Addis Ababa: Shanghai of Africa?

Addis Ababa, at 8,000 plus feet above sea level, is the third highest capital in the world, but because it sits in a bowl, at times of thermal inversion it will be a city increasingly hard to see from the hills, just as Mexico City and Los Angeles are on some days now. The pollution of progress will wash over the city, and what one will see will be the peaks of buildings that have yet to be built. Addis Ababa will be a very different city than even the hub of activity and perceived chaos it is today, a mix of old and new, just as Shanghai was thirty years ago.

There are several similarities to China of 1987 in the Ethiopia of 2013, though it seems difficult for Americans to comprehend. The standard of living for the people is rising and there is slowly, cautiously, a creeping openness in public discussions. By American standards, political control is too heavy-handed, but one must realize what the country’s recent past has meant. China had the Cultural Revolution and its aftermath into the early 80s, and Ethiopia had its own horrific oppression in the 70s and 80s. Both countries took a giant leap backwards before beginning to come out of the abyss.

It is difficult to have perspective if you haven’t ever been through these type of experiences. We can look at how our own Civil War affected our nation and see some of those wounds still affecting us more than 150 years later.

In ten years, Ethiopia may be the most changed nation on the continent. Its investment in building a national power grid is greater than any other nation in Africa. This alone presents major opportunities for American power companies large and small. China, and to a lesser extent Japan, are building its road and rail infrastructure. The Ethiopian Government is investing $5 billion in the light railroad project between Djibouti and Addis Ababa, as Djibouti serves as the major port for landlocked Ethiopia. Of its total annual budget, Ethiopia is allotting ten percent to infrastructure development, the highest such percentage in Africa. A $1.2 billion dollar power line to Kenya is also in planning.

Ethiopia is challenged by a population of 90 million people, and as a country with one of the highest population growth rates in the world, there will be a younger and growing population, a potential reservoir of discontent without jobs. This was not so different from Shanghai and the surrounding area in the 1980s.

Telecom and IT investors such as Samsung are also entering Ethiopia, and as noted in a previous blog, dialogue and debate will slowly open up in the country, just as it did in Shanghai and throughout China in the 1990s. Ethiopia, just as China, will see that they have no choice but to ease communication restrictions if they want even more investors and a supportive nation.

Not all changes will be improvements, of course. Pollution will likely increase significantly, and global warming may be accelerated because of all that we call progress. We can only hope that greater investment in clean energy and a careful examination of our transportation schemes worldwide will also be considered carefully. The great cities of the future, of which Addis Ababa could easily become one, depend on forward thinking. These are also great opportunities for investors and entrepreneurs.

Easter: Fixed and Moveable Christian Feasts

I remember some years ago, during a flight from Amsterdam to England, two ladies sitting next to me were talking about “how wonderful it would be if there was some snow on Christmas day”, and I was jokingly telling them as the plane started ascending into the clouds, “yes! we do have a white Christmas, can’t you see the beautiful clouds below the plane?” It was around 15° Celsius! People in Europe permanently wish for a white Christmas, but, they don’t get it. Lately, snow during Christmas has become a very rare phenomena. This season, we have no white Christmas, instead white Easter, no Easter Bunny, but Easter Bear.

While the Catholic and Protestant world celebrates Easter this weekend, almost all Orthodox Churches continue to celebrate Easter/Pascha/Fasika according to the Julian Calendar

The Old Calendarists and the Orthodox Churches of Jerusalem, Ethiopia, Egypt, India, Russia, Serbia, Georgia, and Ukraine continue to use the Julian Calendar.

The Gregorian calendar is the calendar that is used nearly everywhere in the world. A modification of the Julian calendar, it was first proposed by the Calabrian doctor Aloysius Lilius, and was decreed by Pope Gregory XIII, for whom it was named, on 24 February 1582 via the papal bull Inter gravissimas. Its years are numbered per the perceived birth year of Jesus Christ, which is labeled the “anno Domini” era. This era was created in the 6th century by Roman monk Dionysius Exiguus.

The motivation of the Catholic Church in adjusting the calendar was to have Easter celebrated at the time that they thought had been agreed to at the First Council of Nicaea in 325. Although a canon of the council implies that all churches used the same Easter, they did not.

The dates “5 October 1582” to “14 October 1582” (inclusive) are still valid in virtually all countries because even most Roman Catholic countries did not adopt the new calendar on the date specified by the bull, but months or even years later (the last in 1587)

Both Eastern and Western Christianity use the same calculation. However, they use different calendars! Western Christianity uses the Gregorian Calendar (circa 1582). All of Eastern Christianity continues to use the older Julian Calendar for the determination of the paschal date even though some Orthodox jurisdictions use the newer calendar for the celebration of their fixed feasts (e.g., the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America uses the “new” calendar for fixed feasts, but the “old” calendar for the determination of Pascha).

The difference between March 20/21 on the Julian Calendar and the Gregorian Calendar is around 13 days.

In essence, Orthodox Easter (Pascha) will always occur on the first Sunday after the first full moon following the Vernal Equinox after Passover. This can lead to a divergence of celebration that may see both East and West celebrating the Lord’s Resurrection on the same date, to as many as five weeks difference, like this year.

During the Middle Ages 1 January was given the name New Year’s Day (or an equivalent name) in all Western European countries (those with predominantly Catholic populations), even while most of those countries began their numbered year on 25 December (the Nativity of Jesus), then 25 March (the Incarnation of Jesus), and even Easter, as in France.

This name was the result of always displaying the months of the medieval calendar from January to December (in twelve columns containing 28 to 31 days each), just like the Romans did. Furthermore, all Western European countries (except for a few Italian states) shifted the first day of their numbered year to 1 January while they were still using the Julian calendar, before they adopted the Gregorian calendar, many during the sixteenth century.

Eastern European countries (most of them with populations showing allegiance to the Orthodox Church) began their numbered year on 1 September (since about 988) just like in the Ethiopian calendar that begins New Year on Meskerem/September 1/11(12)

In 2014, the moon will be “ecumenical”. Therefore, the Catholic and Orthodox Churches will celebrate Easter together on April 20th.

Concerning Easter 2015 and following, a decree will be submitted by the AOCTS to the Holy See for approval. It should establish the final adoption of the Julian calendar for the celebration of Easter, by all the Catholic Churches of the Holy Land, “resulting in the adapting of the liturgical calendar for the beginning of Lent and the Feast of Pentecost.” This is what we read in the Directives of the AOCTS, which states, “This decision will be accepted, respected and implemented by all Catholics of Eastern and Latin rites, as well as by all the foreigners living in our diocese.

My note: Two similarly extraordinary stories from two different countries; India and Ethiopia. India has 1.2 billion people, Ethiopia 91 million. In the Indian case we see writers promoting polygamy through love, harmony and romantic dreams. But, in the Ethiopian case, we see them highlighting the frustration, desperation and a bit of pessimistic inclination of Ato Ayattu – to promote family planning and contraception.

By the way, the record number of offspring for any man throughout history holds Moroccan emperor, Moulay Ismail “The Bloodthirsty” who lived during 1672 – 1727. He had a total of 867 children including 525 sons and 342 daughters. Here are the 10 biggest Families of the World

Getting back to the man with 39 wives…

• Ziona Chana lives with all of them in a 100-room mansion

• His wives take it in turns to share his bed

• It takes 30 whole chickens just to make dinner

He is head of the world’s biggest family – and says he is ‘blessed’ to have his 39 wives. Ziona Chana of India also has 94 children, 14-daughters-in-law and 33 grandchildren.

They live in a 100-room, four storey house set amidst the hills of Baktwang village in the Indian state of Mizoram, where the wives sleep in giant communal dormitories.

‘I consider myself a lucky man to be the husband of 39 women and head of the world’s largest family.’

The family is organized with almost military discipline, with the oldest wife Zathiangi organizing her fellow partners to perform household chores such as cleaning, washing and preparing meals.

One evening meal can see them pluck 30 chickens, peel 132lb of potatoes and boil up to 220lb of rice. Coincidentally, Mr Chana is also head of a sect that allows members to take as many wives as he wants.

Another of his wives, Huntharnghanki, said the entire family gets along well. The family system is reportedly based on ‘mutual love and respect’

And Mr Chana, whose religious sect has 4,00 members, says he has not stopped looking for new wives.

‘To expand my sect, I am willing to go even to the U.S. to marry,’ he said.

He even married ten women in one year, when he was at his most prolific, and enjoys his own double bed while his wives have to make do with communal dormitories.

He keeps the youngest women near to his bedroom with the older members of the family sleeping further away – and there is a rotation system for who visits Mr Chana’s bedroom.

Rinkmini, one of Mr Chana’s wives who is 35 years old, said: ‘We stay around him as he is the most important person in the house. He is the most handsome person in the village.

One of his sons insisted that Mr Chana, whose grandfather also had many wives, marries the poor women from the village so he can look after them

Polygamy no fun, admits Ethiopian

An Ethiopian man, Ayattu Nure, with 11 wives and 77 children is urging people not to follow his example and is giving advice on family planning and contraception.

He says he cannot remember all his children’s names but tries to work out who they are from their mothers and which huts they live in.

The Tyranny of Human Rights Organizations

My Note: The following article reflects a very objective observation of the so-called, Human-rights groups. I remember hearing Amnesty International calling for African countries to arrest and detain ex-President G.W. Bush during his 2011 Africa visit. The curiousest thing is that these organizations are operating from the West, yet, they never dare to make the same sort of request when Mr. Bush is in the West

How the West is seeking to usurp Africa’s struggle for freedom and democracy using a humanitarian language

Since the end of the Cold War, a movement to save Africa from Africans has grown and gained momentum across the Western world. This movement is reflected in campaigns to end poverty by giving aid and canceling debt, to try African leaders at the International Criminal Court and to promote human rights. On the face of it, this movement seems humane and well intentioned.

But on close examination, this movement is an attempt to usurp the sovereignty and therefore democratic content of our continent’s struggle for independence. My interest in this article is the growth of a human rights police wielding a stick on the heads of elected African leaders.

Two governments in contemporary Africa have been very successful at an autonomous state building and economic reconstruction project – Rwanda under Paul Kagame and Ethiopia and the late Prime Minister Meles Zenawi. They have equally been victims of a near-jihad by the human rights police claiming to represent the real interests of their citizens. Two other countries have been unable to engineer an autonomous project of state and economic reconstruction. They have instead remained under management by the United Nations – Liberia and Sierra Leone. These are the darlings of the human rights community.

Why are Africa’s most successful governments at state and economic reconstruction vilified while those managed by donors are praised and presented as model examples? The answer is that their leaders take orders from London Paris and Washington DC. Perhaps I am overstating the case. However, there is reason to believe that some elements in Western society would like to create an Africa that in their own image. Anything that is not a reproduction of Western society is not only seen as abnormal but also a danger to be fought and annihilated.

For example, beginning mid last year, the international press (largely western based or managed) has launched a jihad against the government of Kagame in Rwanda. The ammunition for the this jihad is a shoddy and doggy report by a UN “panel of experts” that alleges Rwanda to be training and arming M23 rebels fighting the government of President Joseph Kabila of DR Congo.

The third party and cheer leader of this triumvirate is the international human rights community which has been leading the campaign against Kigali for nearly two decades. Given that the post genocide government in Kigali represents the most successful state attempt in post independence Africa to serve ordinary citizens, this should surprise us. Actually it should not and this is why.

International human rights groups largely founded and financed by the West have increasingly become powerful voices shaping politics in Africa. Their voice is respected by governments and mass media in the West. Given Africa’s dependence on Western aid, our leaders shape our politics around what these groups are saying. But this tends to undermine our sovereignty and nascent democratic institutions.

It also reflects growing success by Western countries to shape post colonial Africa in their own image. Kagame’s crime has been to place the interests of Rwanda and his people above the demands of these organizations. The price of this insistence on independence may be catastrophic for him and Rwanda. Indeed, it has been the experience of other African leaders who tried this before him – Patrice Lumumba, Kwame Nkrumah, Milton Obote and Thomas Sankara.

Human rights groups are often single-issue organizations and seek to make their single issue the only issue on which to judge a country. Thus, they may pick one variable e.g. the arrest of one opposition politician and without reference to facts or context use their influence in western capitals to cause economic sanctions, cancelation of aid, diplomatic pressure and blackmail to bully a poor country to acquiesce to their demands. It does not matter whether the government has respected the rights of 10m of its citizens and done its best to serve them. This single issue would be enough straw to break the nation’s will.

This shows that these international human rights groups are opposed to sovereignty which African countries achieved through hard-won battles of national independence. They claim to represent universal human values that know no boundaries. Yet most of their campaign is actually based on Western values born of a specific historical experience. Meanwhile, these organizations are not answerable to anyone. Their leaders and executives are not elected. There is no democratic way to hold them accountable for their actions.

Thus, the beneficiaries of the activism by human rights groups have no recourse to elections to remove their leaders from office if they did not meet specific expectations. For example, Human Rights Watch’s campaign against the government of Rwanda has powerful implications on that country’s tourism, trade, investment and aid – all of which impact significantly on the livelihoods of the people of Rwanda. How can Rwanda’s citizens harmed by the negative campaign by HRW hold this organization and its leaders to account? In fact the hubris with which HRW leader Kenneth Roth speaks as the legitimate voice of Rwandans against its elected leaders can only be explained as racism.

The only accountability these groups have is financial – and to their funders in the West. These funders – the Ford and Rockefeller Foundations and the Open Society Institute are far removed – both physically and ideologically from the needs of the ordinary African who is most affected by the campaign of their client NGOs. There is no political accountability to the beneficiaries of the advocacy by human rights groups. The only accountability they do is by showing their work i.e. exposing human rights abuses. The structure of incentives here encourages these groups to name and shame human rights violators, a factor that leads them to vilify or even distort and blinds them from appreciating context.

Thus, when you visit Africa today, our public policies are designed by the IMF and World Bank, the hungry are fed by World Food Program, the ill are treated by Red Cross and Doctors without Borders, refugees are cared for by UNHCR, those in conflict are “protected” by UN peacekeepers, our Malaria is fought by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, our story is told by The New York Times, our poverty is fought by Jeffrey Sachs and Bono, our crimes are tried by the ICC, our public serves are financed by a generous international aid community, our debts are cancelled, our press freedom is defended by Reporters without Borders and CPJ, our human rights are promoted by Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International. Our heroes are Angelina Jolly and George Clooney, David Cameron and Nicolas Sarkozy.

The tragic thing is that we African elites have been complicity in these processes to usurp our sovereignty and democratic rights. Whether this has been due to opportunism or ignorance, naivety or ideological bankruptcy or the sheer weight of our accumulated failures, we have actively aided and abated these developments. The challenge of our generation is to resist this neocolonial project dressed in the old language of human rights that seeks to demote us from citizens actively fighting for their rights to mere recipients of international charity and hence relegated to playing the role of spectator in the struggles shaping our destiny.

Saudi Arabia Destroys Its Own Mosques – Egypt Using Them as a House of Torture for Christians

My note: An unstable, poor and desert country of Egypt which always exists at the Mercy of Ethiopia (Nile Waters) is showing an interest to join the club of emerging economies, BRICS, whose leaders have just reached a deal to create a development bank that will rival Western-backed institutions such as the International Monetary Fund and World Bank.

Egypt, which exhibits evil acts of committing genocides and other despicable atrocities against its Christian population, has been blocking financial aids to Ethiopia from such international organizations as the IMF and World Bank. Now it is aiming to manipulate the BRICS nations by expressing its willingness to join them. I hope these nations will be wise enough not to be tricked into giving such a desperate state like Egypt, even as a candidate for BRICS status.

Egyptian mosque turned into house of torture for Christians after Muslim Brotherhood protest

Islamic hard-liners stormed a mosque in suburban Cairo, turning it into torture chamber for Christians who had been demonstrating against the ruling Muslim Brotherhood in the latest case of violent persecution that experts fear will only get worse.

Such stories have become increasingly common as tensions between Egypt’s Muslims and Copts mount, but in the latest case, mosque officials corroborated much of the account and even filed a police report. Demonstrators, some of whom were Muslim, say they were taken from the Muslim Brotherhood headquarters in suburban Cairo to a nearby mosque on Friday and tortured for hours by hard-line militia members.

“They accompanied me to one of the mosques in the area and I discovered the mosque was being used to imprison demonstrators and torture them,” Amir Ayad, a Coptic who has been a vocal protester against the regime, told MidEast Christian News from a hospital bed.

“It will only get worse,” said Gabbay. “This has been a longstanding conflict, but now that the Muslim Brotherhood is in power, it is moving forward to implement its ideology – which is that Christians are supposed to become Muslims.

Christians slaughtered, world yawns

Across our world in which 7.1 billion people dwell, 2.2 billion (or 31 percent) are Christians. They pray in mega-churches across America, in isolated villages in China, and in thousands of places in between.

More and more, they pray in fear. That’s because, as the Hudson Institute’s Paul Marshall, Lela Gilbert, and Nina Shea outline in detail in their new book, Persecuted, Christians are under “global assault.”

Christian persecution occurs across Asia, Africa, and the Greater Middle East; it ranges from restrictions on worship to assassination for owning a Bible; and it occurs due to government sponsorship (e.g., in North Korea, Vietnam, China, Burma, Saudi Arabia, and Iran), social intolerance (in Nigeria and Iraq), or acts of terrorism from Muslim extremists (e.g., in Somalia and Afghanistan).

(Additional note: Two years ago, 35 Ethiopian Christians working in Saudi Arabia were arrested and detained by the kingdom’s religious police for holding just such a private prayer gathering in Jeddah Saudi officials strip-searched all the women and subjected them to an abusive body-cavity search, and assaulted the men. In a remarkable prison interview with the Voice of America’s Amharic-language service, one of the women, who contracted an infection from the search, attested: “We are traumatized by the strip search. They treated us like dogs because of our Christian faith. While talking about me during a recent visit to the prison medical center, I overheard a nurse telling a doctor ‘if she dies, we will put her in a trash bin.’”)

Though the world’s remaining Communist countries persecute the most Christians, the authors write, “It is in the Muslim world where persecution of Christians is now most widespread, intense, and ominously increasing.”

“Among those assaulted with violence on a horrific scale have been the young, fast-growing churches of Nigeria and South Sudan, which are seen as a threat to Muslim hegemony. Individual converts from Islam, such as Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani in Iran, are particularly at risk of being put to death or otherwise harshly punished by either the governments or extremist elements within society in significant parts of the Muslim world. They are denounced as apostates.”

But ancient churches, including Iraq’s Chaldean and Assyrian churches and Egypt’s Coptic churches, are under attack as well.

In some places, governments are increasingly tightening the screws on Christians or stepping aside while extremist groups do it for them. In others, like Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan, there are hardly any screws left to tighten because the governments don’t even allow churches in which Christians might worship.

As remarkable as the global assault, however, is the relative silence by global leaders and the media. Though Christians are overwhelmingly the leaders of governments across the West, no national leader has seen fit to call much attention to the horror.

How many more Christians around the world must die before global leaders, the media, and others of influence gives this horror the attention it deserves?

Saudi Arabia destroying Muslim heritage of Mecca

There is a veritable industry out there producing an endless stream of “reports” about imaginary Israeli efforts to destroy, damage or defile Muslim sites, in particular the Al Aqsa mosque in Jerusalem. I have repeatedly written about this vicious campaign that goes back to the days of Haj Amin al Husseini, the Mufti of Jerusalem, who later gained notoriety as a Nazi collaborator. Many recent examples of this ongoing incitement have been compiled by Palestinian Media Watch (PMW), and for the very latest installment, you can always turn to the website of Quds Media Center.

The manufactured outrage that usually accompanies the false reports on invented Israeli transgressions against Muslim holy places stands in stark contrast to the docile silence that has allowed Saudi authorities to transform Islam’s holiest places into glitzy luxury destinations.

However, by now several reports highlighting the destruction of historic Islamic sites in Saudi Arabia have appeared in the media. A CNN report includes some fascinating photos dramatically illustrating how much reckless construction has transformed the area of Islam’s holiest site.

“አፍሪካዊ–አሜሪካኖች ፊልሙ ላይ ያሉትን መጥፎ መጥፎዎቹ ሰዎች ሲመለከቱ፡ ሁሉም እነርሱን የሚመሳሰሉ ገጽታ አሏቸው። ታዲያ አንዲት ህጻን ልጅ፡ “ለምንድን ነው ሁልጊዜ ጥሩዎቹና ክርስቶስ ፈረንጆች የሚሆኑት? ሰይጣን ደግሞ ኦባማን የሚመስለው?” በማለት ታላቋን ጠየቀች። እሷም፡ “ፈረንጆች ሁልጊዜ ፈረንጅ የሆነ ነገር ነው የሚሠሩት!” ብላ መለሰችላት።” ይላል ክርስቲያን ሳይንስ ሞኒተር።

እየሱስ ክርስቶስ ማን እንደነበር ከኢትዮጵያውያን የበለጠ የሚያውቅ ይኖራልን?

በሚከተለው የ ንቡረ እድ ኤርሚያስ ከበደ ጠቃሚ ትምሕርት ሙሉ በሙሉ እስማማለሁ፦

“ለአብርሃም፥ ለይስሓቅና ያዕቆብ በገባላቸው ቃል ኪዳን ምክንያት፥ እንዲሁም ስለስሙ ሲል እግዚአብሔር ለእሥራኤል ሕዝብ በነፍስና በሥጋ፥ በመንፈስም የሰጣቸው የቃል ኪዳን ጸጋና በረከት ዘርና መንግሥት፡ ኹሉም ወደ ኢትዮጵያና ወደ ኢትዮጵያውያን ተመልሰው ለእነርሱ የኾነበት የመለኮት ዕፁብ ድንቅ ሥራ የተገለጠበት፥ ኢትዮጵያንና ኢትዮጵያዊነትን በሚመለከት ቀደም ብሎ በአብርሃም (በኢትዮጵያውያኖቹ በ መልከ ጼዴቅ፥ በ አቤሚለክ እና በሁለተኛ ሚስቱ በኬቱራ በኩል) ቀጥሎም በሙሴ (የሙሴ ባለቤት ሲጶራ ኢትዮጲያዊት ነበረች፣ ሙሴም ለ40 ዓመታት ያህል ኢትዮጵያን በንጉሥነት አገልግሏል፡ የአብርሃምና ኬቱራ ዘር ኢትዮጵያዊው ዮቶር መምህሩ ነበር) ሰውነትና ሕይወት ላይ ደርሰው የታዩትንና እነርሱን የመሰሉትን፥ ያለፉትን ኹሉ በበለጠ አጠናክሮ የሚያጸና ሌላ አራተኛ ትንግርት ደግሞ አለ።

ያም የመለኮት ዕፁብ ድንቅ ሥራ የተገለጠው በታላላቁ ሊቃውንት፥ በታወቁት ከበርቴዎችና በገናናዎቹ ኃያላን ዘንድና ላይ አይደለም፥ በቤተ ብዕል በቤተ ክህነት እና/ወይም በቤተ መንግሥት አዳራሾችም ውስጥ አይደለም። ከብቶቹን በሜዳ አሰማርቶ ለሚጠብቅ ለአንድ ተራ ብላቴና እረኛ ነበር እንጂ። የዚያ እረኛም ስም፡ “ዳዊት” ነበር።

ይህ ጻድቅና ነቢይ፡ ከኢትዮጵያዊውና “አቤሚሌክ” የሚል ስም ካለው የትውልድ ሓረግ የተወለደ በመኾኑ ኢትዮጵያዊነቱ በዘሩ ብቻ ሳይኾን እውነተኛ ሃይማኖቱና ምግባሩ በታላላቅ የገድል ፈተናዎቹ ስለተረጋገጠለት እግዚአብሔር ለሉዓላዊው አገልግሎትና ክብር መርጦ ሾመው። አዎን! ከበግ እረኝነት ጠርቶ በእሥራኤልና በይሁዳ ሕዝብ ላይ፡ ንጉሥ አድርጎ ቀብቶ አነገሠው። ከእርሱም አብራክ ከወጣው ዘር በመጨረሻው ዘመን ኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ ተወልዶ ዓለሙን እንደሚያድን መንግሥቱንም ዘለዓለማዊ አድርጎ እንደሚያጸናለት ቃል ኪዳን ገባለት።

የእግዚአብሔር አገልጋይ የኾነው ይኽው ዳዊት ኢትዮጵያዊውን ታማኝ ወታደሩን፡ ኦርዮንን በግፍ በማስገደል የሠራውን እጅግ ከባድ ኃጢአት በእውነተኛ ንስሓ ካነጻ በኋላ የሟቹን ኢትዮጵያዊት ሚስቱን ቤትሳባን አግብቶ ሰሎሞንን ወለደ፤ ልጁ ሰሎሞንም ከኢትዮጵያዊቷ ንግሥት ከማክዳ/ ከሣባ ቀዳማዊ ምኒልክን ወለደ።

ከዚህ የተነሣ የእሥራኤል የኾነው ሃይማኖታዊውና ምግባራዊው ሥርዓታዊውና ባህላዊው ውርስና ቅርስ ብቻ ሳይኾን እግዚአብሔር ለዳዊት የሰጠው ቃል ኪዳኑንና የቃል ኪዳኑ ዘር ጭምር ለኢትዮጵያና ለኢትዮጵያውያን ኾኑ።

ዳዊትና የእግዚአብሔር መንግሥት ከእርሱ ከዳዊት ዘር ከተገኘችው ከድንግል ማርያም በተወለደው በኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ ንጉሥነትና በርሷ በቅድስት እናቱ ንግሥትነት ለዘለዓለም ጸንታ የምትኖርለት በመኾኑ ፈጣሪው ቃል ኪዳን ገባለት።” (‘ኢትዮጵያ እና ኢትዮጵያዊነት‘ 3ኛ መጽሐፍ)

ይህን የንቡረ እድ ኤርምያስ ጽሑፍ ከማንበቤ በፊት የክርስቶስ አመጣጥ ኢትዮጵያው ሊሆን እንደሚችል፡ ልክ እንደ ብዙዎች ኢትዮጵያውያን ፡ በውስጤ ይታወቀኝ ነበር። ታዲያ በጣም የሚገርመኝ፣ ግራ አጋብቶ የሚረብሸኝና የሚያበሳጨኝ አንድ ነገር ቢኖር፣ እኛ ኢትዮጵያውያን ይህን የመሰለ ኃብታም ታሪክ፣ ይህን ዓይነት ተወዳዳሪ–የለሽ ታላቅ ጸጋ ተሰጥቶን እንዴት ዋጋ በሌለውና ዓለማዊ በሆነው ቆሻሻ ሁሉ በቀላሉ ልንበላሽ ቻልን? የሚለው ጥያቄ ነው።

ኔልሰን ማንዴላ የሕይወት ታሪካቸውን በሚያበሥረው መጽሐፋቸው፤ የነጮቹን የአፓርታይድ ሥርዓት ለመዋጋት አንድ ጊዜ ለስብሰባ ወደ አዲስ አበባ በኢትዮጵያ አየር መንገድ ሲበሩ ኢትዮጵያውያን ፓይለቶችን ዓይተው፡ “እንዴ! ጥቁር አውሮፕላን አብራሪዎችም አሉ እንዴ? እንዴት ሊሆን ቻለ?” የሚለውን ጥያቄ ከአድናቆት ጋር መጠየቃቸውን እናስታውሳለን።

እካሁን ድረስ ከነጮች የዘር አድሎ ሥርዓት መላቀቅ የተሳናቸው አፍሪቃዊ–አሜሪካውያን፡ እዚህ እናንብብ፡ ኢትዮጵያን የመጎብኘት አጋጣሚ ሲያገኙ፡ በቅድሚያ የሚደነቁበት/ የሚገረሙበት አንድ ትልቅ ነገር ቢኖር፡ የጌታችን የኢየሱስ ክርስቶስን፣ የእመቤታችንን የቅድስት ማርያምን እንዲሁም የቅዱሳንን እና የመላእክትን በኢትዮጵያዊና በጥቁር መልክ ተመስለው በየዓብያተክርስቲያናቱ ለማየት መብቃታቸውን ነው። “ጥቁር እየሱስ ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ ያየሁት ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ ነው!” በማለት አንድ ታዋቂ አፍሪቃዊ–አሜሪካዊ ምሁር በኩራት ሲናገሩ አንድጊዜ ሰምቼ ነበር።

ታዲያ አሁን ሁላችንም፡ በተለይ በዚህ የጾም ጊዜ አጥብቀን ልናስብበትና ልንጠየቀው የሚገባን ጥያቄ፦

ለምንድን ነው በአገራችን፡ ብሎንድ/ወርቃማ ጸጉርና ሰማያዊ ዓይኖች ያሏቸው ወይም ፈረንጆችን የመሳስሉ የ ኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ፣ የቅድስት ማርያምና የቅዱሳን ምስሎች በየቦታው ተሠራጭተው የሚታዩት? የቅዱስ ላሊበላ ዓብያተ ክርስቲያናት እንኳን አልተረፉም!

ፈረንጆቹ እራሳቸውን የመሰለውን የኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ ስዕል ቢስሉ ምንም አይደለም፤ እኛ ግን እንዴት? ለምን? ከፈረንጆቹ አስቀድመን ክርስትናን የተቀበለን ሕዝቦች አይደለንምን? ኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ እና ቅድስት ማርያም ኢትዮጵያዊ አመጣጥ እንዳላቸው እናውቃለን፡ አባቶቻችንም በስዕሎቻቸው ሁሉ የኢትዮጵያውያኑን ገጽታ እንዲይዙ አድርገው ነበር ሲስሏቸው የነበሩት፡ ታዲያ አሁን እኛ ቅዱሳኑን ምን ነክቶን ነው ፈረንጆች ልናደርጋቸው የበቃነው?

ዲያብሎስ አታልሎ ወደ ወገኖቹ ካልወሰደን በቀር፡ ምንም ሳይቸግረን፣ ምንም ሳይጎድለን እንዴት ከፈረንጆቹ የማይጠቅመውን ነገር ብቻ መርጠን በመቀበል መጪውን ትውልድ፡ ለአእምሮ ከንቱነት እና ለመንፈሣዊ ባርነት ልናጋልጥ ፈቀድን? ይህ በጣም የሚከነክንና የሚያስቆጣ ድርጊት ነው። ከአባቶቻችን የተረከብነውን ውድ ፀጋ፡ የነርሱን አደራ መንከባከብ ከባድ ሆኖ ስለምናገኘው፡ ታሪክ ዋጋ እንደሌለው፣ የአባቶችንን ሥራ ማውሳቱ ፍሬቢስነት እንደሆነ አድርገን እራሳችንን በማሳማን ቀላል የሆነውን የክህደት መንገድ መርጠን ለባዕዳውያኑ አላፊ “ሥልጣኔ‘ በስንፍናችን እንጋለጣለን። በብልጭልጩ ዓይናችን ታውሯልና። ለአባቶቻችን ከአምላክ የተሰጠውን ሥርዓት መናቅ፥ ከእግዚአብሔር የተገኘውን የአባቶቹን ሃይማኖት መተው፥ ትውልዱ፡ አባቶቼ ያቆዩልኝ ትክክል አይደለም፡ የፈረንጁ ትክክል ነው በማለት ነገሮችን ሳይመረመር የማያውቀው ወጥመድ ውስጥ ይገባል። ክርስቶስን በ ጣዖት ፥ ተዋሕዶን በተሃድሶ ፥ ቤተ መቅደስን በቢራ ቤት ፥ መስቀልን በ ፎቅ ፥ ጠበልን በመርዝ ፥ ጥቁርን በ ነጭ ፥ መከዳን በ ሞኒካ ፥ ግዕዝን በላቲን ፥ ነጠላን በ ከረባት ፥ እንጀራን በ ሃምበርገር ፥ እርጎውን በ ኮካኮላ፥ ንጹሑን አየር በመኪና ጭስ በመተካት ምን የሚጠቅመንና የተሻለ ነገር ያገኘን እየመሰለን ይሆን? ለመደንቆር ፥ ልፍስፍስ ለመሆን፥ ለመታመም እና እራቁት ለመቅረት ካልሆነ በቀር!

ግድየለሽነታችን፡ ከኔ ጀመሮ፡ እጅግ በጣም የሚገርም ክስተት ነው። ሌላው ቢቀር፡ ሥጋዊነት ወይም አካላዊነት የሌላቸው መላእክት እንኳን በነጮች ምስል እኮ ነው እየቀረቡልን ያሉት። ውጭ አገር የሚኖሩትና ብዙ ነገሮችን በቅርብ ለመታዘብ ዕድሉ ያላቸው አባቶች ሳይቀሩ ነው ኢትዮጵያዊውን ክርስቶስ በመተው የፈረንጆቹን ክርስቶስ ደረታቸው ላይ አንጠልጥለው የሚታዩት። ይህ መቸም በመጥፎ ታስቦ ሳይሆን ሌላውን በማክበርና በመውደድ ከመጣ በጎነት የመነጨ ነው። ይህ ተግባር ግን በዚህች በአሁኗ ዓለማችን ከፍተኛ ስህተት ነው ሊሆን የሚችለው። “እንደ እባብ ልባሞች እንደ ርግብም የዋሆች ሁኑ” የሚለውን ቅዱስ ቃል ቸል በማለት።

ይህ ጉዳይ በቀላሉ መወሰድ የለበትም! “ምን አለበት? ልዩነት የለውም!” እየተባለለት መታለፍ ያለበትም ጉዳይ አይደለም። ምስሎችና ምልክቶች እጅግ ከፍተኛ ሚና በሚጫወቱባት ዓለማችን የኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ ምስል ፈረንጅ ወይም አይሁድ እና ኢትዮጵያዊ መምሰል ትልቅ ቦታ፡ ከፍተኛ ዋጋ ይኖረዋል። ምናልባትም ብዙ ኢትዮጵያውያን ኢትዮጵያዊውን ተዋሕዶ እምነታቸውን እየተው ወደ መጤው የፈረንጅ እምነት ከሚወድቁባቸው ምክኒያቶች አንዱ ይህ የአባቶቻችንን ትክክለኛ ኢትዮጵያዊ የሥዕል ጥበበ ባሕል እየተተወ እና እየተበላሸ በመምጣቱ ሊሆን ይችላል። ይህም እየተሠራ ያለው ጥፋት/ኃጢዓት፡ በአንድ በኩል፡ ወደ መንግስተ ሰማይ የሚወስደውን በር በወገኖቻችን ላይ እየዘጋባቸው መሆኑን፡ በሌላ በኩል ደግሞ ሃቁን በመካድ፡ የሌለውን የክርስቶስን፣ የማርያምን እና የቅዱሳንን ማንነት ያለአግባብ ቀስበቀስ እየቀየርን መሆኑን ሊያሳየን ይችላል።

እግዚኦ መኻረነ ክርስቶስ!

የፕሮቴስታንት ሃይማኖት ፓስተር የነበሩት የጀርመን ፌደራል ሪፓብሊክ ርዕሰ ብሔር፡ ዮአኪም ጋውክ፡ ባለፈው ማክሰኞ የላሊበላ ቆይታቸው፡ የእነ ቤተ ጊዮርጊስን ተዓምራት በቦታው ተገኝተው ከታዘቡ በኋል የሚከተለውን በመመሰጥ ተናግረው ነበር፦

“ኢትዮጵያውያኑ ጽኑ እምነታቸውን በቋጥኙ ቅርጽ ያንጸባርቁታል፡ እዚህ ተገኝቼ ይህን ድንቅ ሥራ በዓይኔ ለማየት ስበቃ የጉዞ ፊልሞች የሚያቀርቧቸው ምስሎች ስሜትን የመቀስቀስ ብቃት እንደሌላቸው አሁን ተገነዘብኩ፡ ላሊበላ በመምጣቴ፡ ይህች ቦታ በርግጥም የሰው ልጅ ዘር ምንጭ መሆኗን ለመገንዘብ በቅቻለሁ፡ ክርስቲያናዊ ስሜቴም ተቀስቅሷል፡ ተደንቄአለሁ።“

አስደናቂ የሕይወት ታሪክ ያላቸው እኚህ ሰው፡ በኮሙኒስቷ ጀርመን (ቻንስለሯም ከዛው ናቸው) በፕሮቴስታንት ፓስተርነት የሃይማኖት ጠላት ከነበረው የምስራቅ ጀርመን መንግሥት ጋር እየተፋለሙ ነበር ሲኖሩ የነበሩት። አዲስ አበባ እንደገቡም የፕሮቴስታንቶችን የመቃብር ቦታ በቅድሚያ ለመጎብኘት መሻታቸው ከዚህ ታሪካቸው ጋር የተያያዘ በመሆኑ ሊሆን ይችላል። ጀርመኖች፡ ግማሹ ካቶሊክ ግማሹ ፕሮቴስታንት ናቸው። በማርቲን ሉተር የተጀመረው የፕሮቴስታንቶች ተሃድሷዊ እንቅስቃሴ መሠረቱ ጀርመን እንደመሆኑ፤ ይህ እንቅስቃሴ ክርስቲያናዊ ሕይወትን አስመልክቶ የትኛውን መንገድ እንደተከተለና ምን ዓይነት ውጤት እንዳመጣ ፕሬዚደንቱም፡ እውነተኛ የሆኑ ጀርመናውያንም ያውቁታል። እንቅስቃሴው ባጭር ጊዜ ውስጥ (500 ዓመት አይሞላም) ክርስቲያናዊ ሕይወትን/ክርስትናን ከሕብረተሰቡ ለማጥፋት በቅቷል፡ ሕዝቡን ከፍተኛ መንፈሳዊ ውድቀት ላይ ጥሎታል። “ከፍሬያቸው ታውቋቸዋላችሁ። ከእሾህ ወይን ከኩርንችትስ በለስ ይለቀማልን?” ፕሬዚደንቱም በላሊበላዋ አጭር ቆይታቸው ይህን የተገነዘቡ መሰለኝ።

በብዙ አውሮፓውያን ሕዝቦች ዘንድ “ጥቁር ማዶና” ወይም “ጥቁር ማርያም” ተብላ የምትጠራዋ እመቤታችን ከፍተኛ አክብሮት እንዳላት ይታወቃል። ከፊሊፒንስ አገር እስከ ፖላንድና ሜክሲኮ ድረስ በመላው ምድራችን ብዛት ያላቸው የክርስትና እምነት ተከታዮች ጥቁሯ ማዶና የሚሏትን ኢትዮጵያዊቷን ጽዮን ማርያምን በጥልቁ ማክበር ልዩ መለያቸው ከሆነ ብዙ ዘመናት አሳልፏል።

ከ11ኛው እስከ 13ኛው ምዕተዓመት ባለው ጊዜ ወደ ኢትዮጵያ ተጉዘው እንደነበር የሚነገርላቸው፡ ናይትስ ኦፍ ቴምፕላርስ፡ የጥቁሯ ማዶናን ምስጢር ከኢትዮጵያ ተዋሕዶ ቤተክርስቲያን አግኝተው ወደ አውሮፓ፡ በተለይ ወደ ፈረንሳይ ይዘው በመሄድ ለአብዛኞቹ አውሮፓውያን እንዳስተዋወቋቸው የሚዘክር ታሪክ አለ። አንዴ ንግሥት ሣባ ሌላ ጊዜ ደግሞ ማርያ ማግዴላ ነች ይሏታል። የተዋሕዶ ክርስትና ተከታዮች፡ እመቤታችን ማርያምን የ “ብርሃን እናት” ብለው ስለሚጠሯት እንዲሁም ጌታችን ኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ በ ብርሃንናበ ፀሐይ ስለሚመሰል፡ ቴምፕላሮቹም ይህን የጽኑ እምነት መግለጫ ከኢትዮጵያ ወስደው በጨለማ ውስጥ ለነበሩት አውሮፓውያን አድርሰው ይሆናል የሚል ሃሳብ አለ። መቼም እውነትን–ደባቂዎቹ አውሮፓውያን ባለ ታሪኮች ለሁሉም ነገር የቴምፕላሮችን ስም እያነሱ ያልተፈጸመውን ሁሉ ተጽፍሞ ይሆናል በማለት ታሪክን ማበላሸት ይቀናቸዋልና፡ መንፈሳዊ ተሰጥኦ ያላቸው አውሮፓውያን በራዕይ ኢትዮጵያዊቷ ጽዮን ማርያምን ለማየት አልተቻላቸውም፡ ቴምፕላሮች ናቸው ምስሏን ከኢትዮጵያ ይዘውት የመጡት ብለው ይናገራሉ። የላሊበላን ዓብያተ ክርስቲያናት እነዚሁ ቴምፕላሮች ናቸው የሠሯቸው፡ ኢትዮጵያውያን ለዚህ ብቃት የላቸውም እስከ ማለት ደርሰው የለም። ከኛም መኻል ይህን ቅሌታማ የፈጠራ ወሬ የሚያስተጋቡ አሳፋሪዎች አልጠፉም።

ምስጢሩ ግን፡ ኢትዮጵያዊቷ እመቤታችን በመንፈስ ድኻ ለሆኑት የዓለማችን ነዋሪዎች በራዕይ እየተገለጠችላቸው ነው። ማንነቷንም ባለመደበቋ፡ ለአሕዛቡ ሁሉ ጠቆር ብላ ስለታየቻቸው ጥቁር ማዶና የሚል ስም ሰጥቷል። በፓላንድ እና በ ክሮኤሺያ የሚገኙት ጥቁር ማዶናዎች ንግሥት ማከዳን / ሣባን እንደሚያስታውሷቸው፡ በርሷም በኩል በየአገሩ ተዓምራተ ማርያምን በየጊዜው በማየታቸውና እመቤታችንንም በማክበር ህይወታቸውን በጥሩ መልክ ለመለወጥ እንደበቁ ብዙ መረጃዎች ይመሰክራሉ። አብዛኛው ዓለም ግን ይህን ምስጢር ላለማውጣት እስካሁን ድረስ አፍኖ ይዞታል። ኢትዮጵያዊ ዝርያ አለባት የምትባለዋ (እንዳለባት በጣም እጠረጥራለሁ) የታላቋ ብሪታንያ ንግሥት ኤልሣቤጥ እንኳ፡ ትክክለኛው ማንነቷ እንዳይታወቅባት ያው አፍና እንድትኖር ተገድዳለች። አንጋፋዎቹ ሩሲያዊው አሌክሳንደር ፑሽኪን፣ እንግሊዛዊው ሰር ፒተር ኡስቲኖቭ በኢትዮጵያዊው አመጣጣቸው ይኮሩ ነበር።

በፖላንዷ ቼስቶኾቫ(Częstochowa) የምትገኘው ጥቁሯ ማዶና በአገሬው ሕዝብ ዘንድ ከማንም በላይ ከፍተኛ አክብሮት ያላት፣ በብዙ መቶ ሺህ የሚቆጠሩ ጎብኝዎችን በየሣምንቱ የምትስብ፣ ለናዚዝምና ኮሙኒዝም ውድቀት ከፍተኛ አስተዋጽዖ ያበረከተች፣ የፖላንድ ጥብቅ የካቶሊክ እምነት መሠረት የሆነች፡ እንዲሁም የሮማውን ጳጳስ፡ ዮሐንስ–ጳዎሎስ ሁለተኛውን፡ ካርዲናል ቮይቲላን ያፈለቀች ድንቅ ቦታ ነች። በ ቼስቶኾቫ የሚገኘው የእመቤታችን ምስል በሐዋርያው ቅዱስ ሉቃስ የተሳለ እንደሆነ ይነገርለታል።

ይህ ሁሉ ምንን ያሳየናል? አዎ! የንግሥታችን ሣባ ዘር የሆነችው እመቤታችን ቅድስት ማርያም ብርሃኗን ከአገራችን ከኢትዮጵያ እያፈነጠቀች መንፈሣዊ ጨለማ ወደሰፈነባቸው ሩቅ አገራት፡ ቦታና ጊዜ ሳይወስናት ለዘመናት ተዓምር በመሥራት ላይ እንደምትገኝ ነው። መዳን የሚፈልጉትም የርሷን ብዙ ተዓምራት እያዩ በጌታችንና መድኃኒታችን ዓማካይነት ለመዳን መብቃታቸውን ነው። እመቤታችንን ከድተው የነበሩት በዙ ፕሮቴስታንቶች እንኳ ቀስ በቀስ ወደርሷ በመመለስ ላይ ይገኛሉ። የወደቁት ወገኖቻችንም ይህ እድል ይድረሳቸው።

Non-Arabs Don’t Need Al Jazeera

My note: I read the following report:

“Al Jazeera’s English and Arabic websites are reported to have been blocked in Ethiopia”

…and thought that it’s a wonderful thing! They should also do the same thing with the redundant news source of Al Jazeera TV – a biased Islamic propaganda machine, which pushes arab viewpoint, instead of reporting news or airing programs in an objective way. Al Jazeera is blocked even in the United States. Every Ethiopian should remove it from his/her channel listings, and refrain from everything “Al”, like in Al-Jazeera, Al-Gore, Al-Thani, Al-Saud etc. The prefix “Al” in the Ethiopic grammer, like in “Mewuded” “Al’mewuded” is negation, and it always means trouble.  

It’s a shame that the despotic nation of Qatar – which just sentenced its own Poets to Life in Prison for a Verse – is active in promoting its own version of freedom and justice across Africa.

The following articles perfectly give a description of one of the most dangerous medias of our time. Ethiopians should be warned to not tune in to this misleading media organization which was created with the help of some greedy western media makers.

The collapse of Al-Jazeera

The fact that the channel is owned and tightly controlled by the undemocratic and authoritarian Qatari royal family, that jails independent journalists who criticize the regime at home, seems to have gone unnoticed and ignored by many. But since the start of the Arab Spring, that is slowly starting to change.

According to an article that appeared in the German magazine Der Spiegel, many leading journalists and TV anchors have started to leave the channel in recent months. According to one of those that has recently left, the German based Aktham Sulimen, “Before the beginning of the Arab Spring, we were a voice for change…a platform for critics and political activists throughout the region. Now, Al-Jazeera has become a propaganda broadcaster.”

According to another Beirut based correspondent, “Al-Jazeera takes a clear position in every country from which it reports – not based on journalistic priorities, but rather on the interests of the Foreign Ministry of Qatar……In order to maintain my integrity as a reporter, I had to quit.”

In truth, Al-Jazeera was never an independent media outlet and always had a political bias.

I can remember watching its Arabic language coverage of the revolution in Egypt and noticing that it dedicated two hours to a rambling speech by Muslim Brotherhood-allied cleric Yusuf al-Qaradawi, who also happens to be based in Qatar. The speech didn’t even attract a large crowd in Egypt and was largely irrelevant to what was happening on the streets. It was merely propaganda for the Muslim Brotherhood, which did not lead the revolution but is close to the Qatari royal family.

Al-Jazeera’s “Alternative Viewpoint” in Qatar’s Paradise

Al-Jazeera is not, however, a communications medium in the Western sense; it is a psychological warfare medium. Its cameras are always turned outward; they never criticize Qatar’s tyrannical, dictatorial, corrupt, plutocratic leaders or their exploitation of foreign workers, who have neither the status nor rights of Qatari nationals. Al-Jazeera’s ongoing propaganda campaign against the Arab states in the Middle East is a move chosen by the rulers of Qatar to deflect Arab, Western and effervescent local attention from what is happening in the corrupt Al-Thani family’s dark, closed emirate of wealth.

Although it promises aid to financially needy Islamic countries, it sends just the occasional pittance when t feels a need to bolster its popularity. Meanwhile huge unreported sums go to support Islamist terrorist organizations such as Hamas in the Gaza Strip and Jabhat Alnusra Al Islamiya in Syria. The rest of country’s enormous oil revenues are channeled into the coffers of the rulers and their close associates, and are used to pay for their entertainment or for building enormous towers. The rest of the population — most of which are foreign workers whose labor they exploit and who have no civil or social rights — is not invited to join the party.

Although Al-Jazeera incites Muslim masses around the world to revolt against “repressive regimes,” while calling for “democracy,” “pluralism,” and the ousting of totalitarian rulers, Qatar itself does not hold elections, has no political parties, has no democratic institutions, and its citizens have no political or social rights. What Qatar does have, with the help of Sharia [Islamic religious law], is a strong, family-run system of enforcing internal security and suppressing opposition. Al-Jazeera is the well-oiled and well-funded machine of a family employing armed mercenaries who call themselves “media personnel”: Propaganda warriors who use cameras and microphones as weapons. Qatar therefore has every reason to hide what happens within its borders and look for defects in other places.

Al-Jazeera takes two editorial routes: its English-language programs present a moderate, cultured version of its propaganda, different from what is broadcast by its Arabic-language programs. Nonetheless, its purpose seems to be to spread Islam and undermine secularism.

Al-Jazeera’s reporting is unbalanced in that it gives favorable coverage to Islamic regimes and movements it wants to strengthen, and slanders those it wants to weaken. Its sights are set on changing regimes. Al-Jazeera effectively created the Arab Spring by endlessly rebroadcasting footage of the fruit-seller in Tunisia who set himself on fire to protest his government. Every time there was a small demonstration, Al-Jazeera would cover it and air it time and again until the people of Tunisia were sufficiently whipped up.

Al-Jazeera’s reporting is also unbalanced when it is turns to the religiously-motivated activities of Islamist groups in other countries, where the Arab Spring was turned into an Islamist Winter, and where the good intentions of democratically-minded young Muslims were exploited and perverted as, after the revolutions, Islamists seized power. Al-Jazeera’s bias is also evident in its support for the dictatorship of Mohamed Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt at the expense of the country’s moderate, secular, democracy-seeking opposition, on whose back the Islamization of the country is taking place.

As a TV channel, Al-Jazeera does not operate under accepted Western norms. It is a fundamentalist terrorist communications base operating under Qatari political cover, with a pretense of pluralism. While in the other Arab countries, to reach the Islamic paradise, people need to kill Jews and be killed in wars, dying as shaheeds [martyrs] in the battles of Islam, according to Al-Jazeera only Qatar is already a genuine paradise on earth. Everything there is perfect, so there is no need to report the news.

When America’s enemies invade America’s media

It would be interesting to get an update on enemy penetration of today’s mainstream media. Such a review won’t happen (at least in public) because HUAC/HISC and its Senate counterpart the Senate Internal Security Subcommittee (SISC) are long gone, thanks to pressure from Communists, fellow-travelers, and embarrassed liberals.

There are government entities today that are supposed to be looking out for us with regard to chinks in our internal security armor. Their ability to do so is questionable at best.

But now, with the Al gore/Al-Jazeera deal, our current enemies have gone way beyond the sneak-around, undercover methodology utilized by Stalin’s secret agents. Here we have in broad daylight an enemy takeover of a telecommunications medium with the capability of reaching millions of homes right here in the USA.

As Cliff Kincaid said at his February 5 news conference, Al-Jazeera is not entitled to the protections of the First Amendment because it is global terrorist entity – a front for Al-Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood.

A foreign entity desiring to own telecommunications operations in the U.S. is supposed to go through a vetting process by the Department of Justice (DOJ), the FBI, and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). None of that has taken place, so the Al-Jazeera takeover is a violation of the law right there.

The legal process is known as CFIUS – the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, an inter-agency panel of the U.S. Government, chaired by the Secretary of the Treasury and including members from 16 departments and agencies. No legally-required application by Al-Jazeera has been made to this body.

Under the transfer arrangement, the name of the channel under its new ownership is to be Al-Jazeera America. That, in and of itself, is labeled by Kincaid as “a complete and utter fraud,” especially given that Al-Jazeera is fronting for people whose fondest wish is “Death to America.”

ሰንደቅ ዓላማችን፣ ቩዱ ጥንቆላ እና ፍሬሜሰኖች

አረንጓዴ ቢጫ ቀይ የሆነው የቀስተ ደመና ምልክት በአባታችን በኖኅ አማካይነት ከእግዚአብሔር የተቀበልነው የዘለዓለም ሰንደቅ ዓላማችን ነው።

እየተካሄድብን ያለው ጦርነት በአንድ በኩል መንፈሳዊ በሌላ በኩል ደግሞ ሥጋዊ ባሕርይ ያለው ነው። በባዕዳን ጠላቶቹና በወገን ባላጋሮቹ አማካይነት በረቀቀና በጠለቀ መልክ እየተካሄደ ያለው ጦርነት ከሰንደቅ ዓላማችን እስከ ቋንቋችን ድረስ በሁሉም የኢትዮጵያዊ መግለጫዎች በሆነው ማንነታችን ላይ ነው።

ከ500 ዓመታት በፊት ከፍልስጤሟ ጋዛ በመጣው የቱርኮች ቅጥረኛ በአህመድ ግራኝ ሠይፍና በአረማውያን ተከታዮቹ ጦር ሕዝባችን አለቀ፡ በሥጋም ደከመ። ይህ መራራ ጽዋ አልበቃ ብሎ አገሪቱና ሕዝቧ በዚያ አስከፊ መቅሰፍት መዳከማቸውን ተመልክተው፡ ከውጭ በኩል ባዕዳኑ አጋጣሚውን በመጠቀም በአንድ በኩል የዘመኑ ኃያል የነበረው ኦቶማን ቱርክ በኢትዮጵያ ላይ ሥጋዊ ጦርነትን አወጀ፣ በሌላው በኩል ደግሞ የካቶሊክ ቤተ ክርስቲያን የሃይማኖት መረቧን በኢትዮጵያ ለመዘርጋት ቆርጣ ተነሥታ ሠራዊቷን አሠማርታ ነበር።

እነዚያ የኢትዮጵያ የዘር ጠላቶች እንደዛሬው ሁሉ በዚያን ሰዓትም በተባበረና በተቀነባበረ፡ በተቀናጀ መልክ እርሷንና ትውልዷን ጨርሰው ከምድር ገጽ ለመደምሰስ ብዙ ሞከሩ፡ ግን የእግዚአብሔር ኃይል ይበልጣልና፡ እነዚያን ረቂቅና ግዙፋን ጥንብ–አንሺ ወራሪዎች አገር ወዳዱ የኢትዮጵያ ትውልድ “አገሬን ለዲያብሎስ አልሰጥም!” በሚል የተዋኅዶ ክርስትና ወኔአቸው አምላክ የሰጣቸውን ሰንደቅ ዓላማ እያውለበለቡ ሁሉንም አንድ ባንድ ለበለቡ።

በደቡብ አፍሪቃው የአፍሪቃ ዋንጫ ለ30 ዓመታት ያህል ከውድድሩ ርቃ የነበረችው ኢትዮጵያ በምድቧ ዛምቢያን (አረንጓዴ) ናይጀሪያን (አረንጓዴ) ቡርኪና ፋሶን (አረንጓዴ፣ ቀይ፣ ቢጫ) ገጠመች። በመጀመሪያው የዛምብያ ጨዋታ፡ ጎበዙ ተጫዋች ሳላዲን አንዴም ሁለቴም ያለቀላቸውን ግቦች ሳተ፡ ብዙም አልቆየ በረኛው አብዲ በመጥፎ ባሕርይው ከሜዳ እንዲወጣ ተደረገ፡ ዛምብያም ወዲያው ግብ አስቆጠረች። በኋላም ቢጫ ለብሶ የነበረው የኢትዮጵያ ቡድን ካፕቴንና ቁልፍ ተጨዋች አዳነ ለኢትዮጵያ ቡድን ጎል አስቆጥሮ አቻ ተወጣ።

የቀጠለው ‘ጨዋታ‘ ከቡርኪና ፋሶ ጋር ነበር። አረንጓዴ ለብሶ ወደ ሜዳ የገባው የኢትዮጵያ ቡድን ዋና ተጨዋችና የቡድን መሪ አዳነ ባልታወቀ አደጋ ቆስሎ ከአፍሪካ ዋንጫ ተሰናበተ፤ በዚህም የኢትዮጵያ ቡድን ዕድል ቶሎ ተቀጨ።

የቀጠለው ጨዋታ ከአረንጓዴዎቹ ከናይጄርያ ጋር ነበር። በዚህም ጨዋታ የኢትዮጵያ ቡድን የአጨዋወት ችሎታ ከናይጀርያዎቹ አያንስም ነበር፡ ነገር ግን መሆን የለበትምና ኢትዮጵያውያኖቹ እራሳቸው እራሳቸውን በመቅጣት ለናይጀርያ ቡድን ሁለት የቅጣት ምቶችን በአረንጓዴ ሰፌድ ከአረንጓዴ፣ ቢጫና ቀይ ማልያቸው ጋር አስረክበው ከውድድሩ ተሰናበቱ።

አሁን የመጀመሪያውንና የሚቀጥለውን ዙሮች አልፈው የሄዱት ቡድኖች፡ ማለትም፤ ቡርኪና ፋሶ (አረንጓዴ፣ ቀይ ቢጫ) ከጋና (ቀይ፣ ቢጫ አረንጓዴ) ናይጀርያ (አረንጓዴ፣ነጭ፣አረንጓዴ) ከማሊ (በአግድም፡ አረንጓዴ፣ ቢጫ ቀይ) ጋር ተጋጠሙ፡ በመጨረሻም ቡርኪና ፋሶ (አረንጓዴ፣ቀይ፣ቢጫ) ከ ናይጀሪያ (አረንጓዴ፣ ነጭ አረንጓዴ) ተጋጥመው፡ አረንጓዴዋ ናይጀርያ የውድድሩ አሸናፊ ለመሆን በቃች።

እስፖርት፣ ጨዋታዎች ወይም ሙዚቃን የመሳሰሉት ነገሮች ጨዋታዎች ወይም ድምጾች ብቻ አይደሉም። ከነዚህ ነገሮች ጀርባ የሕዝቦች ማንነት፣ የሕዝቦች ስነልቦናዊ ወይም ስሜታዊ ባሕርይ ይንጸባረቅበታል። ለምሳሌ ጣልያንና ጀርመንን የመሳሰሉት አውሮፓውያን ተከላካይነታቸው በጣም የጠበቀና እልህም የተጨመረበት ስለሆነ የሚሰለፉትን የእግርኳስ ሜዳ ልክ እንደ ጦር ሜዳ አድርገው ነው የሚያዩት፤ ስለዚህ ሲከላከሉ፡ አገራቸውንና ሕዝባቸውን በአገር ወዳድነት እንደተከላከሉ አድርገው ስለሚወስዱት ኳስ ሳይሰጡ እስከ ተቀናቃኙ ጎል ድረስ በመሄድ ጎሎችን ያስቆጥራሉ። በዚህም ባሕርያቸው ሁለቱ አገሮች እያንዳንዳቸው አራት ጊዜ የዓለም ሻምፒዮን ለመሆን በቅተዋል። በዓለም ታዋቂ የሆኑት ኅይለኛ በረኞችም ከነዚህ ሁለት አገሮች ነው የሚወጡት። በዚህም የሕዝቦቻቸውን ጦረኛ ባሕርይ በእግርኳስ ሜዳ ላይ ሳይቀር ያንጸባርቃሉ።

በሌላ በኩል ደግሞ፡ ከሙስሊም አገሮች የሚመጡትን የሰሜን አፍሪቃ፣ ቱርክና ኢራን የመሳሰሉትን ቡድኖች ስንመለከት፡ ተጫዋቾቹ ልክ እንደ አበደ ውሻ ሙሉውን ሜዳ ወዲያ ወዲህ እያሉ በመሮጥ፡ በጥበብ ለመጫወት ሳይሆን፡ የተቀናቃኙን ቡድን ጨዋታ ለማበላሸት ይሞክራሉ። የሌላውን ማንነት መረበሽ ወይም ማጨናገፍ የእነዚህ ሕዝቦች ባሕርይ ነው። በእግር ኳስ ብቻ አይደለም፣ በሩጫው ዓለምም ከእነዚህ ሕዝቦች ጀርባ ምን እንዳለ ለመረዳት በለንደኑ ኦሎምፒክ ጨዋታዎች የሴቶች 1500ሜትር ሩጫ ላይ ኢትዮጵያዊቷን፡ አበባ አረጋዊን፡ ልክ የኢትዮጵያ የእግርኳስ ቡድንን እንዳደነዘዙት፡ አሯሯጧን በማሰናከል እርግጠኛ የነበረውን የወርቅ ሜዳሊያ ነጠቋት። እንደገና ለማየት ቪዲዮውን በቅርቡ አቀርባለሁ።

1ኛና 2ኛ የወጡት ማንም የማያውቃቸው ሁለቱ ቱርኮች እርዳታውን ያገኙት ማንነቷን በመካድ የአረብ ባንዲራ ለማውለብለብ በበቃቸውና እራሷን “ዩሱፍ ጀማል” እያለች በምትጠራው ሯጭ ነበር። የሚያሳዝን ነው!

ወደ አረንጓዴ፣ ቢጫ ቀይ ሰንድቅ ዓላማችን ስንመለስ፣ በሰንድቅ ዓላማችን ላይ ያረፈው ባለ ሰማያዊ ቀለምና 5-ማዕዘን የኮከብ ቅርጽ ያለው አርማ ባንዲራችን ላይ ባይቀመጥ ጥሩ ነበር። ምናልባትም ቀደም ሲል ዓለምን የሚገዟት የሉሲፈር አርበኞች፡ ልክ የተበከለ ስንዴውን፣ ክትባቱን፣ የወሊድ መከላከያውን፣ የሳልሳ ዳንሱንና ሰዶማዊ ባሕሉንም አንድባንድ እንድንቀበል እንደሚያስገድዱን ሁሉ፡ ሰንድቅ ዓላማችን ላይም ኮከቡን እንድናሳርፈው በጊዜው አስገድደውን ሊሆን ይችላል፡ ነገር ግን፡ መንግሥት በተቀየረ ቁጥር አብሮ የመቀየር እጣ ወጥቶለት ነው እንጂ አርማው ሰንድቅ ዓላማችን ላይ መቀመጥ የለበትም፤ ጊዜውን ጠብቆ እንደሚነሳም የሚያጠራጥር አይደለም።

በቅኝ ግዛት ሥር የነበሩት ብዙ አፍሪቃውያን አገሮች የኢትዮጵያን አረንጓዴ፣ ቢጫና ቀይ ቀለማት በመውሰድ ባንዲራዎቻቸው ላይ በማሳረፋቸው ባንዲራችን ለአፍሪቃውያኑ ኩራት እንደሆነ ብዙ ጊዜ ይነገራል።፡ የባንዲራችንን ሦስት ቀለማት ሌሎች አፍሪቃውያን ወንድሞቻችንም በሰንደቅ ዓላማዎቻቸው ላይ በማሳረፋቸው ለአፍሪቃውያንም የተስፋ ምልክት ሆኗል የሚል እምነት አለን፤ በእውነት እንነጋገር ካልን ግን መጀመሪያ አፍሪቃ ማን ናት? አፍሪቃውያንስ እንማን ናቸው? የሚሉትን ጥያቄዎች አጥብቀን መጠየቅ ይኖርብናል። ለረጅም ጊዜ ‘ፓን–አፍሪቃዊ‘ የሆኑ ህልሞችና አመለካከቶች ካሏቸው ግለሰቦች መካከል አንዱ ነበርኩ። ይህ ፓን–አፍሪቃዊ ህልም በርግጥ አፍሪቃውያንን በአንድ የአፍሪቃዊ መንፈስ የሚያስተሳስር ቢሆን ኖሮ በጣም በጎ የሆነ ተግባር ለመሆን ይበቃ ነበር። ነገር ግን ይህ ሕልም ነው! ዕውን ሊሆንም የሚበቃ ነገር አይመስልም። የአፍሪቃውያንን ሕዝቦች አንድ ላይ ሊያስተባበር የሚችል አንድ–ወጥ ርዕዮተ ዓለም፣ ፖለቲካ ወይም ኅይማኖት አለመኖሩ አንዱ ትልቁ ምክኒያት ነው። አፍሪቃ፡ ከሌሎች ክፍለ ዓለሞች ጋር ሲወዳደር በጀነቲክስ አወጣጥ እንዲሁም በቋንቋና በሃይማኖት እጅግ በጣም የተለያዩ ሕዝቦች የሚኖሩበት አህጉር ነች። ስለሆነም፡ የቆዳ ቀለም ላይ ትኩረት በማድረግና ፓን–አፍሪቃዊ የሆነ ርዕዮተ–ዓለም በመከተል ብቻ ሁሉንም አንድ ለማድረግ መሞከር የሞኞች ህልም ነው። ይህ የፓን–አፍሪቃዊ እንቅስቃሴ እንዲያውም አፍሪቃን እንደ አንድ አገር አድርጎ የሚቆጥረውን የአፍሪቃውያኑን ጠላት ነው ሊጠቅም የሚችለው፤ በቀላሉ ለመቆጣጠርና ለመዋጋት እንዲችል ያመቸዋልና።

አፍሪቃውያኑ፡ ጠንካራና መሠረታዊ አፍሪቃዊ በሆነው የኢትዮጵያኛ ሥርዓት ውስጥ ገብተው ነፃ ለመወጣትና ከፍተኛው እምነታዊ የተራራ ጫፍ ላይ እንዳይደርሱ ለባርነትና ቅኝ አገዛዝ ቀንበር ያበቋቸው ሦስት በጣም ኅይለኛና አሉታዊ የሆኑ ነገሮች አሉ፤ እነዚህም፡

1. የቩዱ ጥንቆላ እምነት
2. የእስልምና እምነት
3. አውሮፓዊ የሆኑ የክርስትና እምነቶች (ካቶሊክ፣ ፕሮቴስታንቲዝም)

ናቸው።

እነዚህ ሦስት የእምነት ጎዳናዎች የኢትዮጵያኛው እምነት የሚከተለውን መንገድ በጣም ይቃረናሉ። አንዱ መንገድ ብቻ ነው ትክክለኛውን አቅጣጫ የሚከተለው፡ ወይ የነርሱ፣ ወይ የኢትዮጵያኛው። ስለዚህ እነዚህ ሁለት የተለያዩ ሥርዓቶችን ያቀፈ አንድ ወጥ የፓን–አፍሪቃ እንቅስቃሴ ፈጽሞ ሊኖር አይችልም።

ሰንድቅ ዓላማንም በሚመለከት፤ የኢትዮጵያ አረንጓዴ፣ ቢጫና ቀይ ቀለማት በጋና፣ ማሊ፣ ሴኔጋልና ሌሎች አፍሪቃውያን ባንዲራዎች ላይ ማረፉቸው ሕዝቦቻቸውን ወደ ኢትዮጵያኛው ሥርዓት ጎትቶ ሊያመጣቸው አይችልም። ለምሳሌ የአውሮፓውያኑ ክርስትና በተስፋፋባት ጋና የቩዱው የጥንቆላ እምነት ‘ክርስትናውን‘ ሳይቀር በጥልቅ በክሎት ይታያል። በተጨማሪ፡ ጋናም ሆነች ሌሎች ባለ አረንጓዴ፣ ቢጫ ቀይ አገሮች የነዚህን ቀለማት አቀማመጥ እንደ ኢትዮጵያ አረንጓዴው ከላይ፣ ቢጫው ከመኻል፣ ቀዩ ከታች አድርገው አይደለም የሚያቀርቡት። እንዲያውም ጋና ጭራሹን በመገለባበጥ ቀዩን ከላይ አረንጓዴውን ከታች በማድረግ ነው ሰንድቅ ዓላማውን የምታውለበለብው።

በዚህች ዓለማችን የምንጠቀምባቸው ቀለማት፣ አርማዎች እና ምልክቶች ብዙ ነገሮችን ሊነግሩን ይችላሉ። በተለይ የሰንደቅ ዓላማ ቀለማት ልዩ ትርጉም ስለሚኖራቸው በቀላሉ መታየት የለባቸውም። ስለዚህ የሰንደቅ ዓላማ ቀለማት አቀማመጥ ከፍተኛ ሚና ይጫወታሉ። ሉሲፈር ሰይጣን ሁልጊዜ መኮረጅ/መቅዳት/መገልበጥ ይወዳልና፣ እግዚአብሔር አምላክ ለኢትዮጵያ ልጆች በአባታቸው በኖህ አማካኝነት ከቀስተ ደመና ወስዶ የሰጣቸውን ቀለማት፡ በመኮረጅ እሱም ለደቂቃውያን ልጆቹ ሰጥቷል፤ ሰዶማውያን እና የቩዱ ጠንቋዮች እነዚህን ቀለማት መጠቀማቸውን እንደምሳሌ ይወሰዳል። ሰዶማውያንም ልክ እንደ ጋና አረንጓዴ፣ ቢጫና ቀዮቹን ቀለማት ገለባብጠው ነው የሚያውለበልቡት።

6ኛው የኢትዮጵያ ተዋሕዶ ቤተክርስቲያን ሊቀ ጳጳስ፡ አቡነ ማቴዎስ በተመረጡበት ቀን የሮማ ካቶሊክ ጳጳስ ዙፋናቸውን ማስረከባቸው የአጋጣሚ ነገር አይመስለኝም። የሮማዋ ካቶሊክ ቤተክርስቲያን ብዙ ድንቅ የሆኑ ነገሮችን የሠራች፡ ልትመሰገን የሚገባት ቤተክርስቲያን ብትሆንም፡ ባሁኑ ጊዜ በሰይጣን ቁጥጥር ውስጥ የገባች ትመስላለች። ለሮማ ካቶሊክ ቤተክርስቲያን ውድቀት አስተዋጽዖ በማበርከት ላይ ያሉት ሰዶማውያን እና የቩዱ ጠንቋዮች ናቸው። እንደሚታወቀው የካቶሊክ ቤተክርስቲያን ቄሶች ሚስት እንዲያገቡ አይፈቀድላቸውም (ሶለባት)። ይህን ሁኔታ የታዘቡት የማርቲን ሉተር ልጆች ካቶሊክ ቤተክርስቲያን ውስጥ ከ 40 – 50 ዓመታት በፊት በብዛት ሠርገው በመግባት ቀስበቀስ ቤተክርስቲያኗን ሊቆጣጠሩ በቅተዋል። አሁን የሚታየው የሕፃናት–ደፈራ ቅሌት ከዚህ ጋር የተያያዘ ነው። ቤነዲክት 16ኛ ወንበራቸውን ማስረከባቸውም የሰዶማውያን ተጽዕኖ እጅግ ከፍ እያሉ መምጣቱን ነው የሚነግረን። ምስኪኑ አዛውንት ጳጳስ ሊደርስባቸው የቻለውን የሽብር ሁኔታ እንዲሁ በቀላሉ መገመት አይቻልም። በዚህች ዓለማችን ዓይን ያወጣና እጅግ በጣም አደገኛ የሆነ ሽብር ነክ እንቅስቃሴ በማድረግ ላይ ያሉት ሁለት ኃይሎች አክራሪ ሰዶማውያን እና እስላሞች ናቸው። እነዚህ ኃይሎች ከላይ ከመደክቧቸው ሦስት የእምነት ክፍሎች ጋር በተገኘው አጋጣሚ ሁላ እይተመሣጠሩ ሉሲፈር የነፍስ–አዳኙን ያገለግላሉ።

በካቶሊኮች ዘንድ ቅዱስ “ማለኪ” ተብለው በ12ኛው ምዕት ዓመት ላይ በአየርላንድ የሚታወቁት ካቶሊካዊ ቄስ ተንብየውታል የተባለውን የ “ቅዱስ ማለኪ ትንቢት” እ.አ.አ በ1595 ዓ.ም የካቶሊክ መነኮሳት አሳትመወት ነበር። በዚህም ትንቢታቸው ማለኪ ስለመጨረሻዎቹ 10 የሮማ ካቶሊክ ጳጳሳት ተናግረዋል ይባላል። አሁን ወንበራቸውን ያስረከቡት በነዲክት አስራ ስድስት፡ 111ኛው ጳጳስ ሲሆኑ በትንቢቱ 9ኛው መሆናቸው ነው። ስለዚህ 10ኛውና ቆየት ብሎ የተጨመረው 112ኛው የሮማ ጳጳስ የመጨረሻው ይሆናሉ፡ ስማቸውም “ጴጥሮስ ሮማኑስ” ይሆናል ብለው ማለኪ መናገራቸው ተገልጿል።

የሮማ ካቶሊክ ቤተክርስቲያን ከኢትዮጵያ ጋር ባላት የረጅም ጊዜ ታሪካዊ ግኑኝነት፡ ከፍተኛ የቫቲካን ባለሥልጣናት ለመሆን የበቁ ኢትዮጵያውያን የሉም። ልክ በዓለማዊውም ዓለም እነ አሜሪካና እንግሊዝ ጋር ግኑኝነት በመመሥረት ቀዳሚ ከሆኑት አገሮች መካከል ኢትዮጵያ ትገኝበታለች፡ ኢትዮጵያውያንም በነዚህ አገሮች መኖር ከጀመሩ ከብዙ የዓለም አገራት ቀድመው ነበር። ነገር ግን በሕብረተሰቡ የፖለቲካ፣ የምጣኔ ሃብት፣ በባህላዊ ወይም ሃይማኖታዊ ሕይወት ውስጥ ኢትዮጵያውያን እስካሁን ምንም ዓይነት ሚና ለመጫወት አልበቁም፡ ብንል አልተጋነነም። የፖለቲካ መሪዎች ለመሆን የበቁ ወይም በብዙኃን ዜና ማሠራጫዎች ውስጥ ገብተው ታዋቂነትን ያተረፉ ኢትዮጵያውያን የሉም። ይህም፡ ብቃት፡ ወይም ችሎታ ሳይኖራቸው ቀርቶ ሳይሆን፡ ኢትዮጵያውያን የሉሲፈር ኃይሎች በሚመሩት ዓለም ውስጥ ገብተው እንዲያገለግሉ እግዚአብሔር ስላልፈቀደ ነው። ሌላ ምክኒያት ሊኖር አይችልም። ምናልባት ማንነታቸውን የካዱት ወይም ቆዳቸውን የቀየሩት ኢ–ኢትዮጵያውያን ታዋቂ የአሜሪካ ሴነተር ወይም ዝነኛ የቢቢሲ ጋዜጠኛ የመሆን እድል ይኖራቸው ይሆናል።

በሌላ በኩል ግን፡ ልክ ፕሬዚደንት ኦባማ (በርግጥ ኬኒያዊ አባት ከነበራቸው) ባጭር ጊዜ ውስጥ፡ ባቋርጭ የመጀመሪያው አፍሪቃ–አሜሪካዊ ፕሬዚደንት ለመሆን እንደበቁት ላለፉት ዓመታት በቫቲካን ከምዕራብ አፍሪቃ የፈለቁ የ“ካቶሊክ” አገልጋዮች ቁልፍ የሆኑ ሥልጣኖችን መያዝ ጀምረዋል፡ ለዚህም አሁን የምናውቃቸውን ናይጀሪያዊውና ጋናዊው ካርዲናሎችን እንደ ምሳሌ አድርገን መውሰድ እንችላለን። እነዚህ ግለሰቦች ካቶሊክኛ የመንፈሣዊ ትምህርት እውቀትና ብቃት እንደሚኖራቸው የሚያጠራጥር ነገር አይደለም። ነገር ግን ወደ ቫቲካን ያመጣቸው መንፈስ የአውሬው መንፈስ ሊሆን እንደሚችል ከተለያዩ ሁኔታዎች መገንዘብ እንችላለን። ምዕራብ አፍሪቃውያኑ የቤኒን፣ ናይጄሪያና ጋና ተወላጆች ከፍተኛ የቩዱ ጥንቆላ ተጽዕኖ ባለው መናፍስታዊ ኑሮ እንደሚመሩ የአደባባይ ምስጢር ነው። ከኢትዮጵያ ውጭ ያለችው የካቶሊክ ቤተክርስቲያንም እምነቷን በምእራቡ አፍሪቃ፣ በሃይቲ እና ብራዚል ከሚገኘው ቩዱኛ የጥንቆላ ባህል ጋር በማዋሀዷ እራሷን ለሉሲፈር አሳልፋ ልትሰጥ በቅታለች።

አክራ ጋና እስካሁን በአፍሪቃ ደረጃ “ሰላማዊ ለመሆንና መንግሥቷም ጽኑ አቋም ሊኖረው የቻለው ያለ ምክኒያት አይደለም። መቼም በዚህ ዓለም ታዋቂነትንና አድናቆትን ያተረፉ ነገሮች በእግዚአብሔር ቤት ከንቱዎች ናቸውና፡ እንደ እነ ማህተመ ጋንዲና ንክሩማኽ የመሳሰሉትን መሪዎች ባድናቆት ልንቀበላቸው የቻልንባቸውን ምክኒያቶች መመርመር ግድ ነው። ስለ ማንዴላ ብዙ ማለት አልችልም፡ ምናልባት በሮብን ደሴት ቆይታቸው ከአፓርታይዱ ሥርዓት በኋላ የነጩ ነዋሪ ደህንነት በሰላም ይጠበቅ ዘንድ አዘጋጅተዋቸው ይሆናል፡ ሆኖም ይህ ነው ለማለት በጣም ይከብዳል። ጋንዲ ግን፡ በደቡብ አፍሪቃ ቆይታቸው እሥር ቤት ውስጥ ከጥቁሮች ጋር ባንድ ላይ መሆን አልፈልግም የሚል የዘረኝነት አቋም እንደነበራቸው የተረጋገጠ ነገር ነው፤ አንዳንዴም ሰዶማዊ ሳይሆኑ አይቀሩም የሚባል ነገር አለ። ለማንኛውም፤ እሳቸውም ሕንዳውያን በእንግሊዞች ላይ እንዳያምጹ “ሰላማዊ አብዮቱን” በመከተል ማቀዝቀዣ መሪ ለመሆን የበቁ ናቸው።

የመጀመሪያው የጋና ፕሪዚደንት፡ ክዋሜ ንክሩማኽም ቀድመው ዝናን ሊያተርፉ የበቁት፡ ኢትዮጵያውያን፡ በተለይ አፄ ኅይለሥላሴ የመሪነቱን ቦታ በመያዝ አፍሪቃውያኑን እንዳያነሳሱ በአውሮፓውያኑ ዘንድ ፍራቻ ስለነበር ነበር። አዲሱ የአፍሪቃ ህብረት ሕንፃ ፊት ለፊት የንክሩማኽ ሃውልት እንዲቆም የተደረገውም ምናልባት በዚሁ ምክኒያት ሳይሆን አይቀርም። ንክሩማኽ እንደሌሎቹ የምዕራብ አፍሪቃ መሪዎች ሁሉ ሕይወታቸው በቩዱ ጠንቋዮች አማካይነት ይመራ ነበር። ይህን ጋናውያኑ እራሳቸው እዚህ ላይ ይመሰክራሉ። የቩዱ ፓስተሮች በፕሮቴስታንቱ ካቶሊኩና እስላሙ ዋሻ ውስጥ ሰርገው በመግባት ብሎም ከነፃ–ግንበኞች (ፍሪሜሰኖች፟) ጋር ግንባር በመፍጠር በሉሲፈር የሚመራውን ዓለም በመመገብ ላይ ይገኛሉ።

ከጠቅላይ ምኒስትር መለስ ዜናዊ ጋር ባንድ ወቅት “የተገደሉት“የጋናው ፕሬዚደንት አታ–ሚልስ የሚያውቁት ምስጢር ሊኖር ይችላል። የሰይጣኑ “ባፈሜት“ (ማሆሜት) አምላኪዎች እንደነበሩ የሚታወቁትና በካቶሊክ ቤተክርስቲያን ውስጥ ሠርገው በመግባት አምልኮተ ጣዖትንና ሰዶማዊነት ሲያስፋፉ የነበሩት “ናይትስ ኦፍ ቴምፕላርስ” ኢትዮጵያ ድረስ ሄደው የሙሴን ጽላት የመስረቅ ዕቅድ እንደነበራቸው የሚታወቅ ነው። ባፈሜት በ ፍየል መልክ ተመስሎ የተሳለ በአለ–ክንፍ ጣዖት ነው። ምስጢረኛው ባቄላ፤ ቡናችንን ያገኘችው ፍየል በክርስቲያን ኢትዮጵያውያን ዘንድ ለሥጋ ምግብ አትቀርብም። የሚገርመው፡ አረብኛ ቋንቋ ተናጋሪዎች ‘ባ‘ፈሜት ላይ ያለውን የ “ባ/በ ፊደል በሚገባ ማለት/መናገር አይችሉም። የባፈሜት ጣዖት አምላኪዎቹ ናይትስ ኦፍ ቴምፕላርስ ድብቅ የእስላም አርበኞች እንደነበሩም ይወራል፡ እዚህች ላይ እንመልከት። ናይት ኦፍ ቴምፕላርስ እና እነዚህ ቡድኖች ምናልባት በኢትዮጵያውያን ጠቋሚነት በፈረንሳዩ ንጉሥ፡ ፊሊፖስ በ14ኛው ምዕተ–ዓመት ለመጨፍጨፍ በቅተዋልም ይባላል። አውሮፓውያን በኢትዮጵያ ላይ ያላቸው ደስ የማይል ሬከርድ የዚህ ቁጭት ይሆን?

ቴምፕላሮች ከተወገዱ በኋላ ነፃ ግንበኞች/ፍሪሚሰኖች በተለይ በስኮትላንድ ውስጥ እነሱን ተክተው በተመሳሳይ መልክ ቫፈሜትን ማምለኩን ቀጥለዋል። አብዛኛው በዓለማችን አሉ የሚባሉት ድብቅ ማኅበረሰቦች የነዚሁ የፍሪሜሰኖች ልጆች ናቸው። ብዛት ያላቸው የአገራቱ መሪዎች፣ የገንዘብ ድርጅት ባለቤቶችና ሃብታም የሆኑ ግለሰቦች ሁሉ ፍሪሜሰናዊ ግኑኝነቶች አሏቸው። ለምሳሌ የፕሬዚደንት ቡሽ ቤተሰቦች እንዲሁም አዲሱ የአሜሪካ የውጭ ጉዳይ ሚኒስትር ጆን ኬሪ መሠረቱ በአሜሪካዋ የ ‘የል‘ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ለሆነው፡ የ ‘ራስ ቅልና አጥንቶች‘ (ስካል ኤንድ ቦንስ) አባልነት የተመዘገቡ ፍሪሜሰኖች ናቸው። ይህ ድርጅት ቀደም ሲል “የሞት ወንድማማችነት” ወይም ‘ብራዘርሁድ ኦፍ ዴዝ‘ የሚል ስያሜ ነበረው። በኋላ የመጡት ሙስሊም ወንድማማቾች ከዚሁ ጋር የሚያያዝ መሆኑ አሜሪካ በአሁኑ ሰዓት በግብጽ የምታደርገው እርዳታ ይነግረናል። ሌላ ጊዜ እመለስበታለሁ…

ጋናም ከመጀመሪያ ፕሬዚደንቷ ከ ክዋሜ ንክሩማኽ እስከ ኮፊ አናን ድረስ በቩዱ በኩል ፍሪሜሰኖችን ለማገልገል የተመረጠች አገር ናት። ጋና፡ ሰላም ያገኘችውና ዜጎቿም በያገሩ በብዛት ተሰደው በሰላም እንዲኖሩ መቻላቸው፡ እንዲሁም የነዳጅ ዘይት እንድታወጣ የተፈቀደላት በዚሁ ምክኒያት ነው። ነፍስ ከተሸጠ ዓለማዊውን ነገር ማግኘት ይቻላል! ፕሬዚደንት ኦባማ በአፍሪቃ ጉብኝታቸው አስቀድመው ወደ ግብጽ እና ጋና መሄዳቸው፡ የእስልምናና የቩዱ መንፈስ አብሮ እየሠራ መሆኑን ሊነግረን ይችላል። የረጅም ጊዜ የጋና ፕሬዚደንት የነበሩት ‘ጄሪ ሮውሊንግስ‘ ስኮታላንዳዊ ዝርያ ነበራቸው፡ በዚህም የፍሪሜሴኖች አባል በቀላሉ ለመሆን ችለዋል። ታቦተ–ጽዮንን ለመስረቅ ወደ ኢትዮጵያ መጥቶ የነበረውን ስኮትላንዳዊ ፍሪሜሰን፡ ጀምስ ብሩስን እግረ መንገዴን ልጠቁም።

ራሳቸውን ለሉሲፈራውያኑ የቩዱ–ፍሪሜሰን ቡድን ከሸጡት ጋናውያን መካከል አፈ–ጮሌው ወስላታ፡ ‘ኮፊ አናን‘ ይገኙበታል፤ እዚህ እንመልከት። ኮፊ አናን ለሚሊየን ‘ኢትዮጵያውያን‘ ቱሲ ነገዶች በሩዋንዳ መጨፍጨፍ ዋናው ተጠያቂ ናቸው። የሩዋንዳ እልቂት የፍሪሜሰኖች መሣሪያ በሆነው የተባበሩት መንግሥታት ድርጅት አነሳሽነት በአፍሪቃ ለሚካሄደው የሕዝብ ቁጥር ቅነሳ አጀንዳ የተፈጸመ እልቂት ነው። ኮፊ አናን እና የተባበሩት መንግሥታት ድርጅት እንዲሁም ፕሬዚደንት ክሊንተን ለዚህ አሰቃቂ ጭፍጨፋ ተጠያቂዎች ናቸው። ኮፊ አናን የቩዱ እና ፍሪሜሰኖችን ሰይጣናዊ አምልኮት ከተቀበሉት ብዙ ታዋቂ ግለሰቦች መካከል አንዱ ናቸው። ከ 2007ቱ የኬኒያ ምርጫ በኋላ በተፈጠረው ብጥብጥ ወደ ኬኒያ፡ እንዲሁም ባለፈው ዓመት ላይ ወደ ሶርያ በመሄድ ተቀናቃኞችን እንዲያደራድሩ የተደረገው በፍሪሜሰኖች አነሳሽነት ነበር።

ባጠቃላይ፡ ደቡብ ዓፍሪቃ፣ ጋና፣ ግብጽ፣ ናይጀርያና ኬንያ በአፍሪቃ የፍሪሜሰኖች ማዕከል ናቸው። ከዓመት በፊት የሰሜን አትላንቲክ የጦር ቃል ኪዳን (ኔቶ) ሊቢያን ለማጥቃት ሲወስን የአፍሪቃው ህብረት ተቃውሞውን ሲገልጥ፡ በተባበሩት መንግሥት የጸጥታው ምክር ቤት በጊዜው ተወክለው የነበሩት ደቡብ አፍሪቃና ናይጀርያ ግን አፍሪቃውያኑን በመክዳት ለኔቶ ድጋፋቸውን መስጠታቸው አንዱ ምሳሌ ነው። በተለይ ደቡብ አፍሪቃ በአፍሪቃ ለሚካሄዱት ለውጦች ሁሉ አርአያ እንድትሆን በፍሪሜሰኖቹ ተዘጋጅታለች። የሰዶማውያንን ጋብቻ አስቀድማ የተቀበለች፣ ፅንስን ማስወረድ ይፋ ያደረገች፣ የወሊድ መከላከያዎችን ቀድማ ያሰራጨች፣ የተኩስ መሣሪያዎችን ለነዋሪዎች የፈቀደች አገር ደቡብ አፍሪቃ ነች።

ወደ ጋና ስንመለስ፡ በመጪው ማክሰኞ በቫቲካን በሚካሄደው የሮማ ካቶሊክ ጳጳስ ምርጫ እጩ ከሆኑት ግለሰቦች መካከል ጋናዊው ካርዲናል ጴጥሮስ/ፒተር ቱርክማን አንዱ ናቸው። ከላይ የጠቀስኩትና የመጨረሻዎቹ 10 ጳጳሶችን የተመለክተው የ “ቅዱስ ማለኪ ትንቢት“፡ 112ኛውና የመጨረሻው ጳጳስ፡ “ጴጥሮስ ሮማኑስ” የሚል መጠሪያ እንደሚኖራቸው ተገልጧል። የሚገርመው፡ እኝህ ጋናዊ ካርዲናል በጋናዋ የትውልድ መንደራቸው በፋንቲ ቋንቋ ከዱሮ ጀምሮ “ጴጥሮስ ሮማኑስ” ተብለው እንደሚጠሩ ይነገራል። የመጨረሻ ስማቸው “ቱርክሰን” የ “ቱርክ ልጅ” የሚል ትርጓሜ መያዙ፣ በእስላም አጎታቸው ተንከባካቢነት ማደጋቸው፣ ባለፈው ዓመት ባዘጋጁት ጥናታዊ ፊልም ላይ እስልምናን የሚነቅፍ ንግግር ማድረጋቸው፤ ከጥቂት ቀናት በፊት ደግሞ “ሰዶማዊነት የነጮች በሽታ ነው” ብለው መናገራቸው፡ ሰውየውን ከብዙ ነገሮች ጋር እንዲተሳሰሩ፡ በጣም ተርጣሪ የሆነ ሚና ተጫዋች እንዲሆኑ ያደርጋቸዋል። ካርዲናል ቱርክሰን ለጵጵስና ይመረጣሉ የሚል እምነት የለኝም። ምናልባት ሊመረጥ የሚችለው ጣሊያናዊ ወይም አርጀንቲናዊ (እነሱም ጣልያኖች ናቸው) ወይም ሰሜን አሜሪካዊ ካርዲናል ነው። ነገር ግን ካርዲናል ቱርክሰን የሚመረጡ ከሆነ፡ እሳቸው አሁን እንደሚሉት ሳይሆን፡ ልልና ተሐድሷዊ የሆነ ፖሊስ በመከተል፡ ሰዶማውያኑንም እስላሙንም በይበልጥ ያስጠጋሉ፤ በዚህም የካቶሊክን ቤተክርስቲያን ወደ ታላቅ ውድቀት ይዘዋት ሊሄዱ ይችላሉ የሚል ግምት አለኝ። ፕሬዚደንት ኦባማ ለፕሬዚደንትነት ከመመመረጣቸው በፊት እና ከተመረጡ በኋል የሚከተሉትን በጣም የተለያየ መንገድ እንደ ምሳሌ መውሰድ ይቻላል። እሳቸውም ቀደም ሲል ሰዶማውያንን፣ ጽንፈኛ እስላሞችን በጥብቅ እንደሚቃወሙ ይለፍፉ ነበር፡ አሁን ግን ሁሉንም አቅፈው በመያዝ አሜሪካን ለጥፋት እያበቋት ነው። ፕሬዚደንት ኦባማ የየትኛው ምስጢራዊ ድርጅት አባል እንደሆኑ አይታወቅ ይሆናል፡ ነገር ግን እሳቸውም ቢሆኑ ላይ ከተጠቀሱት አብረው እንደሚሰሩና የእግዚአብሔርን መንግሥት ሳይሆን የሉሲፈርን መንግሥት እንደሚያገለግሉ አካሄዳቸው ያሳየናል። ስለዚህ የጥቁር ዝርያ ስለሆኑ ለአፍሪቃና አፍሪቃውያን ቁም ነገር ያደርጋሉ ብሎ ማመን ሞኝነት ነው። እነዚህ ቡድኖች ለዓላማቸው ሲሉ እንኳን እኛን የራሳቸውንም ሕዝብ ለአደጋ ከማብቃት ወደ ኋላ አይሉም። በ2012 ዓ.ም አፍሪቃ 4 መሪዎቿን ምስጢራዊ በሆነ መልክ አጥታለች። በአገራቱ ሁከትና አለመረጋጋት ለመፍጠር መሪዎችን እንደሚገድሉ/እንደሚያስገድሉ ያደባባይ ምስጢር ነው፤ ታዲያ አቡነ ጳውሎስን እና ጠቅላይ ምኒስትር መለስን (ነፋሳቸውን ይማርላቸው) እነዚህ ኃይሎች አስገድለዋቸው ይሆን? ይህን መላው የኢትዮጵያ ሕዝብ ይጠረጠራል፡ ደፍሮም ጨረር ነው ይላል! ግን፡ የፕሬዚደንት ኦባማ፣ የፕሬዚደንት ሙርሲና የሼክ አላሙዲ የወንድማማችነት ቡድን፡ ግብጽ፡ ሳውዲ ዓረቢያ እና ካታር ስለዚህ ጉዳይ ምን የሚያውቀው ነገር ይኖር ይሆን? ምስጢሩን የጢስ እሳት ቀስተ ደመና አንድ ቀን ያበራልናል።

“እነርሱ በስውር ስለሚያደርጉት መናገር እንኳ ነውር ነውና፤ ሁሉ ግን በብርሃን ሲገለጥ ይታያል፤ የሚታየው ሁሉ ብርሃን ነውና። ስለዚህ። አንተ የምትተኛ ንቃ ከሙታንም ተነሣ ክርስቶስም ያበራልሃል ይላል። እንግዲህ እንደ ጥበበኞች እንጂ ጥበብ እንደሌላቸው ሳይሆን እንዴት እንድትመላለሱ በጥንቃቄ ተጠበቁ፤ቀኖቹ ክፉዎች ናቸውና ዘመኑን ዋጁ።

Saudi Prince Accuses Forbes Magazine of Understating His Wealth

My note: Blaming and accusing others – this is exactly what I was talking about in my previous post: Wealth can not change the core nature of these folks. Arab Muslims are distinguished not by humility but by pride – really arrogance, self-glorification – a denial of personal responsibility for misfortune, which follows pathetic but contradictory notion of victimhood – these are all qualities hateful to the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. In Christianity humility ranks above wisdom or wealth. The Saudi prince who nurtures an inferiority complex vis-à-vis the Western world is strange to humility, modesty and honesty. In an age of arrogance, modesty and humility are the most valuable marks of strength and wonderfulness. Back in 2001, right after the September 11 cruel attack, the richest Saudi Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal gave the then mayor of New York city, Rudy Giuliani, a $10 million donation check for disaster relief. Of course, the mayor rejected the donation. In a similar move, another Saudi prince made a verbal Jihad against the nation of Ethiopia that angered, but not surprised, many Ethiopians. A few days later, Saudi finance minister went to Addis Abeba to silence local politicians with a $25 million loan — and, perhaps, to bribe the British multinational oil and gas exploration company, Tullow Oil Plc, which is drilling wells in Southern Ethiopia. Just announced they had not yet discovered any oil or gas in Ethiopia. In the past, they were doing it clandestinely, now almost everything is unfolding before our very eyes

Saudi prince blasts Forbes after they said he ranks 26^th and is ‘only worth £13billion’ in rich list

Most billionaires are known for fiercely guarding their privacy and wouldn’t dream of telling the world where their money is tied up – or how much they are worth.

But one Saudi royal seems to be anything but reticent when it comes to his enormous wealth.

Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal is threatening to boycott an annual list of the world’s super-rich, after Forbes magazine claimed he was  worth ‘only’ £13billion.

He is unhappy with a ‘flawed’ estimation of his wealth, which left him languishing in 26th place with a mere £13billion.

Prince Alwaleed, the Saudi King Abdullah’s nephew, insists his investments in London’s Savoy Hotel, Apple, Citigroup and News Corp have been undervalued.

According to the prince’s calculations he should have been ranked at number ten with a £19.5billion fortune, right behind L’Oreal heiress Liliane Bettencourt.

The indignant 57-year-old – who is currently in talks to buy Swindon Town football club – owns two super yachts, the world’s largest private jet and more than 200 cars.  These include his collection of Rolls-Royces, Ferraris and Lamborghinis.

The Saudi, who is married to Princess Amira Al-Taweel, has blasted the list, saying it is biased against businessmen from the Middle East.
