The Feast of The Holy Cross – MASKAL

Our Lord Jesus Christ invites each of us to bear the Cross and said: “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his Cross, and follow Me” (Matt. 16:24) (Mark 8:34). He also said to the rich young man: “Go your way, sell whatever you have and give to the poor,…and come, take up the Cross, and follow Me” (Mark 10:21). He made the bearing of the Cross a condition of discipleship in Him and said: “And whoever does not bear his Cross and come after Me cannot be My disciple” (Luke 14:27).

Our Lord, during all the time of His life on earth, lived the Cross. Since His Holy Nativity in Bethlehem, Herod the Great wanted to kill Him. God directed St. Joseph to “take the Child and His Mother and flee into Egypt. Stay there until I tell you, for Herod is going to search for the Child to kill Him.” (St. Matthew 2:13).

During His public ministry among the peoples of Israel, our Lord and Saviour suffered the fatigue of His work and had “no where to lay His head.” (St. Luke 9:58). He lived a life of pain, so that the Prophet Isaiah would say about Him that He was: “A Man of sorrow and acquainted with grief.” (Isaiah 53:3). Bitterly persecuted by His own people, several of the Gospels tell us that they “took up stones again to stone Him.” (St. John 10:31). At another time they wanted to “throw Him over a cliff.” (St. Luke 4:29). The accusations and insults hurled at the Lord so often during His three years of ministry are Crosses that He bore outside of the actual wood Cross on which He was crucified.

Africa Ain’t Poor

What Africa needs is a new model of economics and development.

Despite all the setbacks and its history, Africa has the potential and power to shape its own destiny.

Africans should first believe in Africa. The person who preserved their talent was chastised, the one who invested their talents was rewarded.

All those preserved natural resources are God’s special bounty on earth for Africa and Africans. The challenge has always been to use them and to invest properly in the future. So far, we have been widespread plunder of the present and future generation, but, Africans have visions for a better life, and non-Africans should not look for wanting to bring a Saviour

In fact, there are many things to be positive about, including the development of microfinance institutions, the growth of the Internet and mobile phone, its wealth of human and natural resources, and biodiversity. Africa is not only what has gone wrong, as the international media often tries to depict. The ‘BBC’ had its own contribution to this particular conspiracy. Lately, the BBC is engaged in the “idle Africa Bashing” by broadcasting a very superficially and ignorantly researched documentary series, under the title, “Why is Africa poor?”

Humility Overcomes the Devil

• The devil employs supporters

He does not work alone for he has supporters among his army of devils as well as of men who maybe your dear friends, relatives, acquaintances, or strangers.

The devil has spoken through the mouths of some people at the cross addressing the Lord, “If You are the Son of God, come down from the cross.” (Matt 27:40).

• The devil may also use your relatives

As it is said, “and ‘a man’s enemies will be those of his own household.” (Matt 10:36).

• He may inspire one of your most beloved relatives with advice which destroys your life, or make them resist your spiritual acts, or your consecration or worship. He may even employ them to mock you. So, be on your guard and examine well whatever advice you hear and hold fast to that which is good (1 Thess. 5:21). But be heedful not to say to any of your relatives, “You are a supporter of the devil”.

• The supporters of the devil may be evil company

It is stated in the Bible, “Evil company corrupts good habits.” (1 Cor 15:33). So, always put before you the words of the first psalm, not to walk in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stand in the way of sinners, nor sit in the seat of the scornful (Ps. 1). All these are seats of the devil which he leads and directs.

• Do not think that the devil appears to you in a visible form to fight you

It is a very high degree of warfare which God does not allow, except for the holy people who can endure it. If the devil wants to provoke you, he will send you someone who provokes you; that person is of the devil’s supporters, at least regarding this point. Likewise is anyone who tempts you; who leads you to sin or helps you to sin or makes you fall in sin.

• The wicked are in general supporters of the devil

Examples of these are places of amusement and all stumbling blocks, all atheist philosophers and those who call for atheism, who spread suspicions and who cause evil. Against these David the prophet and his men cried out, “O Lord, I pray thee, turn the counsel of Ahithophel into foolishness” (2 Sam. 15:31).

The counsel which Ahithophel offered to Absalom during his uprising against his father David was very harmful to David and his men. When the devil wants for example, to overthrow the world into heresies and suspicions, it is not necessary that he does so himself, but he offers such heresies to the world through his human supporters who spread them, explain them to people and call them to believe in such heresies.

So, we have to pray all the time that the Lord may save us from the supporters of the devil. Not only from the devil alone, but also from his angels, his troops, his assistants and supporters, and all those who do his will on earth… all the powers of the enemy.

Thus, we pray everyday in the eleventh hour prayer, “Deliver us from the intrigues of the adversary and annul all his snares, set against us” AMEN.

Therefore, there is a reason why we always need to remain humble and alert. These are some of the reasons why humility overcomes the devil;

• First: because the devil is not humble and humility reminds him of his pride which was the cause of his fall.

• Second: because humility reminds him of the image of Jesus Christ who emptied Himself and took upon Himself the form of a slave in order to save humanity. Mere memory of this troubles him and he departs.

• Third: because the humble person, feeling his weakness, seeks the power of God to help him in fighting the devil and this is the thing which the devil fears most.

The devil said to God, ‘Leave to me the strong, I am responsible for them; but the weak I cannot overcome because when they find that they have no power, they fight me with Your power.

1. A humble person always realises that he is weak and seeks God’s help which comes to him powerfully; so he conquers because he does not depend on his own human arm but on God’s help.

2. The humble person is on guard against the slightest sin, and is afraid to fall so he gets away from all temptations and does not throw himself into a trial or think little of any matter. Through this caution due to humility he conquers the devils.

3. The humble person reveals his wars and weak points, so that they are cured and thus he conquers.

4. The humble person always prays and raises prayers even for the slightest sin. Thus, he takes God with him in his wars and conquers.

5. Humility itself is a virtue which the devils cannot bear and so they fly away. As a person conquers the devils by humility, he conquers also by wisdom and discernment.

በጣም ሊጠቅሙንና ከፍተኛ ትኩረትም ሊሰጣቸው የሚችሉት ነገሮች በዓይኖቻችን ብርሃን ሊታዩ የሚችሉት ነገሮች አይደሉም። ልብ ብለን ከታዘብን፡ ዓይናችን፡ አንዳንድ ጊዜ፡ ነጩን ጥቁር፡ ቀዩን ቢጫ እያስመሰለ ሊያታልለን፡ ሊያወናብደንና መስመሩን ሊያስተን ይችላል።

ብዙ ጊዜ እንደ ምሳሌነት የምናያቸው የፖለቲካ፡ የኃይማኖት እንዲሁም የተለያዩ ተቋማት መሪዎች የሕብረተሰቡን ታሪካዊ እጣ ተቀብለው ከሕዝቦች ጋር አብረው ለመጓዝ በ “እድል” የተመረጡና እንዲታዩ የተደረጉ አገልጋይ መሪዎች ናቸው እንጂ ከሌላው በልጠው የተለየ ጥቅም ሊያገኙ እንደሚችሉ ተደርገው የተፈጠሩ ልዩና ከጠፈር የተገኙ መሪዎች አይደሉም። ሃቁን ለመናገር፡ ለሕብረተሰቡ የሚኖራቸው አስተዋጽኦም ቢሆን ምናልባት እያንዳንዳችን የአዳም ልጆች ሊኖረን ከሚችለው አስተዋጽኦ ብዙም የተለየ አይሆንም። እንዲያውም አንዳንድ በተለያዩ ተቋማትና መንግሥታት በመሪነት ቦታ ላይ የተቀመጡ ግለሰቦች ለዓለማችን ሊያበረክቱ የሚችሉት አስተዋጽኦ አንዲት የጓሯችን ቢራቢሮ ልታበረክተው ከምትችለው አስተዋጽኦ እምብዛም አይበልጥም።

ፈጣሪያችን በዚህች ምድር ላይ የሚታየውንና የማይታየውን ነገር ፈጥሯል። እኛ የአዳም ዘሮች በአይናችን በማየት፡ በአፍንጫችን በማሽተት ወይም በምላሳችን በመቅመስ፡ በአካባቢያችን የሚገኘውን ተፈጥሮአዊ ክስተት ምናልባት 5% የሚሆነው ነገር ላይ ብቻ ነው ልንደርስበት የምንችለው። ማለትም፤ የተቀረው 95% ነገር ሁሉ በተለየ መንግድ፡ ያለ ዓይናችን እርዳታ፡ ለምሳሌ፡ በመንካት፡ በመቅመስ፡ በማሽተት፡ ብሎም ህሊናችንን ለጸሎት በመጠቀም ብቻ ነው ሊደረስበት የሚችልው ማለት ነው።

የሰለጠኑ፡ የመጠቁና፡ የተመረጡ እንዲሁም ኃያላን ሆነው የሚታዩን ግለሰቦችና ማሕበረሰባት በዓለማችን ላይ ሊያመጡ የሚችሉት ተጽእኖ፡ ያልሰለጠነ፡ ኋላ ቀርና ያልታደለ እንዲሁም ደካማ እንደሆነ አድርገን ከምንቆጥረው የኢትዮጵያ ገበሬና ማሕበረሰብ የሚበልጥ ሆኖ ሊታየን ይችላል። ነገር ግን ይህ ትልቅ ስህተት ነው።

እነዚህ ሰለጠኑ ብለን የምናወድሳቸው ሕብረተሰቦች በርግጥ ለሰው ልጅ ብዙ ጠቃሚ የሆኑ ነገሮች አምጥተው ሊሆን ይችላል። አብዛኛው ጥቅም ግን ዘላቂ የሆነ ጥቅም ሳይሆን በተወሰኑ ትውልዶች ሊጠፋ የሚችል ጥቅም ነው። ለምሳሌ ሁላችንም የምንገለገልበት ኮምፒውተር ለሁላችንም ብዙ ጥቅሞችን አምጥቶልናል፡ ኑሯችንና የሥራዎቻችንን ክብደት ኣቃሎልናል። አንዷ ትንሽ ኮምፒውተር አንድ አንጋፋ ቤተ መጻሕፍት ውስጥ የሚገኙትን መጻሕፍት ሁሉ ገጽ በገጽ አካታ መያዝ ትችላለች። ስለዚህም፡ መረጃ ሰብሳቢ የሆኑ ወገኖች ሁሉ ታሪካዊ የሚባሉትን ጽሑፎች፡ ምስሎች ወይም ድምጾች፡ በ “Digital Archive” ውስጥ በማስገባት ወረቀት፡ እንጨት ወይም ድንጋይ ላይ ተቀርጸው የነበሩትን “ጥንታዊ” መረጃዎች በማጥፋት ላይ ይገኛሉ። ታዲያ ኮምፒውተራችን ውስጥ አንድ ችግር ከተፈጠረ፡ ወይም ከአንድ ተፈጥሮአዊ ወይም ሰው ሰራሽ አደጋ በኋላ ኮምፒውተራችንን ከፍተን ጭራሹን መገልገል ካልቻልን፡ እነዚህ መረጃዎች ሁሉ እልም ብለው ለዘላለሙ ይጠፋሉ ማለት ነው።

Why Can’t We Live Together?

Since the creation of the Earth, humans were united and have shared all their possessions in community. Africa, Europe and Asia were the only continents existed at that period. People had good intentions towards each other. The only things which cause us today to be arguing about Africans, Europeans and Asians were brought up by some extremists people from the fields of science, philosophy and literature who didn’t care about the future generation and about others.

Due to a systematic indoctrination and manipulation of populations in Europe and Asia, most of this world we live in today have the same mentality of segregation, indifference, ignorance, lies and distortion of facts. How long shall we continue sleep walking? “Racially” motivated competitions between continents will only lead to the downfall of humanity. There is no “survival of the fittest” by fighting against other fellow human beings on a racial basis.

We need to support each other irrespective of our “racial” attachment. If the West thinks it’s more civilized and rich, it should stretch out its hands towards Sub-Saharan Africans, in a similar manner like it did towards Middle Easterners, Afghans, and Iraqis. We are not going to live here on Earth for ages, so let’s treat each other with mercy, love. Let everyone tell the truth but not the same old nonsense which will linger to nothing but will only teach, conduct and corrupt the new generation to come to continue hating each other. Remember we are all going somewhere, no one will inherit this earth forever.

No public policy or legislation, no funding or estate, no trained personnel or teaching device, no infrastructure or bureaucratic establishment, and no power of enforcement are required for an eternal program of showing people the Way to the Truth and Life, now in this materialistic world and finally in the ideal world to come.

Many people are learning now honest spiritual thinking is the only true solution for political, social, and economic crises facing citizens of a nation at any time. So, let’s all face the truth without ridiculing it.

የሚከተለው ምስጢራዊ ታሪክ የተገኘው፡ ክቡር መሪራስ አማን በላይ፡ ተርጉመው ካቀረቡልንና “መጽሐፍ ዣንሸዋ“ የሚል ስያሜ ከተሰጠው ድንቅ መረጃ ጽሑፍ ነው። ክቡር መሪራስ አማን በላይ፡ ስለተባበሩን እጅጉን እናመሰግናለን፡ እግዚአብሔር ይባርክልን።

ናህኤል የተባለው ኖህ እንደቅድመ አያቱ ሄኖክ በትውልዱ ዘመን ከቤተሰቦቹ ጋር እግዚአብሔርን የሚፈራ ጻድቅና ፍጹም ሰው ነበረ።

ኖህም ከሚስቱና ከልጆቹ ከልጆቹም ሚስቶች በምድር ለዘር እንዲተርፉ ከሰበሰባቸው አራዊትና እንስሳ አእዋፋትና አሞራዎች ጋር በመሆን ከጥፋት ውሃ የእግዚአብሔር ትእዛዝ ከመፈጸሙ የተነሣ በመርከቢቱ ውስጥ ገብቶ እንዲሁ ሌሎቹንም አስጠግቶ አድኖአል።

አዳም ከኤዶም ገነት ስለወረደ ንስሐ በመግባቱ እግዚአብሔር የተስፋውን ዘር ከሴት ልጁ ተወልዶ እንደገና የተነጠቀውን የእግዚአብሔርን ልጅነት እንደሚመልስለት ቃል ኪዳን አድርጎለት ከነበረችው ቀን እስከ ጥፋት ውኃ ድረስ ሁለት ሺህ ሁለት መቶ አምሳ ዓመተ ፍዳ ነበረ። ውኃው ከጎደለና ከደረቀ በኋላ ምድር ፀጥ ብላ በለመለመ ዛፍና በአትክልት ቅጠል በሳርም ተሸፍና ነበር። እንደዚሁ ከአሥራ ሁለቱ ወራቶች መካከል በመጀመሪያው ውር በመስከረም ምድሪቱ በአበባ ተሸፍና ነበር።

እንደዚህም ሆነ፡ ኖህና ቤተሰቦቹ መርከቢቱ በአራቱ መንኮራኩር መካከል በአንደኛው /አራራት/ በአሉባር ተራራ በአረፈችበት በመጀመሪው ወር በመስከረም ከወሩም በመጀመሪያው ቀን እርግቢቱ ለኖህ ለግላጋ ቀንበጥ የሆነ የወይራ ቅጠል እንደሰጠችው ሁሉ እንዲሁ መካከለኛው ልጁ ካም የአደይ አበባና የጽጌረዳ አበባ አምጥቶ እንቁ–ዮጳሺ (እንቁጣጣሽ) ብሎ ሰጣቸው። እንደጠራ እንቁ ሁኑ ሲል ነው። በሌላ በኩል ደግሞ እግዚአብሔር ከጥፋት ውኃ እንድንድንና እንድናመልጥ መርከቢቱን እንድንሰራ በማድረጉና ለዘር እንድንተርፍ በማስቀረቱ መርከቢቱን በዚህች ቀን ምድር እንድትነካ በማድረጉ የእግዚአብሔርን ስምና ቸርነት ከትውልድ ወደ ትውልድ የምናስተላልፍበት ቀን ነው።

ስለዚህ ለአዲሱ ዘመን ቀኑም ለወሮች መጀመሪያ ለሆነው ወር ለመስከረም የመጀመሪያው ቀን ይሆናል፡ ወሩም የወሮች መጀመሪያ ይሆናል ሲል ካም ለቤተሰቦቹ እንቁጣጣሽ አላቸው። እነርሱም በየአመቱ የአጣህ አሉት።

ኖህም መርከቢቱ ምድር የነካችበትን መስከረም አንድ ቀንን ለወሩ የመጀመሪያው ቀን ለዓመቱ ወራቶች የመጀመሪያው ወር እንዲሆን ለልጅ ልጅ ከልጅም ወደ ልጅ እንዲተላለፍ በመጽሐፍ ዣንሸዋ ጽፎና መዝግቦ አስቀመጠው።

ኖህ የክህነቱ ስም ናህኤል የተባለው ልጆቹን አል፦ እግዚአብሔር የምናደርገውን ያሳየን ዘንድ ምሕረቱና ቸርነቱ ለዘለዓለም ከኛ ጋር መሆኑን እናውቅ ዘንድ ቃሉን ስምተን ትዕዛዛቱን እንፈጽም ዘንድ ሁለት ሰባት በሰው ልጅ በደል ምክንያት በጥፋት ውኃ የነገለውን የዛፍ ግንድና የደረቀውን እንጨት ሁሉ ሰብስቡ ከምርቱም፡ በዚያም አቃጥለን ለእግዚአብሔር የሚቃጠልና ንጹህ የሆነ የእህል መስዋእት እናቀርባለን አላቸው።

ልጆቹም የልጆቹም ሚስቶች ደከመን ሳይሉ ለሁለት ሰባት ተራራ ያክል አድርገው ግንዱን አመሳቅለው እንጨቱንም በበላዩ ከመሩት፡ አባታቸው የአላቸውን ሁሉ አደረጉ።

ናሆም ለእግዚአብሔር ዳግመኛ ከንጹህ እንስሳና ከንጹህ እህል ፍሬ መስዋእትን በአሉባር ተራራ ላይ በሰራው መሠዊያ ላይ ደመራውን አቃጥሎ አቀረበ።

እግዚአብሔር ናህኤል የተባለው ኖህ የአቀረበውን መስዋእትና መአዛ የአለውን ሽታ ተመለከተና ተቀበለው። እንደዚህም አለው፦ አንተ ከጠፋው ትውልድ ተለይተህ በፊቴ ጽድቅ ሁነህ በመገኘትህ እንደ ሄኖክም አካሄድህን ከእግዚአብሔር ጋር ስለአደረክ ከጥፋት ውኃ ልትድን ችለሃል፡ አሁንም እልሃለሁ፦ ከእኔ ከፈጠረህ ሌላ አምላክ ላልፈጠረህ እንዳታመልክ እንዳታምንም የልጅ ልጆችህም እንዲሁ ያደርጋሉ።

እኔም እነሆ ቃል ኪዳኔን ከአንተ በኋላ ከሚመጣው ከዘርህ ጋር አቆማለሁ፡ ከእናንተ ጋር ላሉትም የሕይወት ነፍስ ላላቸው ሁሉ በምድር ለሆኑ ሁሉ ይሆናል።

በእኔና በእናንተ መካከል ከእናንተ ጋር ደማዊ ነፍስና ልባዊ ነፍስ ሕያው ነፍስ በአለው መካከል ሁሉ ለዘለዓለም የማደርገው የቃል ኪዳን ምልክትና ሰንደቅ አላማ የሚሆን ይህ ነው።

ቀስቴን በደመና አድርጌአለሁ፡ የቃልኪዳኑም መታሰቢያ ምልክት በእኔና በምድር መካከል ይሆናል። በምድር ላይ ደመናን በጋረድሁና ዝናብ በአወረድሁ ጊዜ ቀስቲቱ በደመናውና በብርሃኑ መካከል ትታያለች፡ በእኔና በእናንተ የአለው የመታሰቢያውን ቃል ኪዳን አስባለሁ።

ሥጋ ያለውን ሁሉ ያጠፋ ዘንድ ዳግመኛ የጥፋት ውኃ አይሆንም፡ ቀስቲቱ በደመናና በፀሐይ ብርሃን መካከል እንደሆነች ሁሉ እንዲሁ በእኔና በምድር ላይ በሚኖረው ሥጋ በለበሰው ደማዊ ነፍስና ልባዊ ነፍስ መካከል የአቆምኩትን የዘለዓለም ቃል ኪዳን ለማሰብ አያታለሁ፡ የቃል ኪዳኔ መታሰቢያ የሰንደቅ ዓላማ ምልክት ይህ ነው አለው።

ኖህም ከእግዚአብሔር መልአክ ከሱርያኤል የሰማውንና የተማረውን የእግዚአብሔርን ትእዛዛት ቃል ኪዳኑን ሁሉ ልጆቹና የልጆቹ ልጆች ሁሉ እንዲጠብቁትና እንዲፈጽሙት አስተማራቸው።

ከመጽሐፈ ሄኖክና ከትንቢተ ሄኖክ ቀጥሎ ኖህ ስላለፉት አባቶቹ ታሪክና ስለጥፋት ውኃ ስለ እንሳስትና ስለአራዊት ስለሰማያትና በውስጣቸው ስላሉት ዓለሞችና ከዋክብት ስለባህር አሦችና ስለሰማይ ወፎች በምድር ስለሚሳቡ ተንቀሳቃሾች ስለድንጋዮችና ስለ እፀዋት ስለ ንፁህነትና ስለ እርኩሰት ስለ መድኃኒትና ስለ መርዝነት የሚገልጹትን ሁሉ ከኖህ በፊት ያልታወቁትን ምስጢሮች ገልጾ ጽፎአል። ይህም መጽሐፍ በመጽሐፈ አበው ወመጽሐፈ ኖህ ይባላል።

ከመጽሐፈ ኖህ በፊት የነበረውን ዜና አዳምንና መጸሐፈ ሄኖክን ጨምሮ ለልጆቹ እንዲያጠኑትና ለልጆቻቸው እንዲያስተላልፉት አስረክቦዋቸዋል። ነገር ግን ተከታዩ ትውልድ ከመልካሙ ተግባር (ስነ ምግባር) ይልቅ መጥፎውን ሥራ (ግብረ እኩይ) እየመረጡ ያጠኑበትና ጠላታቸው የሆነውን ሁሉ ይበቀሉበት ጀመር። ነገር ግን መርከቢቱ ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ ምድርን የነካችበት መስከረም አንድ ቀን ሁለተኛ ህዳር መባቻን ከመርከቢቱ ወጥተው የብስን የረገጡበትን ሦስተኛ ሚያዝያ በኋላ ፋሲካና ትንሣኤ የሆነበትን ወደመርከቢቱ የገቡበትን ቀን መታሰቢያ በዓል አድርገው ያከብሩታል። ይሄም በካም ልጆች ዘንድ አዲስ ዓመት አዲስ አዝመራ ሲመጣና ክረምቱ ገና ሳይመጣ እስከ አሁን የሚያከብሩና የሚያስታውሱ አሉ።

ኖህ ለልጆቹና ለልጆቹ ልጆች ለተከታዩ ትውልድ ከትውልድ ወደ ትውልድ እንዲተላለፍና መታሰቢያ ይሆናቸው ዘንድ በዓላትን አዘጋጀላቸው።

1. ኖህ መርከብ ለመስራት ግንድን መጥረብ የጀመረበት መርከቢቱ በአሉባር ተራራ ላይ የአረፈችበትን እግዚአብሔር ከኖህ ጋር ቃል ኪዳን የአደረገበትን የመጀመሪያውን ወር መስከረም ከወሩም የመጀመሪያውን ቀንና የአሥራተኛው ቀን የመታሰቢያ የደስታ ቀን እንዲሆን አዟል።

2. ኖህና ልጆቹ ከመርከቢቱ የወጡበትና አብረውት የነበሩትን እንስሳዎችና አራዊቶች ሌሎችንም ብዙ ተባዙ ምድርን ሙሉዋት ብሎ ባርኮ የአሰናበታቸው የህዳር መባቻን በየዓመቱ መታሰቢያ በዓል እንዲሆንና እንዲከበር ሲል ሥርዓት አድርጎ ሠርቶላቸዋል።

3. ኖህና ልጆቹ የልጆቹ ሚስቶች ለዘር እንዲቀሩ አብሮ ከሰበሰባቸው ፍጥረታት ጋር ሁሉ ከጥፋት ውኃ ይድኑ ዘንድ ወደ መርከቢቱ የገቡበት ሚያዝያን ወር ከወሩም ሁለተኛውን ቀን መታሰቢያ በዓል እንዲሆን በሥርዓት እንዲከበር አዟል። ይህም ወር በአቢብ ወር እስራኤሎች ከግብፅ የወጡበት ቀን ስለሆነ የፋሲካ በዓል ይደረግበታል። እነዚህም መታሰቢያዎች ክርስቶስ ከሙታን ተለይቶ ከመቃብር ይነሣ ዘንድና ዓለምን ያድን ዘንድ ስለ አለው ምስጢሩን በምሳሌ አስቀደመው፡ ይህም የትንሳኤ በዓል ነው።

ኖህ ሦስቱን በዓላቶች ከሌሎች በዓላት ይልቅ እንዲከበሩና እንዲታሰቡ ሥርአት አድርጎ በመጽሐፉ ጽፎ ለልጆቹ ሰጥቷል።

እነዚህንም በዓላት የእግዚአብሔር ኪሩብ ገብርኤል በሰሌዳ ላይ ጽፎ ለመላእክትና ለሰው ልጆች በሰማይና በምድር መታሰቢያ ይሆናቸው ዘንድ በእግዚአብሔር ተራራ ሥር ባለው የውኃ ምንጭ ራስ አስቀምጦ አተመው።

እንደዚሁ ከዚህች ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ ዛሬ ድረስ በሰማይና በምድር መካከል በእግዚአብሔርና በሰው ልጆችም መካከል እግዚአብሔር የአደረገውን ቃል ኪዳን ያስታውሱት ዘንድ የእግዚአብሔር መልአክ ሱርያኤል በደመናውና በፀሐዩ ብርሃን መካከል ይታይም ዘንድ የቃል ኪዳኑን መታሰቢያ ምልክት የሆነው ቀስት በእንቁዮጵ ላይ ጽፎ ከሕይወት ምንጭ ውኃ ራስ አትሞ አስቀምጦታል።

ኢትዮጵያ አገራችን እንደ ቀነኒሳ የመሳሰሉትን ድንቅ ሯጭ ስፖርተኞች በማፍለቋ ምን ያህል የታደልን ነን!

ባለፈው ወር በተገባደደው የዓለም አትሌቲክስ አሸናፊነት ላይ በስፖርት ዓይነቱ ታሪክ አንድ አትሌት የ 5 እና 10 ኪሎሜትሮች ርቀትን ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ ለማሸነፍ በቅቷል። ባለፈው ዓርብ እለት ደግሞ፡ “ጎልደን ሊግ” የሚል መጠሪ የያዘውን ዓመታዊ ውድድር በ6 የዓለም ከተሞች እየተዘዋወረ ለ6ኛ ጊዜ ድሉን ተቀዳጅቷል።

ቀነኒሳ እነዚህን አስቸጋሪ የርቀት ውድድሮች በሚያስደንቅ መልክ ለማሸነፍ ሲበቃ ያልተደሰተ፡ ያላደነቀ የስፖርት አፍቃሪ አልነበረም። ከጀርመን፡ እስከ ጃፓን፡ ከሰዋዚላንድ እስከ ስዊትዘርላንድ፡ ከኮሎምቢያ እስከ ካምፖዲያ፡ ቀነኒሳን እያሞገሰ ያልጻፈ ጋዜጣ የለም።

ምንም እንኳን የምዕራቡ የዜና ማሰራጫዎች ተቀዳሚ ትኩረት ለምእራባዊው ድንቅ ሯጭ ለ ጃማያካዊው ኡሴን ቦልት ቢሰጡም፡ በይበልጥ ሊደነቅ የሚገባው የአትሌቲክስ ስፖርት ጀግና ግን ቀነኒሳ እንደሆነ ባለሙያዎች ሁሉ ይናገራሉ።

ታላቁ ቀነኒሳ በቀለ፡ የሰው ልጅ ተፈጥሮአዊ ጸጋ፡ ምን ያህል ብርቱ፡ ጽኑና ተወዳዳሪ የማይገኝለት ልዩ ጸጋ እንደሆነ ሊያረጋግጥልን ችሏል። አንዳንድ ሰዎች የቀኒንሳን ሆነ የኡሴን ቦልትን ተፈጥሮአዊ ጸጋ ከ ዶፒንግ ጋር በማያያዝ፡ ችሎታቸውን ለማጣጣል ይሞክራሉ። እነዚህ ወገኖች ግን በቅናት የተወጠሩ ደካሞች፡ ልፍስፍሶች መሆናቸውን ነው እንጂ የሚያሳዩት የሯጮቻችንን ሞራል ሊነኩ እንደማይችሉ ይታወቃል።

በተለይ በህክምና ሳይንስ ጥበባቸው የሚመኩት ተመራማሪዎች ተፈጥሮን ለማሸነፍ በሚያካሂዱት ትግል ላይ እንቅፋት ሲገጥማቸው፡ ብዙ ያልሆነ ተልካሻ ነገር ለመቀባጥር ይቸኩላሉ።

ድኃ ከሆኑት ኢትዮጵያን፡ ኬኒያን፡ ደቡብ አፍሪቃን ወይም ጃማይካን ከመሳሰሉት አገሮች የሚመጡት ድንግል የተፈጥሮ ጸጋዎቾ፡ በሰው ሰራሽ ጥበብ የተካኑትን የስፖርት ሮቦቶች ሲቀጡ ለማየት አሻፈረኝ የሚሉ ሰዎች በተለይ ባሁኑ ጊዜ በጣም እየበዙ መጥተዋል። እነ ቀነኒሳ፡ እነ ጥሩነሽ፡ ኃብታም በሆኑ አገሮች የሚገኙትን የስፖርት ተቋሞችና የስፖርቱ አፍቃሪዎች ዓይን መከንከን ከጀመሩ ውለው አድረዋል።

ብልጥ የሆኑት የአውሮፓ ሯጮች እስከ ኢትዮጵያና ኬኒያ ተራራዎች ድረስ በመጓዝና ልክ እንደ አፍሪቃውያኑ ሆነው ልምምዳቸውን በማካሄድ ጥሩ ውጤት ለማምጣት ሲሞክሩ ቆይተዋል። ይህ መንገድ ሳይሳካላቸው ሲቀር ደግሞ ባቋራጭ ወደ ላብራቶሪ ተመራማሪዎቹ ቤት በመሄድና በተራቀቁ የኬሚካል ጭማቂዎች እራሳቸውን በሞሙላት ሯጮቻችንን ለመቅጣት ሲወራጩ ታይተዋል።

ይህ በእንዲህ ሆኖ፡ በርግጥ፡ የአፍሪቃውያንን ተፈጥሮአዊ ጸጋ እንደ መላው የሰው ልጆች ጸጋ፡ እንደራሳቸው ድል አድርገው በመውሰድ ከእኛ ጋር አብረው የሚደስቱ አውሮፓውያን፡ እስያውያንና አሜሪካውያን ብዙ ናቸው።

ሆኖም ግን፡ በእስፖርት ዓለም ለረጅም ጊዜ የበላይነቱን ይዛ የቆየችውና፡ የስፖርት ንግሥት በመባል የምትታወቀው ‘አትሌቲክስ‘ ባለፉት 20 ዓመታት ጥቁር የቆዳ ቀለም ባላቸው ስፖርተኞች ግዛት ሥር ለመውደቅ በቅታለች። ታዲያ፤ ይህ ሁኔታ ሌሎች ሕዝቦችን፡ በተለይ አትሌቲክስ አፍቃሪ የሆኑትን አውሮፓውያንን ቀስ በቀስ የበታቸኝነት ስሜት ውስጥ እንዲገቡ ስላደረጋቸው፡ የአትሌቲክስ ስፖርት በተመልካቾች ዘንድ የነበረው ተወዳጅነት በጣም እየቀነሰ መጥቷል። ይህን አሉታዊ ዝንባሌ የታዘቡት የስፖርት ባለሙያዎችና የዜና ማስራጫዎች የአትሌቲክስን ንግሥታዊ ዙፋን በይበልጥ ዝቅ ለማድረግ የሚከተሉትን ስልቶች ለመጠቀም እየሞከሩ ነው፦

• የአትሌቲክስ ስፖርት ዋና ዋና በሆኑት የዜና ማሰራጫዎች ቅድሚያ የሆነ ቦታ እንዳይሰጠው ማድረግ። ለምሳሌ እንደ “ጎልደን ሊግ” የመሳሰሉትን የአትሌቲክስ ውድድሮች ለተመልካች በቴሌቪዥን የማቅረብ መብቱን የሚወስዱት የኬብል ቴሌቪዥን ባለቤቶች ስለሆኑ፡ ለሰፊው ተመልካች ውድድሮቹን በቀላሉ አቅርቦ ለማሳየት አይቻልም።

• ለ ዶፒንግ ትኩረት በመስጠት፡ ውጤታማ የሆኑትን ስፖርተኞች አድናቆት እንዳያተርፉ መፈታተን፡ ብሎም መላው የአትሌቲክስ ዓለም ለጥርጣሬ እንዲበቃ ማድረግ። ለምሳሌ፡ ይህ አሁን ተካሂዶ የነበረው አሸናፊነት ከመጀመሩ ጥቂት ቀናት አስቀድሞ፡ “አፍሪቃውያን በቂ የሆነ የላብራቶሪ መሣሪያ ስለሌላቸው ተገቢውን የዶፒንግ ምርምራ ሳያደርጉ ነው ወደ በርሊን የመጡት” “የእነ ቀነኒሳና፡ ኃይሌ ገብረ ሥላሴ ማናጃር የሆኑት ሆላንዳዊው፡ በዶፒንግ ሤራ ተጠርጥረዋል” በማለት ጸረ–አፍሪቃ የሆነውን ቅስቀሳቸውን ሲያካሂዱ ነበር። በተጨማሪ፡ የደቡብ አፍሪቃዋን የ 800 ሜትር ርቀት ሯጭ “ካስተር ሴሜያን” ጾታ የወንድ ጾታ ሊሆን እንደሚችል ቅሌታማ በሆነ መንገድ በይፋ በመነዘዝ አሳፋሪ የሆነ ድርጊት እየተፈጸመ ነበር።

• የስቴዲየም መግቢያ ዋጋን በማናር ተመልካች ከስቴዲየሞች እንዲርቅ ማድረግ። ለምሳሌ፡ ምንም እንኳን አንጋፋው የበርሊን ስቲዲየም አልፎ አልፎ ብዙ ተመልካቾችን ይዞ ቢታየም (በተለይ የጀርመን ስፖርተኞች የማሸነፍ እድል ካላቸው)ሶስት አባላት ያሉት አንድ ቤተሰብ ለመግቢያ ትኬት ብቻ እስከ 200ዩሮ ድረስ መድማት አለበት። ሆኖም አብዛኛው የአትሌቲክስ አሸናፊነት፡ በተለይ በደቡብ አውሮፓ፡ በእስያና በአሜሪካ፡ ባዶ ስታዲየም ውስጥ ነው የሚካሄደው። ባዶ የሆነ ስቴዲየም ደግሞ ለቴሌቪዥን ተመልካች እንደ እንቅልፍ ኪኒን ነው፡ ድብርትንና ማዛጋትን ብቻ ስለሚያመጣ ቴሌቪዥን ይጠፋል። ተመልካች ያጣ የቴሌቪዥን ፕሮግራም ደግሞ፡ የማስታወቂያ ገንዘብ ለማግኘት ስለማይችል የስፖርቱ ተወዳጅነት እየመነመነ ይመጣል። ለዚህ ጥሩ ማስረጃ፡ በቅርቡ የዓለም አቀፍ አትሌቲክስ ፌዴሬሽን፡ በየዓመቱ ሲካሄድ የነበረውን አገር አቋራጭ የሩጫ ውድድር፡ በሁለት ዓመት አንድ ጊዜ ለማድረግ መወሰኑ ነው።

  እነዚህን የመሳሰሉት ድርጊቶች በ21 ክፍለ ዘመን ዓይን ባወጣ መልክ ሲፈጸሙ መታየታቸው፡ የሚያሳዝንና የሚያሳፍር ነው። ኢትዮጵያውያን አፍሪቃዊው ሆነ፡ አውሮፓዊው፡ እስያዊው ሆነ አሜሪካዊው፡ በፈለገው የስፖርት ዓይነት፡ ልዩ የሆኑ ስፖርታዊ ውጤቶችን ሲያመጡ ልክ እንደራሱ ስፖርተኛ አድርጎ አብሮ ይደሰታል። እንደ ቀነኒሳ ያሉ ኢትዮጵያውያን ግን የአሸናፊዎችን ደረጃ ለመያዝ ሲበቁ፡ የተቀረው ዓለም፡ ሳይወድ በግድ አድናቆትን ያተርፋል እንጂ፡ በአትሌቶቻችን ድል ከ እኛ ጋር አብሮ አይደሰትም። እንኳን አውሮፓዊውና አሜሪካዊው፡ ሌላው አፍሪቃዊም ቢሆን በኢትዮጵያውያኖች ድል እስካሁን የሚደሰት “የስፖርት አፍቃሪ” አላጋጠመኝም።

  ይህ በቅናት ላይ የተመረኮዘው ኢ–እስፖርታዊ ባሕርይ መወገድ ይኖርበታል። የሚመለከታቸው ወገኖችም ይህን አድሏዊ መንፈሥ ቢዋጉ በይበልጥ እራሳቸውን ነው ሊጠቅሙ የሚችሉት።

After reading the above article in the “Salt Lake Tribune”, I ask myself, why on earth do the medias in North America and Europe try to convince their readers, listeners and viewers, that Overpopulation is Africa’s biggest problem?

The greatest danger facing Africa and other less-developed regions today is the potential to misunderstand the demographic trends of the modern world, to misinterpret the purpose of foreign aid and lending operations that include population control, and to fail to recognize the supreme political importance of demographics and the enormity of what’s at stake.

The nightmare is plainly visible for those who have eyes and minds to see and a will to understand. And today, in Africa and other so-called third world countries, this nightmare is continuing and growing more frightening as each day goes by. Not because of any viral pandemic, sweeping across the plains of Africa, but because of an orchestrated pandemic of lies and deceit, sweeping across the globe via a Western-controlled media campaign. In actual fact, it is pre-existing illnesses (the majority of which could be treated relatively easily and cheaply, but which are not) which are now accounting for so much of these spiraling conventional AIDS death statistics. The World Health Organization, World Bank, UNAIDS, associated UN organizations, the pharmaceutical giants and related media colleagues etc., are manipulating the current AIDS ‘epidemic’ in order to continue with their scare-mongering AIDS DEATH HEADLINES.

More shamefully, these organizations are now colluding in the delivery of toxic drugs into Africa and other so-called third world countries, with the express intent of using these drugs as a form of population control in the recipient nations.

Most “Aid” agencies are „agent-provocateurs,” and know how to do a perfect job in controlling our populations. “Aid” agencies who run population programs in developing countries go to a great deal of trouble to avoid giving the appearance of having a political agenda. They speak of “family planning” and “reproductive health,” of “child-spacing” and “social development.” But in reality, these are the programs designed by those “other agencies of government” which, working through Western governments and their agents, define policies that are forced on nations like Ethiopia.

Although, the wolf in sheep’s clothing ruse, of eugenics-loving fascist anti-Africans, hiding their true nature under the guise of “humanitarian efforts” is something we wouldn’t put past them. Bad guys almost never consider themselves to be the “bad” guys, but go through such sacrifices to convince people that they are the “good” guys. The sad thing is that people fall for it.

I say, Wooow to it! This would be the best athletic event of all time. This sort of thing never happened before. A great idea! 600m race through a main city high street would capture the imagination of the viewing public. Kids races, street party- lets make a day of it. This is what athletics should be about- no timings- just a RACE. ..

I’d expect a 600m race to be very close if Bekele is that quick! And have no reason to doubt that he is as anyone who can run 52-54 sec at the end of 5000m has to be pretty sharp.

Bolt is fast, but ain’t the fastest man on Earth. He’s the fastest man on Earth… over pretty much anything under 400 metres.

Anyways, may the best man win…
