💭 In Berlin and Leipzig serious accidents and crimes involving fireworks have overshadowed the return of the big New Year’s Eve firecrackers in Germany. In Berlin Police officers and firefighters were “massively attacked with firecrackers” while extinguishing a burning car, the police tweeted.
According to the police, 60 to 80 people tried to light a vehicle with fireworks in the Lichtenrade district. Also in Berlin, the windows of a shop were “blown away”. Colleagues were “literally under fire,” the police tweeted, and one officer sustained injuries.
On the eve of New Year’s Eve, young people in Schöneberg threw firecrackers on the street and at police officers. Five people involved were temporarily arrested. A police officer was slightly injured but remained on duty, a spokeswoman said. As early as Thursday evening, around 150 people in the district had illegally detonated firecrackers and rockets and triggered a police operation.
The fire brigade in the capital reported a total of more than 1700 missions, almost 700 more than a year ago during the corona restrictions. According to this, 22 people were injured by firecrackers and rockets. In 38 cases, emergency services were attacked, one of the injured rescuers had to go to the hospital.
💭 Australia’s most populous state scrapped 33,000 fines issued for breaking COVID-19 rules Tuesday, after a top court ruled they were invalid. New South Wales authorities were forced to retract more than half their pandemic-era fines, which were found to be too vague in describing the offense.
Revenue NSW said that because of the “technical” breach it would withdraw “fail to comply” penalties believed to be worth tens of millions of dollars.
“Fail to comply” fines were issued for a range of alleged offenses from carpooling to public gathering.
They varied in severity but included fines of between $1,000 and $3,000 (US$670 and US$2,000) a piece.
Those who have already paid the fines will be reimbursed, Revenue NSW said.
Redfern Legal Centre, the legal aid organization that brought the court challenge, hailed the ruling as “momentous.”
“This case is about more than just two people’s fines. It is about the need to properly adhere to the rule of law, even during a pandemic,” center solicitor Samantha Lee said before the ruling.
The group alleged that the fines were also disproportionately issued to people living in poorer neighborhoods and regions.
🔥The Third World War began on October 24 / 2013(Ethiopian calendar – on the Days of Saints George and Abune Teklahaymanot) on November 4, 2020, when the Edomites and Ishmaelites opened their Jihad against Axum Zion (on the Ark of the Covenant). 💭 Even those nations that are one another enemies, like: ‘Israel vs Iran’, ‘Russia + China vs Ukraine + The West’, ‘Egypt + Sudan vs Iran + Turkey’, ‘India vs Pakistan’ have now become friends – as they are all united in the anti-Christian, anti-Zionist-Ethiopia-Conspiracy. This has never ever happened before it is a very curios phenomenon – a strange unique appearance in world history.
✞ With the Zionist Tigray-Ethiopians are:

💭 Due to the leftist and atheistic nature of the TPLF, because of its tiresome, imported and Satan-influenced ideological games of: „Unitarianism vs Multiculturalism“, the Supernatural Force that always stood/stands with the Northern Ethiopian Christians is blocked – and These Celestial Powers are not yet being ‘activated’. Even the the above Edomite and Ishmaelite entities and bodies who in the beginning tried to help them have gradually abandoned them.
💭 Police Brutality in Iran (Elam)
An amateur video that has emerged on social media appears to show Iranian police officers beating a man, running over him with a motorcycle, and then firing at him.
Police said they will investigate the video posted online on November 1. It is not known when the video was recorded.
Some reports suggested that the footage was recorded in the southern Tehran neighborhood of Naziabad, which has been the scene of anti-regime protests triggered by the death in custody of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini, who was detained in mid-September by Iran’s notorious morality police for “improperly wearing” her hijab.
The 1st video recorded at night in an alley shows about a dozen purported police officers beating a man who is lying on the ground. A person who is recording the scene from a building across the street is heard cursing the aggressors.
“Damn you, damn you,” a male voice says in the video.
At one point, a man in police uniform riding a motorcycle appears to run over the man. Shortly after, another uniformed man beats the victim with a baton, then another one shoots him at close range.
The man initially tries to cover his head with his hands. Later, his legs appear to be motionless.
The man recording the scene is heard saying, “He died, he died.”
The video comes amid a brutal state crackdown on nearly seven weeks of antiestablishment protests that erupted following the September 16 death of Amini.
Women have removed and burned their hijabs, the mandatory Islamic headscarves, while many of the protesters have called for an end to the Islamic republic. “Woman, life, freedom” and “Death to the dictator” have been among the main chants of the protesters.
The authorities have claimed that Iran’s enemies are behind the unrest.
More than 250 people have been killed in the crackdown, according to rights groups. Several thousand more have been arrested, including many protesters as well as journalists, lawyers, activists, digital rights defenders, and others.
Without providing any evidence, Iran’s police chief, General Hossein Ashtari, claimed last month that “counterrevolutionary groups abroad” wore police uniforms and fired into the crowds. He claimed some of the alleged fake police officers had been arrested.
Amnesty International said on Twitter that that the video was “another horrific reminder that the cruelty of Iran’s security forces knows no bounds.”
“Amid a crisis of impunity, they’re given free rein to brutally beat and shoot protesters,” the London-based rights watchdog added while calling on the UN Human Rights Council to “urgently investigate the crimes.”
The shocking scenes have caused outrage among Iranians on social media with many condemning the violence.
“These brutal conditions are a sign that the establishment is on the verge of collapse,” Abdollah Momeni, a prominent activist and former political prisoner, said on Twitter, adding that the violence reflected the regime’s “fear of the people.”
Shadi Sadr, a human rights lawyer and the co-founder of the rights group Justice for Iran, told RFE/RL that the international community needed to do more to pressure the Islamic republic to stop its crackdown on protesters.
“The actions taken by the international community so far have not deterred the Islamic republic from stopping the bloodshed,” Sadr said.

💭 Video Appears to Show Brazilian Cops Gas Mentally Ill Man to Death in Car
💭 Federal police in Brazil forcing a mentally ill Black man into the back of a car and releasing a gas grenade in the vehicle, killing him. Federal highway police stopped 38-year-old Genivaldo de Jesus Santos, as footage shows, pinning him to the ground, putting him in the back of a police car, and trapping his kicking legs with the door as gas billows out of the vehicle. An autopsy confirmed that Santos, who suffered from schizophrenia, according to family members, died of asphyxiation. Santos’ nephew, Wallison de Jesus, told local media outlets that his uncle was unarmed. The nephew said that Santos became nervous after officers found medication packets during the encounter. As per the nephew’s account, he told officers that Santos needed the medication and that his uncle “didn’t resist.” Officers tell a different story, saying that Santos “actively resisted.” In a statement, Brazil’s Federal Police said that officers had tried to use “instruments of lesser offensive potential” and that they are investigating Santos’ death. The video has sent shockwaves through Brazil, where police violence is commonplace and disproportionately affects Black civilians.
