Horrific Video: Saudi Family Brutally Beating an Ethiopian Woman

Posted by addisethiopia / አዲስ ኢትዮጵያ on November 26, 2013

Let death seize upon them, and let them go down quick into hell: for wickedness is in their dwellings, and among them.

Psalms 55:15

Astonishing world wide viewers’ reaction to the horrific video

  • I don’t even know what to say, I can’t think of a punishment that would be heinous enough for these people.

  • Ethiopia has a fast-growing population, and will eventually become a power in Red Sea region. They won’t forget how the Saudis have treated their citizens.

  • All you have to do is go to any Arab owned Gas Station to know how fucked up MOST of these people are.

  • Savages. The US should NOT be allies with these heathens.

  • My guess : nothing will happen, as Saudi Arabia is fully supported by the USA

  • Saudi’s act like apes, barely human at all. Savage country full of savages

  • Why does the West send ANY aid at all to these slimebags. Why is Saudi on ANY UN body at all – especially the Human Rights panel?

  • Very sad and upsetting to watch! The excitement in their eyes as they beat the woman shows how weak they really are

  • A shame the video won’t go viral on msnbc, Rachael Madcow should go to that place and investigate it like a professional journalist useful tool

  • I’d honestly have no problem walking into that house with an AK and taking the whole “family” out while they sit on the floor eating curry

  • If you cannot recognize that that is fucked up, then you are fucked up.

  • When a population is composed mostly of people with highly defective genetic code, there are consequences. Not good ones, either

  • I’m not watching that shit. Just imagining what I might see infuriates me.

  • The saudi’s are scum, They will get their due when the oil runs out

  • If the Saudis were to announce that they are no longer selling oil exclusively in dollars we would be preparing for war within a few hours

  • At some point someone sneaky in the ME will get tired of them and then you’ll see a lot of royal heads on brass platters

  • Modern slavery Completely barbaric. It actually turned my stomach

  • Saudi Arabia should be destroyed just based on this video

  • To think people actually believe we can coexist with these barbarians

  • This is barbaric More proof they still think its Middle Ages

  • This needs to be on NBC nightly news first story

  • Savages and these BASTARDS want Atom Bombs!!!!

  • Sometimes I can not believe that these things really happen! It’s so sad.

  • Those evil bastards really seem to be enjoying themselves! There is something inherently wrong with a person that could treat a person that way “just because”.

  • It’s horrifying, but not a surprise. Saudi Arabia is one of the last places on earth ANY female should be

  • Being Ethiopian she’s probably a christian, she doesn’t have to do anything that’s enough in Saudi

  • Just wait until their next life …

  • They will also be beaten like this and feel how it is to get beaten see you in hell you bastards

  • What do you expect from the saud’s? A hug?The truth is if you are not a Saudi and are working in that so called country you are basically a slave. You have no rights, Nothing.

  • This is what they are, when you worship Satan, you get evil.

  • She probably used the wrong broom to sweep the floor…

  • Years of inbreeding they are psychopaths

  • America and israel want to actually ally with these savages? They are going to allow them to have nukes?

  • Of all the people on this planet the Saudies DISGUST me the most

  • Fucking savages doesn’t matter if you have money or live in a mud shack its the same mentality

  • I don’t know how anyone still wants to go work there as a maid. Today they threw out some 50,000 illegal Ethopians in Saudi Arabia. And how come the US or UN never says anything about their human rights violations? It’s unfair how some countries get away with this treatment of other humans

  • Americans need to wake up before its too late! but the sheeple is too busy listening to Justin Beiber and Miley Cyrus, in addition, the president dancing on gangam style

  • If every country refused to work in their Middle East it would be very rough on them, they are very lazy people

  • The United States knows that this happens every day in Saudi Arabia but because we need their oil we stay silent

  • Feed the Saudis to the Iranians. Nothing is sweeter than hot Muslim-on-Muslim genocide

  • These devilish evildoers will sometime stand before God and they will be judged and punished

  • This is not a rare occurrence in that part of the world. It IS culturally accepted by a majority of the population

  • I don’t want people coming to my country who accept behavior like that

  • Anyone who knows scripture knows what the results of doing this are. I’m not happy with it. Are you happy with it?

  • I can’t watch the video. Just the still picture is enough

  • The worthless sub human pieces of crap that treated another human this way need to be hunted down and killed. NO MERCY. The countries that turn a blind eye towards this barbaric treatment are guilty of crimes against humanity

  • I worked there two years in the 80s and was shocked even muslims from say Egypt are treated way worse than westerner

  • This is mild compared to alot of the shit they do. This is just a little ass slapping in their book and they font care what anyone thinks. let god sort them out

  • They are incredibly cruel people. There are all sorts of stories about them importing maids from overseas. They are beaten by the wives and daughters and raped by the sons and fathers of the households

  • Its not really a immigration problem in the eyes of the people dealing out the beating. they enjoy having a surplus of desperate vulnerable people that can be their domestic servants for peanuts, and that their status as immigrants, legal or not, means that the saudi richers can pretty much do whatever they want to them

  • If There were no Saudis in the world, it would be a better place

Explosive Planet: Saudis Kill and Get Nukes, Iran’s Allowed to Get Them, Angola Bans Islam

Posted by addisethiopia / አዲስ ኢትዮጵያ on November 25, 2013

My Note: rumors are circulating in Saudi Arabia now that over 500 Ethiopian immigrants have been murdered by Saudi thugs in the past couple of days. Lord have Mercy!

Ethiopian Maids Exploited During UAE Ban

StopSlaveryA ban on Ethiopian domestic staff is being exploited by recruiters who are headhunting those already in the UAE and offering their services at four times the normal recruitment charges.

Addis Ababa banned its domestic workers from seeking work in the UAE in July last year until an agreement was reached to protect them from abusive recruiters and employers.

But the ban does not apply to those already employed, and has enabled some ruthless recruiters to further exploit them.

Typically, the recruiters will offer existing sponsors of Ethiopian domestic workers up to Dh3,000 for agreeing to transfer the visa of their maid.

They then offer the maids’ services to other employers for fees of up to Dh7,500, rather than the previous standard of Dh1,500.

But none of the extra money is passed on to the maids, some of whom earn as little as Dh700 a month.

While such actions are not illegal, critics say recruiters are exploiting the demand for Ethiopian maids, who have a reputation for being diligent and reliable.

Nora Salim was offered the opportunity to hire an Ethiopian maid by a recruiter seeking Dh8,000 in office fees.

The same maid would have cost Dh1,500 in office fees but now they cost at least Dh6,000 extra because recruitment offices are taking advantage of the ban,” Ms Salim said.

I told the office employee that this was a rip-off. I had an Ethiopian maid before and I know the process and the costs.

They claimed to me that the original sponsor was demanding that amount in return for giving away his maid.”

Aida Omar contacted a recruitment company to arrange the plane ticket for her maid, whose two-year contract had expired, and the company offered her Dh3,000 to transfer the visa.

The office employee started insisting that I bring my maid to her office, and said she would finalise her residency cancellation and provide me with the necessary papers to claim my deposit from the residency department,” Ms Omar said.

For two weeks, she received calls from the recruiter pestering her to bring the maid in.

When I stopped taking her calls, she said it to me bluntly: ‘I will pay you Dh3,000 if you give me the maid’,” Ms Omar said.

It’s hard to believe this is legal, but even if it is, charging others four times more than what was originally paid for the maid is like theft.”

The average monthly wage of an Ethiopian maid without experience is Dh700 (US $ 190) while those with experience earn up to Dh900.

Ethiopia wants Dh1,200 minimum wage for its citizens in the UAE

Saudi Nuclear Weapons ‘on order’ From Pakistan

Sapocalypse99audi Arabia has invested in Pakistani nuclear weapons projects, and believes it could obtain atomic bombs at will, a variety of sources have told BBC Newsnight.

While the kingdom’s quest has often been set in the context of countering Iran’s atomic programme, it is now possible that the Saudis might be able to deploy such devices more quickly than the Islamic republic.

Earlier this year, a senior Nato decision maker told me that he had seen intelligence reporting that nuclear weapons made in Pakistan on behalf of Saudi Arabia are now sitting ready for delivery.

Egypt, Saudi Arabia Start Joint Naval Drill

Egyptian and Saudi naval forces started Saturday a joint exercise codenamed “Morjan 14” with the participation of a number of Arab and African countries as observers.

Egypt’s state news agency (MENA) reported that the drill, which will last for several days, is held around the Red Sea Naval base.

The exercise activities include joint managing and executing day and night operations, detecting submarines and sea mines, fueling vessels during operation, intercepting enemy boats in cooperation with air forces.

The training aims to raise combat readiness and exchange experience in planning, implementing and controlling of different units in operation theater

Angola ‘Bans Islam’, Dismantles Mosques

swiss_ban_mosque_minaretsA number of news outlets have reported that Angola has “banned” Islam and started to dismantle mosques in a bold effort to stem the spread of Muslim extremism.

Weekly French-language Moroccan newspaper La Nouvelle Tribune published an article on Friday sourcing “several” Angolan officials, including the Southwest African nation’s minister of culture, Rosa Cruz, who reportedly offered the following remarks, which have been translated from French: “The process of legalization of Islam has not been approved by the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, their mosques would be closed until further notice.”

The media reports have not described why exactly Islam apparently faces a need to be legalized despite its presence in the country for many years.

OnIslam.net reports that the African economic news agency Agence Ecofin wrote that Cruz made the statement at an appearance last week before the 6th Commission of the National Assembly. The website goes on to note that, “According to several Angolan newspapers, Angola has become the first country in the world to ban Islam and Muslims, taking first measures by destroying mosques in the country.”

Even Angola President José Eduardo dos Santos has weighed in on the controversy, as he was quoted in Nigeria’s Osun Defender newspaper on Sunday as saying, “This is the final end of Islamic influence in our country,” according to the OnIslam.net report.

The reported comments by Cruz and Santos echo the stance of the governor of the country’s Luanda province, Bento Francisco Bento, who reportedly maintains “that radical Muslims were not welcome in Angola and that the government was not ready to legalize the presence of mosques in the country,” according to a La Nouvelle Tribune summary of Bento’s take on the issue.

5 of The Biggest Threats Facing Black People Today

Posted by addisethiopia / አዲስ ኢትዮጵያ on November 23, 2013

1: Modern Arab Slave Trade

A_slave_market_in_Cairo

Africa has been devastated economically, socially, politically, and demographically from a combined 13 centuries of chattel slavery at the hands of Europeans and Arabs that involved the removal of 35 million people from their native land, according to some estimates.

Although slavery has been legally abolished, African people are still subjected to chattel slavery in 2013. Anti-slavery International reports that over 50,000 Africans have been sold and owned by Arabs in North Africa. An estimated 660,000 people are subjected to forced labor in sub-Saharan Africa.

In the northwestern African country of Mauritania, a system now exists by which Arab Muslims—called the Bidanes (masters) who disdain physical work—still hold Haratine (enslaved Africans) as property. An estimated 90,000 Mauritanians remain essentially enslaved.

Haratine mothers do not own their children; they are instead passed down through their masters’ estates. Captives are bought and sold, given as wedding gifts, and traded for camels, trucks, or guns. The enslaved Africans perform domestic work, haul water, and shepherd cattle.

Sudan has seen a resurgence of slavery since 1983. During the second Sudanese civil war, as many as 200,000 people had been taken into slavery. The indigenous ethnic groups in South Sudan are often attacked by North African Arabs, who kill men and imprison children and women as slaves. Physical maiming is not uncommon and is usually done to the captives to instill fear and prevent escape.

According to CBS News, slaves have been sold for $50 per person. Many of the perpetrators of these atrocities are mixed-race and Arabized Blacks who have completely rejected their African identities and murder and enslave in the interest of Arabs.

Slavery also occurs in a number of other African countries including Somalia, Mali, Niger, and Chad.

2. Neocolonialism in Africa by the US, European countries, Arab Nations and China

NeoCol

American, Chinese, Arab and European powers have embarked on a new scramble for Africa, targeting its natural resources.

The Chinese are traveling to Africa in large numbers, with over 1 million Chinese citizens on the continent already and more arriving daily. Angola alone has a Chinese population of over 350,000.

China’s direct investment in Africa today exceeds $50 billion, but most of the profits are returned to China and do not largely benefit the people of the African nations.

The presence of the United States is also expanding. The Pentagon’s Africa Command suggests there is one military base on the continent, but according to sources, the U.S. military is at work throughout Africa in base construction, security cooperation engagements, training exercises, advisory deployments, special operations missions, and a growing logistics network – all undeniable evidence of expansion to secure its interests there.

Arab expansionists in Sudan are currently killing native Africans in Darfur and Nubia to grab land and resources and make way for Arabs outside the continent to resettle there. Over the past 50 to 60 years, Arabs have killed or enslaved millions of Africans, seizing land from them and displacing them in their efforts.

3. Black Tribalism (Lack of Solidarity)

Tirbalism

The negative effects of tribalism permeate Black people in the Americas, Caribbean and within African nations. In Africa alone, there are over 3,000 distinct tribes and resulting conflicts have caused  millions of deaths, trauma and displacement. In 1994, an estimated 1 million Rwandans were killed in the battle between the Tutsi and the Hutu. In the Americas and in parts of the Caribbean, tribalism also plays out in the form of Black-on-Black gang violence.

The major issue stemming from tribalism among Black people is that it causes a lack of solidarity.  Europeans and Asians have all but eradicate thousands of years of tribalism and have been able to unify and achieve major advancements. They understood the importance of binding together for success.  Black people have been unable to accomplish this unity and so the Black world today is often divisive leading to  mediocre governments, poor military defense, weak economies and other issues.

Black tribalism is also part of the reason why Europeans and Asians have been able to take advantage of Blacks politically, economically and physically. For example, the colonial Belgian government began actively promoting tensions between the Hutu and Tutsi after World War I when it took control of Rwanda.

4. Falsification of African Consciousness

AfroPride

In his book, “Falsification of African Consciousness,” Dr. Amos Wilson offers an analysis of the current state of Black people’s collective consciousness and how it prevents them from developing solutions to their collective problems.

Wilson defines consciousness in terms of three elements:

Contents – beliefs, opinions, knowledge, perceived knowledge, self-perceptions, worldview, conditioned responses.

Instrumentalities – how we process the contents in our mind.

Directional Organization  – how we use our consciousness to pursue goals; the values we hold; and the reasons behind our thoughts.

Via his analysis, Wilson concludes that white supremacy has altered the consciousness of Black people by giving us fabricated contents: a false history, false knowledge and false fantasies. Therefore, our ability to think and act in our own interests has been impaired because we have become confused about what knowledge is, who it belongs to, and how it should be used.

Today, because of propaganda intended to influence our thinking, many Black people perceive racism only in terms of prejudice and discrimination. Therefore we are focused on the consumption of goods we think will get other people to like and respect us, while neglecting the acquisition of real power to dominate and control our own affairs.

5. Underdevelopment and Lack of Security

Ediget

Twenty-five hundred years of invasion, conquest, slavery, and colonization have led to the severe underdevelopment of the African continent. Many economists argue that the physical infrastructure of African, Latin American and Caribbean nations are insufficient to maintain favorable economic development.

Physical infrastructure refers mainly to public transportation ( roads, highways, railroads, ports, airports, etc.), telecommunications, potable water and electric energy systems, sanitation, schools, and hospitals.

Adequate infrastructure is the foundation for economic development and the elimination of poverty. Its absence  places limitations on a region’s international competitiveness, trade opportunities, and foreign investment.

The African continent, the second largest on earth, is more immense than the United States, China, India and the European Union combined. Enormous distances combined with poor infrastructure hampers the intercommunication and the development of ties between African nations, which also consist of diverse ethnic groups.

Unity in Africa is challenging under these circumstances. This is unlike Europe, which is only one-third the size of Africa and whose population have been unified by Christianity for almost 2,00o years.

Economic, social, and political development in Africa and the Diaspora is essential to Black unity, which  is absolutely necessary if we are to effectively address major world forces that threaten the Black world.

It was a neglect of collective security that made it possible for other groups to divide, conquer, enslave, and colonize Black people repeatedly over the last 2,000 years. Building a Black world collective security system is, therefore, of vital importance for our dignity, self-respect and more importantly, our survival.

Xavier Vilalta: Architecture at Home in Its Community

Posted by addisethiopia / አዲስ ኢትዮጵያ on November 22, 2013

Barcelona-based architect Xavier Vilalta was commissioned to create a multistory shopping mall in Addis Ababa, he panicked. Other centers represented everything he hated about contemporary architecture: wasteful, glass towers requiring tons of energy whose design had absolutely nothing to do with Africa. In this charming talk, Vilalta shows how he champions an alternative approach: to harness nature, reference design tradition and create beautiful, modern, iconic buildings fit for a community.

Vilalta shares that when he first was approached about designing this mall, his instinct was “to AddisLidetaMercado2run away.” He hated the idea of building a big, Western-inspired mall that was generally empty because no one could afford the shops, that needed tons of energy to cool because its glass façade trapped the heat, and that took no inspiration whatsoever from Ethiopian traditions around it. In this talk, Vilalta shares how he approached this design, which is currently in the process of being built, by making the mall more like an Ethiopian open-air market with small shops. Rather than glass walls, he used concrete blocks with square cutouts to create a textile-like façade that would allow cross-ventilation.

AddisLidetaMercadoIf you look closely at the Lideta Mercato — a shopping mall in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, designed by TED Fellow Xavier Vilalta — you will notice a unique pattern on its skin, inspired by the beautiful, bold patterns found on Ethiopian women’s dresses. But if you look closer, you will also notice something else: that the design is based on fractal geometry.

Named young architect of the year at the Leaf Awards in 2008, Xavier Vilalta is the founder of XVA, a Barcelona-based design team operating in the fields of architecture, urbanism and research.

Africa-Arab Forum?

Posted by addisethiopia / አዲስ ኢትዮጵያ on November 21, 2013

Saudi Arabia Calls Arab and African Nations to Pressure the U.N. Security Council To Act on Syria

I’ve no idea there’s even an Africa-Arab economic forum. What is that for? Were they discussing about a possible Arab Reparations for the present and past crimes they commit against Africans? Why don’t Africans learn to never swim together with the cunning white-dressed Sheiks/Sharks? Why wasn’t the summit boycotted by the Africans after the horrendous news about the ongoing Saudi maltreatment of poor Ethiopian immigrants was revealed to the wider public?

Nevertheless, one of the Daily Star bloggers described exactly the current state of apprehension and nervousness that the Saudi serfdom finds itself:

If Saudi wants to save what remains of Syria – they need to arrest Bandar bin Sultan, stop the Saudi & Gulf Sate individuals bankrolling of their Wahhabi savages in Syria. If House of Saud inbred royalty had a shred of integrity instead of acting like demented snakes that they are, they would also be too ashamed to accept a seat on the UN Human Rights Committee – where they are the most Orwellean members to such a concept – and show no shame in the extreme irony of submitting a resolution on Syrian govt’s ‘human rights violations’ …. although I guess the Syrian army killing their Wahhabi savage proxy army may make Bandar bin Sultan weep.

And beware Saudi – do you think your petro $ salvation of US bankruptcy will keep you immune from western turncoats forever? Or your Bibi-Bandar alliance with protect you? Best you start waking up to the fact that there are some new sheriffs in town – called Putin and Xi Ping and you best start operating within international law because your Bandar’s AlCIAda terrorist activities will not be tolerated by these new sheriffs.

The Saudis Spread Their Ideas Around The World – Why Don’t We?

Posted by addisethiopia / አዲስ ኢትዮጵያ on November 20, 2013

BabylonWhore2The persecution of Christians, the greatest story never told in the Western media, is finally building momentum as a story, after a year which has seen villagers massacred in Syria, dozens of churches burned down in Egypt’s worst religious violence for centuries, and the Peshawar atrocity in which the suicide-bombing of a church killed more than 80 people.

Earlier this week several MPs discussed the issue in Parliament, Fiona Bruce saying that ‘We should be crying out with the same abhorrence and horror that we feel about the atrocities towards Jews on Kristallnacht.’ And Baroness Warsi will say in a speech in Washington today that: ‘A mass exodus is taking place, on a Biblical scale. In some places, there is a real danger that Christianity will become extinct.’

Warsi made the same point on the Today programme this morning, and I applaud her, but an aspect rather missing from the coverage was the fact that the vast majority of serious anti-Christian violence is carried out in the name of Islam. It would be like discussing anti-Semitic pogroms of the medieval period without mentioning Christianity, its theology, history and practice.

That is telling, since one of the reasons for the media’s voluntary blackout on this issue is our fear of appearing to be inciting hatred against Muslim. This allows the persecutors to get away with it, which is ironic since most violence carried out against Muslims is also done in the name of Islam.

The simple fact is that Islamic law as it is applied in Egypt (where apostasy is extremely difficult and dangerous, and family law was based on Sharia even before the revolution), Iraq and the Gulf States is incompatible with religious liberty. There is no way around that. In Iraq, most bizarrely, the US government presided over a constitution that introduced elements of Sharia.

The issue therefore is not just that Christians are being punished because of anger at the West. It is the specific application of Islamic law, and most centrally its ideas about freedom of religion. It includes freedom of un-religion and the freedom to deviate from the rulers’ particular interpretation.

I met Bishop Michael Nazir-Ali last week, a fearless man who has documented his whole life the suffering of Pakistani Christians, but even he gasped with sadness at the horror inflicted on the unorthodox Ahmadiyya Muslims there.

This happens because the most authoritarian strains of the religion (as with all religions) presume to state that only theirs is authentic Islam, and unfortunately we tend to take them at their word, even though we would never agree for the leaders of the Catholic or Anglican churches to decide who is a Christian.

Much of the intolerance in Pakistan stems from the influence of the Saudis, who are trying to reshape Islam in their image, and are helped by Westerners because of their vast reserves of money. Shamefully the British Museum put on an exhibition on Mecca funded by the Saudis, even while those iconoclasts were vandalising the city; I can’t think of anything so contrary to the spirit of that fine institution.

But they’re not the only ones – universities and organisations all over the West take Saudi money, and they should be publicly shamed, just as tax dodgers are. Likewise countries that do not allow freedom of religion should be made pariahs; in Qatar apostasy is still technically a capital crime, although it has never been enacted and one gets the impression the rulers only keep it there to appease the head-bangers. But why isn’t the world boycotting the 2022 World Cup until this law is changed? Why isn’t David Cameron going for a drink to discuss that?

At the heart of the problem is that we’re too scared of even admitting that the problem is within Islam, perfectly illustrated by the BBC’s coverage of events.

This is perverse, because our belief in equal rights before the law stems from the liberal tradition, yet while the Saudis spend millions promoting their beliefs abroad, we don’t. According to human-rights lawyer and advocate for Christian religious freedom Nina Shea, many of the classical liberal western works, such as John Locke, have no modern Arabic translations. Why isn’t one of the west’s many liberal billionaires paying for translations, to be made available free on Kindle?

Time may be running out, for one of the many tragic results of Christian persecution is that a vital bridge between the Middle East and Europe is being wrecked.

Of the 60 scholars who translated the ancient Greek classics into Arabic during the Islamic Golden Age, according to scholar Dr Suha Rassam, 58 were Syriac Christians (and of the others, one was Jewish and the other a Sabian), since generally only Syriacs could speak both Arabic and Greek. Without these 60 men the Renaissance would never have happened, and the very ideas that gave us liberalism would never have emerged.

Mecca Is The Scarlet Whore sitting on (controlling) the Islamic beast

Consider attributes of the whore in Revelation 17 & 18

  1. The great whore is seated on many waters (peoples, nations and languages)
  2. The kings of the Earth have committed fornication and are drunk with the wine (oil)
  3. John was carried away into a wilderness where he saw the woman sitting on the scarlet beast
  4. The woman was adorned with gold and jewels holding a golden cup full of abominations
  5. The woman was drunk with the blood of the saints and the blood of the witnesses to Jesus
  6. The beast shall hate the whore and will burn her up with fire
  7. Her judgement will come in one hour.

Consider how Mecca fits the criteria

  1. Mecca influences over 1.5 billion people from all nations and countries
  2. Western nations are desperate for oil from the world’s largest supplier
  3. The Arabian peninsula is a desert wilderness, and Mecca is the spiritual home for all Muslims
  4. Saudi Arabia does a huge trade in gold and jewellery and is subverting the west with oil money and funding terror
  5. Islam has killed over 270 million people since the seventh century, and Islam demands the killing of all Jews and the destruction of Christianity
  6. Islamic nations hate Saudi Arabia because they believe it has corrupted Islam and in Islamic eschatology, both Mecca and Medina will be destroyed, probably by a Turkey, Syria, Iran axis
  7. The judgement could well be a nuclear device if it is to come in one hour.

Norwegian TV Anchorwoman Discharged for Wearing a Cross

143918.pCan a chain with a cross be a reason for dismissal from one’s office? Apparently so, if you live in Norway and are a staff member of NRK, a state TV-and-radio broadcasting company, reports La Republica. Siv Kristin Saellmann—a popular TV news anchorwoman in Norway—was suspended from her job for appearing on the air with a Cross (1.4 centimetres long) on her necklace.

Some viewers – mainly members of a local Muslim community – protested against this, claiming that “a necklace with a Cross insults Islam” and “this symbol does not guarantee impartiality of the TV channel”.

The journalist, one of the best known and the most popular on the Norwegian public television, was suspended and prohibited from hosting her programs, “lest she should be a source of discord and crimes”.

Ethiopian Anti-Babylon-Saudi Protesters Hold Global Rallies

Posted by addisethiopia / አዲስ ኢትዮጵያ on November 19, 2013

Toronto

London

‘Mystery Babylon’ is Mecca not Vatican

When it comes to Mystery Babylon, the common theory among many Protestant theologians is to equate it with Rome since according to them Rome is the city of seven hills. Others even equate it with actual Iraq itself since Iraq was where the original Babylon resided. Years ago, several books were even written on Saddam Hussein who supposedly was rebuilding Babylon, and Christians gulped up the books without truly examining the evidence. Saddam was simply rebuilding a tourist attraction where Nineveh once stood. The project was later abandoned, and Saddam died on the gallows and all these prophecy books with him.

But when presenting a multitude of biblical evidence, people still angrily deny it because they etched in their minds a verse or two they say prove it’s still Rome while adhering to a centuries-old theory initiated by Martin Luther. That plus the fact today’s Catholics do not bite. In fact, a clue to the real Babylon was just presented in an article by WND’s Aaron Klein when he stated: “Forces in the Persian Gulf and Arab intelligence services have noted the establishment of Iranian missile launch sites aimed in the direction of Saudi Arabia and Qatar, according to Egyptian and Jordanian intelligence officials speaking to WND.”

Yet no one in the prophecy arena even raised a red flag about the significance of this report; Iran (biblical Elam) must destroy Arabia. In Isaiah 21:9, Isaiah levels a prophetic oracle against Babylon using the same announcement in Revelation 18:1-2 and Revelation 14:8: “Babylon is fallen, is fallen”:

  • The burden against Dumah” (Isaiah 21:11)

  • The burden against Arabia” (Isaiah 21:13)

  • All the glory of Kedar will fail” (Isaiah 21:16).

These are all in Arabia, which is destroyed by Iran “Elam” (Isaiah 21:2).

There has been an immense oversight by many in the field of biblical eschatology: When it comes to the destruction of end-days Babylon, Scripture makes no mention of any of the ancient Babylonian cities – Nineveh, Ur, Babel, Erech, Accad, Sumer, Assur, Calneh, Mari, Karana, Ellpi, Eridu, Kish, or Tikrit. Rather, all the literal references in Scripture are in Arabia.

The use “MOTHER OF HARLOTS,” while it is commonly attributed to the Vatican’s Mariology as the worship of Ishtar, history records that the worship of Ishtar “Kilili,” or “Queen of Harlots,” originated from Arabia, not Rome [Patricia Turner and Charles Russell Coulter, Dictionary of Ancient Deities, page 242, Ishtar, Oxford University Press US, 2001]. In fact, when Muslims roam roundabout the black stone, it is a throwback to the worship of Ishtar whom they called Athtar and Allat.

When it comes to the Harlot woman, the Ka’ba is a perfect match; the black tarp is considered by Muslims a woman’s dress (kiswa), as Edward Gibbons elaborated: “The kiswa of the magnificent Ka’ba is what is used for clothing of a [virtuous] covering, on top of it, it is written, the Kaaba’s dressing, meaning ‘we have dressed her her dress.” [“The Decline and Fall of The Roman Empire, Volume 6, Chap. 1] Everything that describes the harlot fits the Ka’ba: dress, pearls, jewels, gold, silver and even the blasphemies etched in silver threads with golden inlays across her attire. Just the doors of the Ka’ba alone has 280 kilograms of pure gold.

The reference to a prostitute in Revelation 17, the “Whore of Babylon,” is no coincidence: “And the woman (whore) was arrayed in purple and scarlet color” (v. 17) resembles the near copulating with the Ka’ba’s Black Stone, which historically was dedicated to Aphrodite, the prostitute goddess that was called “Aphrodite Porne” (Aphrodite the Prostitute). “The goddess adorned in purple” is similar to the depictions given in Revelation 17:4, while the Ka’ba has a scarlet inner garment.

John of Damascus notes, “After the Hajj was preformed by Muhammad, the ‘rubbing and kissing the [of the Black Stone] … was extremely passionate.’” Muslim tradition even perpetuates the blasphemy that, “Abraham had sexual intercourse with Hagar on it” (Sahas. Heresy, pages 88-89). Francis Burton (Vol. 3, page 295) writes regarding the Ka’ba, “The part of the cover (Kiswa), covering the door, is called [a Burka] just like the veil the Arabic women are wearing in front of their face … in fact, Arab mystics even compare the Ka’ba to a virgin, adorned with her finest wedding dress.” Even today during their Hajj pilgrimage, Muslims kiss, rub and caress the Black Rock.

Furthermore, it is impossible to even consider that Isaiah 21 was regarding a historic battle between Persia and ancient Babylon since the multiple references throughout are not connected to ancient Iraq but to Kedar, Tema, Dedan and Dumah, which is in Saudi Arabia near Yathrib (Medina) and today is known as “Dumat el-Jandal.” Dumah, one of the sons of Ishmael, is also associated with Edom and Seir in Isaiah 21:11. It is believed by many that Kedar, Ishmael’s sons, is the line from which Muhammad descended.

Even Muslims recognize this when they read Isaiah 21; they see Isaiah 21:14-15 as the story of Muhammad when the Muslims emigrated from Mecca to Medina (Tema) in which they were fed and rescued from the sword. No Westerner was able to interpret:

The inhabitants of the land of Tema brought water to him that was thirsty, they prevented with their bread him that fled. For they fled from the swords, from the drawn sword, and from the bent bow, and from the grievousness of war.”

The Bible depicts that in this time, it will not be like the time when Muhammad fled; all Arabia, including the Glory of Kedar (Mecca), will be destroyed. How else can anyone interpret: “No Arab will pitch his tent there, no shepherd will rest his flocks there” (Isaiah 13:20)? Arabs pitch tents in Arabia, not Rome. The ultimate fulfillment of this verse is the destruction of the last-days Babylon. We know this because the passage speaks about “the day of the Lord” (v. 9) with the “heavens not giving light” (v. 10). This is not historical, but end-times related.

Then we have the Red Sea: “The earth is moved at the noise of their fall, at the cry the noise thereof was heard in the Red Sea” (Jeremiah 49:21). Red Sea is a geographic indicator as to where the last-days Babylon will be located. Look at Mecca on any map and you will see that it sits near the Red Sea. Some may object that Jeremiah 49 is speaking about Edom, which was primarily located in modern-day Jordan. Yet in Ezekiel 25 “Edom” stretches from Teman (Yemen) to Dedan (Saudi Arabia)” (v. 13). Greater Edom included all of the west coast of the Arabian Peninsula.

Notice the description of her destruction: “‘As Sodom and Gomorrah were overthrown, along with their neighboring towns,’ says the LORD, ‘so no one will live there; no man will dwell in it’” (Jeremiah 49:18).

It is no wonder why Iran is focused on Saudi Arabia, since the Bible predicted that the harlot is destroyed by the beast she rides, that is, the nations she deceived with her spiritual harlotry – Islam.

In The Information Age Disinformation/Misinformation Reign

Posted by addisethiopia / አዲስ ኢትዮጵያ on November 17, 2013

My Note: In a rational world one could ask these days why governments, the united nations, the so-called humanitarian organizations and the mainstream media (including RT who made this report) are all involved in a conspiracy of silence concerning the ongoing cruel and inhuman treatment of poor Ethiopian immigrants by the Saudis. In a normal world, one would wonder why and how Saudi Arabia, one of the world’s ‘most flagrant human-rights abusers, is set to join the UN Human Rights Council. You would at least expect the weather report from ‘rainy’ Riyadh. Well, of course, we no longer live in a rational and normal world.

Thousands Protest Press Credibility in March Against Mainstream Media

MediaLiesThousands of people in the UK and US united in their rejection of mainstream media in a mass protest. Protesters targeted the headquarters of media giants like Fox News, the BBC and NBS, decrying their narrow coverage of world affairs.

The March Against Mainstream Media (MAMM) organized the international protest via social media and challenged the established media to cover it.

In a statement posted on the MAMM website, the organization said big media outlets had two options: “report on the fact that thousands of people are currently protesting outside of their buildings because they are keeping important news from the public’s eyes,” or ignore them.

Across America people turned out brandishing banners, condemning established news channels.

“Boycott the media!” one banner read in High Point California, while in Kansas city supporters of the movement wearing Anonymous masks delivered the message “America deserves the truth!”

A recurrent theme that cropped up a number of times in the US protests was the media’s coverage of the stricken nuclear plants in Fukushima Japan that were damaged in the 2010 earthquake-triggered tsunami.

“The radiation from that plant is going to reach us and affect us, not just in California but worldwide.  How is it going to affect us, how is it going to affect our water, our food supply, and our way of life?” said one protester to KMPH Fox 24.

Meanwhile in London, supporters of the anti-establishment movement gathered outside the offices of the BBC in a sit-in-style protest.

Confidence in US mainstream media has been declining sharply over the past couple of years with only 44 percent of Americans trusting mass media, according to a Gallup poll in September. The figures for this year are a slight improvement on 2012 when the survey saw trust in the media fall to a record low of 40 percent.

However, a large amount of Americans (46 percent) believe media has become too liberal, compared to only 13 percent who regard mainstream news coverage as overly conservative.

The BBC’s Christian Persecution Denial

BiaBBCWhile it is no secret that the so-called mainstream media habitually fails to report on the international phenomenon of Christian persecution, few are aware that they sometimes actively work to undermine the efforts of those who do expose it.

Consider a new report by the BBC titled “Are there really 100,000 new Christian martyrs every year?” by Ruth Alexander.

Regarding the all-important question of how many Christians around the world are killed, Alexander herself later quotes another source saying “there is no scientific number at the moment. It has not been researched and all experts in this area are very hesitant to give a figure.”

And this seems to be the real point.  Of all the questions and aspects of Christian persecution that objective researchers and reporters can explore and expose, why did the BBC pick the very one that 1) cannot be answered and 2) is ultimately irrelevant—at best academic, at worst cold and callous?

(The issue is less whether 100,000 Christians around the world are killed annually for their faith, but rather that any Christian, any human—even Alexander’s “paltry” 7,000—is being killed for their faith.)

The BBC naturally picked this “numbers” question because it best serves to minimize the specter of Christian persecution, specifically by prompting the casual reader to conclude, “Oh, well, things are certainly nowhere near as bad as I thought for Christian minorities outside the West—indeed, they’re 93% better!”

More importantly—and here we reach BBC policy—this number-crunching approach serves to exonerate the chief persecutor of Christians, the Islamic world, or, as Alexander is quick to conclude: “[t]his means we can say right away that the internet rumours of Muslims being behind the killing of 100,000 Christian martyrs are nonsense.” (Meanwhile, there’s this ongoing monthly series to deal with.)

Incidentally, since when do numbers matter to the supposedly “humanitarian-conscious” BBC and other “liberal” media where one life (provided it’s the “right” life) often gets nonstop coverage?  Would the BBC ever write a report dedicated to trying to show that the number of Palestinians killed in the conflict with Israel is actually 93% lower than widely believed?

Of course not. When it comes to the Arab-Israeli conflict, far from minimizing anything, the BBC regularly exaggerates to demonize Israel.

And therein lies the main lesson.  The BBC is not in the business of reporting facts but rather creating smokescreens, building and knocking down straw men, and chasing red herrings—all to further its narratives, in this case, that “only” 7,000-8,000 Christians are killed annually for their faith, and that the Islamic world is largely innocent—so what’s all the fuss about?

Crazy Photos Are Coming Out Of Saudi Arabia After Rain Leaves Capital Flooded

Posted by addisethiopia / አዲስ ኢትዮጵያ on November 17, 2013

You snakes, you children of serpents! How can you escape being condemned to hell?” [Mathew 23:33]

RFire3This sounds shocking to polite ears, but there is indeed a just wrath of God – the one true Christian God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob who presides over the destinies of nations. This Almighty Egziabher doesn’t need you cruel children of the devil except for discerning us the nature of good and evil. We have a very patient God, but His patience has a limit! He will speak and strive with man so that he might repent, but not forever. That is why before the terrible Flood in Noah’s day, The righteous God whose anger does not diminish toward those who refuse to repent said, “My Spirit will not contend with man forever. His days will be a hundred and twenty years.” [Genesis 6:3]

This past September cruel Islamists set off human bombs in front of the historic All Saints Catholic Church in Pakistan. Six hundred Christian worshipers were present. These people were simply worshiping God peacefully when the diabolic act occurred. 78 people were killed, including 34 women and 7 children. More than 100 were wounded. Such attacks against God’s people brought judgment on all perpetrators and the country that houses them. Three days later, a massive earthquake struck Pakistan killing 328 people and injuring 373 – more than triple the number of dead and injured when Muslims bombed the Church. Wasn’t that a divine statement?!

Now, you soulless Saudis, who treat my people like your hated dogs, your days are numbered – soon, very soon, Our Lord will do this to you: “He will send down fire and flames, and a burning wind; with these will their cup be full.” [Psalm 11:6]

Riyadh, the 5 million strong capital of Saudi Arabia, generally doesn’t receive much rainfall over the year. One source says that, on average, just 0.2 inches of rain fall in November.

It’s perhaps because of this that the city has been unable to handle around two hours of heavy rain today. Residents are in shock, with many Internet users are posting pictures of flooded streets.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CYCLONE, HURRICANE, TYPHOON, TORNADO AND TWISTER?

Technically, a cyclone is any kind of circular wind storm. But now, it is only used to describe a strong tropical storm found off of the coast of India.

Hurricanes and Typhoons are the same thing, but in different places. On the coast of Florida it is called hurricane. In the Philipines, it is called typhoon. Hurricanes occur in the Atlantic and typhoons, in the Pacific.

Basically, hurricanes and typhoons form over water and are huge, while tornados form over land and are much smaller in —size. A tornado is a violent windstorm characterized by a twisting, funnel-shaped cloud. In the United States, twister is used as a a colloquial term for tornado
