola Martyrs” who are under the “direct control” of Saudi Prince Khalid bin Bandar Al Saud who heads that nations top spy agency, the General Intelligence Presidency (GIP).

This SVR report further details that this Saudi convoy was attacked by DEVGRU commandos on Obama’s orders based upon information obtained from nearly 25 of these “Ebola Martyrs” detained during the past week in Albania, Montenegro and Bulgaria showing symptoms of this disease, and all of whom stated that their destination was Paris where they would “receive further orders and travel documents”.

The SVR in their new report reiterates from their previous report that Saudi Arabia is using IS and Boko Haram terrorists to target the United States with these “Ebola Martyrs” due to the US$100 million15-acre mega-mosque due to be opened in October outside of Washington D.C. in October, and at which time it will become the largest and most striking example of Islamic architecture in the Western hemisphere.

Important to note, SVR analysts in this report say, is that Obama has long championed the Muslim Brotherhood organization that took power in Egypt after the 2011 revolution and whose forces toppled the long serving dictator Hosni Mubarak.

Enraged by Obama’s “betrayal” of Mubarak, however, this report continues, Saudi Arabia provided Egypt’s military with over US$5 billion to topple the Muslim Brotherhood, sentence all of its top leadership to death, and install another dictatorial regime.

Former Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Aboul Gheit, this report further notes, said he had a one-on-one meeting with Obama, in which the President told him that he was still a Muslim, and in two separate criminal complaints, Egyptian lawmakers this past June charged both Obama and Hillary Clinton with conspiring with the Muslim Brotherhood, charges which stated that they had:

US ally Great Britain, this report continues, is, likewise, being caught in this maelstrom as its long delayed Whitehall report on the Muslim Brotherhood is set to find that this organization (which is contending with Saudi Arabia for the leadership of the Sunni Muslim world) to be “INNOCENT of any wrongdoing”…and which, also, enables them to omit Obama and Clinton’s ties to them.

It has been reported whenever a westerner passes, villagers cry out, “Ebola, Ebola!” and run away.

Workers and officials, blamed by panicked populations for spreading the virus, have been threatened with knives, stones and machetes, their vehicles sometimes surrounded by hostile mobs. Log barriers across narrow dirt roads block medical teams from reaching villages where the virus is suspected.

The idea that “do-gooder” medical workers are spreading the Ebola virus throughout several West Africa nations is preposterous on its face…..or is it???

Suspicions were further raised with the death of eugenicist Richard Rockefeller recently, when it came to surface that he was head of Doctors Without Borders with projects in South America, Africa, and Southeast Asia. So what intent is there when WHO and MSF (Doctors Without Borders) decide to take over the bioweapons laboratory in Kenema hospital – a result of thousands marched on the lab following allegations by a former nurse that Ebola was being put into circulation deliberately.

The Troubling Truth Behind the Ebola Outbreak

In the Guardian’s article, “Panic as deadly Ebola virus spreads across West Africa,” it reports:

 

Since the outbreak of the deadly strain of Zaire Ebola in Guinea in February, around 90 people have died as the disease has travelled to neighbouring Sierra Leone, Liberia and Mali. The outbreak has sent shock waves through communities who know little of the disease or how it is transmitted. The cases in Mali have added to fears that it is spreading through West Africa.

 

The Guardian also reported that  Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), also known in English as Doctors Without Borders, had established treatment centers in Guinea, one of which came under attack as locals accused the foreign aid group of bringing the disease into the country. Also under fire is the government of Guinea itself, which has proved incapable of handling the crisis.

 

This latest outbreak, which has yet to be contained and is being considered by Doctors Without Borders as an “unprecedented epidemic,” illustrates several troubling truths about global health care, emergency response to outbreaks, and the perception many have of a West subjecting the developing world to a “medical tyranny.”

 

Failure to Prepare

 

In 2012, when Doctors Without Borders concluded its response to an Ebola outbreak in Uganda, it claimed in its post, “MSF Concludes Emergency Ebola Response in Uganda,” that:

 

The Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) emergency response to an outbreak of Ebola in Uganda has come to an end. The MSF team handed over the Ebola treatment center it set up in Uganda’s western Kibaale district to the Ugandan Ministry of Health (MoH).

 

The statement also claimed:

 

As part of a preparation plan for future outbreaks, MSF also restored a treatment unit in Mulago hospital, located in Kampala, Uganda’s capital. “Uganda has developed the capacity to respond to Ebola emergencies,” said MSF emergency coordinator Olimpia de la Rosa. “We can rely on the capability of Ministry of Health staff to take over and manage Ebola cases with all safety guarantees.”

 

One must wonder then, if MSF and other global health agencies can train Ugandan medical staff and hand over responsibilities to prevent a future outbreak to the government of Uganda, why haven’t similar provisions been undertaken in nations like Guinea, Liberia, Mali, and Sierra Leone. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), Ebola outbreaks occur “primarily in remote villages in Central and West Africa, near tropical rainforests.” Why then have nations in Central and West Africa not been prepared for such outbreaks – particularly when the many of the nations that back MSF are already heavily involved in the internal affairs of many of these nations?

France alone has expended hundreds of millions of euros during its ongoing military operations in Mali, reported by France 24 in 2013 to be costing the European nation approximately 2.7 million euros a day. Money spent on costly military operations designed to project Western hegemony across Northern and Western Africa, an extension of the West’s intervention in Libya, would lead one to believe that funds should also be available to prevent “unprecedented epidemics” of deadly diseases like Ebola, but apparently the same preparations made in Uganda have been neglected in French-occupied Mali, as well as other Ebola-prone nations.

 

While the West poses as chief arbiter of humanity and through its international organizations, intervening when crises strike, its failure to prepare other nations prone to Ebola outbreaks with a management formula already perfected in Uganda at the very least shakes public confidence and trust. When it intervenes in these very nations for geopolitical ambitions under the pretenses of “democracy,” “development,” and “human rights” but utterly fails to address the dire needs of the very people it claims to be rushing to the aid of, such confidence and trust is only further shaken.

 

Distrust Leads to Suspicion

 

While MSF and the government of Guinea claim mobs that attacked MSF workers were simply panicking, there exists troubling truths regarding the West and their use of chemical and biological agents for both experiments and as part of advancing their geopolitical ambitions that may have led to real genuine fears among locals that the Ebola outbreak was intentional.

 

The devastation left in the wake of Agent Orange used during the Vietnam War, and the ongoing tragedy unfolding as a result from America’s use of depleted uranium in Iraq are two extreme examples of how the West subjected entire populations to mutagenic agents that have sown horrific birth defects, fatal degenerative conditions, and maladies that will reverberate down through generations to come. Of particular concern is the role that supposedly neutral international agencies played in attempting to cover up these atrocities.

 

The Guardian’s article, “How the World Health Organisation covered up Iraq’s nuclear nightmare,” illustrates how the WHO’s conclusions were manipulated by politicized science, and offers the world a cautionary tale of how organizations like the UN and WHO cannot be entrusted to oversee issues of human health, our environment, or anything else upon which humanity’s existence hinges.

 

Beyond Agent Orange and depleted uranium, the UN and US stand accused of hundreds of thousands of forced sterilizations in Peru from 1995 to 1997.  There was also the NBC News report titled, “U.S. apologizes for Guatemala STD experiments,” that stated:

 

U.S. government medical researchers intentionally infected hundreds of people in Guatemala, including institutionalized mental patients, with gonorrhea and syphilis without their knowledge or permission more than 60 years ago.

 

Many of those infected were encouraged to pass the infection onto others as part of the study.

 

About one third of those who were infected never got adequate treatment.

More troubling still are the words from Western policy makers and politicians themselves. The prospect of using genospecific bioweapons was mentioned in the Neo-Conservative Project for a New American Century’s (PNAC) 2000 report titled, “Rebuilding America’s Defenses” (.pdf) which stated:

 

The proliferation of ballistic and cruise missiles and long-range unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) will make it much easier to project military power around the globe.  Munitions themselves will become increasingly accurate, while new methods of attack – electronic, “non-lethal,” biological – will be more widely available. Although it may take several decade for the process of transformation to unfold, in time, the art of warfare on air, land, and sea will be vastly different than it is today, and  “combat” likely will take place in new dimensions: in space, “cyber-space,” and perhaps the world of microbes.  (p.72 of .pdf)

Those None Can Trust, Can Help No One

 

Whether the latest outbreak of Ebola is part of some conspiracy or not may never be known. The central issue is the lack of trust Western agencies have when they attempt to respond to a crisis. Wrought not from irrational fears but from decades of abuse, atrocities, and exploitation, this lack of trust has rendered much of what the West does beyond its borders today increasingly impotent, and even at times counterproductive.

 

Those in the MSF that are truly attempting to help are unable to because of the misdeeds of those in the Western governments that back the organization. When MSF played a central role in aiding and abetting terrorists operating in Syria, including propping up fabrications regarding the August 2013 chemical weapons attack in Damascus, it only further undermined the trust and confidence required to allow genuine members and affiliates of their organization to do their jobs elsewhere around the world.

 

And if the West fails in its function as sole arbiter of humanity, what then should nations around the world do? That answer is quite simple.They must subscribe to a multipolar world with multipolar agencies that collaborate and cooperate rather than exist in constant and precarious dependence on the West and their “international organizations.” For the nations of North and Western Africa that face potential Ebola outbreaks – or for nations across Asia facing similar fears regarding severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS), they themselves must find international partners, not to depend on in a time of crisis, but to train and prepare them nations’ health workers to be self-sufficient and capable of handling outbreaks before they occur.

 

Part of what some perceive as the West’s “medical tyranny,” is its creation of circumstances in which subject nations constantly rely on them for aid, expertise, and assistance. Such dependence is contrary to national sovereignty and endangers the freedom and security of individuals within that nation. In Guinea, the government’s inability to handle the crisis has allowed it to grow to dangerous proportions, while necessitating the inclusion of foreign agencies the public simply doesn’t trust. It is an indictment against so-called “international health” organizations, including WHO, and the many Western-backed agencies that work in the field on its behalf.

 

Nations must begin taking responsibility themselves for dealing with outbreaks, and partner nations should guide them in doing so, not holding their hand each time a crisis develops. The latest outbreak of Ebola across Western Africa illustrates how sorely ill-suited the West’s “international” agencies are in protecting the global population, and how the global population would be better served by finding ways to protect themselves.

Surely, the peace loving United Nations, complete with its expressed desire to save the world from any and all evil would stand in line to thwart any expressed threat to inhabitants of this planet, right? Well, not exactly. The United Nations is permeated with individuals who are Satanically inspired and have repeatedly, on many fronts, have expressed their intent to reduce the world’s population by dramatic means, if necessary. What About Our Educated Elite?

 

Although it is painfully obvious that the United Nations elite have a high level of contempt for the average person, surely those people responsible for educating our children will teach the time honored virtues of the United States Constitution. Surely, they will teach their students to develop a healthy respect for American sovereignty so that the genocidal lunatics running the United Nations are unable to put their genocidal schemes into motion. Upon further review, this is not the case as I bring to you the words of those who educate and mold the minds of our young people.

What About the Environmental Elites?

 

It is apparent that humanity cannot look to the sociopathic leaders of the United Nations and America’s top academic leaders for salvation. But certainly the eco-friendly environmentalists, with their penchant for saving the whales and the spotted owl will ride to the rescue of mankind. Regrettably, this is also not the case. It seems that the humanitarian spirit of the environmentalists does not apply to any species which possess a collapsible thumb, the power of speech and has a well-developed cerebral cortex. Again, the words of the elite exposes their depopulation agenda.

What About Our Government Leaders?

 

Historically, many Americans believe that they can look to the government to protect them from the evils of the world. It is clear that our blind trust in our public officials misplaced. Our leaders are not our friends, and have not been for a very long time as evidenced by the following quotes:

One percent of the population is sociopathic. Here are two clear markers for Sociopaths, discoverable in their behavior patterns: 1) Sociopaths have no conscience. Hence, 2) Sociopaths cannot feel guilt nor remorse, like ordinary people can.

 

These are evil people, very evil people. Superficially charming, they are selfish, greedy, unemphathetic, manipulative, and prone to violence and abuse. They steal, cheat, vandalize others property, swindle, and they are pathological liars. They are unconcerned with the feelings of other humans, who are mere objects to be used, and have little or no conscience.
