Church of England Considers Abandoning Christianity | የእንግሊዝ ቤተክርስቲያን ክርስትናን መተው ታስባለች

“ፖለቲከኞቹና ከሃዲዎቹ ፓርቲዎች ጦርነት ቀስቅሰው ከሚሊየን በላይ ክርስቲያን ወገኖቼን ከጨረሱ በኋላ፤ “ለድርድር ተቀመጥን፣ ታረቅን” ብለው ሕዝቡን ለማታለል እንደሞከሩት የሃይማኖት ተቋማቱም በተመሳሳይ መልክ ቀጣዩን ድራማ ሠርተውና ምናልባት በብዙ ሚሊየን ዜጎች እንዲያልቁ ካደረጉ በኋላ፤ “እንደራደር! አንድ እንሁን፤ ሰላምና እርቅ አመጣን!” እንደሚሉን ለሰከንድ አልጠራጠረም።”

💭 አንድ በአንድ ነው የሚደረገው፦

☆ የቪዲዮው ምስል፤ ከሰባት አመታት በፊት ቆሻሻው አርቲስት ፔት ዶህርቲ ክርስቶስ በመስቀል ላይ መስሎ የሚያሳይ ምስል በለንደን ጎዳናዎች ላይ እንዲታይ ተደርጎ ነበር። በእርግጥ ይህ ለክርስቲያኖች ትልቅ ስድብ ነው!

🛑 በመምከር ላይ ያሉት የዛሬዋ የእንግሊዝ ቤተክርስቲያን መሪዎች ተልዕኮ፤

👉 ፩ኛ. የአንግሊካን ቄሶች የተመሳሳይ ጾታ ሠርግ እና የሲቪል ሽርክናዎችን እንዲባርኩ ለማድረግ። ግብረ ሰዶማውያን እና ሌዝቢያን ሰርግ በቤተክርስቲያን ውስጥ ቢከለከሉም በረከቶቹ ግን እንዲሰጡ ይደረጋሉ።

👉 ፪ኛ. ባለፈው ሳምንት በተካሄደው የቤተክርስቲያና ሲኖድ ስብሰባ ላይ የወጣው ትልቁ የዜና ታሪክ አንዳንድ የእንግሊዝ ቤተክርስትያን ውስጥ የሚገኙ መሪዎች ከፆታ–ገለልተኛ ወይም የሴት አማራጮችን በመጠቀም ለ 2000 ዓመታት የቆዩ ማጣቀሻዎች እግዚአብሔርን ‘እርሱ‘ ፣ ‘እሱ‘ ወይም ‘አባት‘የሚሉትን ቃላት ቤተክርስቲያኗ እንዳትጠቀም ጥሪ አቅርበዋል።

እግዚኦ! እግዚኦ! እግዚኦ!

🛑 በሃገራችንም ተመሳሳይ ሁኔታ እየታየ ይመስላል፤ ቤተ ክህነት የችግሩ አካል ናት! ወኔያችሁን በመቀስቀስ ተስፋ ይሰጧችሁና በበነገታው በበረዶ ሻወር ኩምሽሽ፣ እራሳችሁን፣ ማንነታችሁን፣ ሃገራችሁንና ቤተክርስቲያናችሁን እንድትጠሉ ያደርጓችኋል። በአክሱም ጽዮን ላይ የተከፈተው የዘር ማጥፋት ዋናው ተልዕኮ ይህ ነው።

👉 ዛሬም፤ “መንግስት ጥሩ ሲሠራ እናመሰግናለን፤ ሲያጠፋ እናወግዘዋለን፤ ይህን ‘ለተከበሩ ጠቅላያችን‘ አሳውቀናቸዋል…” አሉን፤ ፈሪሳዊው ‘አቡነ‘ አብርሃም። እግዚኦ!

‘የቤተክርስቲያን አባቶች’ የሚባለው ነገር ያለቀለት የመስከረም ፬/4 ፡ ፳፻፲፪/2012ቱ ሰልፍ ተቃውሞ ሰልፍ እንዲሠረዝ ሲደረግ ነው። ያኔ በዝቅጠኛ ደረጃ ነበር “ሲደራደሩ” የነበሩት፤ አሁን ግን በከፍተኛ ደረጃ ነው። በወቅቱ መስከረም ፬ ተጠርቶ ለነበረው ተቃውሞ ሰልፍ ወደ አዲስ አበባ ደስ እያለኝ አምርቼ ነበር፤ ምንም ሳላመነታ ከቤተሰብ አባላት ጋር ሆኜ በመስቀል አደባባይ ተገኝቼ ነበር፤ ግን ልክ እንደዛሬው፤ “ተስማምተናል፣ ታርቀናልና ሰልፉ ቀርቷል!” ሲባል ምን ያህል እንዳዘንኩና፤ እንደተቆጣሁና “አባቶች” በተባሉት ተስፋ እንደቆረጥኩ ለመናገር ከብዶኝ ነበር። “ባፋጣኝ ወኔ ቀስቃሽ ሰልፍ በአዲስ አበባ ካልተደረገ ጭፍጨፋው ይቀጥላል!” በማለት በወቅቱ አውስቼ ነበር።

የዛሬዋ ቤተክህነት (የትግራይን ጨምሮ) በፈሪሳውያን የተሞላች ናት። ከአንዴም፣ ሁለቴም ሦስቴም አይተነዋል። ምንም አዲስ ነገር የለም! ቤተ ክርስቲያንና ሃገርን የመበታተን፣ ሕዝበ ክርስቲያኑን የማስጨረሱ ሤራ ይቀጥላል።

😇 በዚህ ዘመን አባታችን፣ ካኽናችን፣ ፓትርያርካችና መሪያችን ጌታችን አምላካችን ኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ ብቻ ነው።

የሩሲያ፣ ቡልጋሪያ እና ሰርቢያ መሪዎች የኦርቶዶክስ ቤተክርስቲያን ፓትርያርኮቻቸውን ለመማጸን ወደ ሲኖዶሱ ያመራሉ፤ የእኛዎቹ ደግሞ የ፩ ሚሊየን ተዋሕዶ ክርስቲያኖችን ደም እንደ ከልብ ያፈሰሰውን አረመኔ ለመለመን ወደ ቤተ ፒኮክ ይገባሉ። እግዚኦ!

ከ፩ ሚሊየን በላይ አክሱም ጽዮናውያን ኦርቶዶክስ ተዋሕዶ ክርስቲያኖችን ከጨፈጨፈው አረመኔ ጋር ለስብሰባ መቀመጥስ ተገቢ ነውን? ምን ዓይነት ቅሌት ነው?!

👉አሁን ሁሉም የዛሬውን ዕለት የሜዲያዎች ውጥንቅጥ የሆነና የተመሰቃቀል መገኘት በጥሞና ይከታተል። ካድሬዎቻቸው መጽሐፍ ቅዱስን እየጠቀሱ ሞኙን የተዋሕዶ በግ እያስተኙ ወደገደል ይመሩት ዘንድ በደንብ አዘጋጅተዋቸዋል።

ከሳምንት በፊት ሲናገሩ የነበሩትን ዛሬ የማይደግሙት እንዲያውም የሚቃረኑት ጋላ-ኦሮሞዎቹን እና ኦሮማራዎቹን እነ ዘመድኩን በቀለን፣ ‘መምህር ፋንታሁን ዋቄን፣ ‘ዲያቆን አባይነህ ካሴን፣ እንዲሁም ‘አቡነ’ ናትናኤልን ወጥተው እንዲለፈልፉ ያደርጓቸዋል። በጣም የሚገርም ነው ሜዲያውን ሁሉ የተቆጣጠሩት አማርኛ ተናጋሪ ጋላ-ኦሮሞውችና ኦሮማራዎች ናቸው። ጊዜው ያስገድደናል፣ በጣምም አስፈላጊ ነውና ጎሣዊ ማንነታቸውን እንመርምር! እርስበርስ እንጂ አክሱም ጽዮናውያንን በሁለት ዓመት አንዴ ለማዋረድና ለማቅለል ካልሆነ በጭራሽ አይጋብዟቸውም። ይህን በንደንብ እናስተውል።

ከሳምንት በፊት የወንጀለኛው ‘ኦሮማራ360’ ሜዲያ አባል እባቡ ጋላ-ኦሮሞ ኤርሚያስ ለገሰ ከሁለት ዓመት በኋላ ሞኙን ቴዎድሮስ ጸጋየን ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ ልክ እንደጋበዘው ወዲያው ያተኮረው በሁኔታዎች ላይ ሳይሆን በቴዎድሮስ ብሔር እና ግለሰባዊ ማንነት ላይ ነው። ልክ የዘር ማጥፋት ጦርነት በጀመረ ማግስት ሲመረምሩትና ሊያዋርዱት ሲሞክሩ እንደነበሩት። ቴዎድሮስ ፀጋዬ በዚህ ወንጀለኛ ሜዲያ ላይ ቀርቦ እራሱን በማቅለሉ በጣም አዝኜበታለሁ።

አብዛኛው ክርስቲያን የሆነ ሕዝብ በሚኖርባት አገር አህዛብ እና መናፍቃን ይህን ያህል ሲጫወቱብን ማየት ትልቅ ቅሌት ነው! ምን ብናጠፋ ነው? ብለን እንጠይቅ!

💭 እስራኤል እና ሱዳን የሰላም ስምምነት ለመፈራረም ተስማሙ | ሞሮኮውያን በተቃራኒው አገራቸው ከእስራኤል ጋር መደበኛ ግኑኝነት በመጀመሯ ተቃውሞ አሰሙ።

የኢትዮጵያን ግዛት ቆርሶ ለሱዳን አሳልፎ የሰጠውና በክርስቲያን ኢትዮጵያውያን ላይ በታሪክ ተሰምቶና ታይቶ የማይታወቅ ግፍ፣ ወንጀልና ጭፍጨፋ የፈጸመው የፋሺስቱ ጋላ–ኦሮሞ አገዛዝ ቁንጮ አረመኔው ግራኝ አብዮት አህመድ አሊም ከግብጽ ቀጥሎ ሰሞኑን ወደ ሱዳን፣ ኤሚራቶችና ሶማሊያ አምርቶ ነበር። ባፋጣኝ መወገድ የሚገባው የጋላ–ኦሮሞው አገዛዝ ምን እንዳቀደና ምን እየተገበረ እንደሆነ በግልጽ እያየነው ነው፤ ነገር ግን በእስራኤል በኩል የጠቅላይ ሚንስትር ቢኒያም ኔተንያሁ መንግስት ከዚህ ቆሻሻ መንግስት ጋር ዛሬም መሞዳሞዱን የሚቀጥል ከሆነ በእስራኤል ላይ መጽሐፍ ቅዱሳዊ መቅሰፍት ሊያስከትል እንደሚችል የእግዚአብሔር ቃል ይናገራል።

አዎ! እስራኤል ሶስተኛውን የሰለሞን ቤተ–መቅደስ በኢየሩሳሌም ለመገንባት ታቦተ ጽዮንን ትፈልገዋለች። ጽላተ ሙሴን ካገኘንና ዛሬ በእየሩሳሌም ከተማ የሞርያን ኮረብታ ላይ የሚገኙትን የድንጋይ ጉልላት እና የአላቅሳ መስጊዶችን ካፈረስን በኋላ ነው ሦስተኛውን ቤተ–መቅደስ መገንባት የምንችለው የሚል እምነት አላቸው አክራሪዎቹ አይሁዶች። እንደነሱ ከሆነ የምጽዓት ሕልማቸውን እውን ለማድረግ እነዚህ ሁኔታዎች ለዓለም ፍጻሜ እንደ መቅደሚያ መከሰት አለባቸው።

መሀመዳውያኑ(ሺዓ ሙስሊሞች/ ኢራን)ደግሞ “የተደበቀው ኢማም (መህዲ) የቃል ኪዳኑን ታቦት አውጥቶ ወደ ኢየሩሳሌም መቅደሱ ተራራ መመለስ አለበት” ብለው ያምናሉ። በሺዓ ወግ ፣ በክፉና መልካም፣ በጥሩና መጥፎ መካከል በመጨረሻው ዘመን ጦርነት የሚካሄድ ነው። ይህም በኢራን ውስጥ ይተረጎማል ። እንደ የሺዓ እስላም ተረተረተኞች ከሆነ ጦርነቱ ከምዕራቡ ዓለም እና ከአይሁድ እምነት ተከታዮች ጋር ነው የሚካሄደው።

በአክራሪ የመሠረታዊ ፕሮቴስታንት እምነት ተከታዮች ዘንድ ደግሞ የዮሐንስ ራእይ መጽሐፍን ይጠቅሳሉ፤ ይህም የፍርድ ቀን ምልክቶች አንዱ የቃል ኪዳኑ ታቦት መምጣትና መመለስ ነው። እነዚህ ምዕራባውያን ተቋማት ታቦተ ጽዮንን ማግኘት እና መቆጣጠር፣ “ያለምንም ጥርጥር ለመጨረሻው አስከፊ ትግል ማበረታቻ ጥቅም ላይ ይውላል” ብለው ያምናሉ።

ሦስቱም ኃይሎች በሻዕቢያ፣ ሕወሓትና ብልጽግና/ኦነግ ከሃዲ ወኪሎቻቸው አማካኝነት ዛሬ በአክሱም ጽዮን ላይ የዘር ማጥፋት ጦርነት የሚያካሄዱበት ዋናው ምክኒያት ይህ ነው። ነገር ግን ወዮላቸው! ላለፉት አምስት መቶ/ መቶ ሰላሳ/ ሦስት ዓመታት አክሱም ጽዮናውያን የታቦተ ጽዮን ጠባቂዎችን ከጠላት ጋር አብረው በማጥቃት ላይ ያሉ ኢትዮጵያ ዘ–ስጋም ወዮላቸው! “የዚህ ሲኖዶስ፣ የዚያ ሲኖዶስ” በማለት አጀንዳና ድራማ እየፈጠሩ ከፈጸሟቸው ግፎችና ወንጀሎች ለመሸሽና ሕዝቡንም ለማታለል የሚያደርጉት ሙከራ በእግዚአብሔር ዘንድ ተጨማሪ ቁጣ ነው የሚያመጣባቸው። ፖለቲከኞቹና ከሃዲዎቹ ፓርቲዎች ጦርነት ቀስቅሰው ከሚሊየን በላይ ክርስቲያን ወገኖቼን ከጨረሱ በኋላ፤ “ለድርድር ተቀመጥን፣ ታረቅን” ብለው ሕዝቡን ለማታለል እንደሞከሩት የሃይማኖት ተቋማቱም በተመሳሳይ መልክ ቀጣዩን ድራማ ሠርተውና ምናልባት በብዙ ሚሊየን ዜጎች እንዲያልቁ ካደረጉ በኋላ፤ “እንደራደር! አንድ እንሁን፤ ሰላምና እርቅ አመጣን!” እንደሚሉን ለሰከንድ አልጠራጠረም። እያየነውና እየሰማነው እኮ ነው። ለምሳሌው የማይመቹኝ ኦሮሙማው ‘ጳጳስ‘ አቡነ ናትናኤል፤ ሰሞኑን፤ ““ሀይማኖቴ አትከፈልም!” ሲሉ ሰምተናል። ለመሆኑ ይህን ዓይነት ንግግር ከማን ነው የሰማነው? አዎ! ከአረመኔው ኦሮሞ ከግራኝ አብዮት አህመድ አሊ፤ “ኢትዮጵያ አትፈርስም! የኢትዮጵያ ኦርቶዶክስ ቤተክርስቲያን አትፈርስም!” እያለን አይደለም። አይይይ!

በእውነት እኔ በእነርሱ ቦታ ብሆን ኖሮ “በቃኝ!” ብዬና ተንበርክኬ ቀን ተሌት እያነባሁ የአክሱም ኢትዮጵያውያንን ይቅርታ በጠየቅኩ ነበር። ንሰሐ በገባሁና አዲስ ሰው ለመሆን በተጋሁ ነበር። ጊዜውና አጋጣሚው እያመለጣቸው ነው፤ እንደው ቢጎብዙና መዳን ቢፈልጉ ያላቸው አማራጭ ይህ ብቻ ነው።

ሴረኞቹን ጂኒዎች ግራኝ አብዮትን፣ ግራኝ ጃዋርን፣ ግራኝ ለማ’ን እንዲሁም የክርስቶስ ተቃዋሚዎቹን ቱርክን እና ግብጽን በደንብ ለማየት የንስር ዓይኖች ይስጠን

ኢትዮጵያውያንን እያስጨፈጨፉ ያሉት አብዮት አህመድ እና ሽመልስ አብዲሳ ናቸው | ጋሎች፡ እሳቱን ያውረድባችሁ!!!

“ በወለጋ ለተካሄደው አሰቃቂ ጀነሳይድ ቍ.፩ ተጠያቂው ግራኝ አብዮት አህመድ ነው!!! ጋሎቹ ከዓማሌቃውያን በከፋ ብሔራቸውን ወደ ሲዖል የሚወስድ ዲያብሎሳዊ ተግባር ነው እየፈጸሙ ያሉት። ይህ ትውልዳቸው ምናልባት ለመቀጠል ቢፈቀድለትም እንኳን በምድር ሲዖል ለመኖር የሚያበቃ የሃጢዓት ሸክም ተሸክሞ የሚኖር ትውልድ ነው የሚሆነው።

‘አብን’ የተሰኘው ሌላ የአውሬው ድርጅት ዛሬ በወለጋ ለተፈጸመው አሰቃቂ ጭፍጨፋ መንደርደሪያ ነበር። የተቃውሞ ሰልፍ ትጠራለህ፣ ስልፉን ታስቀራለህ፣ የድጋፍ ሰልፍ ትጠራለሁ ቀጥሎ ጭፍጨፋውን በድፍረት ታካሂዳለህ። ሕዝቡ ብሶቱን ለመግለጽ ወደ አደባባይ እንዳልወጣ በተደጋጋሚ አዩት እኮ ስለዚህ ተደፋፈሩና ግድያቸውን ቀጠሉ። እያንዳንዱ ለተቃውሞ የሚጠራ ሰልፍ በአብዮት አህመድ ካድሬዎች በኩል እንዲጠራ የሚደረገውም ለዚህ ነው።

ላለፈው ሳምንት ተጠርቶ የነበረው ሰልፍ ልክ እንደተሰረዘ፤ “ለመሆኑ “አብን” የተባለውና ከ666ቹ አንዱ የሆነው ፓርቲ የጠራው ሰልፍ ይካሄዳል ብሎ በማመን እራሱን ያታለለ ወገን ይኖራልን?” በማለት ጠይቄ ነበር።

ከጅምሩ ዘንድሮ ቤተክህነት ሰልፍ ትጠራብን ይሆናል በሚል ስጋት ነው ገዳይ አብይ ለተባባሪው ፓርቲ ለአብን ሰልፍ እንዲጠሩ ያዘዛቸው! ወደ ቤተ ክርስቲያን “ተመለሱ” የተባሉትንም የኢሬቻ በላይ ቃልጫዎች ልክ ሲኖዶሱ ሲሰባሰብና ከባድ ውሳኔ ለማስተላለፍ በመዘጋጀት ባለበት ወቅት መሆኑ ያለምክኒያት አይደለም። ልብ እንበል፤ ይሁዳ እራሱን ሰቀለ እንጂ ከተቀሩት የክርስቶስ ሐዋርያት ጋር ተመልሶ እንዲሰለፍ አልተደረገም። የኛዎቹ ግን በተቃራኒው ከሃዲ ይሁዳዎቹን በድጋሚ ተቀብለዋቸዋል።

አብን የእነ እስክንድርን እና ልደቱን አጀንዳ ለመጥለፍ የተጠራ ሌላው የአብዮት አህመድ ብልግና “የሚቆጣጠረው ተቃዋሚ! ወይም Controlled Opposition” ፓርቲ ነው።”

በአራት ቀናት ልዩነት “ክቡር“ መልአኩ ሰይጣን ሆነ | ምዕመናኑን የማስተኚያ ዲያብሎሳዊ ስልት

“ሊቀ መልአክት የነበረው ሉሲፈርም እንዲህ ነው የወደቀው…የወደቁት ቤተ ክርስቲያናችንም ውስጥ ሰርገው ገብተዋል…እዩት…

ለመሆኑ እባባዊ የሆነውን የዲያብሎስን አካሄድ እየተከታተልን ነውን? ዘንዶው እዚህ እዚያ፣ ወዲያ ወዲህ እያለ ግራና ቀኝ ይዝለገለጋል፤ አንዴ እነደዚህ ሌላ ጊዜ እንደዚያ፣ አንዴ ሙቅ ውሃ ቆየት ብሎ ቀዝቃዛ፣ ትናንት ሽብር ፥ ዛሬ ፍቅር ፣ ዛሬ ደጋፊ፣ ነገ ተቃዋሚ፣ ዛሬ ኬኛ በበነገታው ኢትዮጵያ ሱሴ። ይህ እንግዲህ በቅርቡ ላዘጋጁት የዘር ጭፍጨፋ ሰውን በማለማመድ ላይ መሆናቸውንና፤ ሕዝቡም ከሲዖል ጣዕም ጋር እንዲተዋወቅ እየተደረገ መሆኑ ነው የሚነግረን። ነገሮችን ሁሉ በማዘበራረቅ የሰውን አንጎል ማጠብ፣ መበጥበጥና መቆጣጠር እንደሚቻል አውቀውታል / አምነውበታል። ሰው ነቅቶ ከአልጋው በመነሳት ለአመጽ እንዳይነሳሳና በአዲስ አበባ ለፈሩት የተቃውሞ ሰልፍ እንዳይወጣ የገዟቸውንና ያሰማሯቸውን የፖለቲካ፣ የሃይማኖት፣ የስነ ልቦና እና የሜዲያ “ልሂቃን” ይጠቀማሉ። እንደምናየው “ተቃዋሚ ነን” ሲሉ የነበሩ ደካሞች ሳይቀሩ ሁሉም በገንዘብና በልጆቻቸው ሊከተል በሚችለው የግድያ ማስፈራሪያ ወይ አፋቸውን ዘግተውባቸዋል ወይ ወደ እነሱ ካምፕ አምጥተዋቸዋል።“

💭 The Church of England convened a synod this past week, a gathering of bishops, clergy and laypeople for the purpose of reviewing and possibly changing church doctrine.

The result of this particular gathering was that the national assembly voted, after two days of debate, to let Anglican priests bless same-sex weddings and civil partnerships. The blessings will come despite the fact gay and lesbian weddings will still be prohibited in the church.

Intended as a compromise measure after five years of discussions on the church’s position on human sexuality, the result is confusing to many. The ban on same-sex weddings is because the church believes it is sinful behavior, yet the church will now bless those same “sinful” partnerships?

That announcement wasn’t the most shocking to come out of the Church of England’s gathering, however.

The biggest news story to come out of the church’s gathering was that some within the Church of England are calling for 2000-year-old references to God as He, Him or Father to be banished, instead using gender-neutral or female alternatives.

Leaders at the synod took written questions from those attending. One question came from the Reverend Joanna Stobart, an Anglican minister, who wanted to know what steps were being taken to offer alternatives to God with male pronouns. Specifically, she hoped “to develop more inclusive language in our authorized liturgy.”

The Bishop of Lichfield, Michael Ipgrave, serving as Vice Chair of the church’s Liturgical Commission provided a reply that excited those seeking the change. “We have been exploring the use of gendered language in relation to God for several years in collaboration with the Faith and Order Commission. After some dialogue between the two commissions in this area, a new joint project on gendered language will begin this spring.”

The fact that The Church of England bills itself as a Christian church apparently isn’t slowing down this project intended to determine if the words of Christ should be believed or whether they should be tossed aside.

The story of Jesus Christ may be the best known and certainly the most read of any man to have ever set foot on planet earth. Christians believe Jesus was born to the ever-virgin Mary, sometimes referred to as “the mother of God.” She conceived Jesus through a miracle, thanks to the Holy Spirit. While some doubters have questioned her virgin status, virtually nowhere in history has there been any credible debate that Mary was Jesus’ mother. At no point has there been a serious discussion that Mary herself was God.

With those two points undisputed, it seems illogical that Christians could take to referring to God as She or Her. If one believes Jesus was the son of God and that Mary was His mother, and that she wasn’t God, simple logic tells us God can’t be referred to as She.

Far more importantly, though, are the words of Jesus himself. He spoke frequently about his Father in Heaven. He gave us the Lord’s Prayer, which begins with the words “Our Father.” He was not ambiguous.

Unless Jesus was lying to us, unless Jesus was intentionally misleading all of humankind, it seems incredibly arrogant to think that we know better, 2000 years later than the Savior. If Jesus was lying, or even if he was unintentionally mistaken when he referenced the Father, doesn’t that undermine the entire belief in him as the Son of God?

That is the quagmire the Church of England is leading itself into. In an effort to placate the current cultural whims of members of their clergy and laity, they would question whether Jesus, on whom their church is founded, was wrong. Toss out the Savior to fit the current cultural narrative.

No small irony, of course, and probably no coincidence, that the Church of England was created originally by King Henry VIII because of his own issues with sex and marriage. In 1536 King Henry wanted to get a divorce from his wife and marry his mistress. England was a Catholic nation at the time, and the Pope pointed out to Henry that trading in for a new wife was a no-no, even for a King. Unhappy that the Pope wouldn’t change the rules for him, Henry VIII and all of England left the Catholic Church. The King created his own church instead and then felt free to marry and carry on as he pleased.

Obedience to God and doing the right thing got lost somewhere in the process.

That’s where the Church of England finds itself again in 2023. There are some liberal Christians who, rather than adhere to 2000 years of scripture, four Gospels documenting the life of Christ, or to the words of Jesus himself, would rather change the rules. They want to do this because, like King Henry VIII, the change will make it more convenient for them and what they want.

Lost again is obedience to God and the serious study of scripture.

If the Church of England walks down the path of ignoring Jesus and instead referring to God in gender-neutral terms, it will have abandoned its role as a Christian organization.

የእነዚህ “የሳይንስ ሊቅ” የተባሉ አረመኔዎች ዒላማ የክርስትና እምነት በተለይ የኢትዮጵያ ኦርቶዶክስ ተዋሕዶ ሃይማኖት እንደሆነ ደጋግሜ አውስቸዋለሁ። ከዚህች ሃይማኖት ሌላው ከኢ–አማናይ ስለሚመደብ “አክራሪ ሃይማኖተኛ” ሲሉ በየቀኑ የሚያርደውን እስላም ወይም ሂንዱ ማለታቸው አይደለም። አካራሪ ሃይማኖተኛ እንደ ኢትዮጵያ ተዋሕዷውያን ያሉት አማኞች ናቸው። አዎ! ስጋዊው ሰውነታችን ወይም ደማችን በጥንታዊነቱ በምድር ላይ ከቀሩት ጥንታውያን/የአዳም ዘር ከቀረባቸው ሁለት ሕዝቦች መካከል አንዱ ነው። ሌላው በደቡብ አፍሪቃና ናሚቢያ የሚገኘው “ሳን” የተባለው ሕዝብ ነው። እዚህ ያንብቡ።

ከመንፈሣዊነት አንጻርም ተዋሕዶ ኢትዮጵያውያን ከአባታችን ሔኖክ ዘመን ጀምሮ ጥልቅ የሆነ የመንፈሣዊ ፀጋ ተሰጥቶን ያለን ሰዎች ነን።

ስለዚህ አረመኔዎቹ ሊቃውንት በኢትዮጵያውያን ደም እና “የእግዚአብሔር ጂን/ የዘር ቅንጣቸው” ላይ ሙከራ ለማድረግ ብሎም ጥቃት ለመፈጸም በጣም ከፍተኛ የሆነ ሙያዊ የማወቅ ጉጉት ነው ያላቸው። ለዚህም ነው ደጋሜ “የኢትዮጵያ አባቶች ከሃገራችሁ አትውጡ ፤ ለህክምና ወደ ውጭ አትሂዱ” የምለው። እንኳን በእነርሱ በእኛ ላይ እንኳን ባገኙት አጋጣሚ ሁሉ ጥቃቶቻውን ይፈጽሙብናል። ይህን ድርጊት እስካልነቃንበትና በክርስቶስ ስምም “ሂዱ!” ብለን እስካላባርነናቸው ድረስ በየጎረቤቱ ያሰማሩት የዲያብሎስ ሠራዊት በእያንዳንዱ ተዋሕዶ ኢትዮጵያዊ ላይ ከሩቅም ከቅርብም ጥቃቱን ከመፈጸም ወደኋላ አይልም። እንዲያውም ቪዲዮው ላይ የቀረበው “የጉንፋን ቫይረስ” ሃሳብ የመጀመሪያው ደረጃ ነው ፤ በአሁኑ ሰዓት ያለው ቴክኖሎጂ ከምናስበው በላይ በጣም የረቀቀ የመጠቀ ነው። እንግዲህ ከአስራ አምስት ዓመት በፊት ስለ “ጉንፋን ቫይረስ/ኮሮና” ጠቁመውን ነበር ፤ ታዲያ ዛሬ ያዘጋጇቸውን እንደ 5ጂ የማይክሮዌቭ ጨረር አፈንጣቂ የሆኑትን መሣሪያዎች በመጠቀም ይህን የጉንፋን ቫይረስ በአማኞች ዘንድ ለማሰራጨት እየሞከሩ ነው።

ውጤቱ የጠበቁትን ያህል ባይሆንም የማይጠነቀቁትና ስለጉዳዩ ብዙ እውቅና የሌላቸው ሰዎች፤ ኢትዮጵያውያንን ጨምሮ የዚህ ሙከራ ሰለባ ሲሆኑ ሁላችንም እያየነው ነው። አዎ! በሃገር ቤትም በውጭም። በየማህበረሰባዊ ድህረ ገጹ ወገናችን ዋና ጠላቱ በሆኑትና “ሊቃውንት” በተባሉት በእነዚህ የሉሲፈር ደቀ መዛሙርት ላይ አንድ ሆኖ እንደመነሳት ጠላት በሰጠው ማንነት እርስበርሱ እንዲበላላ፣ ዛሬ የያዘውን አቋም ነገር ሲለውጥ ፣ ዛሬ የግራኝ አህመድ ተቃዋሚ ፣ ነገ ደጋፊ ፣ ዛሬ ተዋሕዶ ነገ ጴንጤና ኢ–አማናይ እንዲሆን እየተደረገ ነው። በተለይ ይህ አቋመ–ቢስነት የዚህ ሙከራ ውጤት እንደሆነ ተደርጎ ሊቆጠር ይገባል።

Europe Quietly Destroys Its Past

The destruction of the St. Lambertus Church is still explosive all over Facebook. This elegant part of Western European heritage took the labour of many skilled men. Now it needs to make way for Green Germany to dig for coal. This fact again shatters the internet myth that Germany gets 80%+ of its energy needs from renewable Green magic.

This sad toppling of a stone pillar of European civilization is not unique. All over France any church is under threat because “ there are laws protecting old trees from indiscriminate cutting. But the state is free to flatten old Christian churches“. This mass destruction mirrors the early Soviet Period from 1917 till Stalin’s Purges of 1937. Obviously not all of them were destroyed. During WWII Stalin’s official “change of heart” lead to the restoration of the Patriarchy. Very quickly after the Revolution it became evident that cutting your entire society from its own past did not built a new Marxist Superman but instead lead to cultural rot. The Soviet Union would remain more or less pro-culture till the end.

Now, at great expense the same buildings that are being destroyed by a culturally masochistic Europe are being restored and rebuilt in Russia.

New cathedrals are also exploding over all corners of the country. This is not to say that Russia is “better” or “pious”. This piece is to say that other people have been down this road and they have turned back. Believing in Christianity is a culture’s choice. But wiping it out of your history when it is so deeply ingrained in it just rots the soul of the population cut off from their past.

Let the Churches stand even if they stand empty. You may not be able to see it but when your culture’s past is gone you will feel that it is missing.

Nestlé Removes Christian Cross from Greek Yogurt Packaging

Joining a growing trend in Europe to abolish Christian imagery to avoid offending other “sensibilities,” Nestlé has removed the image of a Christian cross from its Greek yogurt packaging featuring an Orthodox church on the island of Santorini.

Whereas in real life the blue dome of the iconic Anastasis church is surmounted by a white cross, the image of the church used for publicity has been photo-shopped to remove the offending Christian symbol.

In eliminating the cross, Nestlé, the world’s largest food and beverage company, has mimicked the choice of supermarket giant Lidl for its similar packaging. To justify its decision, Lidl said they were expunging the cross so as “not to hurt sensibility of other religions.”

The doctored images of the church were used for the packaging of Lidl’s Eridanous brand Greek-style yogurt — an in-house label which also includes a range of feta cheese, moussaka, and pistachio products.

A spokesman for the supermarket chain, which has hundreds of stores throughout Europe and the United Kingdom, explained the modifications by saying: “We avoid the use of religious symbols because we do not wish to exclude any religious beliefs.”

The spokesman added: “We are a company that respects diversity and this is what explains the design of this packaging.”

The irony, of course, is that the removal of the cross is a destruction of diversity, by refusing to acknowledge the historical, cultural, and religious importance of the symbol. The company is, in fact, fighting exclusion by excluding Christian symbolism.

It is not the first time Christian symbols are hidden or are criticised not to hurt the sensibility of other religion:

As noted by the European Post, Nestlé’s cross-removal is merely the latest in a string of attempts to censure Christian imagery from the public eye, usually in the name of tolerance and diversity.

United Kingdom

In Great Britain, a vendor was ousted from her stall at a market because of her refusal to stop selling Knights Templar coffee mugs, which featured a Christian cross as well as a Latin citation from the biblical book of Psalms. Tina Gayle, 57, was ordered to remove the £6 mugs from her stall because they could purportedly upset Muslims. The Knights Templar was a Catholic military order founded for the protection of Christian pilgrims going to the Holy Land from Muslim soldiers and marauders.

UK schools are removing “before and after Christ”—BC and AD—from the calendar in order to avoid offending non-Christians. Schools across the country have stopped using the terms BC and AD in religious education lessons for fear of offending non-Christians. The traditional terms BC, Before Christ, and AD, Anno Domini, are being replaced with the politically correct BCE – Before the Common Era, and CE – Common Era.

Local authorities responsible for religious education syllabuses have said that the old terms may offend minorities or non-believers. Former Archbishop of Canterbury Lord George Carey called the decision a “great shame.”

Not long ago, a school in Florence, Italy, cancelled a museum visit on the grounds that the sacred art—such as Marc Chagall’s White Crucifixion— could upset non-Catholic students.

The students from the Matteotti elementary school were set to visit an exhibit titled “Divine Beauty” featuring works by Van Gogh, Chagall, Fontana, Picasso, Matisse, and Munch, until the school council intervened to cancel the field trip.

Russian Patriarch: Soviet Persecution Was ‘hardest Page’ In Church’s History

Patriarch Kirill of Moscow, the head of the Russian Orthodox Church, paid tribute to his predecessor, Patriarch Sergius I, who governed the Church from 1925 to 1944.

Ninety years ago, Patriarch Sergius controversially declared his “absolute loyalty” to the Communist regime in an attempt to ensure the Church’s survival.

“Metropolitan Sergius took that step without violating by any means either the dogmata or canons,” his current successor said. “His did it to create prerequisites for possible development of relations with the state and for consolidating the situation of the Church in the then Soviet Union.”

Nonetheless, the Church entered “an epoch of terrible persecution” under Stalin, said Patriarch Kirill.

“It is the gravest page of our national history, the hardest page in the history of the Church,” he added, as he paid tribute to the “new martyrs and confessors, who remained faithful to Christ, did not waver in their faith and did not reject God and the Church.”

Orthodox Christian Outrage As Film Cleared

Russian Orthodox Christians have protested against the decision to release a film depicting Nicholas II’s affair with a teenage ballerina.

Opponents of Matilda have gathered signatures against the film. Earlier this month, several hundred people gathered to outside a Moscow church, praying for the movie to be banned.

On Thursday, however, the Russian Culture Ministry finally announced that the film had received official clearance for release.

Nicholas II, Russia’s last tsar, was canonised by the Russian Orthodox Church in 2000, and is still a divisive figure in Russia 100 years after his death.

As Russia marks the centenary of the year that saw Vladimir Lenin’s Bolsheviks get into power, the film’s trailer has shown intimate scenes involving Matilda Kshesinskaya and Nicholas II who was killed by the Bolsheviks in 1918.

Many of the film’s critics see it as blasphemy against the emperor, who is still greatly revered by the Russian Orthodox Church.

Both the film’s defenders and its critics have appealed to the Kremlin which has not publicly entered the debate.

Vyasheslav Telnov, the head of the Russian Culture Ministry’s film department, said: “There is no censorship in Russia, and the ministry of culture stays away from any ideological views of beliefs. A feature film can’t be banned for political or ideological motives.”

Nevertheless, the Russian Orthodox Church still exercises significant pressure in Russia. It has recently played a role in the shutting down of an exhibition displaying nude photos and the cancellation of a performance of the musical Jesus Christ Superstar.

Is Europe Committing Suicide? Because It Has Lost Faith In Historic Christian Values

A couple of days ago, I saw TV footage of the outspoken Labour MP Jess Phillips on the campaign trail, seeking re-election in her suburban Birmingham constituency.

She was asked which issues voters mentioned most often on the doorstep. Ms Phillips did not miss a beat.

‘Immigration comes up…’ she said thoughtfully. And then, as if remembering herself, she started talking about bin collections instead.

It was, I thought, an enormously revealing moment. For there is no issue so potentially dangerous as immigration. Many people have intense feelings about it, and many feel unable to raise them publicly.

Even in private, self-consciously tolerant people discuss immigration very tentatively, if at all.

The shadow of Enoch Powell — the Birmingham-born Tory who was cast into the wilderness after his controversial speech in 1968 about ‘rivers of blood’ (a phrase he never actually used) — still hangs over the debate.

A few years ago, I was at a lunch in London, sitting next to the former editor of a national newspaper and the editor of one of Britain’s best-known magazines, both of them highly educated and liberal-minded people. The subject turned to immigration.

‘It’s gone much too far,’ one said. ‘You’re quite right,’ said the other, ‘but of course you can’t say so.’

The journalist Douglas Murray has no such qualms. Best known for his acerbic columns in the Spectator magazine and his prize-winning book on the Bloody Sunday inquiry, he has just hurled a literary hand grenade into the debate about immigration and identity in today’s Europe.

Indeed, the opening lines of his new book, The Strange Death Of Europe, could hardly be more incendiary.

‘Europe is committing suicide,’ Murray writes. ‘Or at least its leaders have decided to commit suicide… As a result, by the end of the lifespans of most people currently alive, Europe will not be Europe and the peoples of Europe will have lost the only place in the world we had to call home.’

The causes, he thinks, are twofold. First, our political leaders have knowingly colluded in the ‘mass movement of peoples into Europe’, filling ‘cold and rainy northern towns’ with ‘people dressed for the foothills of Pakistan or the sandstorms of Arabia’.

Second, he believes Europe’s intellectual and cultural elites, including those in Britain, have ‘lost faith in its beliefs, traditions and legitimacy’. Crippled with guilt, obsessed with atoning for the sins of empire, they have lost sight of the historic Christian values that their people expect them to defend.

As a result of their deluded utopianism, Murray thinks, Europe is ceasing to be Europe. Indeed, he believes that European culture as generations have understood it — the culture of Michelangelo and Mozart, Shakespeare and Goethe, Dickens and Wagner — is doomed.

‘Instead of remaining a home for the European peoples,’ he writes, ‘we have decided to become a “utopia” only in the original Greek sense of the word: to become “no place”.’

You will not be surprised to hear that Murray’s book has gone down badly with the bien-pensant types at The Guardian, whose reviewer described it as ‘gentrified xenophobia’ and a ‘slightly posher’ version of ‘naked racism’.

In its way, that verdict tells you all you need to know about the intellectual blinkers of the liberal intelligentsia.

Even so, at the risk of being accused of xenophobia by The Guardian — which would admittedly put me in crowded company — I believe he has penetrated closer to the heart of our current discontents than legions of liberal academics.

For one thing, it is refreshing to get some honesty about the historically unprecedented nature of immigration into Europe in the past 70 years.

In case you need reminding, the figures for Britain alone are simply mind-boggling.

Between 1997 and 2010, for example, the last Labour government allowed a staggering 2.2 million people to settle in this country, the equivalent of two Birminghams.

Under David Cameron, the Tories promised to reduce immigration to the tens of thousands. Yet the latest figures show that annual net migration is about 273,000, roughly a city the size of Hull arriving every year.

It is worth noting, by the way, that mass immigration has always been immensely unpopular. When I wrote a history of Britain in the Sixties, I could hardly fail to notice that even back then, at least seven out of ten people were dead against it, as shown by the deluge of approving letters that greeted Enoch Powell’s supposedly toxic speech.

Maybe his admirers were wrong; maybe they weren’t. But whatever your own view of immigration, there has never been an issue on which the political class has so consistently gone against the wishes of the British people.

At this point in the argument, your standard liberal academic would typically interject to insist that Britain has always been a nation of immigrants. We all come from somewhere else anyway, they say, we are all mongrels, so how dare we close the gates to a few more?

But as Douglas Murray shows, this is a shameless rewriting of our past. For most of our history, we have never been a nation of immigrants. Even the most famous influx in our history, the Norman Conquest, involved a tiny population transfer, the equivalent of no more than 5 per cent or so.

As much as the BBC and other news organisations like to pretend that Britain has always been a beacon of diversity, the plain fact is that until the mid-20th century the massive, overwhelming majority of the people who lived here had been born here. Look at photo after photo from late Victorian London and the uniformly pale faces stare back at you.

The arrival of the French Huguenots in the 1680s, often cited by apostles of diversity, involved about 50,000 people, all of whom were white and Christian.

And although the Irish migrants who arrived in the 19th century faced more than their fair share of prejudice, our islands’ interlinked histories meant they were far from complete outsiders.

Liberal-minded types often find this embarrassing. Either they try to rewrite our history, relentlessly playing up the presence of tiny minorities of Africans and Asians, or they peddle a caricature of pre-Fifties Britain as a grey, boring place, which desperately needed an injection of immigrant colour.

This is not just a British hang-up. As Murray writes, European liberals love to paint their own societies as ‘slightly boring or staid places’. They write as if ‘there is a hole at the heart of Europe which needs filling and without which we would otherwise be poorer’.

(By the way, this is something they would never dream of saying about countries such as Bhutan or Burkina Faso. Nobody ever suggests that what these unforgivably monoracial countries need is an influx of migrants from Surrey.)

As a superbly damning example, Murray gives us the views of the impeccably liberal Fredrik Reinfeldt, Sweden’s Prime Minister between 2006 and 2014, who enjoyed the dubious reputation of being the ‘Scandinavian David Cameron’. He was a passionate advocate of mass immigration. Swedish people, he once said, were ‘boring’, while national borders were ‘fictional’ constructs.

And in a perfect illustration of what Murray sees as the European elite’s chronic self-flagellation, Mr Reinfeldt even declared that ‘only barbarism is genuinely Swedish. All further development has been brought from outside’. 

This would have come as a shock to the Swedish playwright August Strindberg, the film director Ingmar Bergman and the members of Abba, not to mention their countrymen who invented the seatbelt and the pacemaker.

In any case, the results of Mr Reinfeldt’s liberal utopianism have been staggering. With just 10 million people, Sweden has taken in more refugees per capita than any other country. In 2015 alone, it accepted 180,000 incomers — more than the population of all but the three largest Swedish cities.

In recent months, the relationship between immigration and crime in Sweden has become hugely controversial. This is thanks largely to Donald Trump’s comments about ‘riots’ in Sweden based on a report on Fox News, which blamed an alleged breakdown in law and order in the country on an influx of migrants over the past 20 years.

But as Murray suggests, the really telling story is surely the rise of the far-Right Sweden Democrats — a nationalistic, anti-immigrant party that has come from nowhere to lead the opinion polls for the past two years. And this not in Thirties Germany but in 21st-century Sweden, ostensibly one of the most contented, tolerant and egalitarian societies on Earth!

It would, I think, be unforgivably lazy to blame this on the supposed racism of the great unwashed, as liberal intellectuals love to do.

In fact, almost every indicator shows that old-fashioned, poisonous prejudice has virtually died out, not just here in Britain, but across much of Western Europe.

Whatever The Guardian might think, Murray himself is not racist. Indeed, he writes movingly about the plight of the thousands of refugees who have paid up to $1,500 (£1,150) each to travel on dangerous boats across the Mediterranean. As he remarks, any decent person should want to help them, not to ‘push them back into the sea’.

A Global Competition For Influence In Ethiopia

On the flight from Rome to Addis Ababa, the Ethiopian capital, flight attendants hand out Chinese-language magazines. And in the city’s Bole International Airport, the only cigarettes available are of the made-in-Chinese variety. Marlboros aren’t an option.

Outside the airport, at the first traffic light, my taxi jockeys for position with a economy car driven by a man who appears to be Chinese. “Since they began arriving a few years ago I see them everywhere,” my Ethiopian taxi driver complains. “We used to call white people ferenji, which means foreigner, but now we mainly use it for the Chinese. They built everything here: the African Union (AU) headquarters, the new light rail system, the Modjo-Hawassa highway, even the railway to Djibouti.”

Here in Ethiopia, where the Italian Empire went to ruin in the ashes of World War II, China is building a new empire of its own.

Heading out from the capital of one of Africa’s fastest-growing economies, another feature of the landscape catches the eye. A minaret soars over every urban center, community, or village that appears in the distance — many have even more than one. “Those are all financed by oil money,” the driver explains. “For the last 20 years Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Kuwait have been building mosques here.

Money And Influence

It doesn’t take long upon arriving in Ethiopia to understand the forces at play. While China builds roads and highways in exchange for access to the country’s lucrative natural resources, the monarchies of the Arabian Gulf establish their influence in rural areas by building mosques and spreading Sunni Islam.

Journalist and Africa expert Howard W. French says that Chinese “neocolonialism” began in Ethiopia about two decades ago, in 1996. That year, in a visit to Addis Ababa, then-Chinese President Jiang Zemin proposed the establishment of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC). Upon his return to China, Zemin urged industrialists to invest in Africa. Since then the Chinese presence on the continent has grown and become ever more visible, with Chinese-built roads, railroads, and industrial hubs popping up across Africa.

Buckling under the pressure of a food crisis and an influx of refugees escaping long-running instability in the Horn of Africa, the Ethiopian government sold the country’s best land to Chinese investors, who used it to produce grain for export.

The new railway linking Addis Ababa to the port of Djibouti, 750 km away, grants the landlocked nation access to the sea and was built by the China Railway Group (CREC) and the China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation, a subsidiary of the China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC). The three-lane Modjo-Hawassa highway, at a cost of $700 million, is also being built by the Chinese, as was the $500 million light rail system that cuts through Addis Ababa’s traffic. The two-line system is the first to be built in sub-Saharan Africa.

But Beijing isn’t solely interested in business investments on the world’s second-largest continent. China is building its first overseas military base in neighboring Djibouti, which will include an air force base, lodging for thousands of soldiers, and a deep-water port that can host large warships.

Investing In The Future

The expropriation of land for these projects has run into intense opposition from local tribes in Ethiopia. Last summer, protests erupted across Oromia, the country’s largest and most populous region, spurring a brutal crackdown that killed thousands and forced the regime to declare a state of emergency.

“The fear now is that protesters and farmers will see radical Islam as a source of hope against the Orthodox Christian elite that rules the capital,” says a youth who asks to remain anonymous.

Other Ethiopians claim they have never seen so many imams and people wearing the Islamic veil as they do now. Ethiopia has ancient ties to Islam and was the site of the first ever hijra — the journey undertaken by the prophet Muhammad’s earliest followers to escape persecution in Mecca. It is also home to Negash, the oldest Muslim settlement in Africa.

Experts claim that despite this long history, the Gulf monarchies embarked upon a targeted “Islamization” of the country after the fall of the Soviet Union and Ethiopia’s communist dictator Mengistu Haile Mariam in 1991. This was done by building mosques in Muslim-majority areas and spreading their version of the Sunni faith in Islamic schools.

“In 1991 Riyadh took 2,000 young Ethiopians to study the Koran in Saudi Arabia, sending them back as imams two years later,” says an anonymous source. “That’s when burqas and minarets began to appear everywhere, and the Gulf monarchies want to build two mosques for every community.”

While China focuses on business interests, the Arab states seek to indoctrinate ordinary Ethiopians. Ethiopia has one of the highest population growth rates in Africa and is projected to reach 210 million people in 2060, up from the current 99 million. Their goals and tactics vary. But Beijing and the Arabian Gulf both see Ethiopia, whose global importance will only continue to grow, as an area full of promise.

France on the Verge of Total Collapse

France did not perceive it at the time, but it placed itself in a trap, and the trap is now closing.

• In the 1970s, the Palestinians began to use international terrorism, and France chose to accept this terrorism so long as France was not affected. At the same time, France welcomed mass-immigration from the Arab-Muslim world, evidently as part of a Muslim wish to expand Islam. France’s Muslim population has since grown in numbers while failing to assimilate.
• Polls show that one-third of French Muslims want the full application of Islamic sharia law. They also show that the overwhelming majority of French Muslims support jihad, and especially jihad against Israel, a country they would like to see erased from the face of earth.

France is in turmoil. “Migrants” arriving from Africa and the Middle East sow disorder and insecurity in many cities. The huge slum commonly known as the “jungle of Calais” has just been dismantled, but other slums are being created each day. In eastern Paris, streets have been covered with corrugated sheets, oilcloth and disjointed boards. Violence is commonplace. France’s 572 “no-go zones,” officially defined as “sensitive urban areas”, continue to grow, and police officers who approach them often suffer the consequences. Recently, a police car drove into an ambush and was torched while the police were prevented from getting out. If attacked, police officers are told by their superiors to flee rather than retaliate. Many police officers, angry at having to behave like cowards, have organized demonstrations. No terrorist attacks have taken place since the slaughter of a priest in Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray on July 26, 2016, but intelligence services see that jihadists have returned from the Middle East and are ready to act, and that riots may break out anywhere, any time, on any pretext.

Although overwhelmed by a domestic situation it barely controls, the French government still intervenes in the world affairs: a “Palestinian state” is still its favorite cause, Israel its favorite scapegoat.

Last Spring, even though both France and the Palestinian territories were in terrible shape, French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault anyway declared that it was “urgent” to relaunch the “peace process” and create a Palestinian state. France therefore convened an international conference, held in Paris on June 3. Neither Israel nor the Palestinians were invited to it. The conference was a flop. It concluded with a vapid statement about the “imperative necessity” to go “forward.”

France did not stop there. The government then decided to organize a new conference in December. This time, with Israel and the Palestinians. Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, noting that Israel does not need intermediaries, refused the invitation. Palestinian leaders accepted. Saeb Erekat, the Palestinian Authority spokesman congratulated France, adding, not surprisingly, that the Palestinian Authority had “suggested” the idea to the French.

Now Donald Trump is the U.S. president-elect, and Newt Gingrich is likely to play a key role in the Trump Administration. Gingrich said a few years ago that there is no such a thing as a Palestinian people, and added last week that settlements are in no way an obstacle to peace. As such, the December conference looks as if it might be another failure.

French diplomats nevertheless are working with Palestinian officials on a UN resolution to recognize a Palestinian State inside the “1967 borders” (the 1949 armistice lines), but without any peace treaty. They are apparently hoping that outgoing U.S. President Barack Obama will not use the American veto at the Security Council, allowing the passage of the resolution. It is not certain at all that Barack Obama will want to end his presidency on a gesture so openly subversive. It is almost certain that France will fail there too. Again.

For many years, France seems to have built its entire foreign policy on aligning itself with the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC): 56 Islamic countries plus the Palestinians. Originally, France’s dreams might have been of displacing America as a world power, accessing inexpensive oil, business deals with oil-rich Islamic states, and the prayer of no domestic terrorism. All four have been washouts. It is also obvious that France has more urgent problems to solve.

France persists because it is desperately trying to limit problems that probably cannot be solved.

In the 1950s, France was different from what it is now. It was a friend of Israel. The “Palestinian cause” did not exist. The war in Algeria was raging, and a large majority of French politicians would not even have shaken hands with unrepentant terrorists.

Everything changed with the end of the Algerian war. Charles de Gaulle handed Algeria over to a terrorist movement called the National Liberation Front. He then proceeded to create a strategic reorientation of the France’s foreign policy, unveiling what he called the “Arab policy of France.”

France signed trade and military agreements with various Arab dictatorships. To seduce its new friends, it eagerly adopted an anti-Israel policy. When, in the 1970s, terrorism in the form of airplane hijackings was invented by the Palestinians, and with the murder of Israeli athletes at the 1972 Munich Olympics, “the Palestinians” all at once became a “sacred cause” and a useful tool for leverage in the Arab world, France, adopting the “cause,” became rigidly pro-Palestinian.

The Palestinians began to use international terrorism, and France chose to accept this terrorism so long as France was not affected. At the same time, France welcomed mass-immigration from the Arab-Muslim world, evidently as part of a Muslim wish to expand Islam. The Muslim population has since grown in numbers, while failing to assimilate.

France’s Muslim population seems anti-French in terms of Judeo-Christian, Enlightenment values, and pro-French only to the extent that France submits to the demands of Islam. As France’s Muslims are also pro-Palestinian, theoretically there should have been no problem. But France underestimated the effects of the rise of extremist Islam in the Muslim world and beyond.

More and more, French Muslims consider themselves Muslim first. Many claim that the West is at war with Islam; they see France and Israel as part of the West, so they are at war with them both. They see that France is anti-Israel and pro-Palestinian, but they also see that several French politicians maintain ties with Israel, so they likely think that France is not anti-Israel and pro-Palestinian enough.

They see that France tolerates Palestinian terrorism, and seem not to understand why France would fight Islamic terrorism in other places.

To please its Muslims, the French government may believe it has no choice other than to be as pro-Palestinian and as anti-Israel as possible — even though it looks as if this policy is failing badly in the polls.

The French government undoubtedly sees that it cannot prevent what increasingly looks like a looming disaster. This disaster is already taking place.

Perhaps France’s current government is hoping that it might delay the disaster a bit and avoid a civil war. Perhaps, they might hope, the “no go zones” will not explode — at least on their watch.

France today has six million Muslims, 10% of its population, and the percentage is growing. Polls show that one-third of French Muslims want the full application of Islamic sharia law. They also show that the overwhelming majority of French Muslims support jihad, and especially jihad against Israel, a country they would like to see erased from the face of earth.

The leading French Muslim organization, the Union of Islamic Organizations of France, is the French branch of the Muslim Brotherhood, a movement that should be listed as a terrorist organization for its open wishes to overthrow Western governments.

The Muslim Brotherhood is primarily financed by Qatar, a country that invests heavily in France — and that has the comfort of its very own U.S. airbase.

Jews are leaving France in record numbers, and these departures do not stop. Sammy Ghozlan, President of the National Bureau of Vigilance against Anti-Semitism, repeated for many years that, “It is better to leave than flee.” He was mugged. His car was torched. He left, and now lives in Israel.

The rest of the French population clearly sees the extreme seriousness of what is happening. Some of them are angry and in a state of revolt; others seem resigned to the worst: an Islamist takeover of Europe.

The next French elections will take place in May 2017. French President François Hollande has lost all credibility and has no chance of being reelected. Whoever comes to power will have a difficult task.

The French seem to have lost confidence in Nicolas Sarkozy, so they will probably choose between Marine Le Pen, Alain Juppé or François Fillon.

Marine Le Pen is the candidate of the far-right National Front.

Alain Juppé is the mayor of Bordeaux, and often campaigns in the company of Tareq Oubrou, imam of the city. Until recently, Tareq Oubrou was a member of the Muslim Brotherhood. Alain Juppé seems to believe that the present disorder will calm down if France fully submits.

François Fillon will probably be the moderate-right candidate. He recently said that “Islamic sectarianism” creates “problems in France.” He also said that if a Palestinian State is not created very soon, Israel will be “the main threat to world peace.”

Three years ago, the French philosopher Alain Finkielkraut published a book, The Unhappy Identity (L’identité malheureuse), describing the dangers inherent in the Islamization of France and the major disorders that stem from it. Juppé chose a campaign slogan intended to contradict Finkielkraut: “The Happy Identity“.

Since the publication of Alain Finkielkraut’s book, other pessimistic books have been published that became best-sellers in France. In October 2014, columnist Eric Zemmour published The French Suicide (Le suicide français). A few weeks ago, he published another book, A Five-Year Term for Nothing (Un quinquennat pour rien). He describes what he sees happening to France: “invasion, colonization, explosion.”

Zemmour defines the arrival of millions of Muslims in France during the last five decades as an invasion, and the recent arrival of hordes of migrants as the continuation of that invasion. He depicts the creation of “no-go zones” as the creation of Islamic territories on French soil and an integral part of a colonization process.

He writes that the eruptions of violence that spread are signs of an imminent explosion; that sooner or later, revolt will gain ground.

Another book, Will the Church Bells Ring Tomorrow? (Les cloches sonneront-elles encore demain?), was recently published by a former member of the French government, Philippe de Villiers.

Villiers notes the disappearance of churches in France, and their replacement by mosques. He also mentions the presence in “no-go zones” of thousands of weapons of war (AK-47 assault rifles, Tokarev pistols, M80 Zolja anti-tank weapons, etc). He adds that weapons will probably not even have to be used — the Islamists have already won.

On November 13, 2016, France marked the first anniversary of the Paris attacks. Plaques were unveiled every place where people were killed. The plaques read: “In memory of the injured and murdered victims of the attacks.” No mention was made of jihadist barbarity. In the evening, the Bataclan Theater reopened with a concert by Sting. The last song of the concert was “Insh’ Allah”: “if Allah wills.” The Bataclan management prevented two members of the US band Eagles of Death Metal — who were on stage when the attack started — from entering the concert. A few weeks after the attack, Jesse Hughes, lead singer of the group, had dared to criticize the Muslims involved. The Bataclan’s director said about Hughes, “There are things you cannot forgive.”
