What The Media Is Not Telling You About Catalonia, And The Coming Europe Spring That Will Lead To World War Three

Every heresy, every evil ideology, will declare itself against an actual evil in order to justify another evil. Satan probably came up with some very persuasive arguments when he sparked revolution against God. And so, such rebellious people, being as their father the devil, will always use facts to substantiate their movements.

The prospect of revolutions throughout Europe, from Spain, to Belgium, to Italy and Romania, is very strong. In the history of Europe, there have been many traitors, those who bring destruction for the cause of their diabolical desires. Today we have the Venetians who want to secede from Italy, and going all the way back to the 16th century, you had Venetians who cared nothing for Christendom, and were more focused on profit than the Catholic Faith. There is a spirit that lies in this mentality, and still it lingers in Venice.

The Venetians, being utterly callous towards the cause of Christendom, secured their commercial interests with the Ottomans, and abandoned Spain which had to fight two enemies at once: the Ottomans in North Africa and the Calvinist Dutch in the European heartland. Here we have the Ottoman Dutch alliance, and we believe the same will be seen in the future.

Belgium consists of a federal government, and there is also a separate government for the French speaking Walloons; a government for the French speakers in Brussels; there is a government for the German speakers, and a government for Belgium’s capital of Brussels. There is also a government for the Dutch speaking region of Flanders, which the Flemish separatists want to sever away and make an independent state. With such a divided country, its like a room filled with gas; all one has to do is throw in the match of division and the fragmentation will start. There is a video from 2010 of Nigel Farage, in the EU parliament building, declaring that Belgium is “not a proper nation,” thus instigating for the fragmentation of this country:

The migration crises was allowed to happen on purpose in order to cause divisions in Europe. The migrant crises altered the political climate in Europe. Ever since the flood of migrants came into Europe, every secessionist and every eugenist came out of the woodworks to take advantage of the situation to promote their own agendas. And it has been working. Nigel Farage and Boris Johnson used the migration crises to push for Brexit. It was the migration crises that stirred up a surge of popularity for Geert Wilders and his Party for Freedom. Wilders and his parties were not that popular before the migrant situation. Now, they are the second largest party in the Dutch parliament where they currently hold twenty seats. Brexit or Geert Wilder’s taking second place in the Dutch elections, would have been unheard of if the migrant crises did not happen.

The fragmentation of a state, or of a body of states, leads to conflict. For example, the formation of Pakistan, and thus the severing of India, led to a bloody conflict between Muslim and Hindu that still lives on today. When the Bohemian Protestants and Hussites wanted to break away from Catholic Christendom, it led to the Battle of White Mountain, which eventually escalated to the Thirty Years’ War, the bloodiest war in Europe’s history before the First and Second World Wars. Small events are not the causers of war, but they simply provide the occasion in which old rivalries can return. Hatred between Europeans has always been in the continent, the question is, what will be the event that will give opportunity for these conflicts and spark the conflagrations that will lead to another world war? We shall wait and see.

Who is behind the Catalan uprising against Spain? This is the real question that not a lot are talking about. What we have, behind this movement, are nationalists, Nazis and socialists.

The beginning of Catalonia’s move towards a referendum has beentraced back to 2003, when parties like the socialist Popular Unity Candidacy, and the Platform for Catalonia came into the political scene in several city councils. Xavier Casals of Ramon Lull University, says that these parties “criticized the system from within, which broke out on the fringes of large formations,” spreading their views to the public. In 2008, DeWinter met with Anglada and Liga Norte, a separatist party that wants Northern Italy to split from Italy.

Catalonia just did its referendum with 90% of voters saying yes to secession from Spain. The president of Catalonia is expected to declare independence on Tuesday. We are currently witnessing the gradual fragmentation of Europe. We are witnessing history, we are seeing the incremental steps to the next world war. When you have the fragmentation of something as big as the European Union, expect war. With Europe divided, the most powerful nation in Europe, Germany, will fill in the power vacuum, that means, it will take advantage of the situation and strike militarily. This is what we have been warning about for nearly two years now, that with the fragmentation will come the restoration of a militarist Germany. This is not an article on just Catalonia, but on the full picture as to what is taking place, focusing on the whole forest as opposed to a single tree. We are seeing the breaking down of Europe. This may be one of the most important articles we have ever written. To truly comprehend the situation, Shoebat.com did in depth research on the situation. This article gets somewhat technical, but it is necessary in order to understand the complex network involved in this great conspiracy.

From witnessing the Arab Spring, we are now witnessing the beginning of the Europe Spring. We remember how, in 2011, when the Syrian revolution first began, we at Shoebat.com were telling people that the revolution was evil, in a time when most in the media were praising the revolt. Now, we are doing the same for the revolutions that are taking place in Europe.

Nearly two years ago, Shoebat.com predicted that Catalonia will secede, stating:

There will be splits within states. Today we have Catalonia, which is fighting for its sovereignty from Spain. This is no longer theory but is already in process. In September of 2015, the coalition of regional separatists won in the elections to the regional parliament. (62 places out of 135). In November, the parliament of Catalonia accepted the resolution of independence of Catalonia from Spain (according to the resolution, within 18 months Catalonia will secede from Spain, during this 18 months the necessary government structures of a new state will be created in Catalonia and a new constitution will be written).

This fragmentation will spread chaos like a wildfire. The former Prime Minister of Italy, Enrico Letta, recently said that the situation in Catalonia could spark chaos throughout Europe. Letta said:

“Europe needs a solution and Europe needs to avoid this chaos — chaos can be like a virus and we need to avoid chaos …We were exiting from the main political problems in Europe and now this Catalonian issue risks bringing a new virus and new chaos”

If Catalonia leaves Spain, it will also leave the EU, and the domino effect will hit Europe — both East and West — and it will only be further fragmented. Esteban Gonzalez Pons, an MEP from Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy’s Popular Party, said:

“If today you let Spain break up with Catalonia, a domino effect will follow across the continent. Instead of a Europe of 27, we will have a non-Europe of mini-states”

Italian politician, Gianni Pittella, warned:

“A unilateral declaration of independence would amount to a further provocation, which would throw oil on the fire after Sunday’s meaningless referendum”

Philippe Lamberts, a Belgian politician, has said that the threats of revolt coming from Catalonia:

“threaten the spirit of European integration, even more than Brexit”

All of these warnings are just nice ways of saying that with fragmentation, will come war.

Europe is fragmenting, as Christendom once fragmented before the eruption of the Thirty Years War in the 17th century. This is the worst crises that Spain has seen in decades, and the Catalonian separatists just keep on going, ignoring the demands of loyalty coming from the Spanish government. As one German report states:

“So far, the Spanish government has failed miserably. Right now, those Catalans who want independence, alongside the region’s state government, are simply pushing ahead with their plan. The Spanish king has intervened but the conflict still continues to intensify. A unilateral declaration of Catalan independence is only days away. Is that legal? Illegal? The Catalan president could care less.”

The same report ends with a warning: “the Spanish crisis could well become a European crisis.”

This is Syria all over again, but only this time its in Europe, and whatever happens in Europe effects the whole earth. This is why we called it, years ago, the Europe Spring. As Shoebat.com wrote in January of this year:

“In the last few years we have seen the Arab Spring poisoned. Today we see the rising European Spring. It is also being poisoned. This European Spring is not about fighting Islamism as these movements currently deceive, but is all about turning the West into neopaganism, fascism, nazism and antisemitism.”

The Spanish government just released an apology to Catalonian protestors beaten up by Spanish police. This apology will not help to calm the situation. It will only embolden the rebels as they see the apology as a show of weakness. This can be compared to Assad’s attempt to bring peace to his country, when all it did was embolden the forces (the US, NATO and their Sunni allies) that wanted to get rid of him, and who saw Assad’s cordialness as weakness.

The Catalonians are not stopping. They want to declare independence from Spain, and have planned a meeting for Tuesday to make this declaration. Initially, they made the meeting for Monday, but just on Thursday, Spain’s highest court suspended the Catalonian parliament’s Monday’s meeting, in trying to prevent Catalan President Carlos Puigdemont’s expected declaration of independence. But the Catalonians are not backing down. Carme Forcadell, the president of Catalonia’s Parliament, told reporters:

Major companies in Catalonia are already starting to leave. According to one report, “Gas Natural Fenosa and Dogi International Fabrics said Friday they were moving their legal bases from Catalonia’s capital, Barcelona.”

The biggest banks even know that major unrest is on the way. Catalan’s biggest banks are now talking about leaving Catalan in the midst of the referendum to secede from Spain. Spain’s fifth largest bank, Banco Sabadell SA, already confirmed on Thursday that it will be leaving Catalan and resettling in Alicante. The board for CaixaBank SA has already said that it will be leaving Catalonia for Valencia “in light of the current political and social situation in Catalonia.”

This is not for no reason.

If banks are leaving Catalonia, that means they know that secession is going to happen, or at least that major instability is going to commence.

If you want to know the future, just look at the banks. The ones who control the money, control the world.

The idea of breaking nations into regions, or “regionalism,” will be becoming more and more of a headline in the near future. After Brexit, other secessionists of Europe were inspired, knowing that they, too, could succeed. Nigel Farage, one of the movers behind the Brexit movement, is totally in favor for the Catalonian separatist movement. This is not by accident, since Farage and those like him are instigators for revolution, arm chair rebels whose call for secession will only lead to violence.

As tensions rise between Catalonia and Madrid, Brussels is not doing anything to intervene. We suspect that Germany, and its EU states, will act neutral until blood is on the streets, and then there will be intervention.

Antichrists in Action: Gay Coffee Shop Owner Shouts Profanities at Christian Pro-Life Group, Kicks Them Out

A gay coffee shop owner in Seattle kicked a Christian pro-life group out of his coffee shop because he felt offended by their presence, according to video footage of the incident.

The Washington Times reports that the group, called Abolish Human Abortion, decided to order drinks at Seattle’s Bedlam Coffee after passing out pro-life pamphlets in the area when the owner angrily asked the group to leave.

“I’m gay. You have to leave,” owner Ben Borgman said in the Facebook video.

“Are you denying us service?” activist Caytie Davis asked.

“I am. Yeah,” Borgman replied.

The group had been handing out pamphlets about the Bible, sin, and abortion to Seattle residents and one of the baristas let Borgman know what he was doing, according to the Blaze.

Borgman did not take the news well, and further confronted the group.

“This is offensive to me. I own the place. I have the right to be offended,” he said.

The group tried to explain to him that they did not leave any pamphlets in the cafe, but Borgman continued to berate the group.

“There’s nothing you can say. This is you and I don’t want these people in this place,” he said.

Borgman then asked activist Jonathan Sutherland whether he would “tolerate” a sex act between two men.

“Can you tolerate my presence? Really?” the owner asked. “If I go get my boyfriend and f**k him in the a** right here you’re going to tolerate that? Are you going to tolerate it?”

“That would be your choice,” Sutherland replied.

“Answer my f***ing question!” Borgman yelled back. “No, you’re going to sit right here and f***ing watch it! Leave, all of you! Tell all your f**king friends don’t come here!”

As the group prepared to leave, one of the women in the group told Borgman, “Just know that Christ can save you from that lifestyle.”

“Yeah, I like a**,” the owner spat. “I’m not going to be saved by anything. I’d f**k Christ in the a**. Okay? He’s hot.”

Another woman then told him that she would pray for him.

The group’s Facebook video has gone viral, racking up 447,000 views and nearly 3,000 shares.

Embedding Transnational Agribusiness and GMO’s into African Agriculture*

The African Centre for Biodiversity (ACB) has just released the report For your own good!, which outlines the GMO industry’s expansion across Africa. The report focuses on non-commercial traditional crops, such as cassava, sorghum, sweet potato, pigeon pea, cowpea, banana and rice, which corporations are attempting to genetically modify and roll out under the guise of philanthropy.

The report reveals that a great deal of research and development is currently underway into the genetic modification (GM) of these crops. Most of the on-going trials concentrate on drought and salt tolerance, nitrogen use efficiency, resistance to tropical pests and diseases and nutritional enhancement (bio-fortification). The key countries that have been targeted include:

• Burkina Faso
• Egypt
• Ghana
• Nigeria
• Kenya
• Uganda
• Malawi

The genesis of GM research into these crops can be found in royalty-free donations of various patented GM traits by several transnational companies to experimental programmes undertaken by African scientists employed by government ministries. These companies include Monsanto, Dupont and Pioneer Hi-bred.

Mariam Mayet, Director of the ACB, says:

“This indicates that the GM industry, under the veil of technology donations and public financing, is effectively managing to make further inroads into imposing GM on the African continent. By focusing the research on traits meant to ‘benefit’ farmers and malnourished populations, through inter alia, bio-fortification, the industry is intent on giving a humanitarian face to the real involvement, vested interests and expanding influence of these MNCs in African agriculture”.

The main players involved include the African Agriculture Technology Foundation (AATF), which is on the receiving end of many of the technological property rights donations, the Agricultural Biotechnology Support Program (ABSP) and the Program for Biosafety Systems (PBS). The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) and USAID fund the latter organisations.

U.S-based research institutions such as the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center (DDPSC) (for cassava) and universities (notably Michigan State University and Kansas State University) play a major role in this ‘philanthropic’ research.

The ACB report notes there is a dearth of literature that critically addresses bio-safety issues and socio-economic aspects relating to the bio-fortification of indigenous crops through GM. According to the authors, this is especially important given the need to move away from an over-emphasis on food fortification strategies towards a permanent solution: diet diversification through locally available foods, which was recognised as early as 1992 by the U.N. International Conference on Nutrition.

As is the case with the controversial Golden Rice research and development project, the report argues these GM projects are diverting financial and human resources and policies and practices away from implementing the real solutions that can be found within the diversity of natural foods and farming.

Zakiyya Ismail, Consumer Campaigner with the ACB argues:

“The real solutions to address vitamin and mineral deficiencies can be found in ecological farming systems, and traditional kitchen and home gardens, which can better contribute to healthy and diverse diets and empower people to access and produce their own healthy and varied food.”

ACB stresses that smallholder farmers must be given the right to choose their means of production and survival. It adds even if gene sequences and constructs are donated, the accompanying requisite GM inputs will be expensive for farmers. GM crops are highly likely to increase the costs of production for farmers and lead them into indebtedness and dependency.

The report by ACB follows a Global Justice Now report that outlines the role of BMFG in spearheading a drive into Africa on behalf of ‘corporate America’ to facilitate a GMO/green revolution.

With assets of $43.5 billion, BMGF is the largest charitable foundation in the world and distributes more aid for global health than any government. Its strategy is intended to deepen the role of multinational companies, even though these corporations are responsible for much of the poverty and injustice that already plagues the Global South. The foundation’s programmes have a specific ideological strategy that promotes neo-liberal economic policies, corporate globalisation, GMOs and an outdated (colonialist) view of role of aid in ‘helping’ the poor.

Global Justice Now shows that the senior staff of BMGF’s programmes are overwhelmingly drawn from ‘corporate America’. As a result, the question is: whose interests are being promoted – those of corporate America or those of ordinary people who seek social and economic justice rather than charity?

Rich Men In London Still Deciding Africa’s Future

Some £600 million in UK aid money courtesy of the taxpayer is helping big business increase its profits in Africa via the New Alliance for Food Security and Nutrition. In return for receiving aid money and corporate investment, African countries have to change their laws, making it easier for corporations to acquire farmland, control seed supplies and export produce. Director of the Global Justice Now Nick Dearden said:

“It’s scandalous that UK aid money is being used to carve up Africa in the interests of big business. This is the exact opposite of what is needed, which is support to small-scale farmers and fairer distribution of land and resources to give African countries more control over their food systems. Africa can produce enough food to feed its people. The problem is that our food system is geared to the luxury tastes of the richest, not the needs of ordinary people. Here the British government is using aid money to make the problem even worse.”

Ethiopia, Ghana, Tanzania, Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, Mozambique, Nigeria, Benin, Malawi and Senegal are all involved in the New Alliance.

In a January 2015 piece in The Guardian, Dearden continued by saying that development was once regarded as a process of breaking with colonial exploitation and transferring power over resources from the ‘first’ to the ‘third world’, involving a revolutionary struggle over the world’s resources. However, the current paradigm is based on the assumption that developing countries need to adopt neo-liberal policies and that public money in the guise of aid should facilitate this. The notion of ‘development’ has become hijacked by rich corporations and the concept of poverty depoliticised and separated from structurally embedded power relations.

To see this in action, we need look no further to a conference held on Monday 23 March in London, organised by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). This secretive, invitation-only meeting with aid donors and big seed companies discussed a strategy to make it easier for these companies to sell patented seeds in Africa and thus increase corporate control of seeds.

Farmers have for generations been saving and exchanging seeds among themselves. This has allowed them a certain degree of independence and has enabled them to innovate, maintain biodiversity, adapt seeds to climatic conditions and fend off plant disease. Big seed companies with help from the Gates Foundation, the US government and other aid donors are now discussing ways to increase their market penetration of commercial seeds by displacing farmers own seed systems.

Corporate sold hybrid seeds often produce higher yields when first planted, but the second generation seeds produce low yields and unpredictable crop traits, making them unsuitable for saving and storing. As Heidi Chow from Global Justice Now rightly says, instead of saving seeds from their own crops, farmers who use hybrid seeds become completely dependent on the seed, fertiliser and pesticide companies, which can (and has) in turn result in an agrarian crisis centred on debt, environmental damage and health problems.

The London conference aimed to share findings of a report by Monitor Deloitte on developing the commercial seed sector in sub-Saharan Africa. The report recommends that in countries where farmers are using their own seed saving networks NGOs and aid donors should encourage governments to introduce intellectual property rights for seed breeders and help to persuade farmers to buy commercial, patented seeds rather than relying on their own traditional varieties. The report also suggests that governments should remove regulations so that the seed sector is opened up to the global market.

The guest list comprised corporations, development agencies and aid donors, including Syngenta, the World Bank and the Gates Foundation. It speaks volumes that not one farmer organisation was invited. Farmers have been imbued with the spirit of entrepreneurship for thousands of years. They have been “scientists, innovators, natural resource stewards, seed savers and hybridisation experts” who have increasingly been reduced to becoming recipients of technical fixes and consumers of poisonous products of a growing agricultural inputs industry. So who better than to discuss issues concerning agriculture?

But the whole point of such a conference is that the West regards African agriculture as a ‘business opportunity’, albeit wrapped up in warm-sounding notions of ‘feeding Africa’ or ‘lifting millions out of poverty’. The West’s legacy in Africa (and elsewhere) has been to plunge millions into poverty. Enforcing structural reforms to benefit big agribusiness and its unsustainable toxic GMO/petrochemical inputs represents a continuation of the neo-colonialist plundering of Africa. The US has for many decades been using agriculture as a key part of foreign policy to secure global hegemony.

Phil Bereano, food sovereignty campaigner with AGRA Watch and an Emeritus Professor at the University of Washington says:

“This is an extension of what the Gates Foundation has been doing for several years – working with the US government and agribusiness giants like Monsanto to corporatize Africa’s genetic riches for the benefit of outsiders. Don’t Bill and Melinda realize that such colonialism is no longer in fashion? It’s time to support African farmers’ self-determination.”

Bereano also shows how Western corporations only intend to cherry-pick the most profitable aspects of the food production chain, while leaving the public sector in Africa to pick up the tab for the non-profitable aspects that allow profitability further along the chain.

Giant agritech corporations with their patented seeds and associated chemical inputs are ensuring a shift away from diversified agriculture that guarantees balanced local food production, the protection of people’s livelihoods and agricultural sustainability. African agriculture is being placed in the hands of big agritech for private profit under the pretext of helping the poor. The Gates Foundation has substantial shares in Monsanto. With Monsanto’s active backingfrom the US State Department and the Gates Foundation’s links with USAID, African farmers face a formidable force.

Report after report suggests that support for conventional agriculture, agroecology and local economies is required, especially in the Global South. Instead, Western governments are supporting powerful corporations with taxpayers money whose thrust via the WTO, World Bank and IMF has been to encourage strings-attached loans, monocrop cultivation for export using corporate seeds, the restructuring of economies, the opening of economies to the vagaries of land and commodity speculation and a system of globalised trade rigged in favour of the West.

In this vision for Africa, those farmers who are regarded as having any role to play in all of this are viewed only as passive consumers of corporate seeds and agendas. The future of Africa is once again being decided by rich men in London.
