Russian President Vladimir Putin has pointed to the Church of England’s recent decision to explore gender-neutral terms for God as evidence that the West does not know what it is doing and is heading for a ‘spiritual catastrophe’.

Delivering a state-of-the-nation address to the Russian people today, Putin railed against perceived Western stupidity and said the West was waging a culture war against Russian Orthodox Christian values.

‘The Anglican Church is considering a gender-neutral God. May God forgive them for they know not what they do,’ Putin declared.

‘Millions of people in the West understand they are being led to a real spiritual catastrophe,’ he added.

He went on to accuse Western nations of changing historical facts to suit ‘woke’ ideologies and staunchly criticized the Church’s recent discussions on allowing priests to ‘bless’ same-sex marriages.

‘They distort historical facts, constantly attack our culture, the Russian Orthodox Church, and other traditional religions of our country.

‘Look at what they do with their own peoples: the destruction of the family, cultural and national identity, perversion, and the abuse of children are declared the norm. And priests are forced to bless same-sex marriages,’ Putin said.

Any potential alterations, which would mark a departure from traditional Jewish and Christian teachings dating back millennia, would have to be approved by the Synod, the Church’s decision-making body.

It is currently unclear what would replace the term Our Father in the Lord’s Prayer, the central Christian prayer which Jesus Christ is said to have instructed his followers to say together down the generations.

Rev Dr Ian Paul earlier this month told The Telegraph that any change would represent an abandonment of the Church’s own doctrine: ‘The fact that God is called ”Father” can’t be substituted by ”Mother” without changing meaning, nor can it be gender-neutralised to ”Parent” without loss of meaning,’ he said.

A Church of England spokesperson meanwhile said there are ‘absolutely no plans’ to consider a gender-neutral God.

ክርስቲያኖችን “እንኳን አደረሳችሁ!” አንልም በማለት ከእነርሱ በተሻለ መልክ ትሁት ለመሆን የሚጥሩትን ክርስቲያኖችን ጣዖታዊ ለሆኑት የእስልምና በዓላቶቻቸው፡ “እንኳን አደረሳችሁ!” ይሏቸው ዘንድ ለመቆስቆስ የታቀደ ተንኮል ነው።

እኛ ክርስቲያኖች እንኳን ለገዳዩና ህፃናት ደፋሪው መሀመድ የልደት ቀን እነርሱን “እንኳን አደረሳችሁ!” (እንኳን ለሲዖል አበቃችሁ! እንደማለት ነው) ማለት የለብንም፤ እነርሱም ይህን ያውቁታል፤ ግን አምልኳቸውን እንድናረጋግጥላቸው ለበዓላቸው እንኳን አደረሳችሁ እንድንላቸው ይመኛሉ። ለዚህ ነው እኛን ሁሌ ቀድመው የሚኮንኑት፤ ልክ እነርሱ ገዳዮች ሆነው ተገዳዩን ቀድመው እንደሚኮንኑት ማለት ነው። “ጥቃት ከሁሉ የተሻለው መከላከያ ነው!” ብለው ስለሚያምኑ።

ደግሞ የሚገርመው እስልምና ከጌታችን ልደት ከስድስት መቶ አመት በኋላ መጥቶ፡ “ሰዎች ኢየሱስን ሲያመልኩ ወይም ኢየሱስ የአምላክ ልጅ ነው ሲሉ ካየን እናንተን እና እኔን ሊያስቆጣን ይገባል” ይሉናል።

እንግዲህ፡ አምላካችንን ለምን ዝቅ አደረጋችሁት፤ ለምን ነብይ ብቻ ነው አላችሁት? ለምን አልተወልደም፣ አልተሰቀልም ብላችሁ ታስቀይሙናላቸው? በማለት እንዳንኮንናቸው ቀድምው ሲያጠቁን ነው።

ባጭሩ፡ እነዚህ ሙስሊም ውሸታሞች … “ኢየሱስን እንደ አምላክ ነብይ እናደንቀዋለን፣ እንወደዋለን” በማለት ይዋሹናል ነገር ግን የእርሱን ልደት አታክብሩ እያሉ ጥሪ ያስተላልፋሉ፤ ተከታዮቹንም ያርዳሉ … ሁሉንም ነብያት እናከብራልን ይላሉ፤ ነገር ግን ስለ ሁሉም ነብያት ብዙ የሚናገረውን መጽሐፍ ቅዱስን መስጊዶቻቸው ውስጥ ለስብከት አይጠቀሙበትም።

የዚህ ኢማም መልዕክት ባጭሩ፦ “አንድ ሙስሊም “ብሩክ ገና!” ካለ ይገደል!” በሌላ አነጋገር አንድ ሙስሊም “እንኳን አደረሳችሁ!” ከሚላችሁ ቢግድላችሁ ይቅለዋል ማለት ነው። ወደ ሺርያ ህግ እንኳን ደህና መጣችሁ!

እስላም ሰይጣንን ያመልካልና “እንኳን አደረሳችሁ!” ባይሉን ይመረጣል፤ በአላሃቸው ስም ከመረቁን ወይም “እንኳን አደረሳችሁ!” ካሉን ለእኛ እንደ እርግማን ነው የሚሆነው። በአላህ ስም ከመረቋችሁ፡ ሦስት ጊዜ ማማተብ እንጅ፡ አሜን! አትበሏቸው!

መታየት ያለበት | ጌታችን ወደ ሰማይ ያረገባት ቤተ መቅደስ በፀረ-ክርስቶሱ ቁጥጥር ሥር ናት

ለጉብኝት ወደ ኢየሩሳሌም የሚሄዱትን ክርስቲያኖች፡ ገንዘብ ካልከፈላችሁ ቤተ መቅደሱን ማየት አትችሉም፡ በማለት፡ ሙስሊሞች በድፍረት እየሠሩ ያሉት ወንጀል በጣም አሳዛኝ ነው። አቤት ጥላቻ! አቤት ትዕቢት! አቤት ጥጋብ! አቤት መጨማለቅ!

በአገራችንም፡ አንዳንድ ዓብያተክርስቲያናት አካባቢ፡ የነርሱን ያህል ባይሆንም፡ ተመሳሳይ ክስተት ይታያል። አብሮ ከመኖር የተነሳ ብዙ መወረስ የሌለባቸው ባሕርይዎች ይወረሳሉ፡ ይህንም ከፀረ–ክርስቶሳውያኑ መሀመዳውያን የወረሱት መሆን አለብት።

ዕርገት› በግእዝ ቋንቋ ማረግ፣ ከታች ወደ ላይ መውጣት ማለት ሲኾን የጌታችን ትንሣኤ በተከበረ በዐርባኛው ቀን የሚውለው ዐቢይ በዓልም ‹ዕርገት› ይባላል (ኪዳነ ወልድ ክፍሌ፣ ገጽ ፯፻፷)፡፡ በዓለ ዕርገት ጌታችን አምላካችንና መድኀኒታችን ኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ ከሙታን ከተነሣ በኋላ ለዐርባ ቀናት በግልጽም በስውርም ለቅዱሳን ሐዋርያትና ለቅዱሳት አንስት መጽሐፈ ኪዳንን፣ ትርጓሜ መጻሕፍትን፣ ምሥጢራትን፣ ሕግጋትንና ቀኖናተ ቤተ ክርስቲያንን ሲያስተምር ቆይቶ ወደ ቀደመ ዙፋኑ ወደ ሰማይ በክብር በምስጋና ማረጉን በደስታ የምንዘክርበት ዐቢይ በዓል ነው፡፡ በዓለ ዕርገት በቤተ ክርስቲያናችን በየዓመቱ በድምቀት ይከበራል፡፡ በዓሉ የሚውልበት ዕለት ሐሙስን ባይለቅም ቀኑ ግን የአጽዋማትና በዓላት ማውጫ ቀመርን ተከትሎ ከፍ እና ዝቅ ይላል፡፡

በዚህ መሠረት የዘንድሮው በዓለ ዕርገት ግንቦት ፱ ቀን ፳፻፲ ዓ.ም ይውላል ማለት ነው፡፡ ከጌታችን የዕርገት በዓል ጀምሮ (ከበዓለ ትንሣኤ ዐርባኛው ቀን) እስከ በዓለ ጰራቅሊጦስ ዋዜማ (ዐርባ ዘጠነኛው ቀን) ድረስ ያለው ወቅትም ‹ዘመነ ዕርገት› ተብሎ ይጠራል፡፡ በዘመነ ዕርገት ውስጥ በሚገኘው እሑድ (ሰንበት) ሌሊት ሊቃውንቱ የሚያደርሱት መዝሙርም ‹‹በሰንበት ዐርገ ሐመረ›› የሚል ሲኾን ይኸውም ጌታችን በሰንበት ወደ ታንኳ በመውጣት ባሕርንና ነፋሳትን እንደ ገሠፀ፤ ሐዋርያቱንም ‹‹ጥርጥር ወደ ልቡናችሁ አይግባ፤ አትጠራጠሩ›› እያለ በሃይማኖት ስለ መጽናት እንዳስተማራቸው፤ እንደዚሁም ወንጌልን ይሰብኩ፣ ያስተምሩ ዘንድ በመላው ዓለም እንደሚልካቸው፤ በሰማያዊ መንግሥቱ ይኖሩ ዘንድም ዳግመኛ መጥቶ እንደሚወስዳቸው የሚያስገነዝብ መልእክት አለው (ሉቃ.፰፥፳፪–፳፬፤ ዮሐ.፲፬፥፪፤ ፳፥፳፩)፡፡

በበዓለ ዕርገት ሊቃውንቱ ሌሊት በማኅሌት፣ በዝማሬ እግዚአብሔርን ሲያመሰግኑ ያድራሉ፡፡ ሥርዓተ ማኅሌቱ እንዳበቃ የሚሰበከው የነግህ ምስባክም፡– ‹‹ዘምሩ ለእግዚአብሔር ዘዐርገ ውስተ ሰማይ ሰማይ ዘመንገለ ጽባሕ ናሁ ይሁብ ቃሎ ቃለ ኃይል›› የሚለው የዳዊት መዝሙር ሲኾን፣ ቀጥተኛ ትርጕሙ፡– ‹‹በምሥራቅ በኩል ወደ ሰማየ ሰማያት ለወጣ (ላረገ) ለእግዚአብሔር ዘምሩ፤ የኀይል የኾነውን ቃሉን እነሆ ይሰጣል፤›› ማለት ነው (መዝ.፷፯፥፴፫)፡፡ ምሥጢራዊ ትርጕሙ ደግሞ ‹‹ነፍሳትን ይዞ ከሲኦል ወደ ገነት ለወጣ፤ አንድም በደብረ ዘይት በኩል ላረገ ለእግዚአብሔር ምስጋና አቅርቡ›› የሚል መልእክት አለው፡፡ እንደዚሁም ጌታችን በዐረገ በዐሥረኛው ቀን ‹የኀይል ቃል› የተባለ መንፈስ ቅዱስን ለሐዋርያት እንደ ላከላቸው፤ በተጨማሪም ጌታችን በሕያዋን እና በሙታን (በጻድቃን እና በኃጥአን) ላይ ለመፍረድ ዳግም እንደሚመጣ፤ እኛም ይህንን የጌታችንን የማዳን ሥራ እያደነቅን ለእርሱ ምስጋና፣ ዝማሬ ማቅረብ እንደሚገባን ያስረዳናል – ምስባኩ፡፡

በነግህ (ከቅዳሴ በፊት የሚነበበው) ወንጌል ደግሞ ሉቃስ ፳፬፥፵፭ እስከ መጨረሻው ድረስ ያለው ኃይለ ቃል ነው፡፡ ቃሉም ጌታችን አምላካችንና መድኀኒታችን ኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ ከሰማየ ሰማያት እንደሚወርድ፣ የሰውን ልጅ ለማዳን ሲል መከራ እንደሚቀበል፣ እንደሚሞት፣ ከሙታን ተለይቶ እንደሚነሣ፣ ወደ ሰማይ እንደሚያርግና ዳግም እንደሚመጣ በነቢያት የተነገረው ትንቢት መፈጸሙን፤ ለዚህም ቅዱሳን ሐዋርያት ምስክሮች መኾናቸውን ማለትም በመላው ዓለም እየዞሩ ስለ ኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ የማዳን ሥራ እንዲሰብኩና በሰማዕትነት እንዲያልፉ፤ እንደዚሁም ሰማያዊ ሀብትንና ዕውቀትን እስኪያገኙ ድረስ በኢየሩሳሌም እንዲቆዩ መታዘዛቸውን ያስረዳል (ትርጓሜ ወንጌል)፡፡ ይህ ምሥጢር ለጊዜው የሐዋርያትን ተልእኮ የሚመለከት ይኹን እንጂ ለፍጻሜው ግን ዅላችንም ቅዱሳት መጻሕፍት የተናገሩትን ቃል አብነት አድርገን የእግዚአብሔርን ሰው መኾንና የማዳኑን ሥራ አምነን፣ ሌሎችንም በማሳመን በሃይማኖታችን ጸንተን መኖር እንደሚገባን፤ እግዚአብሔር አምላካችን ኃይሉን፣ ጸጋውን፣ ረድኤቱን እንዲያሳድርብንም ከቅድስት ቤተ ክርስቲያን መለየት እንደሌለብን የሚያስገነዝብ መልእክት አለው፡፡

በቅዳሴ ጊዜ የሚነበቡ የመጽሐፍ ቅዱስ ክፍሎችም ከቅዱስ ጳውሎስ መልእክት ዕብራውያን ፩፥፩ እስከ ፍጻሜው ድረስ፤ ከሌሎች መልእክታት ደግሞ ፩ኛ ጴጥሮስ ፫፥፲፰ እስከ ፍጻሜው፤ የሐዋርያት ሥራ ፩፥፩–፲፪ ሲኾኑ፣ ምስባኩም ‹‹ዐርገ እግዚአብሔር በይባቤ ወእግዚእነ በቃለ ቀርን ዘምሩ ለአምላክነ ዘምሩ›› የሚለው ነው፡፡ ትርጕሙም ‹‹በዕልልታና በመለከት ድምፅ ላረገ ለአምላካችን፣ ለጌታችንና ለመድኀኒታችን ለኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ ምስጋና አቅርቡ›› ማለት ነው (መዝ.፵፮፥፭–፮)፡፡ ወንጌሉ ደግሞ፣ ማርቆስ ፲፮፥፲፬ እስከ ፍጻሜ ድረስ ሲኾን ቃሉም በነግህ ከተነበበው የወንጌል ክፍል ቃል ተመሳሳይነት አለው፡፡ ቅዳሴውም ቅዳሴ ዲዮስቆሮስ ሲኾን ይህ ቅዳሴ ከሦስቱ አካላት አንዱ የኾነውን የእግዚአብሔር ወልድን (የኢየሱስ ክርስቶስን) ዘለዓለማዊነት የሚያስረዳ፤ ሥጋዌዉን፣ ሕማሙን፣ ሞቱን፣ ትንሣኤዉን፣ ዕርገቱንና ዳግም ምጽአቱንም የሚናገር በመኾኑ በዘመነ ትንሣኤ፣ በዘመነ ዕርገትና በበዓለ ኀምሳ ሰሙን ይቀደሳል፡፡

Spanish Catholics Stage ‘Prayer Protest’ After Muslim Mass Prayer At Christian Landmark

Catholics in the Spanish city of Granada struck back at what they described as a “provocative” decision to stage a Ramadan fast-breaking in front of a statue of the Virgin Mary, by arranging a mass public prayer at the same spot.

“We are here because we can’t allow that to happen. They can’t do it in Granada. They can do so in their place, but not in the Jardines del Triunfo that has been ours for so long,” a Catholic at the event told RT’s Ruptly video agency.

The present-day Jardines del Triunfo started off as 13th century Islamic cemetery during the Muslim occupation of Spain, but is now dominated by a 17th century statue of the Immaculate Conception, located atop a towering pillar.

The decision to stage a prayer to break the daily Ramadan fast on June 10 was taken jointly by a Socialist-controlled city hall and an Islamic group, the Euroarab Foundation.

Those who chanted traditional Catholic prayers at the gardens this week, led by a leader with a megaphone, disagreed.

“It was a lack of respect to Catholics. I love everybody: Arabs, Buddhists alike. It was a provocation, and due to the municipality of Granada,” said a middle-aged woman.

A leading Egyptian cleric irked his Christian compatriots when he said on television that the Islamic figure Muhammad would marry the Virgin Mary in heaven.

Dr Salem Abdel Galil, a theologian at Cairo’s prestigious Al Azhar academy and a former director-general of the Ministry of Religions, said on his television program that “Allah, hallowed be his name, chose Mary of all the women, alongside Asiya, Pharaoh’s wife, Aisha and Khadijea, Prophet Muhammad’s wives, and Fatima, the Prophet’s daughter. There are verses in the Quran that suggest that in heaven Muhammad will marry the Virgin Mary, the mother of Jesus peace be upon him, as well as Asiya, Pharaoh’s wife and Kultum, the sister of Moses peace be upon him.”

“The Quran said: ‘Allah will give [the Prophet] women preferable to his wives, Muslim, pious, pure women.’” One, he said, referred to Asiya and the other to Mary.

Egypt’s Christian community was enraged by Galil’s remarks. The community’s youth movement issued a statement demanding an apology. The movement’s chairman, Nader Soubhi, said: “We Christians don’t recognize any aspect of the Virgin Mary except her sanctity, her purity and her virginity. The Virgin Mary will never lose any of these.”

In 2010, an Al Azhar cleric caused controversy with a similar ruling, which also raised the church’s ire. Then too, church representatives said they rejected the ruling “which contradicts our religion and holy book. It’s offensive to the Virgin Mary.”

Reverend Abdel Masih Basit said that “the Virgin became pregnant while a virgin, and will forever remain so. And according to Jesus, in heaven you don’t marry but become angels.”

“The Christian faith relies on the belief that a man’s soul turns into a spirit after his death and his body turns into light, and therefore there’s no need for partnership or sexual intercourse,” he said.

Well first off, according to scripture there are no marriages in the kingdom to come or heaven. Jesus said we will be like the angels which neither marry or give in marriage.

No Muslim can or will ever enter heaven.

I really don’t think Mohammad will get anywhere even close to heaven. Where he will be, it will really be hot down there.

The only place that these Muslim clerics will see Mohammad is when they meet him in hell.

Blasphemous Erdogan To Pray Inside The Famous Orthodox Christian Church On Good Friday

Turkey’s President Recep Erdogan has announced his intention to pray at the Hagia Sophia on April 14, delighting Muslim activists who argue that the building remains a mosque.

In 1934, Turkish leader Kemal Ataturk decreed that the Hagia Sophia should be a museum, as part of his drive for secularization. But some Turkish Muslims question the validity of that decree.

Erdogan, who has favored Islamic claims in Turkey, will visit the Hagia Sophia—a building that was originally a Christian church—on the day when the Christian world observes Good Friday.

The President will pray together with members of his party and the religious leaders in Istanbul. The event falls two days before the referendum, to garner the Muslim vote. Transformation of the ancient Christian basilica into a museum rejected. Erdogan: Kemalism is dead.

Thus Erdogan, nicknamed the “new sultan” for his political extremism, will seek to channel Muslim faithful in favor of a Yes ( “Evet”) vote. According to the Muslim calendar the month to April (Nisan) is the month of the birth of Mohammed.

The news is carried in pro-government newspapers, presenting the latest book by Turk historian Mustafa Armagan – titled “The Saint Sophia intrigue” (Aya Sofia Entrikalari). In doing so they seek to create and prepare the climate for the prayer, as the will of the Turkish president. The book argues that the decree signed by Kemal Ataturk in 1934 which turned the Hagia Sophia from mosque into a museum, is not authentic. According to Armagan, the Kemal Ataturk signature on the decree is false. Therefore the act has no legal value and therefore Santa Sofia can in fact be used as a mosque, as was the case after the Turkish conquest of Constantinople in 1453.

Hagia Sophia it was built in 537 by Emperor Justinian and dedicated to God’s Wisdom. To justify his remarks, the Turkish historian reports that the Kemal Aturk signature on the 1934 Decree is unlike any other signature penned by the Father of Republic in prori acts.

Various sources are cited in the book which claims, according to the author, that the transformation of Hagia Sophia into a museum, was the result of pressure from various Western international forces, headed by the then US Ambassador Joseph Grew.

Mustafa Armagan also notes the news that Kemal Ataturk had visited St. Sophia in 1935, three months after its proclamation as a museum, was not reported in any Turkish newspaper of the period, but only by the Greek language journal, Apogevmatini, published on February 7, 1935, in Istanbul. The author recalls, in that same period, the strong reaction of the Egyptian newspaper “El Risale “, strongly opposed to the transformation of Hagia Sophia into a museum.

In this way the pre-referendum climate is becoming increasingly tense and polarized. On the other hand, the climate has been fostered and created by Erdogan himself with his recent statements against the Kemalist period, when he proclaimed: “That period, which began in 1923, is about to end. And that’s that”. And that is, woe to the vanquished.
